Staff here is skilled and friendly. Danielle put aside some things for me and was very helpful. The location is near a parking lot. As of July, staff and patrons arent required to wear masks. Great selection and helpful staff.

Great store for all things paper! They have goods such as stickers, notebooks, paper decorations. Lots of stamps and inkpads and seasonal merch. Parking is limited in front, but there is more in back.

Spent my 20 minute visit not being greeted or spoken to and being followed around by an employee. As a black woman I keep an eye out for these types of things and of course, find them odd. My original plan was to just let it go and just look at what I came to look at. However, I became almost enraged when i white woman walked on and not only did an employee greet them, but began explaining all sorts of sales to them as well. After that, the employee who had been following me around (not all that discretely i may add) decided to SWAP WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE to follow me around. I have shopped at Paper Source for years now and it will be a cold day in hell before I EVER return to this location as this is the 3rd time i’ve been and not been greeted and the 1st time i’ve been follow around. I’m disgusted by what I experienced in this location today and hope they see this review and learn to greet EVERY customer regardless of skin tone and learn to not follow customers around the store without even having the decency to SPEAK to them.

Merry Christmas Paper Source. Frank and all of the cast members of this fine production went out of their way to help me with gift wrapping on Christmas eve. Im very thankful to this crew and will be back soon. Businesses can learn a lot from this operation. Good tidings to all....

This place really is the best. Their wrapping paper selection is extensive and wonderful. Ashley helped me picked the BEST paper and did an outstanding wrap job. They also have cute little trinkets you can pick up and fun cards. I manage to get two copies of an adorable childrens book while I was there, and Ashley wrapped those for me too! Wonderful store. Its my new happy place.

Fabulous selection of unique gifts, cards and wrapping paper.

The store is lovely and has great selection of wrapping paper and all kinds of cute things! My review is only on the Hand lettering class we attended yesterday. We were late due to crazy traffic, but once we got there we are given no instruction what so ever. I paid for my daughter and there is no book ready her. I feel like the class was a waste of money and I did not learn a single thing in it. Sadly disappointing.

Good place to get your gifts professionally wrapped. They are a bit expensive however.

Ben was extremely helpful and found the product we had requested. We actually were told by another associate that the product was sold out but Ben stepped in and located the product in a shipment box in the back. Superb customer service!

I love this place. Great place to find fun little gifts and craft products. On a side note: I, quite embarrassingly dropped and broke a glass container full of liquid as I inspected it as a possible gift. The staff was more than kind to me about the entire situation. They quickly assured me that I was not to worry, put out a wet floor sign and cleaned up all the glass. Thank you, kind person!

I went into the store in search of wrapping paper and I could not tell from their website if they offered a gift wrapping service. As soon as I entered, I was greeted and I asked if they offered gift wrapping services - turns out they do! Not only was every single member of the staff kind, they helped me pick out wrapping paper and ribbon to make sure I had the perfect look for the items I needed wrapped. Two staff members worked together to wrap presents for my boyfriends parents, who I am going to meet, and I have no doubt they will love the presentation of the gifts! I will 100% be back to this location to have many more items wrapped in the future! Thank you again to each member of the staff who helped make this a wonderful experience and listened to me talk for 30 mins :)

We are in the process of selecting our wedding invitations. The staff was very helpful, taking our suggestions and pointing us towards several candidates for us to choose from. Whenever we wondered how things might look they provided samples of the paper in various colors to help us envision the final product. They didnt have samples for everything, but did their best to help us picture what the invites would look like and suggest options as we went.

The ladies at the store were extremely helpful. HOWEVER, the process with creating and designing the invites is archaic. When there is a problem with your order, the customer service is absolutely nonexistent. The people in the store have no control over the issue and direct you to their customer service team who are totally useless. Customer service team admitted the issues were their fault due to their system, but failed to monetarily reimburse us and offered shipping rebate on future invites. STAY AWAY!!!!

I went there for some specialized holiday card. I was very UNIMPRESSED by their selection. Next time, I will drive the extra five miles and get my cards for these occasions at the Hallmark Store.

This place has everything you are looking for when it comes to paper crafts. They do all sorts of custom invitation orders, including wedding invitations. They have a huge wall full of cute, unique cards for every occasion. I love their paper, you can use it to wrap presents, for crafts or even frame sheets for a cool piece of home decor. The staff are always friendly. They also have some cool journals and quirky books and girts. Great place to find stocking stuffers. Two thumbs up!!!

Drove all over Houston for 2 days looking for a certain size of beige envelopes for my moms 50th anniversary invitations. I almost gave up until I called this store and they said they had what I needed, very friendly and very helpful over the phone. When we showed up, they had the wall covered in every size of envelope in every color!! One of the staff came over to help, even carried our 15 packs of envelopes all over the store while we looked around. She gave us ideas on how to dress up the envelopes and even offered inexpensive ways other than what they offered there. If you need anything that has to do with paper or crafts, this is the place to come to. Highly recommended. As for the 1 star person, perhaps they have the wrong store since this is near the Galleria and not downtown? Not sure but I had a great experience here and it was on a busy Saturday. Thank you Bozena!

I don’t know whether it is dishonesty or laziness, I was looking to wrap some gifts, so called in advance talked to Ben to make sure they’ll do it ... out here in traffic just to be Told by a different “she said her name is Brandi” that they don’t do gift wrap after specific time which is 7PM which is hilarious since it’s gift wrapping it’s not a surgery or say a truck maintenance ... GIFT WRAPPINGDon’t wast your time or your gas
