My worst towing experience ever. They came to tow me and they own tow truck breaks down in the middle of traffic. Nobody came to our rescue till over and hr later. Then to top it all off the 2 drivers get in a very heated argument all while my girlfriend and kids and in the car behind watching all this happen in front of a hospital. I had to direct traffic myself for a whole hr while he argue with other drivers to get someone to show up.. Well from 245pm till 6 45 pm I was stuck on a tow truck helping them get traffic flowing and to be thanked with a full price bill and a owner that has yet to call me back 2 weeks ago about it... He is more concern about them arguing they why I was unhappy about my service... Im sure somebody else could have took me home for the same price and less time and hassle... Never get my business again nor any friends or relatives

SCAM! Hired them to tow a vehicle for me. They showed up, hooked up the vehicle, took a picture so they could prove they were there, then dropped the vehicle in the same spot WITHOUT TOWING IT. Then they charge my cc for MORE than the amount we agreed to if the tow was actually completed!! Complete frauds. BEWARE!

Unlike the previous post I actually used them. They said they would arrive in 25-30 minutes and they did. Chris was Fast, Efficient and Courteous. Of course as with any Tow, it is best to call the company based near your vehicle. These guys are best for 77064,77069 and 77070

Best tow truck company by far. I called, spoke to Ozzy, we had a tow truck within 20 minutes. They use a flat rate so your not guessing how much the tow is going to be. Professional and extremely nice driver. Will definitely use this company again, if need be.

Worst tow truck company ever told me 30 mins while I had a true emergency with my 3 young children and two dogs starnded with NO AC in the Texas heat. Then they wouldnt even answer my calls. Dont waste your time calling find another company.

Shane and his wife, Shirley, were lifesavers for me and my young son. My car broke down on the Beltway during rush hour traffic, and I called Shane for a tow. He stayed in constant communication with me and arrived fast. Shane took care of my car, while his wife made sure my son and I made it home safely. They were truly angels from God for us that day! I would not recommend them at all! My step daughter was broke down on 290 it was pouring down rain my husband called them and the guy said he could help he would be there shortly. Never showed up we called numurous times and he wouldnt answer. She was sitting there for over 2 hours so we ended up calling someone else. They not once called us back to apologize or give reason why they wouldnt answer our calls or didnt bother to show up. They dont even deserve a star.

Worst towing company you can ever do business with. When i called for the first time i was being told they gonna be there in 35 mins, but after waiting for more than 1.5 hrs i called them to check the status and i was being told it will take them more 30mins. They eventually stopped picking up calls and i ended up wasting my 2 hours waiting for them. I wish Google had an option to give zero stars

We were stuck on the side of the freeway, very dangerous area. They said they would be there within 35 minutes. 40 minutes later I called, asking where they were. Tow truck driver called 10 minutes later saying he was 30 minutes away. It took him one hour to call and say he was still stuck in traffic across town.Overall this took 2 hours for us to finally cancel them anyway. Horrible experience.

Ill called on Easter Sunday when me and my father broke down in his truck. Shane was there within 20 min he was fast, friendly good price highly recommend his tow service by far the best tow service Ive used in while

Charlie Brown William beechler drive for us and get terminated for theft back in August a second chance been given to him after he promises to pay what he steal in weekly payment last weekend did it again, he took off with cash has Williamis a convicted felon served time in jail for credit card fraud that is why he cant get a city license ex wrecker company stole police radios papa Johns pizza steal cash and now an assault case to a neighbor is in process with precent 4 for 2 months was begging us to hire him we pick up him from street but was a bad decision to do so girlfriend Jackie Brown Gets help from housing to rent a house and her boyfriend make way more than required l got all the records sign by him for over a year we always respect her and she clean our restrooms for $20 one Wednesday and she lost her connection with us I guess she decided to back up William our message to you take care of your kids you lost one to his brother for not being aware whats going in your house we never done you wrong and we know how to get our money back from William by legally Charlie Brown never been in our shop just a big liar we dont know who are you.Just keep personal problem away from business cause there are more to mention about what going on in your house .God bless

Excellent service. Speak to Azmi (Ozzie). Houston got hit hard with the rain fall. I know towing service was busy. But the reason I enjoyed doing business with popular auto tow was that they were honest about their time. I had to call the couple of times. The first time they were the only tow service that were honest about the time frame and let me know they didnt have any drivers in my area since all trucks were already out for service and told me it would take an hour or maybe 2. Few hrs later I called back and I found out that they remembered me and that the driver was only 10 mins away. And within 10 mins Williams the driver called me up asking for apt gate code to enter. Today I called 8 towing services. Not one was honest about the time of the availability of their drivers. Popular was. I waited 7 hrs for a driver with other services.. Popular was honest about how long will it take and they let me know their availability. If this is how popular work during one of the busiest days in Houston where we had historic amounts of rainfall. I cant even imagine their service on regular days when its not flooded. Very impressed guys!! Awesome service and awesome and polite drivers who understood peoples frustration that their cars were flooded and helped them move stuff out of the car.PS. One recommendation I would make is to have professional business cards printed out and hand to your drivers. So that when customers ask for it for future business or to recommend popular to their friends and family it would make it that much easier.
