My family and I have been looking for a 55+ community for my mom. After several communities we fell in love with this place! From the very start Paola made us feel welcomed and worry free. So happy we chose this place for her, we believe she will be happy here.

My experience with Camden Royal Oaks has been amazing. It started back in February of this year, when I was looking for a place for my uncle. I met Mayra Aguirre and she was instrumental in helping me secure a place for him. I explained my situation and concerns and Mayra helped to alleviate any potential concerns. She is very personable while remaining professional. Mayra is responsive and provides a good level of detail, when answering questions. The entire experience was so good, I recently went back to Mayra (July) to help my mom get moved into Camden. Again, another stellar experience with Mayra and my mom is just as happy as my uncle with Camden overall and Mayras support throughout the application process and her follow-up. If you are planning to join the community, ask for Mayra. Shes the best!!

I went there looking for an apartment for my grandmother who is moving to Houston from Miami. The residency itselve attracted us a lot being a community for senior citizens which I believe will provide my grandmother a quiet atmospheres that she likes, its also worth noting that the whole complex looked in great and clean conditions. Elizabeth was the person who helped us, if I remember correctly she is the leasing consultant, and she was amazing. She gave us a tour of the complex and showed different apartments that would fit our needs and she was very kind and professional throughout the whole process, answering all of our questions and keeping us very involved in conversation during the tour. My grandmother was very pleased with the property and the staff as well. Looking forward to going there soon for when my grandma moves here and highly recommended looking for Elizabeth is you go

I contacted this facility earlier this week when I was looking for an apartment for my parents. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Elizabeth Olivares who was well-informed and courteous. Ms. Olivares very clearly described the kinds of available facilities, all of the different activities the staff plans and implements for residents, and the procedures for scheduling an on-site tour. Ms. Olivares was attentive to my needs and responsive to my questions. I would certainly feel safe with my parents living in a complex run by folks like her

One of the things that is striking about this place is the continued cleanliness. The curtesy of the staff, both maintenance and office staff. Even if I’m not requesting something specific, they will approach and ask if there is anything that I need. I also have to single out Mayra for her continued cooperation during my time here.

Beautiful apartments with nice patios. Staff, maintenance are all very helpful. Request are usually fixed that day. Minor things. Now we get an enhanced pool. Security is great. You want a picturesque, peaceful place with many activities and neighbors that are friendly and warm-hearted.

Excellent place to live in. My wife and son Nader have been leasing for 3 years and they are very happy

I moved in to the Camden Royal Oaks this year. My first impression of the complex was how sincerely kind the staff in the office were to me. They not only took me on a tour they told me all about the extra activities the complex has at no charge. After I moved in the people living at the complex all said hello to me or waved. I really feel better here than when I was living at my house.The maintenance gentlemen keep the complex so clean and if I should have a problem in my home they are there for all of us 24/7.

I just stopped by to tour Camden Royal Oaks. My parents are looking for a place for my grandma and they just fell in love with this community.Their leasing agent Kelsey showed us around the property. She was so sweet and attentive as my parents had many questions and concerns. They want to make sure that grandma is taken care of.The property is well kept! The pool was really nice and they had several courtyards for the residents to catch some sun etc.The actual apartment model and community itself feels very homey which we liked! The gym had a variety of equipment and they even had what looked like a mini library.Honestly its a great property and a decent price.Kelsey mentioned they have events and fitness classes as well for the residents that are catered to the elderly which is pretty cool!

I recently just went to Camden royal oaks and their service is really good and the property it’s self is so amazing and it’s a really nice place to live in I would recommend people to check it out

I recently stopped by Camden Royal Oaks, looking for an apartment for my active grandparents. The community is beautiful and pristine. You can tell theytake pride in keeping up with the grounds. The extensive activity calendar is perfect for my grandparents. They have over 90 events per month! I know mygrandparents cant wait to move in!

Recently visited this property to get some information for my grandfather. The ladies in the front office were friendly and very helpful. The community is beautiful. They have plenty of activities to keep residents busy throughout the month. This is a great community If you are looking for a safe and clean home. I wish I could live there myself!

I am a current resident at Camden Royal Oaks and I also happen to work for Camden. This community is fantastic and I have worked for this amazing company for over 20 years. Camden Royal Oaks has over 90 events every month and I truly enjoyed myself at the New Years Party! To many more years!

Have just renewed our lease for another 15 months. My wife and I have had a wonderful experience here at the complex and we know that it will continue; the Royal Oaks management and maintenance team is as good as it gets. They are always glad to assist in any way possible. The complex is beautiful, with as many amenities as you might want to participate in, or not, your choice. The residents are great and we have made many friends from all over the country. We made the right decision to move in at Camden Royal Oaks and look forward to our future here.

Ive been a resident at Camden Royal Oaks for five years. This, by far, is the best apartment community Ive lived in. Management here is top notch, responsive, and genuinely concerned about its residents. I initially leased here for the outdoor heated pool, but have remained because of the great amenities, community atmosphere, and staff like Resident Service Coordinator, Sandy Taylor, who go above and beyond to ensure residents have the best 55+ apartment living experience possible.

After Hurricane Harvey, I helped my dad locate an apartment to reside in while renovations are made on his house. The staff here is fantastic, most notably Kris at the front. Camden made many exceptions to help hurricane Harvey victims, beginning with waiving the application fee and not up-charging a short lease. They honored their monthly rate for a 12 month lease when signing up for a 5-6 month lease.

I moved here after Harvey and loved it so much I decided to sell my home of 30+ years. There are so many great activities and the staff are always helpful, professional, and polite. I am so happy I have made Camden Royal Oaks my home.

When my husband and I decided we needed a big change in our lives. We started looking for a place we could be happy and safe for a long time. My daughter was looking on her phone and found Camden Royal Oaks. We met with the people here and fell in love with the accommodations. They have different size apartments, with all the extras you could want. A good size pool and lots of activities. The office staff and maintenance group are fantastic. People have smiles on their faces and are very glad to be here.

I worked as a nurse for 21 years, but I knew that living in a house was a lot of work. I knew I needed to move to a 55+ and this community is beautiful! The grounds are very well kept its close to HEB, Traders Joes. I dont have to drive if I dont want to. Its close to where I volunteer and my church. I dont have to worry about the upkeep they take care of everything, and my daughter is close by it the perfect place to live!

Just moved in and already feels like home. So much better than my old place. Spacious, well designed, and great amenities. Staff are friendly and attentive. I wish I had moved here instead of wasting 3 years and a lot of money at the complex that shall not be named. :)

We enjoyed living at Camden Royal oaks.. the staff really are customer service oriented and the maintenance team are efficient and courteous. Royal Oaks is a great place for 55+ adults to live. It is quiet, beautifully landscaped, and very well maintained. There are so many events and things to do. People come out of their apartment homes to participate and wind up making friends. It is truly a community, not just an apartment complex.

My grandparents went and they say the place was exquisite. The service was wonderful with plenty of happiness and gratitude of just being there. The heated pool was such an amazing add on to their new homes

Recently visited the property and the staff was wonderful! Beautiful property & amazing resident activities..saw few residents just stop the office to say “hello” to staff. It shows staff really cares about their residents and property.

Since Kelsey has been with Camden Royal Oaks Team she has really been an asset. She always greets everyone with a smile and makes sure our request are fufilled in a timely manner. Camden is lucky to have her on their team.

Apparently this facility has no heart, likes to fire long time employees 4 days before Christmas. Claminsia only likes to hire family members or the Hispanic ethnicity. Not very professional all around.

Very clean. Maintenance is excellent. Elevators make it possible for tenants with walkers to live above you. Walkers make a tremendous noise. Management will not help you make an informed decision. Noise is a big problem with this building design. Also, dont live near the pool pump.

I have not seen any 55+ community like this! What a unique place to live. With around 93 activities a month and theyre fun ones too! Its just like a living resort.

We had a large house and thought it might be a difficult adjustment to an apartment. We are overjoyed with our decision, we have more than enough room, thoroughly enjoy the all the amenities, and the friendliness of the other residents cannot be compared!! Not to have maintenance or yard responsibilities is pure bliss.

My sister and I moved in a year ago, thank heaven everyday for finding this place.The property has an excellent design for our aging body, all the staffs are friendly and sweet, so eager to help. And they have an excellent group of maintenance, quickly respond to any repair need... Pedro just replace our kitchen sink, he did a professional job! So as Leandro and Hazael in other occasion. I have to mention that Jeri, our program director, bring in a lot of energy and creative ideas to our activities, she is the gem!We truly enjoy living here,Jane

I love living at Camden Royal Oaks, I always tell my friends that living at CRO is like being on a Cruse ship that never docks. Their is alway some activity going on. Sometimes just hanging out at the clubhouse with friends is a nice way to spend an evening.The Office Staff and Maintance Crew are 1st Class. I love how they hear us out and boy do they deliver.. We asked for fans in the hallwaya and OMG when I came home from work on Monday.. they had installed fans on one side of the complex and you could immediately feel the differance... WE ALL LOVE YOU CAMDEN ROYAL OAKS... YOU ROCK!!!
