Midas is absolutely wonderful, the staff is so friendly from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by Amber. Went in for front end alignment and balance after just taking it from another shop that screwed the car up, and found out that the the inner tie rod is bad failure to be seen by the other shop but Randy is fixing it on Monday he is so nice and I trust him completely highly recommend this ship a thousand times over.

Always treat me with kindness and respect. This is my go to place. Will never go anywhere else.

He jump started my car and I drove it to the shop. I was greeted by a very warm and friendly staff. Imagine my surprise. I went in to Midas today to get a new front tire. I was quoted a price of $100 which seemed fair. Then the young lady at the front desk suggested that i let the mechanic take a look for other options. Fine with me! He suggested cleaning the rims and putting the tire back on. the mechanic spent at least a half and hour and i was charged $18. I was amazed and really pleased. Everyone treated me like i had spent hundreds of dollars. They were professional and extremely nice. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and i will be back. Nice!

A very efficient and honest team here. Took my Jeep in to have the exhaust replaced. They were 400.00 lower in price than the next three shops I received quotes from and they give a modest military discount. My vehicle was in and out the same day and the mechanic gave me a full rundown on my vehicle. Pleasantly surprised by the cost and very happy with the service. Strongly recommend.

We were travelling south from Canada when our muffler fell apart. We tried several garages before we stopped at the Virginia visitor center on I81. The two women working there were very helpful. They called the Midas at 824 S. Loudoun St. in Winchester who indicted they could fit us in so off we went. They were very friendly, fast and efficient. They took us in almost right away. The expert technician showed us the problem and clearly explained how to fix it. He only changed the portion that needed replacing so the price was excellent as was the repair and its guaranteed for life in North America! We were very lucky to have found this repair shop. Our experience couldnt have been better. We were back on the road with a nice quiet ride in almost no time at all. We would highly recommend this shop for muffler repairs or for all other services they provide.

Run by honest mechanic! Made an appointment to get new brakes because I was told they needed replacement by a higher priced shop. I searched around for the best deal and settled on Midas. When I got there the mechanic, Mike, told me that I should save my money because my brakes were fine. My car was on the lift with all four wheels off and I would never have been the wiser if he had simply replaced the brakes and charged me for them. Thanks Mike, I will definitely be back for any work I need.

Mike is as good of a mechanic as anyone in town. Ive been bringing all three of my cars here for 6 years. He did the timing belt on my hybrid Lexus for 1/3 the cost of the dealer. Highly recommended for honesty and integrity for anything on any car

Put a water pump on my vehicle not much over 2 months ago and its already leaking. The part itself is fine the problem is poor mechanics. Gasket wasnt properly installed. If they cant install a gasket right do yourself a favor and dont even go there for oil changes. Drain plugs and oil filters have gaskets.

Very Honest. They told me nothing was wrong when another shop said there was a crack on my Rotor. I am from out of town and they looked out for me! Saved me hundreds of dollars!

I am very impressed by this shop. I am new to the area and searched garages that I could get the oil changed in my car, and this one was the highest rated. I went online and filled out the form to schedule an appointment in the evening after I got off work, I had an appointment the next day. I took my car and they offered to rotate the tires as well. They rotated the tires and discovered that I needed new tires. They ordered the tires that day (on a Saturday) and they were able to schedule me on Monday after work to put the tires on. I am so impressed by the customer service as well as the fact that they are up front with you and do not just try to sell you unnecessary services. I see how they earn those 5 star reviews because the service is A+ and the prices are very reasonable. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Mike and his team have been taking care of my cars for 10 years. They are very honest, accommodating and clear to explain the issues to people who are not into cars.

Ive been doing business at this Midas for almost 15 years and have had about a dozen cars serviced at this location. The honesty and professionalism is beyond reproach. They always give an estimate before doing repairs and show worn parts upon request.

I consistently buy clunkers and Ive been taking them to this location for at least a decade. To be honest, stuff happens and I havent always been 100% satisfied. In the rare circumstance this has happened, Ive called and the problem has been pleasantly rectified. Besides quality, what makes these guys five star is their customer service. They always go above and beyond the service Ive experienced at other mechanic shops. (I travel a lot with my cars and cant always go to this Midas) The confidence I have in their service coupled with the rapport I have with the staff has made me a return customer.

I started bringing my cars to Midas because I saw that it had a high proportion of good reviews on the internet. I’ve taken a couple of different vehicles there a few times now and I‘ve never been disappointed. The staff here are always friendly and professional and they work hard to keep you updated on progress with your vehicle. I was running extremely late once and Mike made sure I could bring the car in late in the evening for a new tire to keep me mobile. I found them to be very honest too, for example, they quoted me $70 for alignment but after changing the tires, it turned out alignment wasn’t required. It would have been so easy for them to take the payment anyway, I would have been none the wiser! The receptionist also reminded me to complete the mail-in rebate after I bought a set of tires saving me another $40. Thanks Midas, I’ll be back!

Mike and Rudy worked with me for THREE months to figure out what was wrong with my car. They didnt charge me anything for their time or use of the blackbox to read the computer codes. They fixed the problem the right way the first time. I saved $400 on the guesstimate that the Ford dealership wanted to charge me. I will always go back to Mike Brill for any mechanical issue with my car. They are honest, ethical and accurate.

First and foremost, Theresa and Amber were lovely and accomodating fitting me in for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle, and rescheduling after inclement weather. Mike drove the car around and methodically checked aspects of a vehicle I never thought to. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and kind and answered all the questions I had. He and Rudy checked over the vehicle in depth. Rudys knowledge of paint and bodywork blew my mind and both were open and honest in their assesment. They truly take pride in what they do and I could not recommend them more.

Not sure what I even paid for. Brought my wifes car here with an issue, paid 70 bucks...and made it a block away and still have the same problem. They brought it back in the garage, looked at it and swear there isnt any issue. Ill take it elsewhere...

If I could give zero stars i would. Dropped off our truck to get some things fixed and also asked them to see if the brakes are alright. It took them a WEEK to get our truck back to us and 5 minutes down the road, our brake line blew! We could’ve hurt someone or ourselves. I would not recommend coming here!

I ordered a reman engine and had no idea where to get the work done.Then one day was just chatting with a stranger and he told me about Midas, that he had them do an engine swap and he was very pleased.So I had them do it, they were on time with how long it took and the price was better than I thought it would be. Mike and the crew were great, very professional and while I am still in town I will not let anyone else work on my van.
