This is my go to shop for anything aviation. My schedule had changed at the last moment at work and was getting off 30 minutes before the shop was to close, well I was going to get there 10 minutes after closing due to heavy traffic in the afternoon and called to make sure what time they closed, I spoke with Brenda and she said no worries, I will wait for you to me that is going above and beyond and she has won my business for life. Amazing pilot shop. I flew a my corporate clients into the ADS airport, and saw the pilot shop when returning from lunch. The other pilot and I decided to stop in and take a look around. Realizing I needed new headset pads for my Lighspeed Zulu 3s, I checked the rack and found the shop was out. The employee informed me that they had a shipment expect to arrive in two days, and they ship free of charge same day. So, I placed an order. After about a week and a half, I hadnt received my headset pads, so I called the store. The employee remembered me from when I was in, told me she shipped them two days ago, and apologized profusely for the delay, saying the shipment was delayed from the manufacturer. Additionally, she told me that she had included an extra set of pads for no additional charge. Sure enough, the following day, my box arrived with two sets of headset pads, just as she said.Customer service was above and beyond anything Id have expected! Will visit again on my next ADS day trip! And will definitely use them for additional purchases in the future!

Amazing store, great inventory, affordable prices. The lady with cowboy hat, that works there is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are a pilot and have kids, you will find hilarious items for your children. I highly recommend this store.

Great small shop that just wants to help you.

This is a great location to buy products to detail your aircraft. The owner is very informative, and was extremely sweet to my 3 girls in the shop providing them with free coloring books. They were so excited!! We purchased only products that were needed due to the experience of the owner, will definitely be back!!!

I fell in love with that place, the people are so nice and so helpful. Made my visit into Dallas trouble free didnt have much time so they prepare everything for me before I arrived and when I get into the shop I got welcomed by these 2 wonderful ladies and got my things and then left back. This is service, this is GREAT SERVICE. Will definitely come back to this place in the future

Great collection of aviation stuff. Went in for long sleeve uniform shirts and found them with ease. The cashier lady was very helpful and kind.
