Wow!!! Had heard good things about this salon so I gave it a shot. I called ahead for an appointment and when I got there they took me immediately. I chose to upgrade my pedicure to their lavender pedicure option and oh my god. Absolute best pedicure I’ve ever received. Well worth the additional money. They offer so many relaxing and soothing lotions, hot rocks, hot towels, they give you a neck massage during the manicure and dip your hands in wax. When the wax peels off it feels amazing and then they add lotion.😍 Everyone was so nice! Loved it here I will definitely be back!

The staff is absolutely amazing. I brought my daughter there to get her nails done for the first time and the women was absolutely amazing! She was so patient with my daughter and fixed her nails when she smudged it after they were finished without complaining. Absolutely recommend going!

Very clean salon and staff is friendly. My nails always come out looking great. Make an appointment because they get busy!

Made a appointment a few minutes late due to work 5mins walked refused to take me said they were busy have to stick to my appointment. Meanwhile there are five staff sitting at their stations on their phones. Will take my business somewhere else

Great service, loved it.

First few times I went here were great. Most recently, terrible truly just terrible. Rushed, customer service was awful. Yes you get paraffin with your manicure which I love and think its such a nice touch but when the technician is rude it takes away from the experience which is very unfortunate. Youre also supposed to get a relaxing neck and back massage however ours lasted all of a minute... Hopeful that a manager or owner takes the time to read this because they have been great in the past and have a great location but for now decent job on the nails but dont get your hopes up for an enjoyable relaxing experience.

Clean facility and exceptional service! My nails look amazing, and I feel so relaxed after the massage. I got my eyebrows done as well, and they came out perfectly. The staff is professional and nice. The location is far from my house, but I will definitely go out of my way to come back again!

Spa O Nails is awesome!! They are very clean, attentive, and pay attention to details. What I like best is that no one sits around on their cell phones. They all find something to do whether that be get customers water, give extra shoulder massages, or helping out other workers!

Excellent service. Did hot stone pedicure and relaxed to a soothing callous removal treatment and quick massage on my neck after. My mom had manicure and received smoothing wax treatment and soft neck massage. Very accommodating staff, too!

This salon is a dream come true! We walked in, as a group of 4, on a Saturday afternoon, for pedicures. They requested we come back in 45 minutes and they’d be able to take care of all of us at the same time. They were on time and ready for us when we got back. The pedicure was heavenly!! The entire salon is so neat and clean. All the equipment was clean and sterile. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the staff were so kind and so genuinely great! I can’t wait to come back!! I’m so excited I found such a great salon so close to my house!

This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to and one of the best pedicures I have ever had. The staff was super friendly and attentive. They set a timer for 5 minutes for the massaging part of your feet/legs which was great (because at some other places, they really dont take the time to massage!) When I was drying, they came over and massaged my neck and upper back. I would highly recommend this place!

Walked in this Monday May 27, 2019 at my USUAL place Spa O Nails to get my nails done. They didn’t have any openings so they booked me for the next day. I showed up to my 9:30am appointment the next day Tuesday. The same guy who booked me the day before told me that due to the long length of my nails instead of $45 they would have to charged me $55, seriously? Needless to say, I left. I immediately called my girlfriend that referred me to this place. It turned out that her and friends stop going there for the extra charges as well.They have a price list on the wall that doesn’t mention anything about all the extra charges. Ladies be aware!! This place won’t last, they are not honest. I went back to my old place Pro Nails in Walpole, MA I had a pedicure and my usual powder dipped at same price posted on their wall.... Fare and Square!

Relaxing experience at Spa O Nails. The environment is immaculate and comfortable. It was probably one of the best manicure pedicures I’ve ever had. The techs are professional. Ivy Was exceptional!

Very clean. They do a beautiful job! I highly recommend them.

You pay a little more but it is so neat and clean. They have extras included in your manicure that you dont get at most places. Parafin hand treatment. A neck and shoulder massage at the very end.

I went with a group of 5 girls two weeks ago and we ALL said this was the best mani/pedi we have EVER gotten. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and each of them did an amazing job! It was the first time I had done a dip manicure and I will only get this going forward. I am a nail biter and gel only lasts one week on me. I am still going strong on week 2! Everything that comes with the pedicure (10 minute massage, aroma therapy, hot stones) and manicure (shoulder massage, paraffin treatment, hand massage) is WORTH.EVERY.PENNY!! Highly recommend this place!

Ive gone in for a dip twice and both times it is very obvious that they dont like doing them. Each coat is barely dry before the next one is put on. I can usually go three weeks between each dip, having it done here It barely lasts two before chipping off. Wouldnt recommend this place.
