I went to get my car washed, but an employee suggested making an appointment the following day because it was 3pm and wouldnt finish on time before closing. Therefore, I went inside to make an appointment and requested the Platinum package, but the employee stopped me and said there would be an additional cost because I had sand on the seats and needed a deep cleaning (it did not).I came the next day to the shop with most of the sand vacuumed and still requested the Platinum package. After the car wash, I inspected the car and realized how there was still sand on the areas I intentionally left for them to clean. My car seats werent wiped, and they left dust stains. HORRIBLE job! I wont return.

I have a ceramic coat and have to get hand washed. This is the best hand car wash in town and I have been to a lot of different ones.

I came to this place based on the name and passing by seeing the shine on vehicles body. My Infiniti looked nice from the outside as it should being new and all. But my rims weren’t that clean but the interior was not impressive there is still dust in the vents and some marks throughout the car. I could of came back inside and had them fix it but like I said it was throughout the car and had already left my vehicle so it could have the time to be clean properly. Not impressed but the vacuuming is what makes it look semi clean.

We love the gang here! It takes a bit, so bring a book and your patience. Definitely worth the wait.

I had my car detailed about a year ago, just now posting my review. The carpets were shampooed and cleaned. However, a couple stains remained. Unfortunately, one of my micro fiber towels was taken from my glove box after my car was cleaned. I had to go back to retrieve it. They were very apologetic and I had no further issues.

Platinum provides services from basic hand car washes all the way to full detailing. I got the silver wash which is the cheapest service you can get. First, they are not fast, but this is due to the fact that it takes time to do a good job. Also, Saturdays are typically busy. The cloths they use for washing looked new and were clean. They used plenty of soap and didn’t miss any spots. The chamois they used to dry the car were also very clean looking and the car was very clean on the outside. I would have given this place a 4.5 if it were an option, but can’t give it a 5. They failed to clean the inside of the back window and didn’t wipe down the dash as promised. Also, there is no supervisor that inspects your car at the end that you can talk to, although I could have found one but was late. I would go back to this place as they really did a good job for the most part.

I just left this place and it was my third time going to have my car washed, previously I had paid for a basic service of $21 and had been more satisfied than today that I paid $46 + $10 of tip because the employees made an effort to do a service that the supposed owner doesn’t do, he is rude, and I also found that my car had several places that were still dirty because I paid for an expensive service and I wanted the corresponding price, and he told me that if I wanted him to clean the car better, I had to pay extra. As a merchant, it is not useful, Mr. the client is pleased because a good service is a free promotion and if I pay to clean my car, that is precisely what I wanted my car clean in everywhere. I think there are other places where they give you a better service in addition to the prices. I never return. Terrible customer treatment.

Poor customer service and wash experience. Had to ask them touch up several very obvious areas after purchasing a gold detail package, and even after everything wasn’t addressed. I just gave up and washed and detailed it myself that weekend. Also noticed that they tend to offer a different level of customer service and quality of work for luxury vehicles and sports cars versus others. Wish I would’ve thought to take pictures to share, but yeah, I don’t recommend.

Recently purchased a used car that needed a trip to the car wash. Brought it by here and had the gold wash with interior detail and carpet shampoo. They did an excellent job both inside and out, showed me around the vehicle when it was done and left it spotless. Excellent hand wash I would recommend to anyone who wants better service than the rest.

Did an amazing job. Like other reviews, we were charged extra for vacuuming, but it is completely understandable as we have 3 dogs and the SUV was a disaster. I could not find a single dog hair in my car after they were done. Great job for the price.

I had been kept waiting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes after the time they told me to be there. When it was ready they started asking me about a tip. I dont appreciate that and I declined (initially). About a week later, I had to check my spare tire for a pending sale of the car and found about 1-2 of standing water (clear) in the wheel well. I called and they claimed it wasnt them and that its usually a leak in the trunk seal. There was fresh looking mildew under the trunk lid but no sign of long term water leaks. I took the car through a high pressure car wash and no leaks in the trunk or water at the seal....draw your own conclusions.

“Closed because it’s a slow day” I was told. It was 2pm and official schedule was until 6pm

Only 1 BIG PROBLEM. they will fill your paint job with more swirl marks than Super Mario has levelsI noticed a lot of swirl marks on my brand new truck so I went and got an expensive paint job buff to remove all the swirl marksNext time I truck got dirty I took it back just to see if it was me or Platinum Auto Spa and as I suspected there was new scratches and new swirl marksIf you dont mind swirl marks and scratches this is the spot to goother than swirl marks great customer service

Extremely rude & unhelpful. Quite short with information and there’s an “excessive” dirt fee, Ha! Can you imagine? I mean go figure I’m here to clean my car. I came an hour before closing and while I understand cleaning takes attention to detail there are ways to go above & beyond for the customer & this place clearly doesn’t have that in them. Even went so far as to still want to take my service but not do the “full job” until I prodded and asked if they could, what a joke. Go else where please! Not worth it

The place service is good and I used to come here for my car, but unfortunately theres no mask policy applied at this place. The employees dont wear a mask, and some of the clients when they see that they dont wear it as well. This will be the last time coming here because of that.

Most times I go to a car wash I am left disappointed with the shoddy exterior wash and an incomplete interior vacuum/dash wipe down, thats why I am willing to drive 25 minutes to this place: they always do a good job. This place is amazing. Even when they are crazy busy, they never rush through a vehicle and do a spotty job. The Platinum wash is a little pricey, so I go with the gold. Be sure to tip these guys, they work so hard in the heat to earn an honest wage. Another reason I recommend this place? I have never had anything stolen out of my vehicle. I have left money on the dash and valuables in the glove compartment, and every time I get back in the car they are right where I left them... The lady at the register even gave us a box of chocolates on our last visit, just great service

Brought my jeep there with no doors or top after a weekend of 4 wheeling and they did a FANTASTIC job!! Detail with the hand wash so the inside did not get soaked. Then armour alled the areas where the mud didnt come!! And there was mud inside and out!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Always get the car super clean and it comes out shining! Friendly service and they work quickly. Awesome to not have to clean your car especially in the Texas summer time.Update**Still a great place to come for a car detail, just be aware the Groupon deals are only good Monday through Thursday. Also, the fee they want to charge sometimes for dog hair removal is way too steep. $40 for dog hair removal? Nahhh I can go and clean this myself for $5. Come on guys dog hair isnt that hard to remove. $20 I feel would be on the high end of fair, but if the fee is going to keep being this price then back to washing and vacuuming my own car I go.

This is the best car wash in the area! I moved to area last year and was struggling to find a new car wash spot until I tried out Platinum Auto Spa. The customer service is excellence! Gloria, the front desk attendant, is always very helpful.

If you want your car washed, vacuumed and really taken care of, this is the place to go. Not many people realize the difference between a hand wash and a machine wash. This is the only place I would take my cars if I don’t wash it at home. I took in my 2018 X5 and the entire team did an impeccable job! The owner is a complete A hole, went there to wash a car and was getting the Gold package $41 for a mini van the owner wanted to change me an extra $30 for vacuuming dirt. The van had only a normal amount of vacuuming needed. I asked why and he started screaming and cursing telling me to leave. This was only my 2nd time ever to this place and the 1st time it was owned by someone else.. DO NOT GO TERRIBLE OWNER... wish i could post the video of me showing someone else also there mad for the same reason... P.S all of the good reviews are from a previous owner not the current one.....If the other person who was there driving the Chrysler 200 sees this please leave a review.....

Dont to use Groupon deal with them. This is a scam. They want to charge you $10 extra because too much work. Basically they use Groupon as a free advertising. I understand it is a tough times but its just not fair.Owner!1. your killing your business bc most of your customers are your neighbours and you just lost them forever one by one.2. You steal tips from your workers. Guys who surprised with an extra charge are not willing to give a good tips.

Excellent. The people at Platinum did an amazing job detailing my vehicle. They were able to get large stains out of the upholstry that had set in for over a year. In addition to this, the vehicle had been thoroughly cleaned. Every noon and cranny. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received and will be using Platinum again.

These guys are awesome! I had ran over some gum and seen it a couple of days ago, when I came here they did an amazing job at cleaning the inside and out of my car! Removing the gum withought me telling them so I really appreciate that, also Im sketched out about places like this cause I have leather seats and I worry about the workers sitting on the seat bolster, leaving cracks and ruining them and all but didnt see any here! Will definitely be coming here as a regular!

I found Platinum Auto Spa via Groupon, the deal itself was already a steal, but what really made the experience was the customer service. When I first pulled up the gentleman (I cant recall his name) had me laughing! Gloria was so kind and hospitable while I waited for the finishing touches. My car looked amazing; for the first couple days after the wash I would walk out and literally say DAMN THATS A SHINY CAR. I am very happy with my visit and will definitely continue to go there. Ive already recommend this place to plenty people. Even without the Groupon the prices were great.

They always do a good job and great for the price 👍8/16 until today I would have stood up to my previous 4 star and maybe thought about turning it to 5 but as of now Im dropping it to 1 stars. I wanted a quick clean on my 05 Matrix, which was very dirty. I wanted to get the minimum level wash package which would have been $35. The guy walked out and looked at the vehicle and wanted to charge me $65 the high level wash for a small SUV??? I work with customers everyday and if a customer wants to spend a certain amount that is within reason you earn them that it may not be to the highest level but the customer spends what there comfortable with. 😡 its very frustrating to see a good small business going sideways

I purchased a used car over the weekend and it definitely needed a detail given that the car is 14yrs old, I was recommended by a friend to check out platinum auto spa. I stopped by right after i purchased the car and as soon as I pulled up I was attended by someone immediately I explained exactly what I wanted and they gave me a recommendation on what package I should get. When I went to pick up my car after it was done it was spotless it didn’t even look like the same car the interior came out so nice !!! Today is July 8, 2020 I went to a location to get a gold car wash in Houston on South dairy Ashford and briar Forest I had purchased a gold package car wash on Groupon for $20 the original package for a gold car wash I believe it’s $31 when I arrived at this car wash they looked into my car And told me I needed to pay the extra $20 to vacuum an extra eight for a shin solution (Better than armor all ) for front and back an extra eight dollars for the dashboard altogether I would have had to pay a extra $36 on top of the $20 that I paid from Groupon that will make total Of $56 altogether what I am very agitated at is that it was not told to me or in the directions of Groupon that you will have to pay extra to get your car vacuumed out correctly I went to the manager and I told him this is not excessive vacuuming this is regular vacuuming and I don’t want to pay the extra $20 he then told me that he do not get paid from Groupon and I strongly advise him that this was not my fault and it should be put into the fine print because I do read very wellI refuse to pay the extra $20 so he did not compensate me for my Groupon voucher but what he did tell me was to get a refund from Groupon I feel that this is not good customer service and he also told me that he was the owner so I advised him to put in fine print on Groupon on what to expect when going to the car wash then he told told me to leave his establishment because this is his business and I also told him that this is my money so I would like to be able to express the way I feel about my money (this is when he told me I was disturbing his business) as well as he can express how we feel about his business

I give them a star for being easy and convenient. In all honesty the work deserves 1 star. I purchased the gold package for a car, which is 1 step above the basic package. It took about thirty minutes for them to finish with my car and I assumed it took that long because they were taking their time. When I came out to the car I got in and on my drivers seat there was hair. Like in your face no way you can miss it. As the day went on I noticed my windows were not cleaned. My front dash had dust all over it and the was still dirt in between my seat and the center console. The cup holder on the console looked exactly like they did when I came in! They didnt even clean the trunk. I thought by purchasing the gold package all these things would get cleaned. I came at 10am on a sunday. They open at 9am. It wasnt hot or super busy. There was only was person in front of me. I assumed they would be more vigilant in the morning but I was wrong. First experience not good.

I’m very particular when it comes to the Cadillac especially when it leaves my sight how it’s cleaned. I can honestly say that Platinum far exceeded my expectations in delivering a finished product like it just rolled off of the showroom floor. The surprisingly low price caught me off guard which surprised me when I saw the finished product. Wherever you are in the Houston area, just try them and you’ll be hooked for sure.

I will recommend this place to anyone! Not only excellent customer service, they also took their time with my SUV and it looked brand new afterwards.
