Amazing amazing place!! They are very well experienced, and provided me excellent, up to date, information after my car had an accident. From the front counter, the two female staff are always quick to answer phone calls, and provide excellent customer service. The whole staff here have been in the company for many years, they are very well knowledgeable and I felt very reassured that my car was in great hands. My car was promptly repaired, and returned in an immaculate condition. I also love that they are right by HWY 6 and I10, super easy and quick to get here from most parts of West Houston.

Norma at the front really takes care of all her customers. She makes you feel at ease with leaving your vehicle behind. The shop is easy to find right off the interstate and the workers were welcoming. I highly recommend Gold Star Collision and will definitely use them again!
