Went here when my car really needed a wash when I was in this area. I had been to other BlueWaves before and decided to try this one. Staffers were friendly and helpful. The automatic wash went pretty well. The free vacuums worked well. Good experience here.

Twice they broke my car while washing and refused to fix or compensate for the repair. I canceled membership.Im giving you more details here. My rear view mirror cover were broken when passed through the brushes. The workers took out absolutely broken and irreparable parts (but not all of them!). The manager said they refused to reimburse repairs as they believed the parts were not original. I bought a new car and never repaired this mirror, so I was sure it was original. I went to Mazda and received confirmation, the details are ORIGINAL. Also, these parts are marked with the Mazda logo (see pictures). I asked for an official written paper on the reasons for the refusal and the manager said that I could come and get this paper any time. When I arrived, she said that she had no intention of giving it to me. So that was another your lie. What games? You break customers cars who pay you money for membership. Then you dont give them all broken parts. Then you make your decisions based on lies. Then you force customers to come to you and dont follow through on your decisions. I include pictures for your clients and your potential clients to make the right decisions if they want your service and membership. And also for you with the proof, you broke the ORIGINAL part and were dishonest in resolving the issue!

Have been using BlueWave since they opened here. Unlimited monthly plan is great. Staff is fantastic. My only complaint is the washer is ruff on my front license plate.

They have fair prices with a very nice vacuums cleanser but over all my vehicle don’t come out clean as I expected very little soap and this was supposed to be wax with tire shine

Its too bad I visited two different location and both of them didnt wash my vehicle very well and left it with lots of foam on my vehicle and when I asked them there only help was well give you some towel and you clean your vehicle which is absolutely ridiculous....when I asked them they start giving done nonsense reason....Ill give them one more change if they failed Ill cancel my membership with them....Reza

Good wash, but the blow dryers leave a bunch of spots on my windows etc. Mister Car Wash has blow dryers that comb the water back and over the car so it gets a true front to back dry.Edit: thanks for replying! I was just mentioning Mister Car Wash because their drying system would be a nice and perfect 5 star upgrade for y’all’s.

Like most business, starts providing good service. After few months service was bad quality, air and vacuum lines are out of service, they dont offer a constant reliable service. The set up is good but lock of consistency,They have the potential to provide a great service, they just dont want to.

My review is based on how helpful Yolanda was to me, after locking my keys and phone in my car today. She let me use her phone, despite this pandemic, and allowed me to call from a quiet area. Even after waiting she made sure they knew where I was and were able to get to me. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t know what I would have done, since the landline to the car wash wasn’t working. She’s an amazing employee and I wish there were more people like her.

. Paid for a car wash and prior to my entering in for my wash, Vannekka adjusted the guides so that my tires were still dirty when I came out. The rims were also still dirty. She also RAN to the bathroom to make sure that if I went in there to get water that it was contaminated. The feds have been denying me water by putting Covid in it or some other substance to make me sick. An agent in a gray truck was parked on the side of the building waiting on the bogeyman. They need a mental evaluation.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I have a membership. It’s reasonably priced and never have issues.I’m writing a review now because I loved Tyrones energy. It made my day! We didn’t chat or even interact, just his waving and positive energy was awesome

Great place for wash and vacuums but they removed the compressed air sprayers. That was the best reason to come here and quickly spray all the dust out of my car. Also it’s not touchless so the brushes will swipe against your car and cause micro scratches. I hope a touch less car wash with compressed air sprayers come to this area.

Love this place! Always busy, tho! The lady I take care of has a membership, so I take her car in, for her, and run it through! The vacuums work really well! Theyre on each side of the vehicle, and it makes it easy to quickly clean the inside of her vehicle! Also has a high pressure air blowing wand for dash and touch ups! 👍

These guys rock. Pull in straight though. Dings and dents are possible.

Broke off my antenna and refused to do anything to help. Very unhelpful and uneducated, didnt even get my truck clean. Will not be back.

I was a regular customer of Bluewave for many years, until one visit when my side mirror was completely destroyed during a wash. On camera, had to retrieve mirror glass from inside wash lane. They denied any assistance with repair for damage claim, even though it was all captured on their surveillance. Enter at your own risk, they will not assist with any damage caused by their equipment. Will never be a customer again, not that Bluewave cares!

Weve had a couple of problems with the back of the car getting properly cleaned and the wheels, but the manager was there and she let us go through a couple of times because they had a maintenance person theyre adjusting the system. So overall a very positive experience.

Its so annoying when the come and watch you select the wash you want, like youre going to steal the machine or cant read. The prices are to expensive for little work you get done. Costumer service isnt that great. They are in a convenient location, I would suggest looking around for others car wash services before selecting this location.so I gave one star for that reason.

Love this car wash. Employees are friendly. The automated washer does a thorough job in cleaning my vehicle. What I truly love is the power from the vacuum and area is always clean.

The machines used to wash will scratch your clear coat. Definitely not for everyone.

Good quality and value. Ive had a few issues they wouldnt take responsibility for which was on their cameras but whatever. Replacing things in new cars is definitely not their thing. But dont let that stop you from going.

WARNING. WARNING.WARNING!!!!! This company damaged my new Cadillac CTS Knocking off my left rear taillight. I was told i would get a call in three days. Glad i did not hold my breath!!! When i returned four days later i was shown a sign and told they are not responsible for prior damage!! My car is two months old so i have no prior damage. Horrible service, no return phone call and no resolution. I WOULD NOT RETURN IF IT WAS FREE!!!

Great car wash! The manager Josh was cool people and the car wash did an awesome job.

At this location, people will take an hour or two to detail their cars while parked in the vacuum area so there are often not vacuums available. At the other locations, the employees will ask them to move to the parking area while they detail but they let them stay at this one. Otherwise, it’s fantastic.

Their machine literally rammed the car behind me into me. This happened twice, and management refuses to address the issue.

Great car wash! They have compressed air so that you can clean all those tight crevices. Vacuums for each side of your car, a place to hang up your floor mats to get underneath them. Besides the car coming out very clean.

Very clean environment. The vacuum center was very organized and clean. Vacuums worked well and the automated car wash cleaned with no concerns. Employees were busy picking up small bits of trash maintaining a clean environment. Would definitely recommend. Not too pushy for car wash upgrades. In and out quick!

While I support local businesses, this one is in violation of the Houston Sound Ordinance. Sound cannot exceed 65 decibels during the day, even with a permit it should not exceed 75 decibels. That is the equivalent of a car wash at 20 ft. However, this car washs fan dryers can be heard hundreds of feet away and the buzzer alerting the end of the wash. They could install a wall in front of it or a metal structure in front of the fans.If anyone here knows the correct authorities to be contacted on this matter then please post it in the review. Also, if you as a driver would not mind, please go to a different car wash so that we dont have to hear the loud noise all day long. Thank you.

For a do it yourself, drive thru carwash, this one is tops in the Spring Branch area.

Hey I love this place. I like selfwash places that are great condition and easy to access and flow thru the wash with ease.

The $9 dollar wash did a very good job on our vehicle. At first some may feel like thats a lot of money to spend on a car wash. But it evens out with free vacuuming.

I will give it 0 stars but I cant. This car wash caused damage to my car cause there rollers got stuck or something, cause mines and another car to collided. The employee direct my car to go into early and once your in theres no stopping and then the rollers got stuck which made our cars hit. DO NOT COME HERE.. I TRIED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE SINCE I (WAS) A MEMBER AND THEY CLAIMED ITS NOT THERE FAULT AND REFUSE TO HELP. NOT ONCE HAVE WE HEARD FROM THERE INSURANCE THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL US 2 WEEKS AGO. I will not recommend to come here, due to the low level of professionalism of, not evening trying to help us..

Great wash. Great vacuums. I have the monthly pass and end up paying about $1.50 a wash! Also, I have NEVER had car damage in 60+ washes (the complaints here must be from people whose cars are already falling apart!).

We always come here their service is great and they offer free vacuum with your car wash purchase. I like this one because they also have air hoses that you can use to blast dust and dirt off your console or rugs.

It was so crowded I could not get to a vacuum. So I was unable to vacuum my car but the wash was decent.

One of the best basic $6 carwashes in town. My black car came out clean & required very little drying off which almost never happens at other carwashes. Cant speak for the higher priced packages. Enter at your own risk. The vacuum area is clean & has good working vacuums with hoses long enough to easily clean your trunk. In & out quickly. I was pleasantly surprised.

Vacuums were better and easier to use than other car wash places.

My truck was damaged and the staff was inept.I was told that the Manager would contact me in three days and when he did, he showed very little respect and no sense of urgency.The damage is ongoing and I need repairs made now; not when they get ready.I asked for their debt service information so that I could give it to an attorney and was told that they didn’t know what that was.Never go there! You are the customer!

Cool place for quick wash!

The wash was excellent. I went when they first opened. When I came through the wash....there were men standing around. I guess to make sure everything was working. This one younger guy started pointing at my car and laughing. I guess I shouldnt let it bother me. However it did. My car needs a paint job bad on top. And has a leak on top of car. So I tried to fix it myself. Needless to say it looks bad. I dont have money for another car. I do like to keep it clean. I hope that man that was laughing at me tries to be more sensitive to peoples feelings. My car was clean and looked nice as it could.

I decided to give this car wash a try and I’ve come to regret it quite a bit. The car wash broke the bracket in the mirror on the driver side. Having reviewed the footage with the manager my claim was denied even though you can see the mirror snapping on the footage. I was told an area manager would contact me, but that never happened.On top of this, the quality of the services they offer are abysmal and disappointing.

I washed my truck there on 04/02/19 while washing up I hear a pop noise on my driver mirror & I thought is fine when left the washing machine I saw my mirror turned to the front & my mirror cover broken completely! I did the claim & they called me today 04/0619 but they say the mirror was damaged before thats why the machine broken it so they completely liers so just careful guys I hope nobody go true this

Excellent prices and fast service..got a five door luxury SUV vacuumed and washed in and out for $20.00 So ignore their menu outdoors and simply ask how much for vac and clean..they detail and wax for extra if thats your need but dont be afraid to ask as I did and be supprised theres a cheaper version of what you want not listed.
