I might just got a bad day. However the lady who rigts up the tickets made me feel like i was asking for a donation. Her arrirude was horrible. Dry, unhelpful and rude at times. Dont need that when i pay for a service. And on top a really poor job. I got the delux package and vacune was only on the floor mats, not the seats and the dusthing of the dash was really bad done. I get it is very hot but no excuse for bad attitude und underperforming job..

I have been there for the last 10 years and the work they do is always good.

My carwash of choice for 15 years. That is why I took my new Lexus to them yesterday. The wash staff do a great job inside and outside the car and inside is nice and cool 9r you can sit out on the deck. Attention to detail and prompt service. Yea!!!

First time trying this place.I came 10 minutes before they close and they did a great job.Fast, nice and clean. I don’t care how fast it takes to them to do that I care on how they do what I asked them for and they did, fast but super clean and beautiful work! 5 workers cleaning my Jeep and the same time, it was great to see.I’m definitely coming back to this place.

$18 for an actual, full, begining to end, hand wash. Not the typical drive through machine wash then we touch it up by hand, hand car wash! Plus a deluxe package for only $10 more. $28 total for the best car wash Ive ever gotten. Absolutely amazing, will definitely be back!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I paid $36 to get my car cleaned inside and out, car was fairly clean already just needed a vacuum and a little interior cleaning. Got my car back and the carpets weren’t fully clean, water marks on my dash and steering wheel from whatever cleaner they used. Car had dust all over. Do not recommend, save your money ...

This place wants you to bring your car already clean, or else they will charge you extra.

Wanted to like the place. Lady working the front desk is extremely nice and courteous. Pictures are taking from when they handed me my keys. Wet cleaner. But the biggest issue is the literal dirt left on passage seat. I dont think its actually possible to miss that. I did not bother to speak to manager. Not the complaining type. Rather talk with my money. Wont return.

Absolute scam. Horrendous experience. Paid $38 and they didnt even get the mud off the side panels. Vacuum on the inside of the car was horrendous, I picked up trash and napkins from the car by hand after they were done. When I pointed out how horrible the work was and asked them to atleast clean off the mud they refused and tried to forcibly grab the keys from my hand. Owner was extremely rude and refused to even apologize for her employee physically harassing me. Never coming to this pathetic place again.

My cupholders are just as sticky as when we brought the truck in. There is sand all over the inside handle pocket. I feel totally scammed out of $180. And this is AFTER we asked the technician to clean better before leaving. Seems like all they did was vacuum and wipe down seats. Very disappointing. Will never go back. Ever.

Main reason for one star, was:Every time I go to a car wash like that, I always put 0.25 cents right next to my hand brake, so far every hand car wash respected my 0.25 cents.Well today my 0.25 cents were gone.That makes me feel unsecured.No going back. No for the 0.25 cents. Simply the principal of the people we hire.

Fast and clean. I have a brand new car and very scared to scratch it up in a drive through car wash. These guys use hand cloths and they are soft. Perfect for my new black paint. Recommend.

Went there today to get a vehicle cleaned.They did a TERRIBLE job on it. They rushed the outside and barely touched the inside when I paid for a DELUXE package to make sure it all got cleaned. Will not be going back there again and I wouldnt send anyone there either.

Got a full detail done at this place for my 2016 range rover and I was very satisfied. The car came back looking Brand new! There was a lot of time spent on my car and alot of attention to details. They took the time to go over the car in detail and I was pleasantly surprised that everything was done well and up to my standards. These guys are true car lovers!

Not sure what is going on, but the quality of the washes have gone down. After the wash, I still go home, clean my windows and other spots they missed.

NO COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS!!! Ive been coming here for more than 5 years. They usually clean my vehicle well. However none of the employees have mask and arent required to wear them. Nor do any have gloves. I asked the lady in charge and she said its not required. Im near positive that youre going against the executive order at this time and possibly breaking the law. Ill be going somewhere that has better business practices and more respectful principles toward their employees and customers. Seems to me that they could care less if an employee or customer contracts the coronavirus from this place.

Prices are reasonable and the lady who greets you is a sweetheart, so I wanted to like this place. But after taking my car there twice, I wont be returning for a third time. For me, its the small things that matter. Like not having smudged windows, mirrors and windshield. Its clear that theyre using the same cloths throughout the day and not changing those out or washing the ones that theyre using throughout the day. If that ever gets corrected, service would be much better.

Service quality has declined. Definitely not worth the price. They do a decent job on the exterior but are absolutely terrible cleaning the interior. Be prepared to have armor all over your windshield and not evenly applied on your dashboard. Some areas of the dashboard will not have any armor all at all. Also, be prepared to re-vacuum your seats and floor mats yourself.

You end up having to clean your own car. Workers get upset if you show them areas they missed. Looking for a better spot to spend my money.

They have potential to be better than an okay car wash if they stop trying to rush all the cars through the place. A little more quality and maybe less qty. of cars can assure customers coming back. As for me I didnt like the fact that after they called me up to get the car I had to point out all the spots they missed interior and exterior so they had to re do all the work, this shouldnt be happening it just takes longer for them and more importantly for the customers.

I took my very dirty truck to get a wash & wax yesterday morning. Everyone was very friendly and thorough. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. And they did a fantastic job!

This car wash employs some unpatriotic people. One of them took my flag out of its slot on my dashboard and threw it on the floor. When I was telling the owner/manager about it she acted like it was nothing and was asking me how did I know they did it? How big was the flag, what kind was it? What does it matter how big the flag was and what kind? Everything else in the car was on the seats, but my flag which was in its resting place on my dashboard bothering nobody, ends up on the floor. I dont know if shes the owner or not, but its the red-haired older lady with the cats, she acted like she couldnt believe I dared to bother her about this, but its not like i could ask the employees because they barely speak English. As Memorial Day approaches, I thought Id share this with you and encourage you to go elsewhere, especially if you have any patriotic symbols on your vehicle. There are quite a few hand wash businesses in this area. Theres one on Queenston/Kieth Harrow by the 76 gas station. Its a 2 man operation, theyre cheaper and they do a MUCH better job!

The best detail cleaning I have received. My car looks great and love the customer service I received there. Prices range from $18- $40 for a car wash, but I got a detail cleaning which I spent more. It was a quick wait and love the quality of car wash service I have ever seen.

Compared to other hand car washes, this one is definitely one of the best. Dont expect the same thing you might get from a $300 pro detail job. Seems a lot of people come in with that expectation.For what you pay, you get a great hand wash. They work hard to get the bugs and other stubborn stains off, especially if you let them know ahead of time.Ive never had any problems with them or their work, and I have been dropping by nearly weekly for a few years now.

You have to point out to them areas they missed, The manager has them cats inside everywhere on the counters and it smells of cats. Dont go in if you have allergies, someone needs to contact Health Department just for that

I’ve been going here since I was in high school, I brought both of my cars here many many times it seemed as you couldn’t beat it at first well priced, great place to relax while you wait, and a pretty nice looking wash job. 6 + years of only using this car wash with little to no problems depending on day....Sunday I went in and wanted to get the car waxed. I waited In line for a bit not long at all when the lady from the front approached my car and asked what I wanted today. I asked her if I could get a wax and she turned me down....? Why do you offer hand wax if you don’t want to do it ?? Seems very lazy to me. I won’t be coming back. And don’t advise anyone go here anymore. They used to be great but they are getting really lazy. Also they scratched my car I just spent 6k on getting repainted...

Took my suburban there for a deluxe car wash, they didn’t clean the back part of the sub, which was the third row seats and the trunk, and wasn’t even clean at the front, I don’t have any complaint for the outside which was really good, so I called and complained about the inside and they did it again the next day, but after the second time my truck wasn’t clean. I don’t recommend this place, I was so excited because its a hand car wash

Had a issue with something that broke in my car while getting a wash. The owner was nice enough to give me a gift certificate for the price I had to pay to buy another one. Thanks to the owner and especially the hard working employee who helped me get SOMETHING out of what could of been nothing!!! :)

I asked for a specific area of my car to be cleaned. The lady that works inside told me which wash to get and THEY DIDNT DO WHAT I ASKED FOR! If I could givd them 0 stars I would very very disappointed

They do a better job than most, and I really like that it is done by hand. The owner is really friendly and is almost always there. Its kind of pricey for a lifted truck so I dont go as often as i would like/need to. One thing that bothers me about this place is the tire shine. Looks beautiful on the tires but as soon as you pull out it flings it all over the side of my white vehicles and leaves black oily looking spots. Not what you want on your freshly cleaned vehicle. They are pretty quick if you catch them on off peak times but on a sunny Friday afternoon, you can forget about it. The line will be all the way to Clay road.

Worst half as car wash I ever got, my wife took her Escalade and got the deluxe car wash, by far the worst car wash. Doors still dirty and Sticky, the dash board and radio just as dirty as they were before she took it in.The simplest thing, they did an Awful job Vacuuming. My kids do a better job washing cars. And no I don’t want my money back or an other stinking car wash. I just want ppl to know.If you’re going to charge $34 for a car wash the list you can do is a decent job.

I know i got the basic car was but they barley vacuumed my car and there was no attention paid to the bottom half of the outside of my car. Thought theyd be better but i could have just gone to speedy stop across the street n gotten a better one for 5$

On Thursday April 26th 2018 I pulled into this establishment to get my truck washed however I changed my mind immediately when I saw one of their employees who was wearing blue camo shorts pulled all the way past his butt. If the manager does not have any shame or pride in their establishment they cant have my business.

Very poor cleaning and customer service.The owner is rude and racist. Took my car there few times. Asked them to throw empty bottles in the car. They put them under my seat. The vacuum was done poorly. There was dust all over in the car. The washed without using shampoo. The car was ready in 5 minutes and no one even asked if the service was satisfactory or not.

Wow this place has really changed compared to how they used to treat their customers and clean the cars. Went there yesterday and my car was still dirty on the inside. They broke the weather strip on the door and no one took responsibility. The manager offered to tape it... really?? Absolutely the worst customer service ever and on top of that the guys they have now dont even take the time to fully clean your vehicle. Im not one to ever write posts but I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Today will be my last time here. I was charged 20.00 extra for my truck being too dirty. No mud caked on the truck. Customer service here is horrible. Been coming for years but no more.

Brought my brand new truck here for hand wax, came home and had to remove the white wax left on my truck, wax was applied to the carbon fiber wrap accents on hood and turned it white(ruined), dirty towels left fiber all over windows, just an absolute terrible job and waste of money. Will NEVER return and advise others not too as well.
