I drive a sports car (the front is a few inches of the ground) and needed a truck capable of getting low enough to not damage my car. The driver (who is also the owner) put down extra boards to make sure I cleared the front without any issue (great service!).The truck showed up EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND THAT WAS WITHIN 15 MINUTES. It is unfortunate that there are not more owners/drivers like this.I would give this business 10 STARS if I could.Flat rate fee of 140$ (within 20 $ of everyone else but def worth a little extra for this kind of service).

Honest. Reasonable pricing. My brother had him tow his Dodge Hellcat to a mechanic shop but gave him the wrong address. Alex picked it back up and took it to the correct address for no additional cost. I offered to pay him additional money and he wouldn’t accept. Great guy. Great service.

Amazing service!! Got to my location in 15 minutes or less and was very inexpensive. The tow truck driver Alex is a very kind man, I live over an hour away from where I had my car towed late at night In a not so great part of town and he stayed with me at the location for my safety until my ride arrived.

I drive a motorcycle and it broke down and stopped turning on in the middle of the freeway at 3AM, I got it to the side of the freeway and thats when I called Best One towing service, the driver arrived in less than 15 minutes and was very professional, I had my bike towed to my shop and the price was very good. Overall I was very satisficed with Best One Towings services and I would definitely recommend it.

Easiest and most efficient experience - arrived within 20 minutes of calling, was able to push my car out of my garage in a town home complex and get it loaded on the tow truck within 10 minutes, all without disrupting my neighbors. Easy drive to the dealership after it was loaded. Affordable, fast, and very nice - would definitely recommend.

I actually got service from this company about a month ago, when my car broke down on my way to get parts for an unrelated car problem.The driver was quick to reach me and was a really nice guy. He was patient enough to drive me to a nearby bank to get cash without any fuss, though that was an oversight on my part--I didnt think look into accepted payment methods as I rushed to secure a tow.Friendly and personable conversation on the way to my destination as well, which I always like. From my experience, I was very happy with the service I received!
