My 5 yr old gets his hair cut here and always leaves happy. They listen to what he wants and cut his hair the way he asks (with a secret glance at Mommy for an okay).We usually just walk in because I check the wait time online first and it usually isnt bad; 10-20 minutes is the most we have ever waited. You can check in online to get your name on the list before you arrive if you are time restricted.They do a good job on their cuts considering the wiggliness of a large portion of their clientele. :)It is also 1/4 the price it costs to have my daughters hair cut, so that is a big bonus.Masks are still required and there are only two chairs for waiting, so I do recommend you check on the wait before going if standing will be an issue.This location is a recommend from this Viking styled little man and his Mommy.

I get skin tight fades on the sides but also require scissors it on top. Lety is one of the few that can get both parts looking great! I drive past other Sports Clips locations to make sure I use her. Worth the drive!

Eva is the reason why I go there. Shes such a nice of a person and does a great job cutting hair. The place also takes caution during these crazy times that I feel safe going there.

I have been using this sports clips for more than five years and I have always had great service. I went in for the first time since they reopened from the COVID-19 situation and felt very comfortable with all the precautions that they are taking doing their haircuts. I am very glad that they’re open again and would recommend to anyone that needs hair care at this time that this is a great place to get it taken care of.

We are all aware of how serious COVID is right now and a lot of places have taken measures to help receive their service in a SAFE manner. This sportclips is not one of them. I believe they could lose their license if certain rules aren’t followed and they aren’t. How hard is it to make sure someone is wearing a mask WHILE YOURE CUTTING THEIR HAIR. It’s not impossible. It’s ridiculous that they don’t care about the safety of their clients by not speaking up and telling others to WEAR A MASK. Will definitely be reaching out to their TDLR. Unacceptable

They always get my haircut right. The online check in saves me so much time.

First time in this location since moving into the area. I hope that employee was having a bad because if she wasnt, then I think she needs to be retrained or let go. It felt like I was inconveniencing her throughout the entire cut. Remember the first day at basic training or in the military movies when they aggressively buzz off all the hair, picture that and with the same demeanor and lack of courtesy. I initially asked for shampoo and hot towel, but at the end of the cut I feared having my eyes covered around her would be risky at best. Not tipping was the best part. It seemed like everyone else was having a decent experience. After she was done, she held out a mirror and said, hold this. When I told her she cut part of my hair I told her not to, she said nothing and continued to clear her station. Not a single apology... Which is why Im wasting time sending in this review. Best of luck to this location, especially if that stylist continues to represent your location.

I checked in online to get a haircut with Letty at 12:40. On my way to sports clip the sports clip app said my appointment changed to 12:50. I got there early at 12:36, entered my phone number in the kiosk. I noticed I was on deck and expected to get a haircut around 12:50. Letty finished with the customer before me at 12:52, she didnt call my name, instead went to the back, grabbed her lunch and left. I understand, everyone needs to eat lunch but if I wouldve know that she was eating lunch at 12:52 I wouldve gone with a someone else. I had picked her online because she was going to be the first available and I had a lot of things to do on Sunday.. It was 1:10 when I got someones attention. The person I spoke with was very nice and said she would call Letty but at that point I had to leave without a haircut because I had other things I had to do.

Ive had some great haircuts here and a few not so great ones. Im here to warn you about Maria (though how many Marias work here I dont know)... Its the first time Ive seen her there. If speed is your choice over quality, by all means pick Maria. But if you value not being given whitewalls, having some scalp remaining after shes scraped it vigorously with her trimmer, or just having a pleasant experience, stay as far away as possible. It was honestly so bad I almost got up in the middle of my haircut to ask for someone else. And after the end result, I wish I would have. Not only was she in a race to be done, she got annoyed when I asked her to repeat her questions. Forgive me, but its hard to hear what youre saying when your trimmer is buzzing in my ear. She would then mutter something and resume her speed cut. I had to pull away to make sure she wasnt just going to buzz something off...in the end Im pretty sure she took a chunk of hair off the back.I go to SportClips over other places because its typically a quality experience. They tend to hire quality people who genuinely care about their customers. Not so much with this individual. I still like this SportClips, but Ill be asking for anyone but on my next visits....

I recently tried to cut my boys hair... and it looked terrible. I guess haircut tutorials from YouTube just werent enough. 😬 So, to get my boys to suffer through another haircut (ages 5 and 3), I took them to Sports Clip. My oldest son even received the MVP treatment with hot towel, massage chair, shampoo. He was in heaven! The wonderful young lady there took care of my boys, and listened to what I was trying to achieve with my attempt. They looked handsome in the end, but the smiles were the biggest prize!

I checked in online and was on time...early actually. I was up next for my haircut with lettuce. Someone came in like 15 min after me and when Letty came to the front the guy who had just walked in got called with her and my name went from on deck to 25 min wait. I was floored to say the least. I’m a really good tipper and I am a very patient person...I also am HUGE on customer service. No one said one word to me. I went up and asked the girl at the front and she said “oh probably Cause I’m going on break so it pushes everyone back.” How on earth would I be pushed back if I was up on deck? And then to not even let me know...? No one seemed to care. I went to call my friend who owns his own barber shop in cedar park to see if he availability cause at this poi t why would I wait? He didn’t have any spots today but I just went on Facebook and asked for recommendations for a new barber shop. I went in to cancel my appointment with y’all. I will not go back.

Brought son in to trim hair for HS grad pics. Told short lady with ponytail (NO NAME GIVEN AT TIME OF SEVICE) just want trim. DOES NOT WANT TO CUT LENGTH!!! Because of Covid we were not allowed to go inside with him. Instead of stopping and asking him or showing us outside what was going on she took it upon herself to completely remove his length and cut 3 inches off. Apologized multiple times to him, but continuously repeated to me it was not her fault!! Had to cancel his entire sitting session for graduation pictures!!! No number to talk to a manager. All done on website!! No customer service!!! Very upset, heartbroken!!

My sons’ and I have been coming to the Pflugerville location for the past three years. We have had all positive experiences from the stylists. I believe they try their very best to give you the cut that you want or describe. We are treated with respect and have good conversations. My 8 year old looks forward to the hot towel treatment! On occasion when the Pflugerville location is booked full, we will go to the Round Rock location...they do a great job too!

I told the woman exactly what I wanted and she didnt listen what so ever. When I told her I wanted her to stop cutting she kept going and absolutely ruined my hair. The woman who did my hair was the really short lady who was very judgmental and couldnt care about what I wanted my hair to be

I signed in online and showed up about 5 minutes before the recommended time. An older gentleman opened the door for me and he went in front of me. The lady at the desk asked him if he had signed in online and he replied No. She said Oh, i can take you right now. I looked at the queue and my name said On deck and there were about 6 other names on there as well. They called out another name and no one responded and they called out a different name and that person was there. My name then said 5 minutes. Then another employee comes up and calls out a name that said 19 minutes while mine said 3 minutes at this point. He was there and then my name changed to 12 minutes. Seriously? From On deck to 5 minutes to 12 minutes and never once was my name called. I am a pretty decent guy that doesnt get upset over little stuff but this chapped my butt a little. The only reason I didnt complain there is because the little blonde girl that cut my hair was super sweet. I was about to lose it when a state trooper or whatever walked in and a girl cutting hair said Are you in a rush? and he replied No, Ill wait. If she took him before me and the other people that were there I wouldve been really upset. I support law enforcement 100% but dont cut his hair before others because he came in while hes on the clock. He chose that career and the dangers that come with it. He can get a haircut when hes not working like the rest of us. I love Sports Clips but this location isnt the best.

Was in town for a wedding and needed a fresh cut. Didnt get the stylists name but they totally took care of me. Got a nice mid fade and the VIP package for new members. They even put on beard balm before the warm towel, which was a really refreshing experience and a nice touch. Great experience overall, will be on the lookout for a Sports Clips back in my local area now.

Today, I walked in and signed up for a specific stylist to get a haircut. The wait time was posted as 23 mins. After waiting for 23 mins, the display board had my name as on deck. I noticed the stylist was prepping the chair and cleaning for the next client, which I assumed will be me. To my surprise she picked up the another person who had signed up as first available! WOW...so much for waiting and words next up.Lesson learned, dont patronize this place...there are plenty around

My husband gets nice haircuts here. Last visit he got a really nice haircut and treated himself to the hot towel treatment and shampoo. He bought the tea tree shampoo and conditioner. He left a happy and handsome man.

Always great service and a great haircut

Have a very hard time of styling hair. They always either go too short or too long. They dont understand how to do fades at all. Gave up on telling them how to do my hair so I decided to show them pictures of what I want and they still mess up. After every cut I get I need to go home and fix it. I shouldnt have to because they shouldve fixed my hair already. The only reason I go there still is because it close. Great Clips is also there but they are worse than Sport Clips. Step up your game 👎

Went to sports clips in Pflugerville Stone Hill Center and couldn’t use my original hairstylist for my son because she has left sports clips. Had to use first available, got in quickly after making an appointment. My son gets in the chair And is asked what he wants done with his hair, he request that he gets a fade and a little bit cut off the top. The hairstylist Mona doesn’t give him a fade and then when I go and ask her to fix the things I want fixed like his sideburns are uneven looks like one didn’t even get messed with. Mona fixed it but had an attitude about it. Then my son told me afterwords as I was speaking to her about the adjustments to his hair she got rough with him. I tipped her two dollars just because I’m a nice person but she really didn’t deserve anything. I would never use her again or recommend her again. Called the manager and she was taking up for her employee, I don’t blame her but as I remember the customer is always right. Still not satisfied with the haircut that this hairstyle Gave to my son. Will not ever use her again (Mona).

I have had my hair cut three times and it is never exactly right. The online checkin is nice but there is always a longer wait than expected. This is an ok store to get a haircut if you need one at a low price but it could be better.

I stopped going here because I never knew who I was going to have as a Barber. Which meant I never knew who was gonna cut my hair or how they were going to cut my hair. I would have to explain it over and over to the new person. I finally quit going here in got a Single Barber.They went up being cheaper and doing just as good if not a better job

The hours are horrible for those people that work till 6pm and then they don’t take appointments after that time. They close at 7 on Saturday you’d think they’d be open later. Not to mention that they are always so rude when they answer the phone.

This location is great.The website has got to be the worst site Ive ever used. It doesnt work and appears no one has ever performed any quality checks to make sure it works. Wait times are out right lies. Looking at my app shows zero wait time for 4 stylist.Only three stylist are here and all 3 have customers in their chairs. Who ever picked the keyboards for the in store kiosk need to be fired. If you want the widest range of customers use a standardized keyboard.

I first went to Supercuts to see two very new hairstylist there. Ran over to Sport Clips knowing that they have more experienced hair stylist. When I got here the woman that took me back to cut my hair seemed okay at first. She asked me how I wanted my haircut and I started to tell her. Not even a half way through how I wanted my haircut she cut me off and decided she was going to educate me on how I should vocalize how I want my haircut. At that point I thought she understood what I wanted but when she stopped and asked me how I liked it it was very apparent she didnt have a clue on what I wanted. Its not very hard to get your hair layered. However it is almost impossible to get somebody to stop following the last persons work. I used to get my haircut every 3 weeks and stop doing that because I couldnt find somebody to cut my hair correctly now Im at a point where my hair goes past my shoulders because Im too scared to get a haircut. Thanks again 4 bungling this up

Our stylist went on lunch break during our appointment time!Details: We had an appointment with Jessica that asked for us to arrive at 1:02pm. Then at 12:46pm, we received a text saying that our stylist would be ready within 10 minutes so we wrapped up what we were doing and headed right over. When we arrived, we were on deck! But wait, then the time changed to 20 minutes, so we stuck around figuring it was just a busy day. At the end of 20 minutes, we were on deck again! But then minutes passed and no one was coming to get us. I approached the reception desk and asked for details, when I learned she was on lunch and isnt back yet. Why was I allowed to schedule an appointment during someones lunch break?! We waited almost an hour after receiving a text that our stylist was ready to learn she was still on lunch. We left dissatisfied, late, and uncut.

Do not let Asian lady cut your hair. She is going to screw it up and then tell you that it’s what you asked for. Everybody else there does a good job though.

Ive been here 4 or 5 times and it was always okay. This last time it was cut to short, uneven (the front was cut shorter then the rest) and the fade on one side was sloppy at best. It felt very rushed and looks noticeably unfinished. I wear glasses, and have to remove them for the stylist to cut my hair properly. With how rushed I felt through the whole service, it wasnt until I got into my car that I saw how bad it was.

Huong was wonderful! She took it upon herself to clean up my whole neck not just neckline, she also made the hair wash nice by messaging my neck before going back to her chair. Thank you.

They are always professional and help me relax in a comfortable and professional environment. The fact I get the hair cleaning and a massage after my haircut leaves me comfortable for the rest of the day instead of itchy and uncomfortable like the other hair places.They always listen to how I want my haircut and do it correctly the first time. I had a really bad experience with the online check-in and probably won’t get my hair cut at sports clips again. I checked in, was told to arrive at 1:26 PM. Almost an hour before this time I get a text message telling me my stylist would be available within 15 minutes. I live about 15 minutes away, so even though I left right away, I didn’t make it in time. I understand it’s not an appointment and is variable, but I don’t think it’s reasonable for me to have expected I should be at the location a full 45 minutes before the suggested time. I used to go to Lakeline constantly, moved out to pflugerville and oddly enough the same lady who always cut my hair there moved here!!! I never remember her name but shes been the only one Ive gotten for YEARS and shes great. All I remember is her husband and I have the same first name. 10/10 recommend her, just gotta figure out which Blondie she is.

Went in for an inbetween hair cut, after this my barber was very rude and intrusive with when my last hair cut was and making smart remarks. Practically changed faces once she realized I was just getting a trim and not a haircut. Very rude and will not be giving them my buisness anymore, overpriced and disrespectful staff memeber.

Out of the 7 or 8 times Ive been to this location Ive had my haircut the way I want it once and they only came close to what I wanted and each time its a different person . This last time was definitely THE LAST TIME .

I went to the Pflugerville Stone Hill location and had Dayna cut my hair. Aside from the haircut being mediocre at best, even the sideburns are uneven, the overall experience was bad. Dayna was very rude from the very start. It had been awhile since I last cut my hair, so when she asked how I wanted it I tried to show her pictures of how I used to have it, she barely even looked at the and just said yeah, yeah, you just want it short. She then proceeded with the hair cut, I asked her to use scissors instead of the clippers to which she gave me a bad look. After about five minutes of cutting my hair with scissors she said hows the length?, it was barely shorter than what it was when I first got in and I said I would like it to be shorter. She then responded, in a very unpleasant tone,Well, I am going to get the clippers then, because that would be a whole new haircut. This is ridiculous. Yes, she actually told a paying customer that their request to have their hair cut with scissors was ridiculous. At this point I was really annoyed and just let her do it, I really did not feel like arguing with her and just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I was still unhappy with the haircut after she was done, not because of the use of clippers but because it looks uneven (if you are going to insist in using clippers and be resistant to a customers request, at least do it right), my left side looks shorter than my right, my right sideburn is shorter than the left, and some parts on the top looks like a camel took bites out of my hair. Overall, just really bad experience and a rude stylist that I still tipped 20% because I am a swell guy. Only good thing was that the wait to get my head butchered was short. Will not be coming back to this location and probably will not go to any Sports Clips again. Avoid this place like the plague.

Had enjoyed getting cuts from here, until the new chick screwed up my edge up...and I let that grow out ..only to return to the one who cuts my hair, on a regular, and she messed up the front hair line. One side was an inch higher than the other side.. Yes indeed Jacked up as worse than what the new girl did. Done & Done.

I dont exactly know what to say. I gave it 2 stars because I usually have a good experience at Sports Clips. I told my stylist that I suffer from psoriasis and wanted a shampoo before and after. She did the first one, and then proceeded to do a buzz cut. She kept saying that this was bad... real bad. For the first half of the cut, she just kept insulting me. When she finally said that I should see a doctor (which I do) I said OK. There was not chit chat for the entire cut after that. She did my beard trim fine and in silence. After that, she refused to give me a 2nd shampoo. She said it was a sanitation issue.I have had excellent service from another location. And even though it is much farther, I will continue to give them my patronage. I cant say if the rest of this location is good or not.

Specializing in Mens grooming, obviously. The MVP treatment is what differentiates SportClips from other establishments (hot towel over the face in a darkened room while getting hair washed, scalp message, shoulder massage afterwards). What makes it worth it or not is the willingness on the part of the individual stylist to take the time with the MVP or whether they give just a brief nod to it and move on to the next customer. This hasnt been the case for the last few trips McKenna does an admirable job.Theyre really pushing the web portal for reservations and sign-ins, so a near empty waiting area can mask a half hour or forty-five minute wait during peak times as people show up just in time for their appointment ahead of you even though they arrived after. So check it before coming.

Walked in with my son and had 3 people yell...yes, yell...Did you sign in online? No welcome, hello, nothing! The waiting area was empty and we were told that we would have to wait 70 minutes to be seen because we didnt check in online. Basically you need an appointment...good luck walking in.

New to the area and this has been THE WORST haircut Ive ever received! If youre looking for a detailed haircut or anything close to it, dont recommend it. Not worth your money at all!!

This was only my 10 year old sons second visit. I have taken him to Great Clips for years due to cost. The previous time a friend took him to get a cut there. Afterwards, he was like- I can only go there [Sport Clips]. He said that they perfectly cut his hair and did not complain that the clippers hurt like he usually does. When I tried to convince him to go back to Great Clips to save money, he definetely put me in my place. Said why not pay a bit extra for a perfect haircut rather than pay less for a bad one. Yup, I took him to Sport Clips and was impressed that he never complained. That made it worth it!

Very nice and talkative but it went down hill from there. I asked for shampoo and cut only. She changed for MVP. What was the biggest problem was she over cut the hair around my right ear so she matched it on the other side. I looked like something off of Startrek. The back of my head was cut crooked and way too high like she couldnt get it even so she just kept cut more off. This was fifth and final visit to this location, four with no wow factor and now a very bad visit.

I have been a patron of the Stone Hill location in Pflugerville, TX for over 5 years. My sons and I see Trinh on Sunday mornings. The whole staff is great, but Trish is a fantastic stylist. I always leave extremely satisfied.

My guys love the MVP, especially my son. I never thought of having my hair done there but Andrea doing the clippers taper in the back was just what my previous cut was missing to put it over the top.

My children (ages 14 and 7) always get satisfactory cuts, are treated with respect, and stylists engage them in conversation.

Ive been going to this Sport Clips since 2012 and have never had a bad experience. Sometimes the wait time is a bit too long, depending on date and time of the visit.

Ever since they started doing the checking online if you walk in you have to wait forever to get in they dont seem to have a policy in place some people say the ones waiting here for some say the ones that checked online the first its too much of a headache been going there for 11 years not sure if Ill continue

Worst haircut ever! Mickey shaved at least an inch an a half above and behind my sons ears, and the cut was uneven on both sides. To make it even, she would have had to shave the other side to cover the mistake. Will not be back.
