Had been to the salon in Madeira and there is NO comparison. Not planning to return to Oakley salon, ever. Got my feet done last week and it looks like I have a full month of growth…she didn’t go up to the cuticle at all. But, worst of all is that after clipping my nails she asked me to put my feet flat and I had to point out my feet were over top of the nail clippings and they would poke me in the bottom of my feet….she seemed annoyed at my comment and there was no ‘sorry’ or anything….. nothing at all. I paid for a express mani also at that same appointment and that job was nothing to say good things about either.

Okay, June, I see you. I’ve been looking for a new nail spot and think I’ve found it! Great spot, super-clean, and I worked with a great tech (June), who did an amazing job on my mani/pedi. No lumps/bumps/cuts/etc. and she PERFECTLY eyeballed the right color to match my natural nails. I almost didn’t post this review because I didn’t want people to start filling June’s schedule, but she’s SO good and deserves the praise. I also really like the tip system they have at this location. Tips are NOT included on your receipt, but you can make a direct Venmo payment to your tech using a handy little code the receptionist provides. Super-easy and great to know the techs get 100% of their tips immediately. Kudos, Deluxe.

I’m going back!! The nail technician Nancy was so amazing. The environment was so clean, very neat and tidy and the staff was very professional. Thanks to my friend who recommended me to go there. I’m glad I did!! I would recommend family and friends to go to this location.

Im not sure theres enough room for everything lol....took my Mom her nails were not even cut down in length. Lady I had cut me left spots of old polish and they ignored everything you said. Never correcting anything. Argumentive at end when asking a question.We had same services but charged differently.

This is the worst pedicure I ever had. Dont let the photos mislead you. They didnt even cut my nails lady next to me even asked me why are your nails so long? Asked to cut them please...she said I did??? Water must cut nails now never saw any scissors!

Received the worst SNS manicure experience of my life- I’ve never even reviewed a business on Google, but I am so upset I have to share. There was extra SNS material all over my fingertips after the application and the tech used his own long nail to try to dig it out (unsanitary). He separated 3 of my nails from the nail bed and then tried to clean some of the material off with acetone- in open wounds- I have never been in so much pain from a manicure. I really hope I don’t get an infection from him digging his dirty nail into my open wound. Never, ever again.

Came tonight for the first time and they did a great job on giving me a new set of acrylics and a pedicure. Very friendly workers and a very warm atmosphere too!

Deluxe Nails is the best! Ive had so many bad experiences with with nail salons in the past, but a friend recommended Deluxe Nails to me so I had to try it. My mom, sister and I have been going for a few months now. Every nail tech weve had has been super nice and attentive to detail. All our manicures and pedicures have turned out great! If youre looking for a new nail salon definitely try them out!

This place is nicely put together and practices safe protocols for covid. I gave it 4 stars because i felt my technician was really hasty. I even had to ask her to please be sure under my nails were cleaned before she painted them.

I was told my feet look like ape feet because of the callous pattern. I paid for the deluxe, which was an extra 10 minute foot rub but the lady skipped that and put no effort into softing the bottoms. All she talked about was how tired she was and had to do one more pedicure after me.

Last week had a pedicure. Began with some pain when trimming my pinky toe, and let technician know I was uncomfortable. Then both big toes bled after trimming cuticles. I gave feedback on their follow up text, and there was no response. I will not return.

I have never been so impressed with the quality of a service. I saw Marie and she was meticulous.

The nail tech was really nice but my nails ended up coming uneven and the color was not consistent on all my nails. 50 bucks I would expect the nails to at least have those two things.

Very nice staff 👍 me and my girls enjoyed our Mani and pedi. They finished us up all around the same time even though some had sns vrs gel or regular polish. We will be scheduling our next visit in a couple weeks.
