Paula helped me with my move in process and getting settled in my new apartment, I could NOT have felt more supported and taken care of! She was communicative and transparent with things every step of the way. The property manager Karen even followed up and checked up how my move went because she was not physically in office the day of. Everything has been above and beyond.. 10/10 recommend Tuscany!

Must add this company updated there club house that only the employees work looks super nice. While the apartment are so out dated just shows you where they care to put there money’s. They put no money in the property unless it’s too trick you an thinking the whole place is that nice Tuscany apartments are TRASH!

Hayley is absolutely outstanding, from the time I moved in she has answered every question or concern I’ve had, with the biggest smile on her face. She truly goes above and beyond, and it shows. From the first day throughout my entire lease, she has remembered and addressed me by name, she even remembered my dog’s name! She has the heart of a servant and provides the level of service you would find at Saks Fifth Ave. Hats off to you Hayley, thank you for everything!

Hayley is really good. She puts out a lot of fires and doesnt mind helping. Very genuine person, genuinely set on HELPING people, she doesnt act like customer service is a CHORE which is something that youll notice from the very minute that you meet her. Im happy she assisted me so well!.There have been some hiccups, but so far shes handed them eloquently. Good job, Tuscany!!

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!YOU’VE FOUND THE PERFECT PLACE TO CALL HOME!!I just moved in and I am in love.I have lived in different apartments around the Houston area and I can say without a doubt nowhere beats this complex.From amenities to price and location you cannot beat it at all.So quiet you could hear a pin drop.The staff is extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy it here.HAILEY in the front office is beyond amazing, literally heaven sent!!Not only did she walk me through the entire process,she made sure all of my concerns and needs were met almost instantaneously just to insure that I would absolutely love it here and I definitely do.She is beyond overdue for a promotion,Tuscany you have keeper do not lose her she’s your secret weapon!!I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a secure, clean and peaceful place to stay.

After the freeze in February, my apartment suffered severe water damage. I contacted Karen the Manager, and she immediately took action and made arrangements for painters and maintenance personnel to address the situation. She even offered me a complimentary apartment cleaning. Karen and her staff are polite, professional and very efficient. They do not procrastinate! I also had an issue with my dryer, and she had a maintenance person there within 20 minutes to address the issue. The service is tremendous at Tuscany Gate, and thats why I remain a resident.

Literally flew from GA to TX to tour apartments. Set an appointment and showed up on time to be turned away at the front door and told I wouldnt be able to tour due to it raining outside.Ya you guys earned this rating.Wasted my time, money, and tested my patience. Im not trying to live outside?So stupid.

Getting them to actually ANSWER the phone is and act of congress...smh. Worst ever. Unbelievable. I think they screen calls. Theyll answer when your not a tenant, but once youve signed your contract...so goes the dream it seams.

I love living here! I’m a full time student and proud dad of a 4 month old baby so living in a quiet community is imperative! The management, leasing staff and maintenance all go above and beyond to ensure the community is kept clean, residents are cared after and work orders are completed in a timely fashion. I couldn’t be happier to be raising my family here. THANK YOU TUSCANY TEAM FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!

The Tuscany management team, led by Annette, is thoughtful and conscientious. They take their job of caring for us very seriously. Even when theyre busy, they make sure our requests and needs are taken care of.The members of the maintenance crew are hardworking,courageous, and dependable. They are respectful of our our homes when they come in to do repairs or maintenance.

Cool apartment. If you want live in a community to have relaxed 😁 evening at home or at pool. This is one of the place you must rent an apartment.Staffs are very professional and helpful. Mindy the manager is awesome. She takes care of the apartment and tenent. If you have a problem, just send an email or pick your phone to reach them. They respond with care.Everything is digital here pay rent, request for maintenance and etc.Mail room is cool. It has digital package check.Overall it is a nice apartment in a nice location.

Ok.. I edited my review as one bad encounter I had with one of the Tuscany Management Office Executive in OMAHA should not negatively impact the overall experience in last 2-years at Tuscany Apartments. Lease Administration Manager called me and we had a very courteous & fruitful discussion on our differences.Tuscany Apartments at 1100 Bering Dr is a nice & quiet society to live in for small families. I stayed for 2 Years with my family. Local Staff & Maintenance Resources are very helpful.

They dont know the basics of property management. If you need maintenance, good luck with getting them to do anything for you!!! If you think they have the simplest features on their resident portal like recurrent rent payment, well thats apparently a luxury!!! The only positive point about this property is its location which has nothing to do with the property management!!

I have lived here for over two years and have had an overall good experience.The manager is excellent, and although the support staff changes often, all are pretty good.The location is very convenient to most things and the complex is relatively quiet.Great price for the always improving amenities.

This apartment has everything I wanted and more! Kimmy and the staff have been amazing from day one! Its obvious how passionate they are about this community and each and every one of the tenants here. Not only are the apartments beautiful....but the amenities like the gym, landscapes and pool area are just as amazing! Affordable price for the area. What a great place to live in.

The community is cozy, quiet, and safe. Management works diligently to maintain and add new amenities to the property. Professional staff and occasional community events. The units feel spacious and inviting. Tuscany is an excellent place to call home!

I applied and havent yet been approved but the place is beautiful and the people there treated me like I was the only potential renter in Houston. I also met some of the residents and they seem lovely. Its like a community on its own. Check it out. The rent is incredibly reasonable for what you get in return!

Alex was awesome. My garage door was stuck and I truly needed to get my sons bike from the garage. He has a brace on his ankle due to a sprang and a fractured growth plate. He has to ride his bike home because I am not able to pick him up after his summer school academics.Thanks Alex!!!!!!

This is a great looking apartment, but what really sets them apart is the management and maintenance team. They respond quickly and are always there for you. I would have continued staying here but the commute home was terrible for me.Pros:-Reasonable price for the area (around 1085 for a 1 br)-well kept community-office staff-Apartments are nice but a little outdated-plenty of parking-close to many thingsCons-gym is slightly outdated-mandatory amenities fee of 38 dollars for cable and gym use. This is not direct managements policy but of corporate.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I lived there for a year without any problems until I had to move suddenly due to my job. I spoke to them about my options for breaking the lease and gave them notice. They lied to me from the start. They told me since I had two months left on my lease I would have to either pay rent for the entire two months or pay the remittance fee (20% of my rent) for two months. The next day, they called me and told me I would owe rent AND the remittance fee. I told them I was willing to pay the rent for the next two months but that I was leaving and would return the keys in October. They told me I wouldnt be able to do that. That I had already given them notice and on that date they would come into my apartment and if my things were gone they were going to re-rent the apartment and charge me rent and the remittance fee plus damages. At this point, I didnt know what to do. I had to leave by the date I told them due to my circumstance and since they were unsympathetic I left. A month later I received a letter for over $1000.00 in damages and no mention of returning my security deposit (Texas law says you must return it within 30 days or offer an explanation for why you havent returned it...they did neither). I was appalled. I was shocked they would spend weeks harassing me via phone and email and then have the nerve to send me a letter with fake charges and damages. Fortunately, my father is a lawyer in the state and we will be taking them to small claims court. My recommendation is not to rent here. Though I know renting in Houston can be quite horrible, there must be rentals out there that are not out to take advantage and hurt young people. I wouldnt rent from these people again and I would be careful if you choose to live here. Document everything (I have pictures of the apartment when I moved in and when I left). I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.I also want to add that there are a lot of safety issues with this complex which concerned me considering the neighborhood and the fact that I was a women living alone. Oftentimes the gates werent working and were stuck open. Also, the external lights were often out so it would be pitch black when I walked to my apartment at night. I started carrying a flashlight at night so I could at least see the door.The safety concerns, along with how I was treated by management, make me hesitate to recommend anyone live here. With some many options in Houston, I once again recommend you find another conglomerate to rent from.

I had a package that was suppose to be delivered to my apartment recently, but it never came. I confronted that front office staff about the missing package and they were very helpful. Loosing an item in the mail can be very frustrating, and Im happy that these people cared enough to help me out.I hope that I can update this review with 5 stars, once the package is found.

I lived on the first floor in apt 205 for about 12 months at $1100.Pros about Unit: Over all the layout is good. Lots of storage space in bedroom closets and outdoor storage. Kitchen has just enough cabinet space and work space. Bathroom has lots of counter space and bright lighting. The bedroom gets plenty of natural light, the living room however, since the patio is covered it keeps the sunlight from coming through the window so its not as bright as Id have liked. Having an in unit washer and dryer was great. The unit is just the right size that you wont need your A/C on much. I nearly always only used the ceiling fans to keep the unit cool.Cons about Unit: You can hear everyone who walks down the hallway or up the stairs. It echos pretty loudly. You can hear your neighbors through the walls at night.Pros about the Complex: Management is friendly and maintenance is pretty quick. The pool was always clean and the gym while small was available 24/7 with working machines. Landscape was always nice. No dogs were allowed, so it was poop free and barking free (however one of my upstairs neighbors was hiding a small dog the last month I was living there).Cons about the Complex: There are no assigned parking spots, but there always seemed to be enough to go around even for guests.Over all I loved this complex. Theres a dog park down the street with a small jogging path around it. Its incredibly close to Memorial park and the Galleria and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. Its reasonably priced for the area. The only reason I moved was to be closer to work and save some money on rent, this was a terrible mistake.

STAY AWAY from any Richdale apartments! It is the worst management company I have ever dealt with and their customer service from the corporate office down to the property level is so unprofessional. Our first sign that things were going south was when we signed a lease and paid our deposit and were given a garage and apartment number to move in to, to only be told 1 week before our move date that our apartment had been given to someone else. They told us we could have a different, smaller apartment, but did not offer any discount or an upgrade to a larger apartment at the same rent. Then, on moving day, our garage we had rented, and been given a clicker to, was already occupied! I am glad they are giving out multiple clickers to multiple people so anyone could just access someones personal property. I then had to pay movers for extra hours while they sat and waited for someone to find us a new garage. This was only after they told us they would have to find one tomorrow because they did not have time on that day to bother to find us one. We had to walk to the office and stand there until someone did something about it. Then, our washer had a hose break, before office hours, and there is no emergency line to call to report any sort of emergency. I then wait three hours, to no avail, and have to walk outside and find a maintenance guy myself and flag him down to come to my apartment to fix the flood that was happening. He only reattached the hose and went on his merry way, not offering to wet vac my floor or anything. I had to mop up my own water myself, after calling the office back three times over the course of an hour to still not have anyone show up with a wet vac. Clearly they could care less about their product, and I am sure they will not clean or do any extra work once we move out, and will let the next tenant move in to a potentially hazardous apartment that is full of mold.
