Ok so i have been bringing my vehicles to this place through its numerous car wash identities and have always had great service, well accidents do happen and sometimes things get messed up. The staff (Chris was who we dealt with) was very forthcoming and never once denied any wrongdoing nor shift the blame to mechanical issues. Instead his overall concern was how can I make this right, and he made it right. The damaged part has been replaced. So to any and all who have read my book of a post...Lube Service - 3Car Wash - 5Bottom line i would bring my vehicles here again.

They could have wiped my car down better and I asked for my cup holders and things like that to be cleaned out was assured that they was but they wasnt

Slightly disappointed that after leaving, inside & exterior looked great, I discovered the trunk wasnt vacuumed at all which had been specifically requested. Went back 20 min later to complain however they were had just closed. Last workers there did not make any effort to assist me.😟 just got in their cars & left.

Wasnt too bad. Car was way cleaner than it was when i brought it in. Only issue i have is the attention to detail.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The lady in the front is rude and uninterested. Never cracked a smile once. I bought several things from her as well.In addition, I explained I had a coffee spill in my truck and they still did not wipe the seats down at all. Left spots on the back seats that couldve easily been wiled with a towel.So it was a complete waste of time and energy to go here or maybe they just didnt care to serve me for whatever reason.I dont recommend at all.

Good wash, interior carpets were really nice. Detailing on smaller items like the steering wheel and dash were missing a few spots. Paid 130 for the interior detailing and just feel like it could have been more comprehensive given the price and that it was a civic

This is not my car, but according to the window sticker, it had an oil change performed at Colonial about 2 weeks ago. All seemed fine until the drain plug FELL OUT of my brothers car. It dumped the entire oil pan into my driveway. We followed the oil tracks that we made and found the plug on the side of the road in my neighborhood. There was no washer on it. Its possible it fell off, but I suspect that the washer was not installed and the plug not torqued down properly. We put it back in, torqued it to 25lbs and refilled. We are very lucky that his happened at my house and not on 99 where we traveling just 5 minutes before. Time will tell if there is any damage done. Stay away from this place for your own sake.

I spent $30 on an exterior wash only. By the time I decided to dry my own vehicle before it spotted up and do the rims and tires they walked by like I was an employee. As a previous Mr. Car wash manager this place will never make it. Their employees are sloppy and dressed very unprofessionally and only care about making tips.The salesman/manager is only concerened with hitting his detail numbers and not the time it takes to perform the service. He stacks detail and makes people wait an hr for a 20 min job.Very poorly managed.This place will continue to swap ownership until someone with integrity steps up.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

I’ve been coming to this car wash ever since I moved from California about 2 years ago and I’m amazed every single time my vehicle is washed and detailed will continue coming back to y’all hopefully for many years to come!

Today was my second visit to Colonial and I have been extremely satisfied both times. Chris in the Lube center is super helpful and courteous. The detail crew does a great job also! I will continue using these guys!

I went on a Saturday and they were super busy but were still able to get my car detailed in a reasonable amount of time. Oil change took only about 20 minutes and they checked my filters as well as filled up some fluids I was low on. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I ended up here for a vehicle inspection as a 2nd choice after being rudely dismissed at an inspection station up the street. The way they greeted me alone earns them 5 stars. They came to my car to speak to me and were welcoming. The inspection and car wash were completed promptly. I am very grateful they treated me like a customer and not an inconvenience.

Car wash good oil change and info good. Vacuuming very bad did it over there and when l got home. Lady that vacuum said she did not speak English. No popcorn or coffee like said in ad and l went on Friday around lunch. Next time l am going doing discount hours.

Fair detail car wash. Bought a groupon full detail carwash package. They did a fair job. However it was definitely not 169.99 worth. Would not recommend for detailing. There were many areas inside the car that still had dust and debris.

Terrible just terrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I came here to get both of our cars washed. Mind you, I have a brand new vehicle. I inspected it after they were done. I immediately noticed there were scrache on both sides of the rear ended of my car. Also, on on the piece between the front windshield and the side window. The manager, Jose, I believe that is his name was VERY rude, disrespectful, and refused to do anything to help. All he said, was it wasnt his equipment. I will be contacting customer service quality control.

Good job taking my dusty, grey car and making it shiny and black again! It took awhile but there are comfortable sofas to lounge in while waiting. I will return for regular washes so my car baby will stay black.

Don’t ever come here, worst experience ever. I came here to get my oil changed which comes with the free car wash. It’s been one hour I have been sitting in the lobby and waiting for my car to be washed which I ask why is it taking so long. They told me because it could not go through the car wash, which I understand is fine. But they didn’t come and told me and made me wait for no reason. JOSE THE MANAGER IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND WONT DO HIS JOB RIGHT AND GIVE ME A REFUND OR DEDUCT THE PRICE HORRIBLE PLACE TO COME AT

Paid them $50 for the super wash only to find dirt & trash on the carpet when I picked up my car. So I took it back & the short Hispanic said he was the manager & said they didn’t do refunds, he could only offer me another Super Wash another day. I said fine. So I go again only to have the same thing happen again. As if they didn’t even used a vacuum at all. I said how could him as a so called manager let the same thing happen again. It look as if was done intentionally. He said he didn’t inspect the car that he could do it again. I told him it wasn’t worth anymore of my time. Don’t waste your time here. Very Rude & unprofessional business.

I never do this. I never stop and write a bad review, but after the way the attendant just treated me, I will gladly post this.They used to be great, but now they are under new management. Their prices have skyrocketed, and theyre just rude overall.They took down the sign for just car washes and now you really cant tell where to pull up or where to stop. I pulled up slow, looking where to pull my car in and the attendant, this big, giant guy, put his hand out for me to stop. I didnt stop soon enough for him to not have to take a few steps back to get my plate info. Instead, he had to turn his neck and lean over to see. He made a big deal of it with a giant eye roll and a constant, condescending shake of his head. I asked him why he did that when I simply pulled in where I normally would have. He was rude and nasty. I didnt stay to get my car washed. There are plenty of other places that want my business.*I work retail and in customer service, and that was crappy, uncalled for behavior.

I took my truck a week ago and i like it way better than car spa. Place i used to work few years ago. I will definitely come back. I guess it depends on who cleans your car inside. When i get there I will ask for the same laddy to clean it. As for the greeting guys I will suggest to train them more. So they will make the customers well attend and as they are glad we bringing the business there so they make their check. Remember no customers no money for you to work there.

Have gone here a few times. Staff is OK, never overly friendly. Had our truck washed there recently. A few days later I noticed that the driver side floor mat was missing. Went there and told them. I was happy that they still had it. However, I was not happy when I asked if they could vacuum the spot where it belonged. They said I would have to pay for the vacuum. Then I reminded them that they had left my mat out and I didnt want to place it on top of a dirty floor. The employee then took the vacuum and made one stroke on the floor and placed the mat over the rest of the dirt. We wont be back.

This place has amazing customer service from their oil change tech team and their car washers. It also has a comfortable seating area to wait in while a car is being serviced.

I was in a bad mood after having been ripped off at Jiffy Lube earlier today and almost lost my mind when I got to the counter to pay and it was more than I was expecting. I went back outside to talk to the manager that helped me and they refunded me and fixed it. And the car looks great and I have been here just 30 min. I will come here now because i.love what a great job Vintage Car Wash does but they always take almost 2 hours so for even money I will come to Colonial from now on.

They advertise online coupons but wont except unless you print. Which it doesnt state online then they act like they dont understand you when you talk to them. This place use to have great service good prices and great quality. Since new owner ship a few years back it all gone down hill.

The owner of the car wash is a thief he was supposed to paid me my commission detail didnt pay me at all he abuses his employees doesnt pay overtime and we work overtime I am going to get a lawyer And Sue him I have proof of how many hours I work also proof of how much I sell on details for him and he was supposed to pay me I hope you lose all your business

Wow this place has really gone downhill. I used to get my car washed here regular and really liked it (I even gave a 5 star) but I hadnt been in a while. I attempted to get my car washed here 2 weeks ago - notice I say attempted, but after 28 minutes of it SITTING at the vacuum without moving I asked for a refund. They had the audacity to charge me $6 for the vacuum!! I asked to speak with the manager. Of course he/she wasnt in.Then I made the mistake of going back this week. All I can say is I must be a gluten for punishment. The guy checking me in was extremely nice & even pointed out they werent busy. Great.....ah, no. At that point mine was the only car at the vacuums so I, foolishly, thought I wouldnt be there that long or have a repeat of the previous time. I was waiting & waiting then lo and behold I see another car going thru the wash that wasnt even there when I arrived. Mind you Im a solo, middle aged driver, who isnt messy; so its not as if I had 5 kids & itd take forever to vacuum my car. Finally my car went thru.......then sat out front. Heck, time he got there to dry it the Texas sun had already done the job. Apparently they are extremely understaffed. I only saw the 1 guy trying to do the cars that were there before I arrived, then the car that jumped ahead of me. 40 minutes to get a carwash when they werent busy. Ridiculous. On the plus the guy did a good job on the windows, wheels/tires and wipe down (hence the 2 stars). Id absolutely hate to try to go on a weekend. Lifes too short. Unfortunately there arent a lot of full service detail/washes in my area. Looks like Ill be driving to the Cypress Crossing on Spring Cypress which is totally out of the way to get my car done when I cant to do it myself (disabled).

They do an awesome job on the details of your car if you have the time. I took the Civic for a classic wash (3rd level). One guy quoted me 15 minutes while the other guy just stared up into the sky for a solid 57 seconds as if Houston had just been graced by Superman himself. I wanted to go eat and return for the car. I said oh ok...I can wait. It took an hour.Needless to say I left very hungry... But in style!!!

I took my wifes CRV to be cleaned here and noticed afterwards they charged an additional over sized vehicle fee of 1 dollar. I dont think a CRV should qualify as an oversized vehicle. They also did not allow me to take out five dollars from my card to tip the people cleaning my car so I was only able to tip a dollar which was embarrassing. They have an ATM inside that charges 3 dollars to withdrawal but the whole purpose of withdrawing was to tip. I have been going here a while and was pretty disappointed with this visit.

UPDATE!! they broke my freaking antenna too!!!I will not go back to this place because of these two things. One the guy who changed my oil didnt ask me what type of oil I had in my car (synthetic), I thought there would be some kind of notes on my vehicle for them about the type of oil I constantly get. NOOPE he changed it with conventional oil. Second thing, I had packing material in the back of my car because I am in the middle of moving.I thought they might have moved it to my trunk or something.. IT IS ALL GONE!!!! Needless to say I am very upset!

I took my car to get an oil change and car wash there about a month ago and i come to find that they barley put any oil in my car! I had a low engine oil light come on my dashboard! What the heck is going on with this horrible place they will mess up your car! Do not get your oil changed there! A bunch of no English speaking morons! Dont even know they are in America acting like they own the place with not a clue as to how to treat a vehicle or what an oil change is! Stay away from this premises!

They have a new management team and a new image. I was there 3 weeks ago, and when I am in the area, its the place I will go with my car. They took their time to really clean my interior better than 95% of places that I have ever been to.

Just leaving, after sending my vehicle back 3 times. Still not cleaned properly, tired of waiting an hour and half, there was only one other car. Do not go unless you want mediocre work. Entire interior is streaked, vacuuming was poorly done, bugs were not removed from grille, side mirrors and windshield. Mirrors and windshield has streaks. They did not bother to lift wipers to clean underneath. I spent $45 and 1 1/2 hours for a wash job that looks like a child completed with a bucket and waterhose. My vehicle is 3 weeks old, I was told I should have purchased the deep cleaning package.

Very disappointed. The outside looks great, the inside doesnt even look like it was touched. I didnt pay $20.99 for my car to drive through a carwash. I typically clean the inside myself, but figured I would go out and get it done today. Never again. You want anything done right, you do it yourself. This place will not be getting any business from me again.

They do a good job washing the cars but the workers are rude. did not call us to let us know when our cars where done. blamed me and said i didnt ask them to call me.. so they let my cars sit there for 3 hours.

Avoid this place if you have a large truck. My full-size truck fits into many car washes, but apparently not this one. Despite them taking my money and spraying my truck down, they didnt tell me I would into fit. So mid-way through, my truck became stuck as the wheel wold not fit on the portion of the track that cleans the tires. So I had to sit there for several minutes until employees came to move all the brushes out of the way and told me to back out.

30 min wash turned into one hour. This place is expensive for what you get. I have leather seats and they dont even wipe them. I know it takes more to clean leather but a quick wipe down would have made all the difference. They dint even say it would be more or that they dont do it. My centerconsel dint get touched either.$30 and only outside pfft.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. So my girlfriend has had her car washed here and told me I should go especially being that sometimes they have a happy hour. So today I decided to go and the service I got was horrible. I pulled up and the lady asked what did I want. A wash of course. She went on by asking if I wanted interior for 45.99, I replied no Im just looking for a classic wash you give on happy hour for like $10 or $13. She says to another tenant, the outside and asked if I want to drive it in myself or let them. I said it doesnt matter, so she says you can drive it through. So after the wash I then noticed I didnt receive the vacuum and asked another tenant why. She then looks at my receipt and says oh thats because they charged you for tires and a outside wash which are two separate services and doesnt include vaccum. So I then ask to speak to the manager. Then I notice the lady that I paid originally, power walk to my car and ask whats the problem. I go on by explaining to her I didnt receive my vacuum and she says well maam you only wanted tires and a wash. I told her I never mentioned tires at all. She says well I asked if you wanted interior. I said yes I know, which I declined but interior and vaccum are two different things plus when I got here I told you I wanted a wash and vacuum, not tires. The same way you give on happy hour She then says oh happy hour is only 10-2 and thats the colonial wash, which is $13 originally but $10 for happy hour...not $14, which is what they charged me. Then she says well drive around we will vacuum. I will never come back to this place after today. Was my first visit and will definitely be my last.

I was having the 80 dollar car detail. The guy doing the job hit the inside of my windshield hard enough to break the glass causing a large(approx) 1 and a half foot diameter circle of cracked glass. I showed to the manager and all he said was to fill out their report sheet. I could not understand what was said between the worker doing the job and himself. Filled out the report and was told the owner would call me in the morning which he did not. Another personal visit with female manager said the owner would call me. No such luck. I had the window replaced myself due to safety concerns. Another call was made. Spoke to the again female manager telling me the owner wil not pay. With each phone call and visit they refused to give me either the owners name or insurance information. Beware if your car is damaged dont expect to be accommodated. Do not use this facility.

The person that did the inspection wasnt to happy to do it while it was raining...then again who would want to work in the rain. This is about all I would let them do at this location. I often wonder If the owners of the locations pay attention to these reviews!

Worst service ever. Paid for the top wax and detail. The car had smudges, dirt and the interior was still messy. Windows were smudged. They half way fixed it after being prompted multiple times. Manager was rude. They used the wrong oil weight even after being told the right one multiple times and being shown the service manual. Worst service and lousy work.

Stay Away! Gotten multiple car washs here and can safely say, vacuuming the car myself with a handy vac gets it cleaner then these people ever will. The car was is just a automatic car wash you get at any gas station and then their Hand Drying leaves the car wetter than sand on the beach. Just one giant joke. Honestly you are better off buying a 15 dollar handy vac from Walmart and just cleaning it yourself. These people might be cheap but you pay for what you get.

Crooked mechanics that sabotage your car if you dont pay for what they recommend. We took the car in for an oil change, and Brandon said we needed a new air filter, and a transmission service. Asked him to show me, and it didnt look too bad yet so we opted for just the oil change we went in for.In the process of checking the car, the mechanic ripped the air intake boot and just kind of put it back on, causing the car to die on us in the parking lot.We had to have it towed to our trusted mechanic in Copperfield who discovered just what Brandon did to our car.All because we asked to see what he was basing his maintenance recommendations on and declined the extra services, the mechanic took it out on our car. The mechanic conveniently went off the clock right after, while we had to call AAA.
