100% would NOT recommend. Cant show up to pick up trash but surely can bill for services I’m not receiving. Customer service “flags my account” and schedules for missed ups, which also aren’t picked up. Over and over and over.

Every week. 2 and 3 lanes wide holding up traffic @ 60mph. 8 of them today.

I have repeatedly called waste management regarding how the driver takes great pleasure dumping my trashcan on its side in the middle of my driveway. It is placed in an area that blocks my driveway several feet away from where I placed the canister initially. It is clear that this is a voluntary attempt to cause dismay. After about the fifth time it is no longer funny. Waste Management has repeatedly told me they will have a supervisor call me but never do.

Unfortunately, WM offers nothing more than terrible service. Trash is not consistently collected, and the drivers we have had in our area lately are unsafe and leave a mess behind. I am still waiting to hear from a manager to contest my last bill, and my neighbors are being charged to cancel service after WM has failed to provide the service they are contracted to provide. Steer clear...

On hold for 30 minutes and then got hung up on

MESA water bill no longer accepted. Tires no longer accepted. Ramp and roads are all falling apart. This used to be a nice facility but it has fallen in to disrepair. Shame.

Great setup fast and convenient. Very reasonably priced

They do take mattresses. They didnt charge extra. I had a really hard time finding any info about what they do and do not take buttons place, despite the lack of info is extremely convenient and very friendly.

This transfer station is extremely convenient, and usually has a very fast turn around time!

Since April your service has declined to poor quality because you are not picking my trash up on the scheduled days of Monday & Thursday. Plus you use to pickup early afternoon. Now it is LATE evening of scheduled day or morning of the NEXT DAY at least once a week since early April. Ridiculous!!!

Be warned: Trash/Water bill is only utility bill accepted, just pull up Gilbert website and show digital trash bill. Power and Gas bills not accepted.

The lady at the weight station was super sweet and made our first trip to this facility a breeze. It was easy to find and the wait wasnt too long for a Saturday afternoon.

Things to know:1 - weigh in, weigh out. You use the same scales as the big trucks with accounts. Rates are posted just outside the weighstation as you enter.2 - this location accepts payment in cash or card, and in some cases they can bill your city waste account.3 - go where youre told to go. Have your radio off and your windows down to hear instructions. Thier PA system is hard to hear when you arent in a vehicle.4 - if you have inert fill (concrete, rock, etc) you are better off going to an inert landfill. They will charge you half as much, and there is not the traffic.5 - this location requires high-visibility vests. Bring one, or they are $1/person to borrow. If you have an equivalent t-shirt, they will accept that. Not a bad idea to have a hardhat as well.

TAKE YOUR WATER BILL. I didnt know this, but awesome Cheryl helped us out. Very thankful.

Good experience, also wanted to share some important updates that they have posted there for 2018.

We always prefer to reduce waste, but when we cant its nice to have a place to take large items. They prefer a paper copy of your water bill we have gotten hastled for pulling up on our phones.

Waste Management, .Please fix your public hours posted on your website!!! I just wasted 90 min of my time traveling to your Mesa facility, only to be turned away at 4:05. You are costing me revenue for not paying attention to the details. Get with the program! UGGGG!!!!
