I was pleased with the end product as all surfaces were thoroughly cleaned (not just a once over). I was surprised to see underneath my couches had not been touched as dust and other foreign items were left. I understand if the hired workers were not responsible for moving furniture or if I was suppose to mention I wanted it cleaned, but I figured it would have been addressed for the price.

The team was very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning my house. I am very pleased with the service and will contact Molly Maids to set-up a recurring service.

Ordered a deep clean. Charged $420.00. Worst cleaning service I have ever seen.Only cleaned at eye level and missed a lot of dusting and cleaning. We specifically ordered the baseboards washed which was not done.They left filth in the corners of the baseboards and dust and cobwebs in the corners.Horrible customer service and they use foreign non English speaking workers that are exploited and paid very low wages.A miserable experience and a terrible company.

Amazing communication and service! I setup a deep cleaning last week and cant say enough great things about level of attention and detail from the entire Molly Maid team. They made it easy to setup and price was fair. My husband and I worked from home that day, but both ladies were respectful and kept noise to a minimal when we were on calls. Cleaning was super detailed and done right... and Im very picky. From the baseboards, showers, windows and ceiling fans everything looked and smelled great. Even loved the extra touch of the cute bow on the toilet paper. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great cleaning service!

Y’all need to use their services! They come in very handy when you have no time to scrub the tub or even sweep your floors. I recommend their services to any one working two jobs and literally come home shower, eat and sleep. They cleaned my place and left it spotless. They are very communicative. They call/text to let you know when the team is on their way. When the team arrives, they will look and give an estimate of how long it will take to clean the place. Once you approve it(they give you the estimated hours to clean mine was 2.5 hours and the rate at which they will charge you.), they will start the cleaning. They will also call/text to let you know they are done. This company is very outstanding in its cleaning and customer service.

Overall, they did a good job. As they were leaving I noticed that they hadnt cleaned the front door window. Once they were gone my wife pointed out that they also failed to clean the back door window. We had pointed both out to them when they first arrived. Otherwise, good job.

Canceled the initial meeting when I learned of the $55 trip charge tacked on to EVERY cleaning. That would push my monthly charge to nearly $200. No.

The cleaners showed up right on time, went right to work and finished exactly in the time allotted. They were both very pleasant and accommodating. The house was very clean and smelled good! I was there in my daughters absence and she was very happy with the finished job when she got home.

BE CAREFUL!!! I had read good reviews of this company on my neighborhood fb page and was in need of having my house cleaned before my daughters 7th birthday party. I spoke with Silvia on a Wednesday and based on the size of my house and number of rooms in my house, she quoted me a price range of $216-$389. My house is only 2144 square feet but I was desperate and willing to pay a little more to make this happen before my daughters party which was coming up on Saturday. On Friday morning the maid service arrived and upon inspection of the house decided that the new price would be $519. I was completely shocked as my house is cleaned weekly and was not in a condition that would require two maids to work for 6+ hours to get it up to par. I called Silvia and asked for an explanation considering that she had quoted me a price range. She denied this and insisted that she would have never quoted a price. I insisted that she didnt quote a price but a price range. She did acknowledge this but insisted it didnt mean that the final cost would be in this range. I asked to speak with the owner and was given his email address and told that he was in Europe for two weeks. Instead of writing this review immediately, I decided to email the owner and give him some time to respond. It has been 3 weeks and Ive received no reply. I have taken this to mean that my complaint isnt worth his time. Be careful especially if you are in need of a cleaning service leading up to an event!!!

I was just told that my service was purposely priced high, because I didnt seem like Id be happy, when really I only asked for good service, and had no problems paying what was asked, I did complain about something that they told me was supposed to get done, and didnt. So the person who they employ (Rosa) said shed quit before returning to my home, which my home is clean to begin with, but they had no issue with saying I was overcharged

I called Molly maid for a quote to clean my 2500sqft home. I was quoted almost $400. I thought that was crazy expensive as I’ve never in my life paid more than $120 for home cleaning.I thought to my self these people must do great work since they charge so much for it and since they been in business forever, I decided to give them a try just to realize that they are no better than your average Maid found on craigslist .
