Whoever answered me said “ Are you kidding me?” And hung up after I gave them a location that wasn’t even more then 30 miles away at 6am. Place is a joke.

What’s the point of saying 24 hours and you’re not doing anything 24 hours

Louis (50+ years old) either one of the workers or owner is a full on creep, taking pictures of hostess at restaurants claiming not to know how to delete them, handing out his business card with his number written on the back with “call me anytime” weirdly compliments girls hair... on top of that HE PARKED HIS TOW TRUCK IN THE HANDICAP SPOT AT THE RESTAURANT I would never call this place simply because of how he presented himself talking about his wife and family when obviously checking out and hitting on underaged girl YUCK

I got my tractor stuck I called humble wrecker service they had someone come out in 15 minutes great job great price highly recommended.

Tow truck drivers in the Atascocita area repeatedly break the law. Speeding through neighborhoods, cutting people off driving reckless as hell. This business has always been bad but now they’re a danger to the public. I mean who the hell runs a stop sign in a neighborhood going 45??? Usually I don’t post reviews but I’m sick of these guys driving like this!

I will never ever under any circumstances use this business based on the way their driver, who was a young man with red hair and a very long red beard, was operating his very large tow truck which had S&S wrecker printed all over it was driving. First as i was travelling at 55 mph west bound on beltway 8 svc road just past west lake houston pkwy, he pulled in front of me out of the u turn at lockwood and slammed on his brakes in the rain almost causing me to slam into the back of him. Then he proceded to drive below the speed limit for another several hundred yards, then began going the speed limit. He brake checked me after pulling out in front of me. At the next signal at Wilson road i happened to pull up next to him and he rolled the window down to give me a nasty look as if I was the one in the wrong. This happened today around 4.30pm. No professional driver should be that wreckless or rude.

Dont keep they word they will try and scam you the dispatcher with tell you one price for a tow and the tow drive will tell you something different thats more expensive
