I found Laila two years ago now and I will NEVER go anywhere else! I have gotten my eyebrows waxed and threaded, upper lip waxed and threaded, henna on my eyebrows and I’ve gotten a facial from her. She takes her time and is extremely thorough with each appointment, no matter the time between appointments. She has even managed to get my man to get his eyebrows done which I didn’t believe would ever happen. She is so friendly and priced reasonably. I’ll refer anybody to her! Before and (about a week) after pics of my mans eyebrows after waxing and mine (a day) after threading and henna.

Laila is the best! I’ve been coming to Best Wax & Last for the past 2 years for my Brazilians, Lip waxes, and eyebrow henna/waxes. She’s experienced, she’s detailed, she’s professional, she’s sweet, she does it all and she does it very well. I get compliments on my eyebrows ALL the time. This is my second time getting my eyebrows shaped with henna and Laila did an awesome job. Since going to her I am always getting compliments on my eyebrows. I have always went to Laila, however this is my seconded time going to her and having an allergic reaction from the henna. I told her that I had an allergic reaction the last time, she indicated it was something that I had done. So I stayed the extra time to let the henna set in my skin. She wash a bowl with a sponge and water, then put that same sponge on my face. A day later I look liked Will Smith in Hitch. Then today, I was at the emergency room, eyes closed shut.

Where do I start? How does a business that is cheating our country even receive 5 stars...I went to get my eyebrows waxed and henna and booked the appointment (15 minutes for wax/threading and henna $20) online the day before. When I arrived, I verified the $20 price for my appointment. I had been once, a year ago, for the same service, and paid $20 on my credit card. When I went to pay, she told me it would be $40, and that she’s a cash only establishment!! She gave me the option to Venmo her when I told her I don’t carry cash... what a convenient way to cheat the government out of taxes of the country that’s nice enough to let her live and work here... this wasn’t my first encounter with tax fraud or self employed scam artists, you can see them coming from a mile away. What business doesn’t give you an option of how you can pay? If she really “doesn’t take cards”, that’s something to disclose on your website, and again when you arrive for your appointment, not wait until the very end when it’s time to pay!! Common sense. Although she doesn’t disclose it, because she already knows it’s wrong. I have Venmo so that was only half the problem... when I asked her why the price changed from $20 at the beginning to $40 at the very end, and why it was higher than the website advertised, as well as what I paid the one time I went before, she literally was laughing at me. She pulled out a paper from under and behind the desk saying “if I didn’t understand, then there was something else I could reference”. I didn’t even look at the paper. The rude laughing and her arguing with me while I was showing her the prices she made on her own website was the last straw. I can’t believe people support this kind of business owner. My review won’t be the end of this.

She shaped them and them and then recommended an application of henna that would fill in the sparse spots. It turned out lovely. Very reasonable prices.
