Ive been living at Camden Midtown a few months now so I feel I can give an accurate review of the property.Pros:- Nice complex and pool- Quick maintenance- Friendly office staff- Walkable to many bars and restaurants in the midtown areaCons:- The immediate area outside the complex can be pretty sketchy. Theres a large homeless population and I dont always feel safe walking alone- The bar next door Barkleys is SO LOUD. I get that its not completely Camdens fault but I cant have a peaceful night in my own apartment anymore. (I say completely because if the apartments were better insulated it might not be as much of an issue). I can hear it clearly inside my apartment and it shakes my walls. I wish my lease was up sooner because its really become unbearable- On the insulation note, the apartments are kinda old and you can tell they arent the best construction. I can feel my the cool air coming out of my front door when I approach it and the AC runs almost constantly

We have lived with the Camden Midtown since August 2019 and have had a great experience! The staff is helpful and they respond quickly to service requests. The location is great and convenient if you need metro access.

Camden Midtown has been such a great experience! From the beginning, Ashley has been extremely helpful with addressing our concerns and always goes above and beyond to accommodate to our needs. Coming from the suburbs, I expected the Midtown area to be a completely different setting and it has not proved me wrong. With that being said - this Camden property has made me feel safe and comfortable. The maintenance staff has done a wonderful job of being prompt and efficient with responding to our requests. If you are thinking about signing a lease with Camden Midtown, I would highly recommend it and to talk with Ashley.

Its been a week and I love it. A+ value, A+ Location, A+ amenities, A+ parking facilities, Awesome Austin and Fantastic Ashley. Everything was smooth. Austin called me Sunday, I check out the apartment, apply, and other stuff the same day. I get my keys on the move in date. Activities and parks in and around the building. I put my office in the living room. Balcony is my go-to.

I have had a great experience with Camden. Staff is friendly and responsive. The apartment complex is nice and in a good location within walking distance of downtown offices and groceries.

Camden Midtown is THE place! My move in experience was unlike any other. So simple, seamless and easy! Ashley T. in the office is so kind and patience and took the time to answer all my questions.At move in, picking up my keys was a breeze, my unit was clean and beautiful. There was an issue with my microwave not working and the maintenance team was quick and had it resolved almost immediately.The month I have been at Camden Midtown has been excellent and it’s finally starting to feel like home. Looking forward to the next year!

Just moved in to this place, and just wanted to say that AJ and the whole team are amazing. AJ made moving much easier. He is always ready to help, answers very quickly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is great.

I just moved in and wanted to brag on Austin, one of the people who work in the leasing office! He made my decision to choose Camden easy, he showed me several options of apartments and explained all the amenities throughout the complex. His communication and customer service is excellent and made my move as smooth as possible. Super excited to be a part of this community and glad to know the people who work here care so much about us having a great place to live!

Camden Midtown has been a wonderful experience with the staff and property management. This place is as good as it can probably get in midtown i.e. homeless population, theft, noisy, and everything that comes with living in midtown (being realistic here). However that being said when it comes to property management and staff – Ashley has been beyond helpful in addressing any needs or concerns that we’ve had. Maintenance is on point every time that we need them and takes care of everything on a timely manner. Camden as a whole is very accommodating when it comes to our living situation - I have been very comfortable living here. The prices are a bit high for the living space but that’s just what you get for the location. Overall, if you consider living here I would highly recommend it. Talk to Ashley :)

Austin was great at helping us move in and feel comfortable!! He always responded quickly to any of our questions.

This is the worst place to live and we will not be renewing our lease. It took them a month to fix our apartment after flooding from the winter storm and we were offered nothing as an apology. We understood that it would take time but they completely forgot and left construction equipment in our apartment, the ceiling in our bathroom open, and they sealed off the dryer vent hole. We had to do laundry elsewhere for a month; we couldn’t use that shower for a month. Also our furniture was cramped on one side of the living room for a month because they needed it there to work and also they had construction equipment there.They did construction for less than one week and then just left everything. We were worried every day that they could come in at any time to start construction again and we would have to leave. We were told “we’ll take care of you guys, don’t worry.” We asked about a construction timeline and after a month begged to be heard. They finally finished everything and we still had to pay full rent and a full water bill (which at Camden is communal) when we couldn’t shower, do laundry or live comfortably for a month.So thank you for making our decision to leave easy.

The whole team at Camden Midtown made my move very easy! From answering all my questions (I had a lot of them) and showing me different units when I would change my mind randomly and just being very patient with me. I want to give a special thank you to Marcus who was very attentive with me and helped me the most in this move in process. I felt very welcomed in the whole move in process and I love my unit!

Leasing team: Chandler and his team are very professional, responsive and caring; best customer service! And yes I did checked several places and none can compare. I never had a chance to visit before moving in and they made sure I am well informed about the apartment, neighborhood and public transportation. The leasing team uses the best technology on all transactions, yes including Google Earth. They responded to my emails almost in an instant I sent it. Phone calls were all answered promptly. All information were provided from step 1 to the end including utilities.Maintenance and Service team: Lazaro and Angel are the most caring, professional and hardworking maintenance team I ever met. Yes there were minor issues in my first week, and they fixed it on time. You better be ready when you call or email to report any issues, they are faster than 911! and I am not even kidding.Location: Grocery store just as you step out. Very diverse restaurant choices. However, just like any part of downtown (this is midtown of course) there will be homeless but they will not bother you.

I had the best experience at Camden Midtown. Ellison was so friendly and helpful. I’ve looked at many apartments near the UH area and at Camden midtown I felt so safe with it having a parking garage and tall gates to feel extra secure. I love the quality of the apartments and the big kitchens. I was very impressed and I can’t wait to move in!

Ellison gave us our tour and assisted us in getting our apartment. She is very professional and personable. All of the office staff are very helpful and friendly. The complex is well kept and secure.

Overall a great apartment building. The service here is exceptional good, especially the maintenance team. You can usually expect maintenance to arrive within a timely manner. In one instance, Edgar Gomez was servicing my apartments ac unit. He went above and beyond in not only fixing my maintenance order, but also fixing other things he noticed that was wrong in the bathroom.

The people at the leasing office are great! Overall I have had no problems living here. I will say that the day after moving in my AC went out, but it was fixed within a few hours. Additionally, they require a technology package through Xfinity which has consistent problems— however the leasing office is working to get that fixed. As a female living alone, I have never get unsafe in my apartment especially with the gated entry and tall perimeter gates.

Nice apartments, great staff, good amenities, and a fast turnaround time on maintenance requests. I first signed with Camden because the apartments were affordable and spacious, but after living here some time, I can say definitively the to price to quality ratio is very high here across the board. I Would recommend this place to anybody looking to rent in the midtown area. Marcus, Ashley, and the rest of the Camden staff, both front office and facilities management, are some of the best people Ive worked with in Houston, and the units themselves are great!

This place is terrible. Sure it looks nice, but that’s it. There were people who looked homeless sitting on my stairwell smoking cigars. I called the complex for 10 mins before they answered. They told me it wasn’t their job and I needed to call 911 or the emergency line. They also said I chose to live in this area so I should expect crime (but my friend across the street doesn’t see crime like this).Then I saw the men climbing over the fence. Turns out they never even called the security officer. So they are weren’t going to take my complaint seriously.It’s so easy to break in to this place it’s laughable. Time and time again cars are broken into and management does nothing. Items are stolen from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. A homeless man pooped in our hallway, a man walked around drinking and taking packages, a man was sleeping in the hallway. Management doesn’t care. Packages are stolen and management refuses to accept them in the office like most other apartment complexes do.

We have lived here for 2 years now and just signed a lease for another 14 months. Ashley at the front office was extremely helpful and answered all of my question quickly and accurately. The complex is always clean and well maintained. The maintenance team is excellent, especially Edgar who is always going out of his way to make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend Camden Midtown.

Great place to live if you want to be close to the action in Midtown.

Biggest Kudos to Camden for all they have done in the last few weeks to help residents. My son is a current resident and has been accepted as apart of their relief fund. The staff onsite has been nothing short of amazing, especially Marcus whos been our awesome leasing agent. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help in whatever way they can. We toured with Marcus who roped us in last summer when we were looking for a place for our son and so glad we decided to move forward here. Like any mom, I visit and check in with my son and have seen improvements to the community since we originally visited...love the higher fencing! Great location, service & makes this mom worry free.

I know I have already written reviews about this place, but I can’t say it enough, the level of service and care here is second to none. Maintenance requests are usually completed with in 24 hours, if they don’t have to order a part (literally one of mine was done 2 hours after putting it in). They are always doing upkeep, repainting adding more gates for safety, etc. Although midtown might not be the safest, Ive never had a bad experience once I was inside the complex! Today I put in my termination notice since I am buying a house. The office team was so sweet and helped me through everything I needed to do and left no question unanswered. For them to offer the same level of service even as I am leaving is huge. I am so Impressed. I highly recommend this complex if you are moving to midtown.

First of all I wanna say I love the location, the grounds are well maintained, love the amenities and the fact that I was told by residents I can always find a safe parking. I mean, you have to ask around before making a place your new home.Seriously the best location. The office staff is friendly and that itself it’s so Great!We had our tour and I want to say Marcus was a DELIGHT! I’m sorry if I am misspelling your name. We absolutely love how he made us feel so comfortable! We had other appointments to tend to and he understood and still gave us the best customer service and by no means pressured us into anything!! Hopefully we will make this home soon. Marcus you are GREAT! Thank you for answering all our questions with such clarity and knowledge, we were a little difficult and asked a lot, and out of all the places we visit, definitely this was the best.I loved my experience here and highly recommend living here.

I moved to Houston and was looking for a place that was located near the medical center. Camden is at a great location and has awesome amenities such as a gym and dog park. I love that fact that they are pet-friendly. The staff have been extremely friendly and informative. I especially wanted to thank Marcus for all his help. He made the process effortless and put my mind at ease. Overall, I have enjoyed living at Camden and recommend that you speak to Marcus if you’re looking for a place!

Camden Midtown has great amenity and a great community! Marcus and the rest of the staff are super professional and polite. From the day my girl and I walked in Marcus made us feel right at home,l. He answered all our questions and showed us multiple units, even tho we had told him were not going to move in. Everything was so great we signed that night. So glad we chose Camden as our home.

My husband, our fur baby, and I have been living in Camden for awhile. We absolutely love it here. We just wanted to say thank you to Marcus for being there every step of the way. Camden Midtown has it all: incredibly convenient location, modern and well-maintained amenities, and responsive and caring staff. After living here for a year, I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough. My experience from living in many apartments in Houston is that no matter how cool the gym, pool, or area is, if the apartment staff is not responsive and empathetic to your resident needs, your life will be difficult. This is not at all the case at Camden Midtown. The staff (Brenda, Marcus, Orlando, Ariel) in particular are extremely passionate about what it means to be a Camden resident. Whether its a happy hour or pool movie night event, or responding to a payment question, they are with you all throughout the way. I am truly appreciative to have been a resident of Camden Midtown and wish the staff all the best. The Camden Midtown staff embodies what it means to put the resident in the central focus of all decisions.

Im making the move to Houston for a fellowship at MD Anderson and I have visited over 10 (!!!!) apartment complexes while I was in town trying to find the right fit for me. Not all of my experiences with leasing consultants have been positive, but my meeting with Marcus at Camden Midtown was great! He was eager to show me around, answer my questions honestly, and make sure I was prepared to make an informed decision about which apartment to lease. I havent decided which apartment to lease yet (still too early) but Marcus definitely helped put Camden Midtown on my short list!The only thing I can say right now that I wish was different about the complex is that it had more grassy areas in the landscaping...but that kind of just comes with looking at places in Midtown!

I’ve loved living at this Camden location as it’s right in the middle of everything. The staff itself is what has really stood out to me the most. They have been very helpful since day one and continue to be hands on while I’m a resident — which is very hard to find nowadays. Marcus and Alex in the leasing office are excellent and extremely responsive. I wish every place I’ve lived in could have a staff like theirs.

Ive lived at Camden Midtown for the past 2.5 years and have nothing but positive things to say about the property and management. All issues, which have been rare, have been solved promptly. When comparing my floor plan to others in the area, its also definitely the best value. Overall, I cant see myself moving to a non-Camden apartment. Its been a pleasant and refreshing experience.

We really like living here. My walk to the metro is so convenient. And my only daily problem is debating which of the three Starbucks am I going to visit today! Also, Suzanne has been very nice with addressing our concerns and welcoming us.

Five stars: This a great property to live in with fast maintenance, convenient access to downtown and highways, close to amazing restaurants in MontroseStaffs are very friendly and great amenities on site.One star: Part of the reason for moving out. Please be aware there is a very serious gnat infection on this property. It happens from April through October. The numbers of gnat is overwhelming and its affecting the quality of living here. There are multiple units having the same problem but no resolution from the properties.

David and the entire staff of Camden Midtown are absolutely wonderful. Over the past two years the entire staff have proven to be, timely, genuinely care about your living experience, as well as patient and flexible. Having lived all over the country with my job, I can say their maintenance support is absolutely top notch, they go above and beyond to meet your needs and respond quickly.

So overcharged when move out..... no matter how hard you try to maintain your apartment in a good condition, you will never get your deposit back... plus you have to pay the mandatory cleaning fee............. pool side is crazy noisy in summer.... poor sound insulation......

I just recently toured Camden Midtown, and I must say the community is really cool. It has two gyms that are 24/7 access and two pools too. I would like to also give a shout out to David.He has been very quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. He is very knowledgeable of what is in the area too.

I’ve lived at Camden for the past three years. Each staff member has always been friendly, respectful, and acted with a sense of urgency. Most recently David has been a standout. He was super helpful and made sure that my request was taken care of while I was at work!

What a great property. I visit with the office quite a bit and I love the staff. The staff is my biggest draw to Camden midtown. All of the agents are very personable and welcoming. Leading the team is Elizabeth and Monique. They are great ladies. Erik, Scarlett, and Kayla are the leasing staff there. They are always on the ball and making sure that the residents are happy and taken care of. With a smile on their faces. If you are looking for a property in midtown. Dont forget to stop here. They have a beautiful property with great floor plans. With a top notch staff to top it off.

My wife and I were moving from California for a new job opportunity in Houston and had a very small window in which to make the move. Thanks to the help of David and his team, Im glad to say everything worked out great. We love our new apartment which is a 5 minute walk to the McGowen station platform and right in the middle of great food locations and entertainment in Midtown. The Camden professionals really made our transition feel seamless and helped out with anything we asked. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a safe, comfortable, and friendly residence to move to Camden in Midtown. Thanks again David for your friendliness and making our move so easy.

I have lived here at Camden Midtown for approximately two years and I am still greatly satisfied with the courtesy and service that I receive from each staff member. Stayed here for a month, the apartment complex is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is great.

Alert for future residents. Please be aware of these issues while living at Camden Midtown. First, vehicle break-ins occur all too frequently. At least once a month since I’ve been here. Just had my drivers side window smashed for some pocket change. $200 cost of replacement. Second, UPS packages all too commonly come up missing. Third, bums, drug addicts and homeless surround the apartment complex area. If you are looking for safety and security I would highly suggest you look elsewhere.

Great! Best move-in experience ever! Chandler was amazing from start to finish. We weren’t able to visit Houston before moving and he was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Couldn’t have done it without him! He even got us a little gift basket when we moved in. He totally understood the stresses of finding a new apartment and we really appreciated that.

We cherish it here! The area is incredible, near the bars, eateries. The staff is in control, we have seen a tremendous change all around. The property is very much kept up, they truly think about the group and the inhabitants. The people group occasions are additionally fun, dependably a lot of liquor! We are not wanting to move at any point in the near future, the Manager offered to help us when our lease expires this Spring. We would like to sign a renewal since this is truly a decent place at an exceptionally sensible rate.

Ive moved to this place for 7 months. I have to say, this place does a terrible job in noise insulation. Ive been living at different places and I havent experienced one that is this bad. Literally I can hear people walking upstairs, dropping things to the floor, all the time! I can hear my neighbors watching TV from my bedroom!I have complained about this problem to the leasing office more than 10 times because I couldnt sleep for so many nights due to people making noise. And what did the office do? Ask me to record the noise, call the office? Is it that hard to send a email and let people know that the noise insulation is bad, please be quite at night? Im ready to terminate my lease. Its a shame Camden.Plus if you dont like homeless walking in your neighborhood, keep away from this place.

This is the best apartment complex in Houston! The staff is so friendly and willing to help at all times. The apartments are nice and have plenty of amenities. Definitely check out the pool over the weekend, its always a fun time! When I first moved to Houston, I picked this place and Im so glad I picked it because I met so many great people. I highly recommend Camden Midtown if you are new to the area or even if you want to live in Midtown - its so convenient to bars, restaurants, etc. and the staff is great.

So far, so good. Moved in not long ago. There have been some kinks but they’ve been addressed rather quickly and worked out well. The leasing office has been helpful. However, the maintenance team, specifically, Edgar has made the on-going move-in process a piece of cake. Can’t say enough good things about him. Hope he’s around for a long while!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Camden Midtown for 3 years. The staff and maintenance team have always been great. Especially David Alvarado! He is super friendly and has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions for my family. The actual apartment (inside/outside) is also great. Only thing I dislike inside the apartment is the washer. Lastly, a major improvement for the community would be the security.

As our lease is about to end, I just want thank Camden Midtown for being our home away from home. We have made so much memories here in a span of one year. All staff and maintenance are approachable and very attentive to all our concerns. They are efficient and fast in taking actions. Thank you.

While the storm has been hitting Houston hard, I was under mandatory closure at the hospital and could not leave work! The office at Camden Midtown walked my dog and played with my dog, while I was unable to do so!! They were so kind and loving and were able to go the extra mile!!

The location, amenities and staff are amazing! In particular, Marcus was very knowledgeable and made the whole process of finding a new place easier. Highly recommended!

I currently live at Camden Midtown and have found it to be great so far. The staff is very helpful and attentive--plus, they remember who you are which I think is important when it comes to your home. The one downside to this location is that it was a little hard to move into the third floor. There are no elevators on the property. But otherwise, Ive found other tenants to be very nice and friendly. The facilities are great, and my apartment has had no problems. Its a great place to live and close to everything in Midtown.

We recently decided to move to a different apartment within Camden Midtown. Ashley helped us through it all up until the day we moved, she answered all our many questions and even made sure we got settled in. We have been at Camden for a week now after moving from Arizona and we absolutely love it! Our apartment is perfect, very up to date and fabulous living conditions. The scenery is beautiful and the location is PERFECT! We seriously couldnt have asked for a better apartment during our stay here in Houston.Since we were moving from Arizona, we were slightly worried that the process would be difficult but it was beyond easy! Suzanne, the Assistant Manager, was so helpful and sent us all of the forms before hand so when we arrived we only had a few short documents to sign in person and then we got our keys and moved right in. The staff here made it so easy, so if youre thinking about moving from out of town- this is your place!!!Upon arrival at our unit, we had a sweet welcome gift with some household necessities and even a couple toys for my cat which was so thoughtful! We love it here at Camden already and are so happy to be apart of this community.

Moving in from out of state and finding a place to live was a tough process, but the people at Camden made it so much easier! Susanne and Chandler were especially helpful and quick in response to questions, concerns, and really throughout the entire process from signing our lease to moving in! My roommate and I have been in Houston only a couple weeks and it already feels like home :) Great location and great people!

Im an expat in Houston for an assignment, I didn’t know anyone in the city and Camden Midtown made a perfect home!The management always been courteous and helpful, but it wasn’t till I fell really ill and had to be hospitalized, did I fully realize how exceptional they were. I was stranded in hospital, with no friends or family around me to help, but the folks at the Camden Midtown office were gracious enough to pick me up from the hospital, drop me back and ensure I had everything I needed to recover. All it took was a single Hi, I need helpThank you so much for everything guys!

Its in a great location! I love being able to walk to work downtown. Also it is right across the street from the grocery store. The maintenance is super friendly and go above and beyond. There are two different types of gyms and two pools on site. The leasing office is always open for questions and bring a welcoming environment.

I just moved in to Camden so I cant speak much of the experience yet, but my first week has went well. I chose this community because its attractively priced, good amenities, and great staff. In particular, I have worked with Airiel for months and she has been great. I had many questions and shes always been very helpful. Airiel made my move-in process as stress-free as it can be and I will seek her out if I have any questions, comments, or concerns in the future.

David is awesome and very helpful. Apartments could get some more security and show more concern about security but the leasing agents are as helpful as they can be .

Excellent place to live. All of the events, amenities, staff are of prime experience and quality. Move-in literally took 4 hours and got everything set up in 30 minutes! Its never been that fast anywhere Ive lived. Airiel is sweet, hilarious and gives the best rates possible.

I have been living at Camden Midtown for the past two years now. As a young professional, I wanted to live where all the action was - bars, restaurants, concerts, sporting events, and other activities found in urban living. As soon as I researched Camden Midtown and talked to a leasing agent, I knew I had found the right place.The leasing office is nice, responsive, and is willing to go above and beyond what they are supposed to do. I feel welcome here, I feel at home here. When someone asks me where I live I can confidently say I live at Camden Midtown!

Camden Midtown has been an amazing experience thus far! It is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, and the only grocery store in Midtown. The staff is amazing and always willing to go above and beyond for us! The pools are a great time on the weekend and relaxing on the weekdays. If you are new to Houston or looking for a quick commute to downtown I would highly recommend this place!

Long time (4 year) resident - Ive lived on the third floor of Camden Midtown since July of 2012 and have been a very happy resident. Staff is attentive when contacted and they dont unnecessarily bug you when things are fine. Plenty of resident events also if thats something you wish to partake in.

Apartments are extremely nice. Neighbors are friendly and amenities are great. Office workers are excellent and maintenance always responds promptly. However, security is a major issue here. Within the past couple weeks multiple cars have been broken into. Packages are stolen so you if you want your things you must have it sent to a drop spot location because you won’t get it. Nothing has been done in terms of security outside of “notice slips” to HPD every time someone’s car is broken into. Also, there’s tons of rats in the parking garage. I really wanted to write this review because a ton of residents have complaints about the same things and nothing is done. The other reviews are great but if I would’ve seen something about the issues I’ve listed I may have looked elsewhere.

I have lived at Camden for 2 years and just signed another lease! The leasing office is a big help whenever we have questions or concerns. We have never had any problems at Camden midtown.

I have been a resident here the past 3 years and have enjoyed my experience. Both office and maintenance staff are always eager to assist with anything I may need.

This place is AMAZING! Great location, great walking distance to everything. No the the newest place on the block but, the community is definitely one of the best i have stayed at. Keep it up Camden

I love living at Camden; the location is great, the apartments are modern, and the facilities are good. But by far the best part is the Camden team, theyre friendly, always ready to help, and make Camden Midtown feel like a home. They also respond so quickly when anything in the apartment needs fixing or updating - Ive put requests in online in the morning and come home to find it done.One thing that could be improved is that street side apartments can be quite noisy, but, they are usually cheaper, so its up to you which way you go.

Camden has a nice location to it but the best part of Camden Midtown was the staff. They were friendly and super accommodating. They knew our names our pets names and they were always prompt with their replies and to any of our questions. They create a wonderful atmosphere for their residents.

Great location, right in the middle of bars, near the metrorail and Randalls, all within walking distance. The office staff at Camden Midtown is awesome & my favorite is Liz, the community manager -- you can tell she really cares about her residents and the property. The maintenance team is great too, especially Edgar & Marco, they responded to my service requests super fast.

This is a fun place to live but I feel that concerns of what is going on here has not been posted about and for in coming residents should have the information to make their decision about living here.Pros:Pool is great, maintenance is THE BEST!, the leasing office is FANTASTIC, amenities are clean and well kept, the apartment is perfect for what we need with good storage, and we are walking/biking distance from bars and restaurants.Cons:WARNING: Theft is very high here and security is EXTREMELY POOR. My fiance had his car window smashed in, there have been multiple reports of car theft, package theft, and shady people wandering the halls. We live on the second floor and my bike was stolen off our balcony (we face toward the pool). Our door has also been unlocked at night which is very odd and concerning. We do not feel safe here and other residents seem to feel the same way.Although this place is affordable and fun place to live, security made us rethink our lease and we will not be resigning unless more is done to heighten security.

The only reason I chose to live at Camden Midtown was because of their representative Eric. He did a great job presenting the community and the apartment, while he worked for the company he always greeted me by name and was very professional . But after a few months of living there the apartment in my opinion dropped in service and safety. With a vast amount of cars being broken into as well as my own apartment having a intrusion while I was home. Choose wisely when picking camden midtown.

Ive been living here for about five months and I really enjoy it. The resident events are great. So many residents have dogs that I decided to get one as well. I really like the location of the complex. Its walkable to almost every fun bar in midtown and only a short drive or bike ride to Memorial Park, Herman Park, and Buffalo Bayou Park. The gym is fully equipped and the work out classes for residents are great.

Lived here for 3 years. Staff are 👌. Events are 🎉. Best part about living here is the annual pool party. Can y’all lower my rent though?

My roommate and I just moved in a little over two months ago but so far have had a great experience at Camden Midtown. The office staff are all very nice and will do whatever they can to make sure you are comfortable and happy! :)

This is our second year at a Camden and our first at Camden Midtown in Houston. We love it! A great, safe community, prompt maintenance staff, attentive office, and beautiful amenities. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I moved to Camden Midtown in May, and I could not be happier. My apartment is beautiful, staff is courteous, and you can’t beat the location. Highly recommended.

I lived in the Camden midtown for a few months and really recommend it. I made a bunch of friends at the monthly events the staff organized.The lease office hours are convenient since I work late on weekdays and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Camden has a very safe environment that allows anyone to feel welcomed. With an amazing work staff they never fail to meet your needs and will help you in the best way they can to make you feel like you are a apart of the community.

Weve been at Camden Midtown for 5 months now and are really happy here. The apartments are nice and comfortable, the pool and gym are great, and the location is perfect for us. Close to the Metro train, many bus services, a supermarket, a nice park (both for kids and dogs) and many more.The office staff are all really friendly and helpful - they communicate really well. The maintenance staff are awesome, they have quickly dealt with and fixed every issue Ive had so far, including replacing someone elses noisy air conditioner that I could hear from my bedroom throughout the night!Living in Midtown presents some safety issues sometimes but the staff here handle any issues that come up quickly and they communicate really well.

The staff at this complex is awesome! All of them are great people and always willing to help. It was a bit loud just because of location and where my apartment was but other than that it was a good experience living here

Decent. Loved the location, directly across the street from the Midtown bar scene, two blocks from Metro rail, and a hop skip and a jump to nearly anywhere else.The walls are thin and the buildings arent all that great, but its great for Millennials who are into the Midtown scene regardless.Not very quiet. Gym is nice but pretty small (can get packed during peak hours, like most places), and the pool area is great.Staff is (usually) very friendly and efficient and.5 stars go to the maintenance guys though, they are always around, will get to know you if you are too, and are quick, efficient, and super nice about fixing all the bad parts that come with cheap apartments.From a long time renter, it deserves 4 stars for trying.
