Great experience.. spacious and luxurious. The apartment was fully furnished inside with TV in every room. Location was beautiful with park across the street. Two caveats...TV is all apps..no cable and shuttle is available in time of day for medical EMPLOYEES only not patients. Our property manage Khaled was very kind and helpful.

We needed a rental in Houston on very short notice and during a weekend. Rose was accommodating, even though Nova is closed on weekends. We discussed rental options on Saturday and she had us in an apartment by Sunday. She was very kind and took the time to show us around the apartment.The apartment itself is very elegant and clean. It has cooking, cleaning, and laundry supplies. It also has WiFi and Netflix. The gym and pool are an added bonus. I highly recommend Nova Houston for a short term rental.

Nova Corporate Rentals was PHENOMENAL!!! From start to finish of the process, everything went extremely smooth. He gave me an option in the Galleria area for a great price. The unit itself was clean and lovely. Ive stayed in many corporate units but the stay, the customer service, and flexibility made Nova by far my favorite choice. Definitely would recommend!!!

Nova Houston has been EXCEPTIONAL! Ive stayed on with several corporate housing services and by far Nova Houston has been the greatest. Several times staying with others, I will go in and pick up keys for weeks at a time and not know where most things are and have little knowledge of how the community works but with Nova, they personally meet you there, take you on the most detailed tour, AND will have answers to most, if not all questions. It is a great place to be. Very well located. Near the Medical Center. Surrounding area with restaurants and nice stores. The apartment very well equiped and nice people attending you. I will not hesitate to stay there if I need to stay in Houston again.

My husband and my two kids and I stayed in an apartment in Rice Village provided by Nova Corporate Housing for exactly three months while extensive repairs were done to our house. DO NOT use this agency unless you want the run-around. They confirmed via email (see attached photo) in November that they had availability for 2 apartments the week of December 23rd. My husband met with them the same week to sign the lease, and they said they made a mistake on the dates and could not confirm until December 1st- they said they were hoping to rent it out for a longer time period. Fast forward to December 7th, and they said they cannot confirm availability until December 14th. So basically- for they will push you out and out (despite the fact that you have travel plans booked, etc) until the last minute in hopes of catching a longer stay for more revenue. Extremely poor customer experience- and very dishonest.
