I spilled a wine bottle in the backseat of my bfs car and OJ in the front. His seat was also so dirty. Decided I’d get it cleaned for him and the results were better than i thought it’d be (I had low hopes for the wine stain).

I have a black mazda speed 3 that had been sitting outside for 3 years and never washed it. The roof and hood was very oxidized that it looked white. I thought it had to be repainted, but Lex was able to polish my entire car and bring it back to life ! My car has never looked this good. I highly recommend them for any paint correction work !!

I was looking into trading/selling my car and I contacted Oscar for a Full Interior cleaning. He arrived promptly at the appointed time and went straight to work. EVERYTHING was thoroughly cleaned. From the change that was stuck in the cup holder-to the ketchup stains on the seats, and the mud in the cargo area. Fast, easy, and very professional. We were given seats since we went to them to get a clean and in no time we were on our way home with a much cleaner engine than before. Hired Alexis to do an exterior detail on my 2014 Ford Fusion and he did an amazing job! He also applied ceramic coating to my vehicle! After he finished my vehicle he was very thorough in explain what he had done to my vehicle and how I could maintain my vehicle. I am very happy with the service, although I was skeptical at the beginning on ceramic coatings. It proved itself 100% worth it as it was easier to maintain my vehicle clean and definitely helped my vehicle look amazing. I would definitely hire Alexis again in the near future for any/all cars I ever own!

My car upholstery was stained from coffee spills and dogs. The results were excellent with no sign of the strains. The interior lnow looks like the day I bought my car. I highly recommend R3 and will use them again. The best part was they cleaned my car in my driveway!

Incredibly impressed at the results of restoring the paint on my 2013 SUV with 120K miles and sun damage. Car legitimately looks like new. Much cheaper than buying a new car or repainting the hood!

A few reasons why Oscar / R3 detailing gets 5 stars:1) Response time.Left a message at 6:45 AM, were talking 5 minutes later. The actual detailing didnt take place a week later, but he was extremely responsive. I like people who respond to messages, voicemails, missed calls.2) CommitmentVery committed to the work. Very committed to the promises services. Irrespective of weather and day time. Promised to arrive at 3PM with 1 hr notice and as discussed, he was at my door at 3 PM. I lie it when someone manages to keep their promised schedule.3) ServicesWe discussed everything on phone. Exchanged pics. Assumed worse case condition and agreed on a quote. He promised atleast 99% detailed interior. I expected 90% and would have been okay with it. He delivered 105%. How does someone deliver 105%, you ask? By going above and beyond what was promised.Oscar spent 3PM to 9 PM on a windy chilly evening.Oscar spent atleast 40-45 minutes detailing each seat.If you can see it, he cleaned it. Then he detailed it. Then he detailed it again.My car was filthy as hell. Liquid had solidified in the pores of the ventilated seats. The leather on the dashboard was discolored. There was dirt all over inside. Yes, this is exactly how CarMax sold the car to me. And I guess Ill come back to copy this info for my upcoming CarMax review. Oscar assured me that hell fix it all. I expected that hell get most of it. He actually got all of it and then some.I understand Oscars detailing added $5k to the value of my car.Could I have done it myself. After reading countless tutorials and buying specialty supplies and cleaners, it would have taken me 2-3 daya of back breaking labor to (maybe) get to Oscars level of detailing.Just am amazing experience. I spend 2-3 hrs in my car daily and R3detailings effort will make that time enjoyable.

Its rare these days you find a perfectionist in his craft. Oscar did an amazing job with my headlight lens. He was punctual with appointments, also excellent in communication. These guys did such an amazing job cleaning my car.I have an old Crown Vic I had just bought used, the interior was covered in dust and dirt, had a sticky dash, and the engine bay was covered in grime and dried mud. After they were done the interior and engine bay looked like new.These guys are amazing, I honestly think they would give a show room detailer a run for their money, completely worth the high price for the quality of their work.

I used them for interior detailing. I have two young kids and i havent done much cleaning in my car during the past 4 years. Kids create a lot of mess and stain . These guys did a great job with cleaning inside the car - stains that i thought would never go away were gone. Inside of my car is now looks almost new even though its a 6 year old car. I recently purchased pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee with black paint that had tons of scratches. I wanted to bring back some of the gloss so I hired Lex to polish my paint and he did an amazing job! It looks better than the day I got it! I Highly recommend for any paint correction work.

I scheduled an appointment with Lex via text, who was very responsive. The weather wasnt cooperative during the originally scheduled appointment, and we had to cut that appointment short in the middle of the job. However, he was willing to reschedule without charging until the job was completed, and he was very accommodating to try to fit me into their busy schedules. As for the job itself, the cleaning was fantastic, and they made our 7 year old car look pretty much completely new in about 2 hours. The pricing was very reasonable, and I would certainly be happy to use their services again in the future.

Took a couple days to get a response back to get a quote if they responded back as fast as they do to negative rating it would be better.

They did a wash and wax and deep cleaning on my interior and it came out fantastic. The paint is shining and interior is brand-new. It was great that theyre mobile and came to me. Highly recommend!

We are a new business in Spring, TX. So like most business owners we starting out putting flyers on windshields. Unfortunately, due to the rain the ink from the flyer left ink on the windshield of a couple of vehicle. Of course we had to get this handled. We contacted R3 Auto Detailing. Spoke to Oscar, he immediately agreed to go out within 24 hours and get the vehicles handled. He was prompt and courtesy. He was also efficient. As requested he took before and after pictures since we were not present when he completed the work. He was very courtesy and sent over information the same day. I wish I had the before and after photos. I moved recently to Houston and my car was full of dog hair from my 3 dogs. I have a Honda Fit that has leather seats. Oscar cleaned those up beautifully. Also, the Fit has carpeting that dog hair embeds itself into. I am so glad I found Oscar on Google. He even came to me so that I did not even have to go anywhere to drop the car. Huge plus.

The company that replaced my windshield was very careless and left hardwater stain along the side panels. I contacted R3 and his communication throughout the process was incredible. Oscar did a great job, came out on time and finished early! They came out to remove some paint over spray and polish the paint on a 2008 Silverado and it looks great.

I will never need another phone number for an auto detailer again! I found R3 Detailing on Yelp and was hesitant because Im basically giving my address to a stranger to come over to my house and wash/clean/detail my car. However, because of the condition of my vehicle, I had no other choice. I was given a car from my mom who has been driving it around for two years and has NEVER cleaned the inside of the car before. There were coffee stains on the interior carpet and on the headliner (how does that even happen?!) and Oscar was able to get the stains all out! It was like they never even existed! In the trunk of my car is where my mom would drive coolers of fish that her friends would give her to eat or to give away when they caught it and you can only imagine the stench. There were layers of dust and dirt in every single crevice of the car. The car is thirteen years old and looks like its new on the inside because of the time and effort that was given to it by Oscar. He spent 6 hours working tirelessly, without any breaks or even food. I am so glad that I found R3 Detailing and someone who is passionate about what they do and the service that I received.
