I had a membership when this place was called Miss Carwash and I was always very satisfied with their work.... I took my truck back out here and I was disappointed with the work Dr. Car Wash did -my mats werent cleaned my interior look the same as if they barely ran a cloth thru it! And so I decided not to go back and have been doing my own truck.

The new owners have really turned this place around. Staff seems happier (although I wish they didn’t have to buy their own refreshments) and the services are top notch. Prices are reasonable considering the level of service provided. Will be my new “go to” spot for getting my vehicle cleaned 😁

This place is under new ownership. The prior owners were much better. They charge you for services that they don’t perform. They basically just wash the outside of your car. The undercarriage and triple foam wash that they charge you for is not included when they actually wash your car. They basically just use a bucket and scrub brush for your wheels, spray a little soap on your car and then run it through the automated wash. This has happened TWICE. I do not recommend.

Place was awful, no attendant to help you. After 20 mins in line I finally got help and was told it would be an hour. Was patient and waited 2 hours. finally got inpatient and asked how much longer. No one got back to me until they brought my car about 45 later.

Quick and efficient. Some of the women can be a little flirtatious. Youll get your moneys worth.

Cant complain. My truck looks great and all the dog hair is gone without spending the 10 dollar up charge.

I arrived at Miss Carwash on a Sunday morning, specifically around 10am. I drove into the parking lot and there was already a line of 10 vehicles or more in front of me. A gentleman by the name of Gilbert, assisted me within seconds of arriving, he then proceeded to ask me if I knew what type of service I needed, I asked for the prices first, he then gave me two options: #1 $20 Basic wash (Express Wash) or #2 $30 Full service (Miss Bella). Usually there are more options here, but Im assuming since it was busy that day they narrow it down to 2 or the other options were way to expensive. The prices I mentioned are for SUV vehicles, for the normal size vehicles the prices are $5 less. I chose option #2 due to my car being EXTREMELY dirty, I had also mentioned this to Gilbert. I waited approximately 30+ minutes for the other vehicles to get washed, and an additional 20-30 minutes to get mines washed and detailed. At the beginning of detailing I witnessed 5 employees waxing, drying, and cleaning the inside and outside of my car. When finished, one of the employees confronted me and handed over my keys. I obviously took a look on the job they did and was slightly amazed with there performance. Now the inside of my car was clean, cleaner than before, however, from upclose you can still see dirt, sand, bits of trash, etc. The purpose of detailing is to clean top to bottom, at least I thought. However, I still recommend coming here if your car is not fully dirty, if so, dont come and expect a full detailed service.

I sent my daughter to get my car cleaned and they said my car had declined. It was a lie they judge her because she has tattoos and probably thought she had a stolen card. I called to ask for the manager. He said that internet was down and it had declined twice Which was a lie! I told him I always take my car to get washed there and never again will I go. He was very rude and he hung up on me. They judge customers by appearances and will say your card has been declined, so they wont serve you. I am beyind upset and hopefully customers dont do business with them. They also take advantage of their own employees cheating them out of their because they are illegal. I know this for a fact due to a former employee. I only would take my vehicles for the employees not for the business itself.

Got the express wash so my expectations werent high, but I still had to clean too much bird dirt off myself later, which was the reason I went to a car wash in the first place. Vacuuming is extra and somehow Ive found bugs in my car. I wont be returning since I know theres better alternatives for less money.

I have been getting my car washed here for about 8 months give or take and I love these guys and girls. I never hear anybody complaining, the prices are good, friendly staff and its clean inside and outside (until the construction started next door). This staff seems to run on pure energy or they are robots. I never see them stop, even on a slow day! There is always room for improvement... but so far I dont see much Id change.

Took my car here, as a repeat customer, and my phone holder on the dashboard was broken by one of the employees. My husband found it hidden behind the gear shift. We spoke to Tarkan who says he was the operator of the business, but couldnt give us the owner information. He asked us what he could do and we told him replace it, and he stated he couldnt do that. So we asked for a complimentary wash and he said he couldnt do that either. He said it happens all the time. His employees broke it and didnt notify us, instead they tried to hide it. So not only could he not assist in making it right, he basically said its just an accessory. Shady, shifty business.

Called about the unlimited car wash, they asked what type of car I had, then said they had two memberships, $49 and $69 a month... Theyre crazy thinking anyone would pay that much for one location when you have mister and bluewave offering way more for less...

If you’re paying for basic wash and dry make sure some come prepared with your own towels to finish drying off your vehicle. Still leaves it ridiculously wet.

Reasonably priced and great service. Owner pays a lot of attention to detail. He makes sure the job is done right. Sometimes it takes a little more money for certain upcharges like excessive pet hair, but they do a fantastic job.

Sad to say but MRcarwash or any other car wash has never I mean never left my car as clean as Ms car wash I been several times to other car wash but this was the best car wash I have been to they move and clean anything to get it all done the right way thank you !

Not a good place. Bad service and when we pointed the spots they missed the manager would get more frustrated and asked us to leave the property. I had picked one up and dropped another vehicle up and had to take it before they finished because I was told to leave. Had paid already and forgot some personal items there. I hope theyll be honest and give me back my things.

Went to this car wash a second time... Relatively satisfactory job but they frankly did not do a good job on my windows. They came in stained and left out stained. I brought it to the managers/proprietors attention and he gave me an absurd response that it would take 45 minutes to clean and I needed to buy an upgraded package. I purchased their second package for an SUV.... it appeared like he would not correct my issue because of I can only speculate. I was able to flick most stains with my finger. Would have took two extra minutes. I would never recommend them. Even if they wanted to upsell a package no one approached me for an upgrade nor did they acknowledge the need for the windows to be cleaned. The windows was my primary reason for a wash today..

I wish I have the option I can give 0 star for this car wash.I never been in any business location and find the owner being very disrespectful and rude to the client.The owner Tarkan was very disrespectful while I was talking to the employee asking about the prices coz I didnt get what I wanted after purchasing the basic and the car came out still very wet and he refuse to hand me a towel to do it myself, Then he asked me to leave .. After I told him please Im talking to the guy here please do not raise your voice and dont talk to me he asked me to leave and called the police.Would never ever go back there and I guess if he stay with this attitude will never success in his business.Tarkan you need to learn how customer service is.

WARNING WARNING WARNINGI brought my car to this location and I asked what number I would need to get for it to cover armour on dash board & Door panels and have the seats wiped down the gentleman said the #3 so when I went to go see my car it still had mud on the bottom panel of my car it was not vaccumed correctly seats had not been touched and mind you door panels were still had stains. When manager was called over he said I must have not communicated to the person who I told what was needed wow and proceeded to say for seats to be covered I would need to pay $15.00 dollars more. I had already paid $25.00 this Miss Carwash is a total RIPOFF. I had to give it a star to post

They need to train for better cleaning service

Just pulled in today to consider getting a basic wash. First, there were no cars so I wondered if they were open. I stopped in front of the sign and reviewed the prices when a man approached my truck. He said hey, if you want a wash pull around you cant stop here.I was directly in front of price board and no traffic in sight. I said your prices are high I wanted a basic wash. He didnt try to stand by his prices just told me to leave because I was blocking his parking lot...not sure who he was talking about, because noone was there..I see why it was empty, what a horrible place. First impressions make lasting impressions.

Worse experience ever. Paid for the best package and when they drove my cadillac thru the wash they broke off my grill molding and than ran over it. Ask management about it and he could of cared less saying we not responsible for things like that and brushed me away. Lesson learned WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Beware! This business will try to use a bat to assault you! I got lost and getting directions and they charged at my vehicle threatening to break it if I dont leave. My family was in the vehicle while Manager attempted to break my mirror and co-workers came towards my vehicle with a bat. Current assault w/weapon charges toward this business. Very unfortunate for my family to experience something that lasted less than four minutes and how fast everything escalated with a 3 years old and 2 year old in the vehicle.

We had mud on our truck we told them all we wanted was an outside wash they told us $8 we paid as we entered tge tunnel my husband asked are they going to spray the mud off he no we dont spray it on outside washes my husband said why didnt you just tell me that would of payed more they sent us threw the tunnel and nothing came on it was a waste of 20 minutes because we left with a dirty truck
