Quiet community in a great location. Huge Hershey park close by and is very accessible thru out the city with easy access to the freeways. Professional and long time staff members, who always go the extra mile to be helpful with empathy. We love it here and so do our neighbors!

I had the pleasure of being a resident here for a few years before my job transferred me out of state. The area is beautiful and in a great location close to everything you could ever need. Sue, Helen, and Marissa have been outstanding and so helpful the entire time while being extremely prompt. The maintenance team here is top notch and I am so very thankful to have stayed under Myriads care these past few years.

So heres the thing with this apartment. I gave two stars ONLY because they were nice at first when we wished to move in. When I first read the reviews I did not see anything about ROACHES. After speaking with a few people and reading the reviews more deeply I saw and increasing number of bad reviews on service and roaches. We requested our deposit back and were told it was non-refundable. We checked the application and it did indeed state that the deposit was non-refundable. They asked us to submit in writing that we were choosing somewhere else which we were initially not going to do since we couldnt get our deposit back. They then told us we could be SUED if we didnt send them the email even though we told them we changed our minds. Truthfully my issue isnt that we couldnt get back the deposit, it is more so how they handled the situation. When asked if the reason we decided to go elsewhere was due to anything on their part I replied that I saw reviews stating they had a roach problem. The lady dismissed it immediately and simply said oh ok, Im just making sure it wasnt anything WE did. Clearly they do not care about what their tenants are experiencing. I would recommend looking elsewhere, they are cheap for a reason.

I absolutely love Sue... Very spacious, community is very quite and stay clean. I would definitely recommend.

I am going on my second year and I must say that I have not had any issues so far its quiet and Serene I must say I do agree with some of the people about the pricing being well for such big spaces one thing that I do want to give my opinion on is that you guys should look into getting energy saving windows that can help with keeping out the heat even though I keep curtains up the unit is still pretty hot in the late afternoons and we have not really gotten into the full swing of summer yet

My husband and I have been living here for almost two years. It has been great. The staff goes above and beyond to fix any issues that we have ASAP. These are the most afforable apartments in the energy corridor area. We have not had any issues with crime we feel completely safe here. Our only reason for not renewing our lease is due to location and wanting a more updated apartment. Leo, Helen and Sue have been fantastic to us we will miss them!

Update: 01/23/19I dont understand why they keep calling me saying they want to speak with me about my application. Even the manager named Sue called me. Helen decided to cancel the application so we have NOTHING to talk about.People please read through this review because you need to stay away from this place.I went as a prospect to inquired about the apartments, the first time I was told that after 5 PM I wasnt able to see an apartment. The second time I went I got to see the apartment. Helen helped me with all this and explained to me that it was a $45 application fee per person and $150 deposit for that unit. I finally decided to apply and I paid the application fee plus a convenience fee so it was a total of $100 per 2 people. When the rental report was ready it said that I had to pay $398 for deposit!! I called Helen right away she said it is based on your credit which she NEVER explaind or even mentioned that!!! I dont have credit history but I do have good rental history. Helen was rude when I told her I was never told about it she even said well Ive been doing this for 25 yrs... Because Im young it doesnt mean they will steal on my face like this.... She DECIDED to cancel the application because I NEVER said yes I want to cancel it or no I dont...... DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I LOST $100!!

We have been residing here since November 2014 and are extremely pleased. The Management Staff are friendly and helpful; maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. The lush grass, trees, and flora give a lovely, tranquil ambience which is very nice to return to at the end of the day.The community is centrally located to nearly all major highways, shopping and entertainment.We are home!

We were there for a year and found the apartment complex to be in a great neighborhood. When we moved in and there were minor issues to be taken care of; the staff was very responsive to our needs. Maintenance crew was efficient and professional. Office staff were great. Sue, the manager is terrific and always made sure that things were completed. We dealt with Wendy when applying for and renting the unit and she was great as well. It was a very positive experience for us.

I only live here for 6 month and in the last month of my stay my apartment was broken into! so my overall experience wasnt good at all. the staff and maintenance were good. price was affordable. it had roaches and bugs which is not strange for an old, not updated and cheap building.

My boyfriend l and I recently transferred to another apartment within the complex. They made it incredibly easy for us to transfer to a smaller unit. Originally we had planned to move to another complex so we gave them notice. At the last minute our plans fell through and I notified the Myriad that we were looking to stay within the complex but hopefully transfer to something smaller. They were so helpful and accommodating! We plan on staying here for a couple more years. Thanks so much to management for being so helpful and especially Leo, he is always so willing to help!

The grounds are kept clean. The employees are nice and friendly. Access to shopping and major roadways nearby. Affordable rent.

Nice place to live ! The complex is a little dark at night but the grounds are safe. I would recommend this complex. Office staff are always helpful. And work orders are completed fast.

Reasonably priced in a good neighborhood. Attention to maintenance and grounds is good. Management solicits feedback. Parking is tight. Pool is more decorative than functional. Grounds are shared with The Abbey at Eldridge and floorplans are the same. Good access to shopping, parks, highways. One of the best places I have lived. Have released once and plan to again.

Always turning off the water or power its very annoying

Office management is very helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone to come to these apartments. Love it and a big fan!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ROACH INFESTATION AND THEY DONT CARE!!! My experience here has been very horrible! A month after moving in I experienced stalking/harressment. I would have random guys dressed in black knocking on my door late at night while Im studying asking for weird random names, I would tell them no one by that name lives here. Then I would come home to find my window had been messed with and after about ten police reports and reporting it to the office, I was told to just lock my top lock and be aware. Although they reported break ins via door letters I still couldnt get a transfer to a new unit. avoid unit (803) someone had some trouble there that brings people back looking for whomever. Moreover, the inside of my place became infested with roaches and they would come spray but eventually got tired of me complaining and stopped coming and took me to court for non payment. But didnt want to answer to the fact that I have to get new beds and furniture and start all over because my place had a roach infestation. Furthermore, they took me court and sued for non payment but couldnt explain why its ok for me to live with roaches and not just one or two. But they were in my clothes, shoes, bathroom, toothbrushes, toothpaste, dressers, kitchen, cabinets, beds, furniture, walls, sinks, couldnt sleep without one on my chest, head, nose, would be showering and one would fall onto me. I will give them one star because the outside is nice but the inside has been hell for me!!!! Do your research on these places! I learned my lesson smh!!!! They go home to roach free environments but want you to live like you are in the projects or something. Nope avoid this place!!!!

This place sux.If you are looking to move in the energy corridor, I highly recommend to stay away. There is no parking because this complex shares parking with another complex; they have a really bad roach problem and when they come to exterminate, more roaches come out; the management sucks and is not compassionate about situations out of your control.During Hurricane Harvey they wouldnt give you a break on your rent and wanted due on the due date even though it was a natural disaster that left a lot of people coming out of their pockets for survival needs;I am starting to think the management is very predjudice and racist. I never had a problem with leaving my bbq pit downstairs because it is super heavy to pack up to the 3rd floor and ever since this white man moved in, management seems to cater to his every complaint. The bbq pit is no where in this mans vicinity and yet he makes a call even before he moved in management had the nerve to call me at work to move the bbq pit because they didnt want to lose a tenant but when my a/c unit was not working in the summer and blowing heat w/the thermostat reaching nearly 90 degrees, they took their time to come out. They unit wouldnt turn off at all. We had bbq Sunday night and left the pit downstairs since we are moving in a couple of days, I get home today and my stuff is gone. I called the office and Sue had the nerve to say they moved it into a storage. I asked her why they moved the bbq pit when we are getting ready to move this week and she said because she had several complaints but there have been no complaints until this man moved in and it is only Tuesday so they didnt even give me time to move it or have the courtesy to call and let me know. No note left or nothing and Sue had the nerve to say they knocked on the door but nobody answered. Of course no one is going to answer during the day because people work and go to school, how else you expect to get your rent money.When the other tenants that lived in the apartment this man moved into that were a different a race and the had issues, took their time in responding or didnt respond at all.I actually wished you could rate w/no stars but you cant write a review without rating w/a star. They are always having to shut off the hot water because there is always a plumbing issue and they always decide to shut off the water when there is a really bad cold front. They big rats roaming around here at night and they so called did remodeling on the buildings but the sidewalks get super flooded now and they never did before and they still have black tarps on the roof but this work has been done for about a year or a year and a half but the roof is still not done.This place is nothing like the pictures on Google. Dont give this place a second thought.

Horrible, the owner is the manager, bugs every where, very dirty, they look nothing like the photos, no parking,, horrible plumbing, horrible, this dump should be torn down, look at the model unit an decide, the grass is never cut, ac filters never changed,, 75$ fees are added to the rent for water, the owner will call you on your job, or anywhere any time to bug you about anything,, especially rent!!! They accept felons!

The parking is ABSOLUTELY horrendous! There is a roach problem and the management is shady! The grounds are not kept up as they should be. No ventilation in the bathroom which has resulted in black mold. The walls leak whenever it rains. The buildings are outdated and out of code! Maintenance does not finish their work and the front doors are warped so you cant leave your door unlocked without it fully opening itself. They did a half job repairing the roofs after Harvey. The management spoke to me about another tenants late rent and possible eviction so I know they are telling other peoples business. I know I said this before but...THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE!! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone! Plus, the layout and floorplans are propf that this place was just thrown together. To the untrained eye, the design seems unique but the BASIC building floorplans went ignored making designing and interior decorating a challenge. This property is a terrible terrible joke. I have no choice but to report all of my findings to the county and safety department.

No water for past 12 hrs and they hire some highly inefficient maintenance people who cannot even fix a broken water pipeline even after 12 hrs.Very poorly managed

I dont understand why some people have to pay late fees and not others. I will make sure everyone has to do it not just some. The place sucks. And the Helen lady is rude. The management is shady.

Average. If you dont have an updated apt it is a disadvantage. Tried to have stove and dishwasher replaced bc they are both malfunctioning but no dice. Also TERRIBLE gym. A wannabe bowflex from 1960 or something and two terrible treadmills. The price ia great for sure and I like the area but besides all that listed above and not good parking, its a decent deal. Staff is pretty friendly normally. They have their days like most do.

I have been here since 1 years ago and every thing is good without any problem,and I think you can’t find any good apartments with this price.
