The job was okay. When I got home I realized that the piece that you take out of the trunk was not properly cleaned from the mold that was on it. I quicky saw that there was still a lot of mold all over it.

They were fast courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning my car. They took out all my belongings in my car kept them safe while they cleaned and then put them back. Such an professional job. Great service at very affordable prices. I needed to get my seats detailed after a coffee spill and they were able to take care of it within 20 minutes. The seats looked great and there was not much waiting. I just called ahead by 10 minutes and was on my way. I would come here again for similar services and can highly recommend the car wash to others.

For$30 is not a good wash/deal. I suggest that you hand wash your car for $5 and get equal results.

The Upper Kirby Car wash place is very through in the work they do. The employees are very efficient and are not in a hurry to get through the cars. They patiently Clean everything and if you tell them to clean certain parts of the car they do a fabulous job of it. I will certainly go back.

Sold me the idea of a rechargable gift card a year ago so I paid for it and never used all of it, now they said they dont accept it anymore. Dont go there if their business model is to trick you and steal your money. Unprofessional

Originally stoped in this morning for a regular car wash and upon meeting and getting to know the owner Ken and the rest of his crew. I decided to perform a full paint correction detail and ceramic coat as the car is 12 yrs old and needed some love. All things aside the owner and his main detailer handle my car like it was their own. He also gave a fanatic package deal on all the work I had done and tossed some extra work for free. Car looks brand new and being a car enthusiast myself I was externally happy at how detailed and careful they handle my car (I secretly watched the whole process). Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a great wash or any paint correction work done.

I have used every hand car wash in the loop (of note) and this is easily the best one in town. I’ve had an imperfect watch or two, but they’re better in a bad day than their competitors at their best.At other washes, I’d go home and pick up where they left off - not at Upper Kirby! Your car will look like it rolled off the showroom floor. You really can’t beat the value.

Car wash just off of Kirby. The executive wash is their basic wash. Took about 30 minutes. The waiting area is fairly bare, but service was quick and thorough. Would go back again.

I loved this place! I asked for an executive wash and I asked if the can soap this one carpet and they said it will be extra $13. So, I said then no need for soaping the carpet. Then, when the car was done, the guy told me I washed it for you anyway, which is awesome!!Definitely going there next time!

Best handwash & detail place in town. Great service you might have to wait but its most definitely worth the wait. If youre busy you can drop off your vehicle go take care of your business and come back to pick it up . I give them 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👌🏽

My car hasnt shined like this since I first bought her!Edit 11/14/16: Small things they might look into fixing.1- They remove my mats to clean them which is great, but never clip them back into place. Just a small thing but you think theyd just do that.2- Whatever they put onto the tires to shine them gets into the tread. I drive a rear wheel driven sports car and I find myself having to pull my car out of a slide every time I pull out of this place. First time was very dangerous because I wasnt expecting it. I expect it now and proceed very carefully and still find my rear-end trying to come around. Might need to switch products or be very careful when applying it.Ive deducted one star for these two things, but will return the rating to 5 once these are corrected or addressed.

My friend recommended this place when I mentioned that I need to deep clean my car. I did the seven star deep clean and omg, my car looks AMAZING! Ken and his team did a fantastic job! Im just at awe that they managed to turn my beat up 2008 Honda Civic into a (almost) brand new car! I highly recommend this establishment. The cleaning took a little over 2 hours so bring some thing productive while you wait (I was listening to an audio book).If you plan to sell your car and want it to look brand spankin new, go this place!!!!

Not worth the money. My husband and I took both of our vehicles to get washed. We had to tell them to wash it again because my husbands car came out still dirty and with water liking from everywhere. Both cars back windows were dirty. Paid $55 for both and wasnt worth it.

Paid for detail and hand wax. I thought it was a good deal, but I guess you get what you pay for. Tires were still very dirty, didnt vacuum trunk, no attention to details. Worst part was that they spilled some kind of adhesive on several areas of my hood. It would not come off with soap and water and even Goo Gone was hard to get it off with. By the time I managed to get it off with several products, it had caused my paint to bubble in the areas it was on. Very disappointed and will never return.

I will not bring my car back here. I came for just an exterior wash and I expected for it to look great. When I got my bar back after the wash there were water spots on the doors and the trunk of the car. The rims were just sprayed and wiped but still had dirt sitting inside the rims. The emblem on the back of the car still had dirt in it... I think a Chevron drive through car wash would have done a better job. The staff was friendly and that really all that was okay about this place.

I just added 3M Crystalline to my front windshield and these guys have a very good understanding of what is needed for a quality install. I shopped about a dozen places to select these guys for my windshield. I definitely recommend these guys for expertise, professionalism, and quality installation.

Got the presidential carwash for $195. They did a terrible job on the exterior, still had dirt on the front bumper and in many visible areas along the doors and rear. Were not particularly interested in cleaning it better, had to show them each part and in some instances clean myself. Gave me a discount but still a waste of time and forces me to clean it better later.

I traveled from Chicago, IL on my new car and what a mistake that was. My front end had corpses of thousands of bugs!! I was really worried that my car paint was going to be damaged. I saw online that this place had better reviews than others and decided to give them a chance. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Jerry and I told him exactly what my problem was and he mentioned that they did offer a bug service removal. I saw how they were just soo detailed with their work. Everything was perfect, no more bugs or stains on my car! The owner was very friendly and she made the final quality inspection before the car was ok the be released. The best service ever!! I would recommed this place to anyone and everyone. You will get your money’s worth here! Thank you!!!

Not impressed. There is no heat on the inside of the building where you wait. They do a poor job of the outside clean for $17 it does not come with a vacuum not to mention my car was still dirty with bugs all on the hood, and water stains that they did not get. I wont be going back. 😒

I bought an accent car and its seats were very dirty (velvet seats not leather),, I took my car to them and they did seats shampooing for me,, after only 20 minutes they finished the shampooing,, the seats return back clean like new ones, they removed 97% of the stains if not more, they did a great job for only 50$, I recommend them
