I really love living at Westchase Creek Apartment. I live here for two years and it was ah!mazing. Peaceful, Calm and Clean.Great customer services and awesome leasing staff that turn family. Paula Guzman helped me with my Lease, she was awesome, she ensured everything went smoothly for my move. But really, all the Ladies in there are friendly and super amazing. 👌🏾🥰Friendly neighbors too and Maintenance are fantastic, the best have seen. Not forgetting the Apartment life Duo with their great fun events. Wow 🥰🥰Its a really safe neighborhood, easily accessible to Westheimer, Grocery shops and Restaurants. I will highly recommend for anyone, looking for their new home.👌🏾✌🏾

Ive been here for several years now and have always had a wonderful experience with the Apartment complex. As with all things, nothing is perfect but this place does work well with me and my lifestyle. Ive had no major complaints that have not been addressed and resolved. I dont have bugs or broken appliances. I put in work orders and they get fixed. I suppose you make the best of what you have and Ive done that. Ive made great friends and neighbors. I love the neighborhood and have been really happy here :)

Prior to moving in, I asked for a street view apartment, and thats exactly what I got. I have the best apartment ever. The management staff is professional and attentive to your needs and requests. Mantainence is effectively prompt on fixing things in a timely manner. This is heaven on earth for me. I love it here. Oh! and its also, quite here. Its awesome.

I moved in West chase creek apartments in 2019. Leila is the best, she helped me through the whole process. The maintenance response very quickly and the 24 hour service is great as well. The neighborhood and neighbors are great. I love this place, a few upgrades can be done and the dog poop need to get under control. For the most part its a nice apartment complex

I have been living here for about 5 years. I moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. In my 1 bedroom I had no problems. I moved to a 2 bedroom recently and had a few hiccups but they fixed right away. Overall I like these apartments, the staff is nice and they all know me :-) Everyones experience is different but my experience has been good. I will be here for the next year or so until I buy my home.

I’ve been at west chase creek for a little over 2 years now. I must say I’ve enjoyed living here. It’s quiet and clean . The staff is friendly and responds promptly. The apartment life team is always hosting an event for the community and there’s a lot of networking.

I moved in April 30th and I have enjoyed my experience thus far. Paula was my leasing agent and she has always been there to answer any questions that I have had, or provide direction. I appreciate the quick response of the maintenance team to an electrical issue I had as well. I would recommend the all bills option for those trying to reset your monthly budget.

It is not enough time for me to express how much I love this place. The office staff is the BESTEST and I hope they be in there for as long as I stay here. I have not had any issues and if I have it is fixed immediately. Thank you to all the ladies in there. They truly know all tenants by name.

I moved in here October 2020 and have had no major complaints since. Maintenance is extremely fast. Neighbors and neighborhood/area is super great. Only thing that I would appreciate some improvements on are trash valet service, and the parking. Overall great place.

The management team here is very inconsiderate of the needs of tenants. They give no flexibility with the contract (even if contract offers it). They offer subpar services and have a huge roach problem.Be mindful and wary when choosing the appropriate residence to fullfill your needs.

This is really a great place. During the ice pandemic,We had light and water. Just a low pressure on water for a day but it came up too. Great office staffs. They will work with you till you move and beyond. Always ready to resolve your issues. Rebecca and Leila are awesome. They made moving so great for me and helped me immensely with all the necessities to move i need to move in without hassles.

Apartment is roach infested and smell like roaches.I got bit by roaches on several occasions and got sick from the smell.Paula in the office is rude and is undermining the company by making deals with people to get the place rented. She did with me.Warning do not rent from them.it is bad.roaches roaches everywhere beware of apt 2806....

Awesome staff and apartments are one the best one I have lived in! The apartments are very chill, and the surrounding neighborhood is very lovely. Anytime we have problems we submit a request, and maintenance comes within the day, and sometimes within hours! Thinking about moving to westchase creek apartments? Here are some things to consider:I applied to the complex in June and I didn’t find out my approval status until 1 month later, on the week of my move-in. It wasn’t until I called the office multiple times that I received information on what was needed to move my application forward. Though I spoke with a specific agent, it appeared that I had to speak to practically every leasing agent just to get my lease and move in price. Then, by the time I move in, the apartment isn’t very clean. The carpet was vacuumed, countertops were sanitized, but the appliances are old and the floors were not mopped (so be prepared to do some cleaning yourself)As far as functionality, there’s not many outlets at all. There’s only 2 outlets in the living room and the socket for the wifi router is in a terrible location. You’d have the look wire stretching across the middle of your apartment.Speaking of the router, the wifi provider, Xfinity, has given me 2 routers and neither of them work properly. It will show that you have a good connection on your devices but there’s no internet.Parking is very crowded, which is understandable, but you would be lucky to find a spot after 10pm.In conclusion, the leasing agents are very polite and nice, but I didn’t find that they communicated the information I needed in a professional way,I had to speak to almost every leasing agent just to receive information that should’ve been provided to me weeks before my move-in.The apartment I received wasn’t prepared very well for a new move in, as far as cleanliness.Pros: Work orders appear to be done quickly and the location is close by a lot of stores.

I moved to Westchase Creek about a year or more ago, being the first apartments ive been i love it! Leila is the best and is your go to girl. Maintence always comes in a timely manner and let me not get started about the community here. Ive made so many neighbor friends here! The events done by the apartment are a wonderful plus! #1622 this apt complex is pretty clean, calm, and quiet. Which I loveeee it’s in a good neighborhood and you have easy access to anything on westheimer. The staff are very sweet, they try to be as helpful and entertaining as possible. A very different experience than what I’ve had in the past with other complex’s. 10/10 recommend. (:

I had a wonderful move in experience. Paula was an absolute doll the entire process. Her patience was quite fascinating. Despite last minute changes, she and I still stayed in contact and on the same page. My first week and Im enjoying the simplicity as well as the peace and the quiet.

Recently moved from San Diego and I just love it here, it is definitely a place for me to call home. Centrally located, close to everything yet tucked away from the high traffic areas so there is peace and quiet.The apartment itself, is very nice, spacious, updated, functional, comes with plenty of storage space and the interior color scheme totally on trend. The pool, gym and surrounding landscaping are well maintained.Neighbours are respectful, quiet and friendly. At night, the apartment complex is well lit, and it feels safe to take a stroll.The management as well as the maintenance team are very professional, friendly, quick to answer any questions and prompt at resolving issue and concern of its resident. Thank you to Paula Guzman ( mgmt) for making the whole process easy and for going above and beyond to get the apartment ready ahead of schedule so I can move in earlier. Awesome place to live Ms. Paula the leasing agent on the property Is AWESOME she work with me from start to finish! It took about 3 days to get the approval once all my paperwork was submitted and My apartment was available to move in that next week! 😊 She made the entire process smooth I was able to text her if I had questions about the application process and she responded promptly of during business hours only! My apartment is very nice I did a move in report wasn’t much major just small concern and they fixed it the same day. Josiah the Maintence Guy is awesome as well made sure all of my Maintence request were taking care of immediately. The pool and BBQ area is just fantastic! The area is wonderful a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. I just moved in last week and I look forward to many more years with this property.

Such a great complex to move to! Highly recommend, quite complex, everyone is nice and friendly. The staff is super sweet, and will walk you through everything! Ms. Leila is such a sweet person in the office, she took care of me throughout the whole process!! Apartment is nice and spacious too.

I will give 3 stars because when we first moved in 4 years ago this complex was decent. But the last 2 years this place has went all the way down hill. I could go on but I refuse to give any more energy to this place!!!

My fiance and I have lived at Westchase Creek Apartments for a year now and it has been a great experience. We love the location and I feel safe in the area. The complex is clean and well maintained. The two times I have needed maintenance, they were prompt and got the job done quickly. There is usually a fun event every month such as a pool party, bingo, dance lessons, and scavenger hunts. Parking has never really been an issue for us but they have recently implemented parking permits to ensure that any parking problems were resolved. They also use electric documents that can be emailed and completed easily online. Which was great when I was moving from Dallas and couldnt come into the front office easily.We have almost exclusively worked with Leila in the front office from the very beginning tour. She has been so kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She is truly one of the perks of living here! I would highly recommend living here.

Been living here for about 2 years pretty quiet. But the reason for my 5 starts is the leasing agent Leila! She is amazing any issues or concerns she took care of them in a timely manner! Always sweet and kind!

I have lived in 2 different units at Westchase creek so my experience is as truthful as it gets.Westchase creek apartments would be a lot better for the residents if they had a better quality maintenance team. The maintenance team has done the bare minimum since I have been here, I thought to maybe give them the benefit of the doubt that my initial experience wasn’t the best but at the second unit the experience is no different. I don’t know if they are taught to perform like that or if they just really don’t care about doing their best. Anybody can come in and throw paint over damaged areas in a apartment. Again this is my second unit at the complex & upon moving in after a few days I noticed dirt that has been painted over in places like the bath tub, the walls, the base boards etc.Nothing is actually disinfected & cleaned before you move in at least not properly. I literally had to scrub my bathroom floors, walls, tub. The same with the kitchen, the refrigerator, the stove, the hood over the stove, the floor, the windows, the blinds were all dirty I’m talking about brown/black visible dirt from the previous tenants, the dishwasher was gross. The cleaning team/maintenance team had not touched these areas whatsoever. What ever they did do as I mentioned was covered with paint. I mean who wants to move in & clean someone’s dirt it was disgusting but I have a newborn baby & we can’t live with someone else’s germs. The floors, the carpets were not properly vacuumed like I said in a few days you start to notice things left in the corners of the carpet, old parts of earrings, paper clips, hair pins etc. the list of repairs that I sent to the front office was extensive almost 15 different things did not operate properly in the apartment from water pressure, broken porch light, freezer was not getting cold, my peep hole was dirty unable to see through it, toilet constantly running water never stopped, no cable connection in my room even tho a cable package is included in the rent, chipped damaged mirrors, mismatch washer & dryer. The dryer has to be from 1970’s or 1980’s idk I was born in the 90’s but I know it is super old. Like why even have that in people’s apartment? It’s 2021. These apartments are charging tenants at least $800-1000 per month.They could show a little more care in what they give the residents, if the leasing personnel are truly doing walk thru’s before the apartment is ready for move in & effectively inspecting the units I would not have had 15 things on my maintenance request that needed to be repaired. The parking lot has pot holes in the front that has been there for 3 years that I know of, it’s probably been longer before I moved in they are still there & it’s a shame.The complex needs to have more dignity in their duties, this is people’s home where they come to everyday & it’s not fair for it to be treated with a lack of care.I’m sure the residents here are aware that these are not luxury apartments but a little more effort towards the property goes a long way they are old so they need care. The leasing office has ongoing activities for the residents such as games or whatever but they need to put the same energy into repairs & they don’t, the leasing staff is nice but management needs to be more proactive as far as the condition of the complex.

Yesterday I emailed the property manager and let her know about some minor issues I was having in my apartment. She sent over the maintenance man Armando and he literally spent a good amount of time here making sure everything was absolutely perfect!I literally don’t think I’ve EVER had a maintenance person come by and make sure everything was as perfect as it can be. And he was the nicest man. He tolerated my dogs and played with them too.Also, the leasing agent Leaila helped me out by answering my 5,000 questions I had before I signed my lease. She was extremely nice and so patient with me.I’ve have been so lucky with this new place. I signed a lease sight unseen and was so afraid it would be one of those looks good online but not in person place. But no! The property is nice and I’ve met sooooo many nice people around here. This is literally an experience I’ve never had at any other apartment complex. I feel very lucky to have found this place.

Lelia from the leasing office has been very helpful in my moving process. The pool looks great and I’m glad the fitness center is 24hrs. Washer and dryers are a plus. I got no issues as of right now!!😀

Ive lived here for about 3 months and my experience so far has been good. There were a few issues with the air-conditioner when I first moved in but that was resolved within a week. The leasing office and management are prompt with answering questions and concerns almost before they present themselves (very communicative through email). Also, I really enjoy the resident activities that are provided monthly and look forward to attending one soon.

I haven’t moved in just yet ... but I am scheduled to move in Nov 8.... so far Paula G. has been a breath of fresh air ... she made the application process painless and was very efficient... she kept me updated and was very upfront on what to expect... I actually lived on the property and worked in the leasing office 33 years ago when it was brand new and called Eagle Creek back in 1986. I decided to move back in little over a year ago. After reading the reviews I am so glad that Ruja and her team took over when they did. I saw an immediate improvement! The staff are all pleasant and professional and seem to know what they are doing. My only concern is that they dont jack up the rent at renewal time to pay for all these fast improvements. Hopefully they know that we all have to live within our budget. Thats a major reason that tenants choose one property over another. I hope I can call Westchase Creek home for years to come. I highly recommend these apartments. The staff members are sweet and very helpful, the maintenance always come on time. They have alot of community events throughout the year also. The pool is always clean and they have a 24 Hour fitness room. THIS PLACE IS PERFECT!!!!

Moved in a 2 bedroom apart July 1st. Processing took awhile but it went smooth. Leila was very friendly, nice and helpful. Pros: they have special events and raffles for residents. Rent is affordable. Nice neighborhood. Apartment is nice. Cons: They have a roach problem and YOU have to pay for the pest control yourself and I was told the water was included in my community package until I got my invoice and found out it’s not included. Oh when I moved in my smoke alarm was hanging from the wall and put a work order in to come hang it on the wall and it’s going on 4 weeks and still hanging off my wall.

The apartment I have been to in this complex looks nothing like the one offered. Its not updated at all old cabinets and appliances. The great thing is washer and dryer inside.

Even though this is an older apartment complex, it does not look like it now. Ive lived here since August of last year and the new management has made so many upgrades that it looks fantastic!Definitely a good and affordable place to live in the area.

I have lived @ Westchase Creek for what will now be my 5th year. I just renewed my lease based on the new management company that took over just over a year ago. Every experience I have has been nothing but friendly, professional and always helpful. Maintenance has always been on top of any issues that I have had. Very happy tenant.

I will not continue living here after this year. Half of my service requests and complaints are ignored by the office and they do nothing about it. Its overcrowded. Parking is limited, its hard to find a parking space and is getting worse as they constantly move new people in. Some parking spaces are very tiny and people just park any kind of way without no repercussions. There is also a lot of vandalism and breaks in around this complex and cars. Walls and floors are very thin, you can hear AND feel everything people around you are doing plus there is a lot of loud and noisy neighbors. Dog friendly but some people dont clean up after their dogs so poop is on the sidewalk.

The complex is calm and most neighbors know each other because they have been here for years as well. You will find a lot of animal friendly neighbors here lol. The office staff is super friendly and attentive. Best part no roaches in the apartments:)! I only have one month to live here. the maintenance staff is very effective the office staff is very friendly, the apartment is spacious, everything looked very quiet until June 8 that Somebody stole one of my cars that had parked in front of my apartment. Unfortunately there are no cameras to find out who stole it. If the robbery had not happened I would give them 5 stars because I feel comfortable in this place

This is my very first apartment and I think it is great. It comes with all the amenities that you would need. The washer and dryer included is a big bonus ohh and cable!! Much much much more though for the price! I love these apartments! They are very quiet and clean. Maintenance and employees are always available whenever needed. I feel safe and I can’t wait to spend more time here!

I had considered moving; however, now that the apartments are under new management, I have seen a tremendous improvement. I am a future resident of Westchase Creek, I originally submitted my application to them on 05/06. It is 05/21 and although I have been verbally told my application was approved (as of 3 days ago), I have yet to receive anything in writing stating so. To make things worse, I set my move in date as 06/01 on my application and it somehow got mixed up with 06/21. I have tried to be patient with my leasing agent, but it seems shes very uncooperative. Never responds to my emails and rarely answers my calls. This isnt against every person from the leasing office, most of them are actually really sweet. Unfortunately, the person that was assigned to me doesnt really seem to care. I hate to be difficult with anyone, but I am extremely frustrated at the way they have handled things these past few weeks.Edit: I really appreciate the effort that went into making me feel satisfied towards the end of the leasing process. They went our of their way to make sure I was taken care of! Thank you!

I’ve lived on the property for 2 years now and since under new management I have seen a lot of positive changes. From water conservation appliances to the decor at the pool. I love that they are catching up with Jones’ and doing more events on the property for the residents.

Been here for a year and about to transfer and Leila is been really helpful with the paper work... looking forward to have a good time during this new lease. Oh and Amanda is the reason Im renewing...she should get a bonus or something.

The office staff are very kind and patient! Amanda and Rebeca were very nice and understanding! I didnt end up calling Westchase my home but I feel if the staff is as helpful as they were to me then they MUST really care about the residents.

Gorgeous Luxury style apartment homes. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. They are also kept clean and quiet. The staff is always amazing and attentive. Plus, being off of Westheimer you’re in reach of some of the best food and all the great shopping Houston has to offer. It’s a great living experience and I would and do recommend Westchase Creek to anyone I know is looking!

I am very happy to have found westchase creek apartments. Staff is super nice, specially Leila! She is amazing, has patience and helps a lot. I can truly see that they care about their residents ! I highly recommend !

Office staff very friendly specially, Paula Guzman took care of all my needs as well for my wife, apt fixture done quick Paula Guzman very professional lovely person and found out shes Dominican like me way to go.

I visited this place today. I love the way and manner Bianca attended to me. I will definitely get a place here. The apartment looks cozy. I hope the new management will sustain this momentum.

My wife and I have been living here since May of 2015. I have not had any break ins or my car vandalized or anything of that nature. Last summer we had our daughter and our ac unit went out. Maintenance was here the same day and got us some temp. a/c until the next day when they put a whole new a/c unit outside!!! The new management that just came is amazing. Total 360 from Kelly the last Manager. Meda is the new manager and her and her staff have made significant changes to the complex. There is now a full time security officer here that is always making his presence known which makes me feel safe going out to work and leaving my wife and child home alone. Westchase Creek is in a great area so it can only be expected that you will have to pay a little more for a much more nicer area for your family. I have never had any PEST issues here either, mainly because we were taught to KEEP our place clean!!! We recommend Westchase Creek to anyone looking for a nice clean and cool environment. OH and one big thing is it is extremely QUIET!!! Peace and Love. God bless!

Ive lived here for 2 years and havent really had any issues...Amanda the assistant manager has really been a help with helping and explaining things, she is also good about keeping you updated and in the loop with everything. I would recommend westchase creek apartments. Its located in a nice area where its not too loud and the people are just so friendly.

I love this complex. After the storm with Hurricane Harvey this complex located me an apartment do to their sister property flooding Lakeside Place Apartments. The staff is great very friendly and positive. They lend a hand whenever needed.

That new manager Demetria is really amazing! I’m super excited to be living here. I was very nervous because of the previous reviews, but I’ve truly never seen any of those issues! I literally just pay my rent, get my mail, bother the leasing agents every now and then, and go home. Ty, Brandon, Amanda, Myrka are so nice and i never have any issues. Best place to move hands down, and I typically don’t leave reviews. But this place is amazing. It’s like family!

Ive been living here for almost 3 months now,My only complaint is for roaches. When I first moved in I saw far too many. I got the pest control & it slowed down, so I thought. Honestly roaches are sneaky & you might think they are gone but they are not, they hide when you are around. I really like my apartment & the areaOther than that. I barely have anything in my apartment because I don’t want roaches in myFurniture. So I’m waiting to see if the leasing office can clear the problem before I get really upset. I don’t have food in here or anything so I don’t understand why they are still around.I’m assuming the apartments are just old & that I could have dirty neighbors. I read another review on here & some one said they don’t have roaches because they live on the “luxury side” of the apartments LOL!! There is no luxury side in my opinion, but maybe some people have a different idea of what luxury is. Maybe you have a larger sq ft or updated appliances but luxury? No. The apartments doesn’t even advertise luxury. So that’s enough said. I believe everyone here has seen a roach in their apartment.They also need to fix the leaning poles by the front gate & the leaning light pole near the entrance, it’s ugly & easy to replace so it should be done, it’s the first things ppl see when they drive on the property. The leasing staff is friendly they are ok for the most part.I would give a 4 stars but I can’t because of the roaches. If you are looking for a decent apartment and area these are a good option justBeware that you will see some roaches at some point whether you are a clean person or not.I don’t think my apartment is infested but I saw enough to make a review.

WHEN I MOVED IN, EVERYTHING IS BROKEN.I ASKED TWO TIMES TO FIX A/C, AND THE OTHERS.BUT NOTHING CHANGED.
