I was a Bee Maids customer for about 2 years. After selling my house and moving to Dallas, I thought the least I could do was to express my gratitude with a public review. Their service was always excellent, their attention to detail was second to none. They were always very helpful when I needed special request such as letting my 2 fur babies in after the home was cleaned. They even sent me a list of cleaning services they trust, so I can keep my new house clean. They are simply the best. Thank you, thank you thank you!!!!!

Worst experience ever! I would not recommend this company at all. They were (1) day late due to an emergency which is understandable.Charged nearly double the agreed pricing. Bathrooms toilets, mirrors, sinks and all light fixtures all still very dirty with most never touched. They did not clean but half of the refrigerator. They did offer to come back (3) days after my party to clean the refrigerator and wash the dishes which my neighbor already washed.I definitely understand about emergencies that is not the part that concerned me. I would not have written a review at all if you treated me fairly. Charging me nearly double with all of these issues was my primary concern. They notified me that $25 would be deducted for the day late arrival which they did not deduct.We have a Ring doorbell which shows that the cleaning crew arrived to our house at 8:25 AM and left at 11:59 PM. The original estimate was 225.00 for the 8 hours of service based on the fact that only (2) of the (4) bedrooms were to be cleaned. The charge for the extra 40 minutes when the crew did not even stay the original expected amount of time .... was absolutely wrong. Plus, the extra charge for the refrigerator which was not cleaned. The pull out drawer is part of the refrigerator and not the freezer.

Just had a deep clean and will be doing a regular clean with Bee Maids. They were fabulous and did an awesome job. I’m so glad I made the choice to do this. It takes a lot of stress off of me. I highly recommend them, the ladies were professional and efficient and were great with my dogs!

This was my first time trying Bee Maids, and I am so impressed!! This is the best housecleaning I’ve ever received!! The cleaning crew worked hard and left our home so beautifully clean. The staff is very friendly, and the customer service is outstanding. We are so happy to have found Bee Maids after being disappointed by other cleaning services. We look forward to a clean home with them for years to come!

I can’t express my gratitude enough for how amazing these hardworking technicians did! Extremely thorough all the way down to turning my toilet paper roll into a beautiful folded design! The owner was very polite and accommodating during appointment scheduling. Receiving notification before arrival is very helpful and appreciated. I will absolutely use their services again, and definitely recommend it!

Bee Maids did a great job cleaning our home. The prices are reasonable and getting regular cleaning services scheduled is easy. The quality is much better than other services we have used in the area.

The cleaning was less than adequate. I have paid another service less than the amount they charged and gotten a much better job. Another service - My fully furnished house was cleaned by one person in the same amount of time as Bee Maids with two people and next to empty house. Bee Maids did not do as good a job. Even neglecting the shower niche, corners and under furniture. Was not going to leave a review, but they kept pushing, so here goes. Would not recommend.

I have with Bee Maids for over a year. There is no greater feeling than coming home after a long days work and finding a spotless home! Bee Maids is exceptional! I wish I could provide more than 5 stars! Allow me to reiterate, since day 1 I have allowed them access to my home ALONE. Having a reputation of TRUST was key to me, so while I am working, they are cleaning! They leave simple accents throughout that make you smile and also demonstrate their attention to detail. Simply outstanding! BRAVO!!

The 2 ladies who came out to my apartment did an amazing job on my move out clean! I had a stain in my shower and they got it out. They also did as they said and cleaned all the way from the floor boards up. The service was pricey but worth it to me because it would have cost me more if the apartments had charged me a cleaning fee. I feel really bad that I only had $20 extra to tip with on me they deserved more.

I’ve been using bee maids for almost 7years and they always do a great job putting great emphasis on details. I have them on schedule for other week and they always show up on time.There were couple times when they did not clean according to my satisfaction, all I had to do was call and the cleaning team came back and redid the area without any questions.You can tell that they take their cleaning and client’s feedback very seriously.

Been pleased with the work they been doing everytime we schedule them to come through... even replied to email within 24 hours on an issue we had.

Kitchen and Bathroom looks good. But they havent touched the windows or doors. Even they havent dusted the glass windows or doors.

I ordered a movement cleaning for my tenant. I wasn’t there to see the work, but afterwards my tenant told me that there were still lots of grease left around the oven. It was clean on top range and front oven, and inside, but there are a lot of grease splatter all on underside of microwave above. Also, down between counter & oven. It’s sticky behind the control panel at top near wall. That’s not a work carefully done. Also the quote was more expensive that other companies- I am reviewing the right company, its a different name I used for order.

I was using a different cleaning service and was happy with them until they no called no showed one day. I saw the amazing reviews for Bee Maids and all of the good stuff is true!! Team 1 came out and did a much better job than the other cleaning service ever did! Couldnt be happier!!

Team 3 came out to clean my home and I am amazed by the lack of care and detail. Pictures were not dusted, items were wiped around instead of being moved to dust, floors not mopped. I would understand if a couple items here and there get missed, but they didnt even have to clean 3 out of our 4 bedrooms this week and yet they still couldnt perform the basic functions they say they offer. Disappointing service is an understatement.
