Horrible horrible place to love. Not only are the apartments unsafe and falling to pieces, management is very unprofessional. Very rude. Upon asking about my porch falling in I was assaulted by two of the woman in the office. I believe one was named Christy. She took my phone, and struck me. I was also choked by the huge white man as he says “I’ll put you down like a dog” Staff seemed very angry I was recording my ignored grievance. The apt is next level inhumane. I will be leaving and filing suit for all the trauma this place has caused. The photos are just a few.

Everything there is horrible, they say things and then do other things or sometimes they dont even do them. maintenance is not good. They broke into my house and they didnt even care about me. I went to report it and they did absolutely nothing. I already left the apartment but still they continue charging me for pest control. when I was living there they never came to do it but when I left they charged me immediately. They charge a lot of money for nothing. I do not recommend living in that place. the only person who knew how to do her the job there was Kim, the rest speak to you or attend to you as if they have a personal problem with you, they never answer calls. Inside the apartments there are many things that are already very bad.

Horrible place to live, because of dilapidated decking I cant track the upstairs neighbors from one of the apartment to other. Upon complaining to management, neighbors intentionally allow kids to jumped up and down, stomp. Management & property owners refuse to accept the facts buildings are old & in need of renovations. Instead of waving transfers fees & deposit to move to an upstairs unit, so I can have some sort of PEACE AND QUIET. . Units are infested with Roaches. At risk of ruining my rental history. Im forced for my own sanity to move. This place is making me sick, no sleep, horrible living conditions 😪😐😐

The worst condo in Houston, there is no hot water for three more than 24 hours and when you complain to the office the person who attends you has no professionalism. I do not recommend it to someone else. It is a dirty place, with roaches I would have preferred to pay more elsewhere.

I cant stand the fact that its no gate code. If have delivery you have to walk to the front to get it or pay extra to have the driver wait and follow a car in. If you need Uber or Lyft you have to walk to the front Lord forbid if its dark out. The roaches are taken over my unit and I only been here four months. I spray EVERYDAY AND EVERY NIGHT. I got my apt sprayed by apt exterminators and the same day I see roaches...SMDH...I would move but dont want to mess up my rental history.

This was the Worst place I every lived. We a Bicycle stolen off our porch, money and clothes from our vehicle and at the end of the lease the Management charged us for days we were not there and utilities which were not supplied or owed. Large loose unattended dog roam the property.When there was a fire caused by a BBQ pit they still did not enforce rulesconcerning fire pits on the porches. You can call them and leave a message but they will not respond or even acknowledge you called.We had to suffer thru an entire week without Air condition during July.Lots of other Apartments in this area which would be a better less expensive place to live. I would give this place no stars if i could.

Worse place to rent from!!! Covid hit and i had help from a company to pay my rent i was never late on rent the whole year i stayed there.. the company contacted them and also sent the voucher.. they still charged me late fees even though they were notified that my rent was paid up for 3 months!! They called me everyday harassing Me about about the payment i got tired and called the head office just to find out they had been received my payment the leasing office just didnt know about it!! Jus got a notice in mail about i owe them for last charges and it has been sent to collections!! Also have roaches olease do not rent here

I haven’t been living here that long and I have had to cover every crack in my house because of the roach problem. I call and get hung up on. I don’t think they are taking this serious. The roach problem is bad that they are in the fridge. I can’t even put food in the fridge because of this and this is ridiculous.

Apartments are located in a very good area, you have all types of restaurants near you and shopping locations. Staff is very friendly and helpful! They try and help fix things as soon as you request something. Very good, happy in general with my apt.

I love this place everytime i need anything or want to get anything done Mrs. Kim and. Mrs. Yuri are alwas there to help out. The apartments are nice and spacious and the maintenance guys are very dependable and on time this is a very great place to live hands down.

I was a little iffy about moving here because of some of the reviews. However, the apartments are very nice for the price so I took my chance. I’m glad I did, my girl and I have been here for 3 months and so far everything’s been good. The leasing agent who took care of us made our move in very easy for us. We are first time renters and they made it a very easy process for us. Maintenace is fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend friends and family!

Very disturbing my mom has no baseboards on her cabinet downstairs the downstairs bathroom is flooding when someone is taking a bath in the upstairs bathroom there’s either a very large rat or some other animal that is able to answer the unit consistently and has both eaten through the waterline and eating potatoes for the more they’re even more holes that have been discover which tells me either the maintenance staff may be part of the family and simply collecting a paycheck or their job description is not so maintained the units there’s no way that this unit was inspected it could have been approved for ready to rent I just know at any moment there’s going to be a cameraman to appear and tell us that this was A joke we have reached out to the office and they have informed us that there is nothing that they can do if anyone has any information on how to proceed on going forward please respond to this review. This is only the second week into this contract

I would start by saying I am quite happy living here,you have a wonderful staff,very polite,and respectfuf,and I would hesitate to say the same for our apartment manager,very professional,and always willing to lend an ear to tenants.However it has come to my attention due to my own day to day observation,that there areas great concern in safety measures that needs immediate attention,which has to do with the safety of tenants including myself,that has a great impact on how safe myself, and other tenants feel living here,number (1) lack of proper security in terms of security guards,I very rarely see one, number(2) the entrance,and exit gates over here at the hudson,are often broken for too long,as I have had two bad experience entering the premises on two occasions a night,both times there was a man dressed in black coming out of the shades towards my car,luckily I had my beam lights on,as I always do when entering at nights,so the man backed off,it was a different manner on two occasions,and thatrecently.number (3) is about vicious dogs that is residing on the premises,i have come across some that are not on a leash,even at the mail box,while their owners are retrieving their mail,and the dog is snapping at me,while i just have to stan stil and pray i am not attacked,so i would love for attention to be paid to these areas,also that management try to ensure that persons is not allowed to to rent apartment if they cannot show proof that their dog is trained to be around other tenants,as if not,them tenants will be in serious danger,so all said I will give one star below the maximun,until I can see changes in these areas.Creech Jones

I’ve only been here for 5 months and I definitely can’t wait until my lease is up. The office staff are very unhelpful and just seems like they need money out of you every chance. If you have a maintenance problem you have to pay to get it fixed. My bathroom tub paint is coming up AGAIN and I have to pay $50 to get it fixed that is ridiculous! The hot water pressure is always out, there are pest problems. I have not had a good experience with this apartment complex, they need new management hopefully that happens.

Ive been living at the Crosby for a little over a year now! They have always been very prompt and thorough to my maintenance requests and have done a lot in the past year to improve the community. As others, I was a little hesitant because of the reviews, but after a year living here I feel they deserve a 5 star review because of how attentive they are and the efforts theyve made in renovating the community. DO NOT MOVE INManagement is HORRIBLE and so is maintenance. I’ve had my apartment since November and they still have yet to fix my apartment to accommodate living and be up do code with city of Houston, my living room, hallway and bedroom walls have water damage and they fixed HALF OF IT ... I have asthma and breathing that in it’s not healthy whatsoever. So do urself a favor and DONT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE, only reason I’m still here and paying on time is simply because my job is across the street, but now even getting to my job is difficult since they permanently closed the pedestrian gate and I have to walk around at all hours of the day just to be able to make it home.DONT MOVE IN HERE

Moved in last month and was a little skeptical because of the reviews but I;m so glad I took the chance and i dont regret it! The office staff is very helpful and the new management is doing great! I see SEAL security every night which makes me feel safe. THANK U GUYS SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY STAY HERE PLEASURABLE.

It’s amazing how they are NOT ethic they will send you pictures of another apartment that has damages and say it’s yours just to keep your deposit! They will not return calls or emails!

I would give these apartment complex zero stars if I could. I moved in these apartment complex in Feb 2019. It had good reviews and within my budget. Great. Benny was very helpful with my move-in. I moved in and everything was okay, UNTIL the complex became unsafe. In a span of two months, there was 2 murders. One in broad daylight! One happen in the apartment complex and one across the street at the car wash. They did not send out notices of the incidents which was iffy. Then the apartment complex had drive-bys which started to occur more frequently. Was there a beef in security? No. The receptionist didnt acknowledge me a lot, she didnt even try to listen to what I needed, just sent me to the back. When I went in for issues sometimes I waited at least 15 minutes to speak to someone even though the person who came in later got seen before I did. Okay. Still iffy but okay. My mind was made up when I found bullet holes in my window. I had renewed my lease one month prior but I feared for my familys safety. I gave them a months notice on their portal as was stated I should do informing them why I was not staying. I hired a cleaning service to do a deep cleaning and inspected it prior to leaving. I turned in my keys and parking stickers after moving out. I got a call two weeks later from the Benny in the office saying that I owed 50ish dollars from the one day they counted me in the month. I acknowledged it and heard nothing else from them. Then months go by and I received a statement from them by email. I called but no one returned my phone call. I was trying to validate all the charges to see how much I owed exactly. I finally got hold of someone, a man with a thick accent. They told me that they sent my balance to collections even though I never received anything prior from them in writing and talking to the man got me nowhere. I tried asking where I can send payment because the one email they sent me was very vague. If this gets resolved, I will update the review but If you are looking for apartment complexes, beware this one.

I just want to first thank Yudy, Yuri, Benny, Victor and the amazing maintenance team for being so helpful and making us feel like home, always. We signed six leases here and never had any issues. Our maintenance requests were fulfilled the next day (even after submitting one late at night) and the staff have always been great. These apartments are central to everything in Houston and a great starting point for those looking to get some budget friendly. I highly recommend checking out The Hudson’s and would still be here had we not relocated. Keep up the great work staff and thank you for all that you do.

Management is great, location is great, the apartments are calm, and I love the fact I have a parking lot right in front of my apartment. I would really recommend friends and family to live here.

Love this place - been here for several years now - gorgeous swimming pool, they also recently added a new playground and my kids love it! The leasing team is really nice compared to other places I’ve lived and they’re very quick at solving any issues I have

Very nice apartments, the location is great near all the stores.The office staff is very friendly and the maintenance is very helpful.

I lived at the Hudson apartments for the past year. The team is so attentive and will work with you to make sure everything is going good. Maintenance requests are done super quickly too. It is right next to Westheimer so you have everything you need within a 1-3 mile radius. The area is a bit rough but while i lived there management made several changes that helped better the community which was was greatly appreciated!

Moved in two months ago. Had a couple roaches when I moved in but the office sent pest control and I haven’t seen a roach since then. THANK U MANAGEMENT. I see the security walk every day and night. Which means a lot to me that they’re actually doing their job.

I have been living here 9 months my experience has been good. leasing office has been great always very attentive when I need maintenance work orders done.

After AllAS up 7/25/2020 I am please to say things been rectified by office Im HAPPY but deeply sadly to go from such a great street view HOME.. Im glad to have a chance to rent in my adult years ..I really miss the old days 2000s when it was a better environment when I was 15 or 16 I leave here with parents.. Now im 30 and seen it all. Im back to give it a 3 stars just recommend to new tenants to have cameras on cars and HOME and stay SAFE.. My first 1year lease its about to be up and I am thinking of renewing my lease because my stay has been pretty good. My only issue is that there is a few bad neighbors are always having loud music and look up to no good BUT lately it has gotten better.

Yes! This folks get it. From the time I walked through door, leasing agent Yudy took charge. We brainstormed my needs and she responded with 3 units that fit my exact needs. Within days I was approved.Manager Benny worked with me to ensure my move in cost was minimal.I recommend this property to anybody that love living good and doing business with an awesome office staff.

Super upset with management! I’ve been here for about two weeks! I’ve called and emailed them and no one gets back to you. The door to the apartment doesn’t close right! They don’t care even though I asked them to change it already! On top on that I moved In with a move in special but I’m current being charged! I called them no answer, email no answer, and send them a post no answer! There’s a hole on the ceiling as well as a hole in the restroom. The toilet moves when you sit down. The apartment was super dirty when I moved in. The boards for the pastor are broken and some of the switches don’t work. My patio door doesn’t lock! I can keep going! They don’t care! Super upset!! No one freaking calls you back!!

DISCLAIMER: If it was possible, I’d give less than one star.How dare you ask if it is better!!!!!!No the hot water issues hasnt been fixed it goes out once a week and calling the office is a waste as I have revived the same answer every-time I call, the managers are working on it there is no ETA to when it will be fixed. I will say the last few weeks the trash dump has improved, but the roach infestation is awful, they are in my refrigerator, my microwave my dishwasher, under my sink and in all room.. HELL even the exterminator said it was bad with a promise to come back(which was three maybe two weeks ago, but has yet to happen

I moved in about six months ago, and I can honestly say the reviews I seen online honestly do not add up to what I am witnessing right now as a resident. The office staff is awesome, bubbly, caring and helpful. So they must have new people in the office, as well as the work of the maintenance guys is great. I can tell that these new people in the office are cleaning up around here and thats great because it opens up the door for a better community. So I would say DO NOT KNOCK IT UNTIL YOU TRY THE CHANGE!!

Friendly staff! Nice and clean apartments! Nice swimming pool and gym area for residents to use. Also super close to the stores and restaurants on Westheimer and 5 minutes away from the highway!

I was interested in moving to these apartments until I walked into the office and was treated poorly by the office staff. I was rushed and could barely get out a word to get the information that I needed. The person assisting me had a very nasty attitude and tried snapping at me several times. I was told that they accepted broken leases and that they would work with me to get me approved, all I had to do was apply. I tried to stay enthused about the apartments, so I got online and filled the application out immediately, and realized that, clearly, all they wanted was my money. I called the next morning to find out where to forward my check stubs, and the rude lady that answered the Phone. Said WAIT,WAIT, WAIT... Didnt ask my name or any other information, but placed me on hold. Told me that I had been denied. Didnt even ask my name or verify who I was. I tried to ask why, or at least get some more information, but all she said was you were denied, Sorry. They really need to get more professional staff in the office that is willing to listen to potential candidates and able to relay information in a better way.

The price Is Good and I also like the property !!! 👌

Moved in with my mom because we’ve been financially affected from Covid. We were receiving unemployment and no one was taking it as proof of income. We finally got to this office and they helped us so much! Thank you Hudson and Crosby for helping during these hard times.

The worst apartments eveeeer! My apartment was infested with roaches! I had to sleep im my car several times. The roach traps were full in 2-3 days. I had to take legal action because the situation escalated, I woke up with a roach on my face. Dont worry, I have pictures to prove my point.

If you’re looking for affordable rent this is the place to go. Benny is the new manager there and he makesSure he gets things done if you have any issues. I had a pest control issue and he had my family and I moved to a new unit and Yuri made sure that a special treatment for pest control was done on our new apartment.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! This apartment complex is trash! These people do not care about the residents. I had a rat and they claimed to have called pest control but I still saw signs of the rat. He ate through all of my food in the pantry in which I had to throw away and I was not reimbursed. I actually saw the rat one day while sitting in the living room and went to the office to tell them. The maintenance manager was so rude and said I’ll send someone but if they don’t see it, There’s nothing we can do. I was furious! I spoke to the manager and he seemed concerned but I know he didn’t care. When I moved out, they’re were tons of rat droppings under my bed. The whole property is dirty. They lie and say they have security when really it’s just a car outside the gate with no one in it. The gate is always broken and when it is working, there’s no gate code. So you have to tap your card for visitors. The dumpster area is filthy. I had a leak. When I moved in, the unit was dirty so I didn’t clean moving out. Anyway they automatically take out a $25 fee whether it’s clean or not. I really could go on. I refuse to rent from INDUS Management property.

Ive been living here for two years going on three and Ive never had any mayor issues with maintenance or with office personnel as soon as something breaks in my apartment maintenance comes to fix the problem right away and had a few things that needed to be fixed like my AC for example i guess at the end its on all of us to show class and manners to ask for things overall Office and Maintenance are very professional and they take care of our needs Im happy to live here and going for 3 years All I got to say is Thank youll for everything ! 🙂👍

Moving was a headache but the complex as a whole seems alright. I like the conveniency of their location. Judy was very helpful. She is the one who actual made easier that transition. Giving 4 stars solely because of her.

Ive lived at this apartment complex for 2 years. New management has done little to no improvement. Ive constantly had MAJOR issues with my A/C unit freezing up 3 or 4 times over the summer. Second A/C unit they had to replace.This is the third refrigerator that Ive had to get replace in my apartment. After I already spent money on groceries for me and my kids in September.. My fridge went out..They came and RiGGED something up but it wasnt a permanent fix.. All my groceries spoiled. They eventually replaced that fridge with another fridge that was in storage... The following month the same thing happened.. I went grocery shopping and the fridge went out..It took them THREE WEEKS to replace the refrigerator! (Meaning I had to eat out with my kids everyday three times a day. Since I had already went grocery shopping for the month of October) My OVEN stopped working when it flooded last month in September and this month as well..Did they reimburse me ?? HELL NO! The MOLD in the apartment is a whole different can of worms. Theres MOLD so bad in my kids bathroom that we dont even use that bathroom. MOLD in my walk in closets. I expressed all of my issues all they can say is that they can transfer me to a bigger apartment for more money when I can find a better 3 bedroom 2 bath for less than 1140. But I would have to pay a deposit of 300.00 and transferring fee..Then to add salt to injury, they randomly changed the parking lot rules and they were effective immediately. They sent out that notice via EMAIL but why we didnt get a NOTICE on the door like the do for anything else? I got my car towed because not only is the covered parking reserved, now any parking spot can be reserved and the lighting is so bad IN THE PARKING LOT, I didnt see that this random spot was reserved. Leasing office staff doesnt care when I asked for CORPORATES phone number Victor told me that we could handle all my issues, my issues arent resolved. I left a message on the Corporates voicemail. No response.. If and when they try to take me to court for the remaining balance of 250.00 Im going to show them the work order history and the emails back and forth where I didnt get my appliances fix, mold in my apartment, and being towed without proper notification of the changes. Last but not least, the roaches I had to invest in my own pest control so the roaches in my apartment arent that bad but theyre there. When I told the office that I needed weekly pest control, they stated that they cant come every week because the roaches would get immune to the product that they are using.. Total BS, Most definitely uninhabitable living conditons for me and my kids.

I’m giving these Apts a one star because Google won’t let me leave a review with “zero” stars. Please believe the reviews. I’ve lived here for a couple of years and this complex is by far the WORST complex I’ve ever lived in. They have a HUGE roach infestation problem, there’s trash everywhere, rude loud kids playing outside without any adult supervision, people hanging in the parking lots, smoking, selling drugs.. etc. It’s really unsafe, you can hear gunshots and people fighting at night some times, which makes it harder to sleep. The new management is also rude and disrespectful. My A/C unit has always had issues before and when I reported it to the new management, they didn’t do anything about it until 4 days later.... 4 DAYS after not having any A/C in my unit with 100+ degree weather. They really don’t care about their tenants, they just care about taking your money. If you’re thinking about moving in here, DON’T. There’s plenty of other apartments in the area that are FAR better and decent than this one. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Would you like to PAY to live in an apartment where this is the sloppy work maintenance provides? Not to mention this was the third request to have the A/C fixed. By the way, what drywall and trash they didn’t bother to take out of the apartment- was just thrown out in FRONT of the apartment. Before the gaping hole in the ceiling, the vent was leaking, causing puddles of water that could easily be slipped on. No care was given by management when brought forth. Very incompetent, rude, and negligent staff.

I just recently Moved in these apartments they are nice in the inside of the apartment but this was the worst decision I made I feel so UNSAFE in my own home to much activity going on I have called several times to the front office and told them how UNSAFE I feel in my own home nothing has happen no one has reached out I ask to be taken out of my lease or move to another property I have not received any kind of answer back I really just want out because they really act like they DONT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY of their tenants

Do NOT Rent here. New management is the same as the old management and theyve merged with the Hudson next door. This is current 8/8/18.*There is no insulation keeping hot air out or random little bugs.*They cancelled trash pick up but still charge us, and justify it by pulling out the lease saying we signed for all the charges.*Half the people are careless with no respect for their neighbors. They leave their trash next to their cars; A tenant just moved in and decided to leave a trash bag out on the parking for the weekend until Monday when maintenance picked it up.*People let their kids run around the parking lot unsupervised (these 3 kids under 7 were stopping cars coming home from work to play around).*A bunch of mail boxes have been broken for over a month and managements solution is to have us stand out there between 3 and 4 to get our mail from the mailman.*When we complain about paying for the extras, their fix is to recruit a friend and earn 300$, Yeah, no thanks. I am not going to trap a friend, not even my worst enemy!*The staff are very unprofessional and have nasty attitudes before you even say hello and I dont much appreciate the staff guys playing around in the gulf carts all day when there is so much productivity being wasted.I think the lead mexican woman in the back left desk is the main reason for all the animosity in the office, she is just so horribly unpleasant to every one of the residents that Ive seen. Her customer service skills are greatly lacking.

I rushed and signed a 6 month lease here. The first weekend I stayed in my apartment there were fire trucks and cop cars constantly being called. I regretted signing right away! They stole my purse out of my car one night. There is a car wash right in front of the apt complex that is always full of guys doing who knows what all hours of the night. I didn’t feel safe here. Also, they don’t deliver from Pizza Hut or dominoes because they said the driver got robbed

I am a friend of Jo Ann. I stayed with her for a few days and called the office to complain about dog crap being left in the lawn all the time. I was told by the manager that I could not file a complaint about anything but that jo Ann would have to do it herself. Guess this place would not care if I stepped in a nice wet pile and then made an appearance walking across the carpet of the management offices. What a casual response to policies they themselves ignore. Also people park in the handicap areas and management does nothing about it.

I moved into these apartments alittle over two months ago. I figured i use to live here before and didn’t have any issues with trinity before, a couple days before i moved in i was told that management has switch to Indus. The day i moved in the management was confused and wasn’t aware of any new move ins and was questioning my paperwork and payments. Whatever i let it slide. A week after i moved in my FRONT door was kicked in. My husband went to the office and was told by the male agent “Well you’ll be fine and you have a security lock” my husband explained that we have a 3&1 year old and you can’t lock the security lock from the outside of the door, if the door doesn’t lock then it won’t stay open & told him that we work. He wrote it down on a sticky note and no one ever showed up. It took them 8 days of me and my husband calling and showing up to the office for them to fix our FRONT door. I ended up being let go from my job because i could leave my house for 8 days. I went to go get my mail box key shortly after i moved in and it took 5 times and two weeks sending me back and forth before i received a correct key, but i let that slip because i figured they only been there a couple of week, and let it slide. I spilled bleach on my carpet (i know, stupid) and i asked if i could get the carpet patched and the agent had the biggest attitude and said i don’t know i have to call this and this and this to see and see if a maintenance guys knows how to do it. Why wouldn’t your guys know how to fix carpet? They have a side business where it says they can fix carpet according to their business truck and she was acting like it going to take her 5 years to make one call, while she munching down on pizza & it’s been a month and i haven’t heard anything and i got a maintenance notice saying they fixed it and no one has even came. The property was and still is filthy. They claim they have a porter and he’s picks up trash but there’s been a moldy food tray by my building since i moved in. I seen the porter sitting down outside on his phone and walk by piles of trash. We called to pick up the trash and they claim they send someone to come pick it up and no one came. I saw a child pick up a used condom on the ground and flipped it and liquids started dripping out. There’s people who hangout all night outside, yelling and smoking. The agents know nothing, they all have attitudes and they know nothing about the property. Nothing gets done here. I see more employees playing around on a golf cart then actually fixing their property. I can wait For my lease to end, I’m counting down days til i move out of this complex. GET SOME EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW THE PROPERTY AND GET THINGS DONE!!!

I’m a very unhappy new resident. Nothing is being fixed in my apt nor have I received my mailbox keys after a month. All they do is tell me lies.

Is the worst at first they act nice but then they are the worst. They just try to take your money away some how. They want me to pay $100 dollars and $10 a day until I remove my puppy from my apt they make up things just for you to pay.

Well thanks to these reviews I won’t wven waste my time! This is so sad that out of all the reviews I’ve only seen one good review and I’m sure that’s from someone that is being described by the other reviewers. You people at these apartment complexes have got to do better! Every complaint is the exact same so surely theyall couldn’t be making the same things up. Smh

Whatever you do, dont come and live here... there is nothing but pot heads living in these apartment complex... cigarrillos wrappers are found everywhere specially at the parking lots... people litter right in front of you... neighbors leave their trash outside for days and big roaches are everywhere. neighbors sitting in the middle of the stairways smoking weed being loud you can also smell weed from the vents right through your apartment... and cars blast music out loud constantly. I have a 4 year old daughter and she doesnt need to be smelling that nor be around it... management doesnt care about anything... only about money and new ways to get money from you... Ive lived here for four months and since day one Ive been having problems and still do... my mail box is missing its door... Ive contacted the leasing office to fix it and they have done nothing to put my mail box door back... they keep telling me the same thing weve contacted corporate and were waiting for a response I also talked to TIFFANY (Manager) and she told me this is a courtesy call to let you know weve put a work order so you wont need to daadaadaa anymore so unprofessional I am not her friend for her to talk to me that way! All of my mail has been returned because of this and Ive have important mail that Ive been struggling to get back because of this... whose paying for my bill late fees since Im not getting my mail? Surely not them... THEY DONT CARE! Save youre money, time, and patience and go somewhere else!

Why wont you try to solve these problems before these people move out? I dont understand that at all. Now that they are slashing your reputation, you want to have a solution to the problem. I dont live there and will never because of these unsatisfied tenants. Thanks guys for saving me some heartache.

This review is for both Hudson and Crosby since it’s one Company now. So almost a month back I started apartment hunting and have visited this property. They just took over Hudson so took my number and said they would call but they never did. I went in again and same thing. Since I liked their location as it is the closest to my school, I went in again in the middle of the month when they have sorted things out. So I talk to the front desk lady called YUDY and told her of being an international student and the documentation I would need to apply. Having talked to her I have been having this feeling she was reluctant towards me. Took almost one hour 30 mins to get her cart so she can drive me to look at the model apartment. Still I happened to find something I like and close to my budget so we started working on it. She confirms everything is fine and sends me the link to apply online. The price she gives me is different from what is online so I didn’t complete the application payment and waited for the next day to go ask her and she explained to me why this is so. Having confirmed it with her I called my apartment and informed them that I will be moving out and thought of giving the written notice the next day along with my rent. Next day On the 29th of June, I call back to confirm one more information I needed to provide and she tells me that people who don’t have ssn can’t be given apartments. I said but I told you this first day and for this I had lost out on some others that I had seen before somewhere else. I asked her if I could come talk to the manager. So in this 100 degrees, I drove half an hour to go talk to the manager and when a man comes out she asks him in front of me and they talk for a while and he leaves the property. On asking she said that was a manager and he said they changed their policy three days back and she didn’t know about it so they are sorry. So I wasted a month of my time, lost out on other properties and have already given a notice to vacate the current one based on this. Now I have to leave my apartment because I have to move by the desired time and don’t have any apartment yet. Such unprofessional people. Customer service is not about having the most decorated office. It is about customer satisfaction. This is the worst customer service I have seen so far. AVOID THIS PLACE. Use the money you get to hire people who know what they are doing and just not here for a party.

Worse place Ive ever lived in Houston. They have roaches and bed bugs and dont do much to get rid of them. The grounds are not kept well and management stinks. The worse on the whole street.

This is the worst apartment ever! The management sucks. The maintenance sucks. One time we lost power to the building and waited a week for anyone to address it. Forcing us to buy coolers, and lots of ice. Even a fan because it got so hot. The upstairs moved out a couple of weeks and the maintenance used lacquer in the apartment and didnt cover the vents while doing so. Called the office to get them to address the maintenance and the lady was rude, sounded extremely ghetto which was no surprise. She was even hung up on me. I dont call the office much, but when i do i expect some kind of courtesy. Dont move here if you can help it. Plenty of other places close by that are more affordable and reliable. Oh and the maintenance drives a bicycle so dont expect them to show up instantly. The least the management can do is provide a golf cart.

Thugs just broke my bedroom windows and threw rocks !!! Leaving asap! If you move here make sure you got life insurance and resistance to roaches!!! Would rate cero if I could, management could care less (they only care when they lure you in) they basically just said if you leave you get penalized even having a police report and life at risk. Will be proceeding legally (took maintenance 8 hours to come check out the windows and didnt even bother to pick up the broken glass)

Do your self and your family a favor just dont sign a lease here. I have to called multiple to get an ac leak fixed. First time i called no one showed up, second time i called a guy showed up with a vacuum told me he fixed it only for it to continue leaking, third time i called i was told to let it leak because it had been fixed and it would stop. The leak did not stop. There is mold growing in the restroom because of the water leaking from the ac,a portion of the sheetrock has fallen because of this leak. When explaining the issue to pffice staff they showed no concern. Again just please avoid this place no one needs to go back and forth to get a service done that you are paying for.

The worst service they dont give a notice ahead for anything 4 managers left in their own because they dont know how to work in apartments. They just knew how to make $$$ & thats y they all left as I speak theirs no manager at lol only the leasing agent & the book keeper no manager many nance has also left because of all the bad managements their has been lately. Horrible place. There are people always outside watching you or sitting on your vehicle. Management is horrible and throws away any packages you get from ups within 24 hours of receiving it. Im sick of all the drug dealers around. Totally unsafe for my kids. Roach infested. People dont pick up after their animals. Save yourself the money and look somewhere else

Staff members very unprofessional we were trying to move in and ended up not moving in because they were asking for more money the day before our move in date $902 to be exact. We already paid them $800+ for deposit and rent from what I was told. They wont refund our money back and we DO NOT want to ever live there. Very unorganized and bad communication.

Okay pay back haha my sister has came to vist me and mom for 2 weeks and to note she has 3 kids twin girls and a boy. After my sister came back they had thrown away most of her stuff like shots that the twin girls got and there toys there only 2 😢 I dont want this to happen to anyone else so if you have kids you really love please dont move here.

Ive been living here since November 2015, everything was cool. but over the last year or so, this complex fell off. They let anyone lease and I highly doubt they background check anyone. Full of drug dealers, loud noise and messy neighbors leaving garbage everywhere. Maintenance doesnt fix anything. and WARNING, if you move here and get 1902 as an apartment BEWARE!!!! The bathroom has a leak in the ceiling every time you use the AC. We called about it numerous times and they NEVER FIXED IT NOR DO THEY CARE. They just want your money and dont care if your apartement grows mold or mildew. I would stay away and look elsewhere. THIS PLACE WILL MILK YOU DRY WITH THE HIGH RENT AND WILL NEVER FIX ANYTHING. Im so glad Im movingALSO, This place has a terrible roach problem. Cant leave food out longer than 5 minutes before the roaches are all over it. so GROSS

Roach infested apartment. This place been up for 30years or more. The rent keeps going up and up and up and up and up. Ever since some property management and investors called Trinity:*(...!! Before entering ask some people that live here.. About the the property. they will only show you the front apartment next to the pool model apt. Wich probably has roaches tooo. Think about it if departments been standing for 30 years was going to be things to fix constantly always in your apartment so many men will always be in and out not knowing who wont be stealing stuff because theyre constantly changing maintenance man

CORPORATE WONT RETURN CALLS. when I asked Alexis for corporate phone number, she gave me the utilities department number, Kelly will not do anything about this woman calling making false reports. Something needs to be done.

Yet another night with no hot water

For the most part every review that I read about this place is true! without ill intent Only thing I can say positive about The Crosby as Westchase is the office staff is friendly..but is bad with communication..Roaches are horrible and infested they are poor at doing proper maintenance on the apartment to seal any holes cracks etc or exterminate....the plumbing is horrible andthey are just now fixing the huge potholes that were near the gate they u almost couldnt avoid and in the center of the parking lot...kids are always fighting and loud walls are paper thin and for my experience living there its been very unpleasant...do yourself a favor and look elsewhere they slapped paint on alrotted wood in my unit too thats how i know the person wasnt lieing in the review below...and i found alot of units walking through the property with huge crack openings around window frames of apartments easy acess for the outsife to come in!TOO GLAD I DONT HAVE LONG BEFORE I GET OUT OF THIS DUMP CRAP APARTMENTS ITS NOT WORTH IT BELEIVE ME!

These apartments are the worst they are invested with roaches and the plumbing only gives us cold almost every weekend they are not worth paying rent for

This place is HORRRRRIBLE WE SIGNED A 3 month lease I wouldnt recommend it to NO ONE!! They have roaches BADD the water goes out for days at a time and when you ask whats wrong with the water they say it would be fixed tomorrow the neighbors or EXTREMLY loud never no parking SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Changed my review to one star because I was going to originally get an apartment here but I drove by the complex before I went in to sign the lease and there were literally broken cars and garbage everywhere and people sitting outside smoking weed. Stay away from this place. I ended up withdrawing my decision to sign the lease and I left because the environment was disgusting and that’s not a place I want to be in with my baby

THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING THE FULL YEAR I LIVED HERE, APARTMENTS ARE DIRTY AND ALL KIND OF DRUG DEAL WENT DOWN WHILE I STAYED THERE. I WILL NOT EVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. This place is the worst they are really bad at listening to there people.. there is no security so they are always break ins, the worst place ever to live on bed bugs you tell me this place is horrible a nightmare dont even think of living there wouldnt recommend this to no one

Im so disappointed about this place. Worse management staff, no respect to resident. Im receiving weed smoke everyday, they never give me any answer even trying to check to fix the problem. They just ignore me. All they want is money and how to charge more.
