Hilarious!Baseboards not clean, AC intake dusty, floor not cleaned correctly...I mean, it is an empty house, how difficult is it?They will come back to clean.. but do you want these people to come back when they were not able to clean correctly a 100% empty house...To clean an empty house, you just have to open your eyes and clean...In now days, even a pro cleaning company can not clean correctly. Hilarious, not funny.

We were moving our son into his grandfathers condo that had been rented for years. The renter left the place a PIGSTY, and we sought professional help in cleaning it. Thank heavens we hired Naturalcare Cleaning Company! They responded to our inquiry almost instantly, made an appointment in the next two days (even though that was right after Christmas), and sent a team of three professionals to do the job. The workers were fully-equipped, competent and professional, not to mention very polite and well-spoken. Most importantly, however, they WORKED. When the job proved even larger than they had counted on, they called to give us the option of finishing it a slightly higher cost. And it was so worth it. The people worked like Trojans, spending at least 8 hours cleaning from top to bottom, and truly salvaging the condo as a residence. Well done Naturalcare! I will tell everyone who is interested that yours is a great service.

I could not be happier about my services from Naturalcare Cleaning. Angelly and Jose have done an incredible job each time they come. Their deep clean is so good that I sometimes come home to clean items that I didn’t even ask for! As for the add-on services, I had to have my fridge cleaned after the big freeze, and a batch of dishes when our dishwasher had just broken, and both of those services were amazing as well. I cannot recommend them higher.

I needed a deep clean of my home. The ladies showed up on time and went to work. They were super quiet and worked hard for hours. I like that they use natural products. My home was clean when they were done, but it didn’t smell like all those cleaning chemicals. It was just “clean”. The deep clean includes wiping door frames and baseboards etc. they did that well. I did, however, find just a few spots that maybe could have been wiped a bit better, but it was not a lot. I left that note on my good review. They called back and said that they wanted to fix it. I told them it wasn’t a super big deal, but they insisted to fix it. So they came back very timely and refreshed two rooms fully. They were very professional both times. They listened to my instructions. They remembered from their notes that I do not like other vacuums in my house. They are top notch!

They were very communicative in advance, they showed up promptly, and they did a spectacular job on the cleaning. We used them for a moveout, and were VERY satisfied with their work. I will definitely use them again, and have forwarded their contact info to my realtor for other referrals.

The three ladies that arrived soon after their phone call letting me know they were on their way were super friendly and fast to get to work. They did not waste any time and worked well together. As they moved from one room to the next you could tell that they had done this before and were very effective. I was hopeful that they paid attention to things and areas that were behind other things, and they did, by moving stuff around they got to the corners that were much needed and they cleaned the base boards and any dust mites that accumulated. I like to think we are a very clean family but honestly I do not think we have moved around and looked behind items as much as we should of when we do our own cleaning. I would highly recommend Natural Care cleaning to any friend that asked.

Angela and Cynthia provided excellent service when they worked a move in cleaning on my 1850 ft sq home. They notified me when they were on their way, arrived at the scheduled time, and finished within the estimated time as well. The house smelled clean, the floors were pristine, oven looked great, bathrooms sparkled, and any possible dusty surfaces (like ceiling fans) were spotless which is important to me because of the dust allergies my family has. If available, request this hardworking team.

This housekeeping service has a very respectable owner. About 1 month ago, my girlfriend booked this service based off of the highly rated reviews that were given on Google and on here, Yelp. She thought she had done the best she could by researching companies with high ratings. We werent left too pleased.After the 1st cleaning wasnt exactly what we expected for the $140+ cost for our 2 bedroom apartment, we reached out to management. They replied that that understood & would be sending out another cleaning crew to make sure the cleaning that we paid for, was accomplished appropriately. They sent out another cleaning crew. The problem is that this cleaning crew actually did a worse job than the 1st one did.We promptly reached out to management with our concerns, once again, and awaited a response. That did not happen. After notifying management on 10/22 & not hearing back by 11/5, I decided to leave a public review on Google & here, on Yelp. The review was very negative.Immediately the owner reached out. He was very nice and genuinely seemed to way to rectify the situation, not just repair the review status. He refunded the money we paid & apologized, even offered explanations for each step of the process that was done in a fashion less than expected.My original review was categorized much lower than this one.The owner, Chad, is the reason I edited this review and increased the rating.I dont have plans to book them for another cleaning, but I appreciate the fact that he reached out to remedy the situation. That says a lot about the owner. Had he offered to clean a 3rd time instead of refunding, I would have given him the chance. Im not mad & now appreciate his customer service.

UPDATE: The company called and said they wanted to make things right, and today, they did. The crew did a great job.The first time was great. The second time they did not mop, clean counter, put trash bag back in bin and some other minor stuff. $120 for 2 hours is impossible to do a professional job of cleaning.

They are outstanding. The process of booking a cleaning is simple. The customer service is outstanding. My favorite thing about them is that the house wasn’t left with an overpowering smell of chemicals. I highly recommend.

We got our first deep clean (outside of my own handiwork) since moving in a few years ago - booked it as mental health move but will absolutely continue having the ladies come monthly. I am not above cleaning my own house, so Id like to think my home is pretty tidy but these Natural Care was so thorough - they picked up every book/vase/plant off my shelves and dusted, got the fans, got the baseboards, got the blinds, got the corners I often overlook. They are so detailed oriented for the deep clean (rather than a regular service, I prefer the occasional deep clean for the baseboard and fans and things I don’t get regular). They are so professional and I never feel as if my space has been invaded when they leave. Everything shines and is so tidy (hand towels and throw pillows all arranged so perfectly), which is even more than I expect.

I was due to have foot surgery last week and wanted to start my convalescence with a super clean house. This was our first experience with Naturalcare, and it was fantastic!! Kaylee and Antonio did a deep clean for us (including windows). They were professional but very kind and engaging as well. I felt completely comfortable sitting with my injured foot up while they cleaned around me. I was impressed with how hard they worked and how also steadily. (They weren’t taking text breaks every 15 minutes as we experienced with another cleaning service.) The entire time they were here, they were on the move. By the time they were finished, my house looked and smelled clean and fabulous. They even dusted my DOORS! One of the things that impressed us the most was their all natural, fragrance free steam clean service. My husband is severely allergic to all commercial fragrances. We have had cleaning services before who, rather than clean, just masked the dirt with strong perfumes and called it done. Naturalcare actually CLEANED and left nothing behind but the smell of fresh air. We are so happy with this company that we plan to have Kaylee and Antonio back next month and every month hereafter! I can’t believe I waited so long to have a regular cleaning service! I had Naturalcare come out for the first time yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier. The house looks great! I recently started with Naturalcare Cleaning and so far each cleaning has been very good. The team texts me when they are on their way and they show up as planned ready to work. They get hard to reach places like the tub! They are also respectful of my dogs. If they have questions they text. I love that it all gets done as expected and I come home to my clean home.

We had our apartment cleaned recently. We were very happy and plan to use them in the future. Three things that stood out to me were 1. They called 30 minutes prior to their arrival. 2. They didn’t move all our stuff. I’ve noticed with other cleaning companies I have to look to find things. I was able to find everything. 3. They did a great job cleaning . I have a toddler so my floors are sticky and his handprints are on our doors. They got it taken care of.

Two or three cleaners come every other Monday morning, cheery and ready to get to it. They spend about two hours dusting and vacuuming our 3100 square feet, two-story house. Our home features many small art objects, each of which is dusted by hand very carefully. The kitchen also is cleaned with great individual care. I have never had a better crew of cleaners and eagerly recommend them.

Naturalcare just started cleaning for me and they did a fabulous job! The crew was very professional and communicative. I received texts when they were in the way as well as once they were done. The cleaning job was great and I was very happy with the all around service. Oh, and bonus that all the products are natural!

We recently used Natural cleaning for a deep cleaning in the townhouse we are renting, and plan to use them every so often from here on out. They went above and beyond in our opinion, even taking the time to vacuum every single dog (White German Shepherd) hair off our couch! They were professional, showed up on time, quick but very thorough, and even set the alarm again when they left (we didnt even include that in the instructions, they were just that thoughtful)! Its so nice to have faith that people will treat your home like their own! Highly recommend!

They send plenty of notices letting you know when and who will will show up to clean your place, followed by a great job cleaning in a very acceptable amount of time. Highly recommended!

I recently hired Naturalcare Cleaners to clean my home after having poor experiences with independent housekeepers. Naturalcare has cleaned my home twice and I have been pleased both times! They send 2-3 people to clean and they are done efficiently and quickly! They cleaners are courteous and thorough. They offer several cleaning options and prices that are flexible based on your need. For example, they come every 2 weeks and alternate each visit between a light clean and full clean at my request and based on my need. This flexibility helps with the cost as well, as the light clean is cheaper. If you are looking for a team of Housekeepers, consider Naturalcare.

I’ve been using this company for years and was very impressed in the past. However, the quality of the service has degraded. First of all, steam cleaning used to be included, but they now charge extra for it, even though it’s still listed on their website’s “what’s included” page. I recently booked a deep clean with the steam cleaning and inside windows added as extras. I have cameras in my home and watched as the man briskly swiped some areas of my floor and completely missed large open areas of my living room. My bathroom was clearly not steamed as their were still water marks on the tile. I reviewed 2.5 hours of video footage and not once was a single shade lifted to clean the inside of my windows as I had scheduled. Ceiling fans weren’t dusted either, which is also explicitly stated on their standard clean. The worst offense was that the team left my home completely unlocked after confirming with my nanny that they would still be there in 30 minutes while she went to pick up my daughter from school. They left 10 minutes after she did without even messaging or calling her or me to indicate any issue with waiting.UPDATE 4/2: the owner called me personally to discuss my issues, informed me the team that had left my house unlocked was coached and sent another team to my home to complete the job. The follow-up team completed the deep clean as requested, and I think that demonstrates the company’s dedication to customer satisfaction. While I appreciate the customer service, I am still not confident on consistent high quality (the team left the used duster on my bed, wore shoes in the house, there was spilt gravel and dirt from a potted plant on a window sill, and they didn’t pay attention to or maybe the central office did not include the note where I provided an alternate contact number since I was not the person at home).

Editing to mention our team this week (Olivia and Nevin) did a great job working around our kids stuff. They are flexible and reliable. Even when my schedule is not predictable I know that they will be there. My highest marks go to their responsiveness. Any time I have a question they respond quickly and let me know what options I have. All this and a clean house! Great service.
