I have used The Maids of West Houston for years. The ladies are extremely professional and they consistently do a fantastic job of thoroughly cleaning our home. The office staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with.

We have used the West Houston Maids a couple of times. Both times, they were able to work with our schedule and arrive when promised. They are very thorough, we have yet to find anything they missed.We usually keep the house up ourselves, but when you have family over for an extended weekend or you are without power for an few days due to an artic blast, it is great to have the Maids come clean so it is easy to maintain again.We will use their services again.

As a realtor and real estate investor of 20 years this company just performed the worst make ready cleaning I have ever seen. Then agent on the phone was even defiant about their $300 farce of a cleaning. Consumer beware. Do not hire.

For the most part, we are pleased. There are some minor issues every once in awhile like not cleaning sweeping/ floor under the sofas sometimes. Or missed on top of drive & other smaller appliances. Just stuff like that.Also, when I choose a time frame it’s because that’s when I can have everything ready for the team. (Like all bedding washed/ folded, dogs gone to the day boarding or groomers) & Corina is always good at accommodating this for me. But on a few occasions when she wasn’t working those days, they come really early, like up to an hour before earliest time frame booked. I get if they get a cancellation right before our clean, but we won’t ever be ready before designated time frame.So no major issues, or a deal- breaker, but The Maids is the most we’ve ever paid for cleaning services, and at the beginning (years ago) it was much better cleans.

The Purple Team cleans my home every third Tuesday and they always do an outstanding job. Ive been with this company since 2011. If you need a cleaning service, and youre in the area they cover, call them, youll be as thrilled with them as I have been.

Beautiful incredible job well done! Very thorough and detailed; right down to the precious folding of the toilet paper roll! Corina was super easy to work with for scheduling, the women were polite and professional, I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received today! Highly recommended.

The yellow team ladies did an outstanding job cleaning my vacant house from top to bottom. It sparkles! After a disappointing experience with a different cleaning company, this restored my faith that excellent service still exists. I recommend them highly.

Always on time, always a great clean. I have used The Maids of west Houston for over two years. They use safe and gentle, yet effective, cleaning techniques. Their four person teams are well trained and know exactly how to divide and conquer our homes mess. We have three children under five, so, as you might imagine, the job is not easy, but The Maids make it seem so.I would not trade services for the world.

The West Houston Maids were cleaning my house within 2 days of calling them. The 3 sweet ladies did a great job!

I hired them for a rental property that was left in disgusting condition. They arrived promptly and by the end the house was amazing. Very detailed in cleaning, especially blinds and cabinetry, including under sinks. The service is expensive but it was well worth my time saved on cleaning and the level of effort these ladies put into it.

Very unprofessional. I requested service for what will be a large, ongoing job. I received an email stating that a particular person would be in contact with me soon. Seven days later and not even the slightest response even after several emails were sent on my part.

Leticia and the Green team did a great job doing a deep clean of my home when I was just too overwhelmed to get it done myself. I will be scheduling with them again in the future!
