First off let me start by saying, I was accepted easily. So no need to worry about qualifying. However, the application process was difficult. I told them I wasn’t signing my lease until I could see the apartment. Tuesday July 27 I went into the office and the manager told me he would try to have it available for show Wednesday (today). I called today to see the apartment he told me it wasn’t in condition to be shown today and he would try (again) to have it available for show Thursday. Let me state that my move in date is Friday… therefor by him saying “try” to have it ready for view Thursday isn’t to pleasing to hear. I simply told him if the apartment isn’t ready for view Thursday how will it be ready to move into Friday? (The next day) I’m sure their workers don’t work 24hrs! I asked him was he confident in it being done Thursday (tomorrow) and he said I was trying to put words into his mouth! I’m not sure how. Also he raised his voice and got an attitude with me as if he was the one needing an apartment to move into within 2 days. My concerns were not put into consideration I had completed my application for apartment and was approved at least 2 weeks ago.. I read all the reviews about pest but I did not get that far so. Hopefully they have more respect for you then me!

I recently moved into The Villages At Myerland. From the beginning Gerald Jackson met with kindness, the process went very smooth he was on Top of everything. He was able to help get my internet installed and worked with me to get the place cleaned and ready. Gerald seemed to have a good understanding of all the procedures I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. There was a problem with the air conditioning it was solved, the whole staff is on top of their game as well.

For the most part the roaches are slight I hardly have roaches because IM CLEAN it could be very very ghetto people tend to mind other people business whole lotta bluffn wholotta discussion mt say perfect place to stay just stay in touch with the office thank yall so much

The apartment was fine when I first moved here.Maintenance is also pretty quick with responding to my request. I also really enjoyed the walking/ Bike trail near by, however that’s the only good think I can say about these apartments. it was a lot of unit available to move into we I got here. I’ve been living here for about 10months now and the walls are paper thin. The apartment are not insulated very well (the windows do not have sealant). I bombed the place when I first moved in and didn’t have a roach 🪳 problem however about 5 month in I noticed the infestation was horrible. they are living in the walls or something because fumigating just made them relocate for a while. I guess they was in the empty apartment units or something because the more people that have moved in the worst it have gotten. it don’t matter how much I clean they will not go away and the apartment do not provide pest control either... also its always couples over here fight at 3am or someone throwing a party in the middle of the week like people don’t have to work. I have 2 more months here and I can’t wait to move.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!just look anywhere else. They never come to fix anything. Everythings broken or used or falling apart even after we just moved here and everything is new .You could be without an extinguisher for a month but thats okay to them I guess, or if you want to install wifi good luck!!! The wiring is so bad here theyll need to come and rewire things for you. Walls are thin you hear everything around you. Roaches come out of cracks under counters, water leaks in windows anytime it rains....I could go on and on but if you still are interested then let God be with you cause I tried 🤷‍♂️💀

This apartment complex is horrible. Constant break ins and loud.What took this over the edge was they randomly without telling me, go into the apartment and repipe. Leaving my rugs soaked sitting in the tub, the toilet dirty and my wall a mess.No apology. No acknowledgement. After I confronted them, they offered a gift card that I never received

I hope the new administration will fix the security issues here.In 3 months some people tried stolen my car twice + loud music every weekend .I cant break my contract. Is sad.

Its about time to sell this apartment complex to owners that actually care about their apartments and tenants. I was willing to give renting an apartment here a try until I see the comments and I will NOT spend any money at this place and hope no one does in the future until they DO BETTER! Literally have had a water leak issue for the past 3 months! Called the first time a flush of water was falling through our ceiling, maintenance said it was us running our ac too low. Okay, fast forward next month. Same thing happens but it’s not our ac because we’ve kept it 73 degrees in here only at night. Called maintenance and I promise you they said it was our ac again. Now we are in month 3 and it happens but we have not been home long enough to even have anything on other than the fridge and stove. They had us ask our upstairs neighbor what they were running and it’s the tub... as a resident I should not have to ask those types of questions!!! Just fix the leaking pipe!!! Now I have water damage and I can’t even have a decent use of the restroom without water dripping down on me. BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR RIGHT???

Let me start by saying Maria is the sweetest person ever! She is understanding, and shows compassion. I would recommend this place to my friends for sure. The apartments are well maintained and the customer service is great.

Worst place to apply and treated if I didn’t have money to secure the apartment and accused of fraud after sending legal documents after approve to move in, I was told by property manager only way I could get the apartment is too show personal bank statements.

I’m from NY I flew all the way down to Texas to look at these apartments I signed a lease and got my keys. The same night I discovered multiple roaches. In the kitchen, in the living room, and in the bedroom all thru the carpets and on the walls. They told me over the phone they didn’t have roaches and that ppl were lieing on the reviews being they get evicted and that’s their way of getting back at them. Well I’m not even from Texas I’m from Upstate New York and I told them I didn’t want to even do it I refuse to stay in a roach infested place. Whatever you do don’t move here. These ppl will lie just to get your money I spoke with Jerald from the leasing office that’s who lied and told me there was no roaches but I later discovered them.

Lola and Claudia were absolutely Phenomenal. Gave me the best customer service and made my process very easy and efficient. Absolutely recommended to visit..and make sure to ask for Lola or Claudia! Very pleasant to work with.

I called looking for a one bedroom apartment. Lola was extremely helpful and answered all my questions that I had. She guided me through the website and did a virtual tour. Also gave me more information she was very helpful.

So far, the leasing staff was great with my application process and approval. I just recently got a really good job offer in Houston, Texas, and told their staff, Gerald, what my needs were and answered every question promptly and professionally. Their Facebook page also has great videos to check out their room floor plans. Ill give an updated review once I arrive, as well as my experience afterward.

My heater was not working this morning. I called leasing office right away. I got back with answer saying boiler will not turn on until outside hits 60F. I never lived in apartment like this. We lives in the area COVID-19 cases are high. What will going to happen, if we get sick? I don’t think they will take care of it.

The maintenance staff are real friendly, and arrive quickly. The grounds are kept clean. Its clear and kind. Not real loud typically. Seems like a nice little spot. You get what you pay for. My experience has been fair. Nice office staff. Gloria is extremely helpful and persistent. Clean, quit complex for the most part; of course if you live next to the street you will here music coming from cars but, it is manageable. Very clean pool/ pool area, good work out area for people who are not gym rats and clean wash rooms. Dumpster areas are not horrible and the complex does offer valet trash pick-up. (Usually it is the lazy residents who make the dumpster areas disgusting) As for my new apartment... new carpet, fresh paint, clean/ decent apartment overall. Up-keep and bleach cleaning in an absolute necessity if you want to live insect free. If you are high maintenance I suggest you go pay $1,000 rent for a one bedroom.If you are a single parent or young adult trying to get on your feet, this is where to start. Great prices for what you get !!

I just called this property and spoke with Carlos about viewing a unit. He stated that due to COVID I would have to pay $55 for the application fee. I understand the application, but he stated if I’m not interested in what I saw I don’t get the $55 back. WTH if I don’t like what I see I don’t get my money back oh no thank you.

I give it this place 5 Stars because from day one I have not been disappointed. I had a few things that needed to addressed and the very next day my issue was fixed. I know that some people have had bad experiences in the past but this place is under new management and team. They are FREAKING AWESOME! All I have to say is get your own experience, but I know you will not be disappointed with moving her.

AC breaks once a month of the hottest days of the month, and there is a roach problem. And it’s not just the AC in one unit, but the ENTIRE BUILDING. Sleeping while the indoor temperature is 87 degrees is absolutely unacceptable. What do we even pay rent for? Fix your management, supervisors, and AC units.

These apartments have went down hill from when I moved in last year. There are new property managers the last few months and they are horrible! When residents call the office, no one answers (even before covid happened they did this), it takes days to get a response back on issues from the staff and every month the AC goes out for many days! I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here even though the price is so cheap!

Worst apartments EVER, I lived there for six months called 32 times about my A/c leaking, they would say the fixed it the same night made my whole restroom a puddle. My lease was over and they charged me 1080 for normal rear and tear, when I called the office lady was like”did you clean the mini blinds”. Someone broke my car window I went to the office they said they were gonna check the cameras, never heard from them. The tub kept on clogging, the dish washer leaked water causing the kitchen to me filled. Bad management. They’re quick to try to take your money but not to fix their apartments

I just move in and Im 100 % satisfied. The Property is in really good shape look like they take care of the maintenance inside and outside, really clean and quiet place. The leasing process was so smooth and easy thanks to the leasing agent Mrs. Jeana Manrique she know her business.

I currently live here and the place is nice for the price, but the roaches and the noise coming from the pipes, boiler room (assume a boiler room), you can hear noises, it keeps my son and I up at night. The management has been kind to me. But they need to fix the noise pipes and get rid of the roaches. I guess this is what I get for being cheap and trying to stay in my budget of $800. No one should live with roaches.

My Mom recently moved to Villages of Meyerland... Wayne was so amazing to her, he helped her every step of the way. He treated her with the upmost Respect. I went into the office with her a few times and the staff was absolutely amazing, they all greet with a pleasant smile and a jolly Good morning. The property was clean and well kept and the prices are unbeatable for Meyerland 100 thumbs up. Thank you for treating my mom with care

Horrible horrible service. I dont know why the property changed management. The previous management (greystar) did a much better job at running this place. Harbor Group Management doesnt care about its residents and puts incompetent people in the office to keep you frustrated for days. A/C never works and they always blame it on the chillers. Im going on 6 months living here and there isnt a week when my a/c stops working during the night time. How convenient right??? Regret coming to live here one thousand percent. Told the office im tired of this nonsense and all they can say is ok and still charge a high electricity bill when the a/c is out 50% of the time.

I moved in August and still not having any issues. Place in a service request and it was completed the next following business day. The community has nice residence and very quiet.

My mom and dad stayed in these apartments in 2012. After my dad passed away in June 2013 a lean was issued on my moms apartment by management for what reason idk. So management and security comes knocking on the door. My mom is gone at the time looking for another apartment for us to move too. So I answer the door and management asks is my mom home I said no. Then she replies that her and security have to do a lean on the apartment. I was 20 at the time but never heard of this before or even been in any situation like this. So I ask what’s a lean and management replies that they are going to move some of our stuff to the front to better help with the moving process I said fine cool. So I let em in the house and my 6 younger siblings ranging from 8 to 19 are all looking kind of skeptical because management started grabbing nothing but electronics : flat screen tv, Xbox, my dads shoes, etc. So they started trying to walk out the door with our things and I’m like I thought you were only moving our stuff towards the front of the door and all of a sudden the security pepper sprays me and my 6 other siblings. We never been through nothing like this before. My lil brothers and sisters are screaming at the time hell im screaming to because that stuff burns never felt that pain before some neighbors started helping out by pouring milk over our face and a fire truck came to hose us down. Finally my mom comes home and sees and here’s about everything that happen she’s very upset so she calls the police. Management tells the police I have a gun that was a lie .In the end nothing was done but we did move that same night. This day has been haunting me. Idk if it’s the same management but I will never stay here a day in my life.

I am staying at the Villages right now, its a very Coventry and accessible place. Its cleaned and the staff at the complex is very professional. Victoria Solis is the assistant manager, from my first day she put my application and followed it up with me until the day I moved. Shes very smart and jump on residents concern immediately. Do not hesitate to address her if you have any question. I definitely recommend her

There are pros and cons to every place. I would like to strongly recommend people who are interested in these apartments to never stay past a years lease.For the most part the staff there have been extremely nice and have tried helping when issues have popped up. The rent is relatively cheap for the area and the apartments are conveniently placed. The first year and a half were great. The apartments are good for size and valet trash pick up was a nice touch.It is an apartment complex, so if you are looking for somewhere quiet, dont look at this place. There are kids that play outside (all of them are so friendly) and some neighbors do play their music loudly. But overall all my neighbors had been super nice and friendly, never been afraid to say hello to someone. I even dropped my debit card once and someone turned it into the office. In my opinion, the community here has been positive.However, after a year and a half had gone by our apartment had an infestation of roaches. And it slowly intensified. We had gone to the office numerous times about the situation and all they did was reassure me that the pest control would take care of it. It never did. Theyve switched pest control companies at least three times since we started requesting pest control almost every month. It got so bad that I could never keep food in the apartment even if it was sealed since they would be crawling all over it. For the rest of the year and a half my roommate and I endured this infestation. Our apartment never had food out and always got the trash out. No one could explain to use where the roaches went. It was to the point, and even now despite moving out, where I always felt like something was crawling on me. My neighbors also seemed to have the same intense infestation meaning the entire complex was heavily infested. Management did not handle this situation at all essentially out of just scheduling pest control.My other word of caution is that my roommate and I had troubles of management misplacing our money orders to pay for certain deposits and rent which is extremely concerning. There should be no excuse for misplacing such large sums of money.This is just my opinion of the apartments. They arent terrible but they are definitely not the best place to live.

Haven’t moved in yet but the office workers are very polite and helpful Ms Dorthy was a pleasure to work with I will come back and update once I get settled in. UPDATE!!! So I’ve been here almost a month and I’m loving it. It is very quiet for the most part I only hear kids on the weekends which I can live with because come on they are kids at play. What I like most is I don’t see too many people hanging around like some of the reviews say. And the most important part is I feel comfortable and safe.

Overall I lived in these apartments for 5 years and I called it home, Katrina whose a manager in the office is thee most professional person I’ve ever met, she is resilient, every time I had a problem I would always call put in work order everyone would give me a run around but she will make sure my problem was solved no matter how impatient and rude I was to her she showed me and other residents nothing but kindness and grace! I will never forget how SHE made this my home.

I been living here since February . Ive had a few questionable experiences . the first one was when I got toward the apartments I got told that we would have one of our walls painted dark blue but when we got the apartment it didnt have that. Management apparently got changed, and apparently our applications were for a wrong date the day we moved in they had said that we had already lived here for a few weeks according to thier documents. also we were promised two parking spots but apparently that was false advertisement and we found out when a lady had parked in our parking spot and yelled at us for asking her to move her response was that that parking spot had been here for yrs . The walls are super thing nothing is sound proof. I can hear my neighbors jamming to music extremely loud all the time. Or them having conversations.The AC breaks down way to often.They have people come pick up the trash from outside the apartment but theres always squirrels or cats around getting into the trash and just making the place look dirty. they have a weird dumpster that doesnt allow much trash so majority of the time the trash is outside in a huge pile . They have many bee hives . One time I couldnt get to my apartment because there was hundred of bees all over .

I love reading the reviews. I find it amazing how so many people complain about living here.I have been here for close to two years. And to be honest, I have not had the issues that you guys have had. Last week, I had three issues that needed to be fixed; in less than 48 hours after the request everything was fixed.If you ever had any major issues, I’ll go to the office and speak directly to Katrina one of the assist managers. She is AWESOME to say the least. But usually if I have to go there she will take care of the issues ASAP.Instead of writing nasty reviews and giving low scores, let’s be honest. I have never been robbed, my car is safe, it’s peaceful, and its clean. Can you say that about the rest of Houston?

Ive been living here for a few months now and I truly enjoy it here! Office staff and maintenance are friendly and quick to assist. I love my apartment with the upgrades, Im definitely going to miss my little home! My neighbors are friendly and I feel safe for the most part. I love having my own parking spot, definitely a plus! The only weird thing is that the pools (except for the pool by the leasing office) dont have any chairs or tables... so its like BYOC (chair). Hopefully theyll fix that one day. By the way, if you get pest control, spray your apartment yourself, and clean you wont have roaches. Also, Ive never had a bed bug problem. Other than that, I enjoy my apartment and the community. Oh, I also like the surrounding area - it has more of a suburb feeling, but I find it peaceful with the bayou, trees, and running trails. Its a little retreat from working in the inner loop. Anyways, thanks for a nice experience you guys, Ill miss it here!

Moving to Villages at Meyerland has been the best experience everrrr!. Starting with the Manager to the Leasing agent Gloria and the girls in the office. Monica had been a very big help from me being able to view the apartment and to find one that fit my needs. As well as Gloria she listened to my concern as well as needs and has been able to fit me right into the home I love now. Thank you sooo muchhhhh!.

Dont move here if you are allergic to bees....or dont like bees in general. There is a beehive on this property and the bees are swarming around two buildings. No point in telling the office... like how do you, or your maintenance, not notice an impassible hallway, full of bees.. .smh

I applied for apartment and was denied and never received adminstration fee back and keep getting the run around from Gloria, that was 6 months ago. There is no way to contact greystar to file a complaint.Apartment was nice looking.

I just moved in on the 11th & my experience has been less than great so far. My bathroom floor wasnt finished until 4 days after I moved in, the assistant manager is extremely rude & lacks basic customer service skills, plus, the other staff is not very knowledgeable about policies and procedures which ultimately falls on the tenant. The actual manager Jeff is probably the only hope at getting things the way they should be. I hope the next 11 months are much more pleasant.

I enjoy living at Villages at Meyerland. The staff is always so friendly and I have never had any issues with this property. Its clean and well kept up for it to be an older property. I will most likely will be renewing my lease another year for I love it hear.

Worst apartments I have ever lived in.1.) Management (both property and district) doesn’t abide by their own leasing terms for tenants around your unit at all.2.) Air conditioning doesn’t work during the 100 degrees summer months. Occasionally the heat does not work during the winter months either.3.) Vents are disgustingly filthy and shoot dust out at all times no matter how often you change the filters. A deep cleaning of the entire ventilation unit in the buildings is desperately needed.4.) No insulation whatsoever in the buildings; whatever your neighbors are smoking/doing, you will smell and hear it.5.) You have to pay for a monthly trash service that doesn’t happen consistently like it should.6.) Their laundry centers do not clean clothes; they go in dirty and come out the same.7.) If you live on the second floor, you will likely hear noises in the ceilings at night.8.) Shootings have been occurring here more and more often; even in the daylight hours.I could go on and on....Just look at all of their Yelp and Facebook reviews if you need more information. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Do not move here. Theres always loud music playing which makes it hard to sleep and the chiller goes out EVERY MONTH. Ive been here since August and EVERY MONTH the chiller has gone out!

I never write reviews, but I felt the need to. Ive been looking at apts for the past month. I just recently separated from my boyfriend and have to save money and need a place to stay quickly. Do to my situation, I was not in the best mood, plus I have not rented an apartment in years. But the leasing agent Katrina was so helpful and made me feel comfortable, and made the process seem easy. I am still looking for a place to stay, but these apartments are on top of my list.

Yes, there are tons of roaches here. We havent been scheduled an exterminator in over four months. Also, I love to workout but unfortunately none of the equipment works. So if you love to run, your out of luck because the only two treadmills are out of service. The only thing you can use are one bike and a climber, unless you can bench over 150 pounds, because no one has come to fix the weight machines. I guess thats the price you pay for newly installed security cameras. which is a false sense of security because it isnt safe here at night either. It takes FOREVER to get a maintenance person out to your apartment when you have an issue as well. But remember this is just one womans opinion here. You should really go somewhere else honestly. Just waiting for my lease to be up to move to greener pastures. Oh and it floods really bad here as well. it will become an island because of Braes Bayou. So kiss getting to work out if the rains come in hard and steady. Just saying.

Lived here for six years and its been ups and downs. Overall, it was great until 2013. My last three years were mostly trashy. Roaches everywhere and the property staff come up with the dumbest regulations. If you leave trash bags by the door, its a $25 fee. Mind you the trash compactor is on the back end of the complex which may be a huge inconvenience to the front end tenants and others with disabilities. Outrageous fees integrated w/your rent as well. Has six pools and a decent fitness facility. Complex never floods although in a heavily flooded area. Also the crime rate is horrible. I really thank God nothing happened to me there. Also upon leaving, I didn’t get my security deposit back (moved in original unit 2010, was placed in newer unit 2014) all because I was moved to another apartment thanks to their faulty plumbing in my original apartment unit!! No security guard at all yet they installed camera in December 2016. Renter beware.Edit: I saw it finally flooded during Harvey a year and a half ago.

My daughter moved in here a year ago. Its her very first apartment. Its been nothing but problems. Shes had bed bugs in the apartment for the first time in her life (4 times, FOUR TIMES). Now there is smoke coming in the ventilation from other residents smoking. Its been one thing after another. Ive lived in apartments for years and not once had these problems. Its no wonder people are moving out in droves.. July 2019....wow and now a homicide their? Omgggg. Im so glad my daughter moved. Dangerous place.

Recently moved to the area from New York city and the help I received from one particular employee by the name of Kaya Allen really made the transition an easy one. I know I wasnt the best customer to deal with but her attitude and professionalism remained high at all times throughout the entire process. Truthfully I almost never take the time to leave reviews but this situation is a tad bit different.

Thanks to Ms.Nicole she guided me through the application process & answered all my questions.

I was extremely nervous because I did not know if they even would have an available apartment and if it can be ready by Oct 30/Oct 31. So I called and spoke with Jina and she had been helping me all day. Getting all of my information and walking me through everything. She begged her manager to let me move in on Wedneday even though they only have two days to get it ready. So i am happy for Jina. Jina/Gina was the reason i was able to move in Wednesday and I did not sign somewhere else. Jacob Kellum from Facebook Marketplace has also been phenomenal because he helped me find the apartment on Facebook.

Its not a bad place and the staff is really nice. Mostly everything is updated. Lived here for about three months. Any complains I have had have been resolved promptly.

Previously in October I met with a Michelle who was extremely nice. Her service, the nice area and affordable prices won me over and I decided to apply and make this my home. I move in less than 2 weeks from now and I have found myself calling everyday and being given the run around that someone will call me back and I have already paid admin and app fees and have been approved for my unit so I am not sure why the office is avoiding me. This is very frustrating especially since it’s so close to my move in date. I am hoping going forward there will be better communication and respect shown to the future tenants and tenants but as of right now I’m questioning if I made a mistake looking into this apartment. Super Frustrating! After the move I will raise my review score if the apt improves their communication skills. I really wanted to give it a 2 but I actually like the apt just not happy with the service at the moment.

This morning I fought off five roaches in my bathroom and kitchen. Im a neat freak. Rarely cook. I keep my place spotless. But nothing stops the roaches from coming. Ive complained to management to no avail. And if you refer someone to the complex, please dont look for your referral check. Youre not going to get it. The whole complex is getting nastier and more run down by the day. I have a strong feeling its going to eventually be torn down.

I moved in August 15th, friendly staff, great price, convenient because it is close to a lot of places, but its slightly old and it has a lot of bugs. I asked for pest control and no one showed yet. I asked for couple of things to be changed in the bathroom such as the sink and toilet because Im a little bit tall for them! Nothing happened though.

OMG!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! NO matter how many move-in incentives are offered....So many roaches here, its unimaginable! I want to break my lease, but I fear they will want to charge me what I cannot afford to leave.A roach crawled in my ear last weekend and I spent most of the morning and afternoon in emergency room, not knowing what it was exactly that was so bothersome near my throat and ear.Ive complained and requested my apartment be exterminated too many times to count, and they continue to say its been done, but the roaches are multiplying. Finally, they said they would treat with something stronger, which worked for about 2 days, before they all moved back in.. This is ridiculous! Ive never lived like this and wouldnt if Id known this place was infested beyond control. I would move tomorrow, if I thought the staff would allow me to move without penalty. Take it from me, you dont want to live here. Dont do it!!!!

So sad the Property Manager is so unprofessional & doesn’t know how to handle her job right. MONICA LEAL was assisting me in trying to retrieve mail that was still delivered after move out, instead she argues with me & walks off with attitude & yet have not given me my mail. If I could give this Zero stars, I would! This is highly unacceptable & poor!

Definitely budget apartments, so dont expect much. I think theyre even a bit overpriced for budget apartments. A lot of bugs--cockroaches, bed bugs, etc.--and its not the safest. The week that I moved I had two break ins in my building. I had to move because my family was repeatedly harassed by other residents.If youre a single guy who just needs a place to sleep, like I was, and you dont mind cockroaches, it should do the job. If thats not you, go somewhere else.

I love the location! Staff was very helpful while I moved, specially Dorothy Heartsfield. Wonderful and professional.

Please shut this place down This is the 5th day with no a/c, 100 degrees outside I have a 3 month old and 5 year old .Right now I don’t know what to do My children are sweating our apartment feels like hell .

Im in love with the area! Its very convienent for me and anyone else who loves living in the heart of a major city. Its in the middle of Houstons main trademarks, such as the medical district, the galleria district, and westheimer.

Do not move here I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE. Parking is a b***h, its too many guys selling Reggie acting like theyre Phony Montana or something, too many parents not watching their crusty ugly a** kids, the office personnel are idiots especially that fruit cake with the sassy mouth & uneven sideburns. Maintenance on the other hand are quite entertaining. Every morning, they congregate amongst each other while carrying empty trash cans as if theyre doing their job. You should really see these guys, like little Mexican Minions so cute. They do charge a $30 trash fee but lets set the record straight, these b****es DO NOT pick up everybodys trash & there is only one dumpster in the whole complex. Watch out for the crack & sherm heads too..

I lived here for for almost 10yrs but moved after hurricane Harvey bc our apartment flooded. I don’t know how it is now but a 1.5yr ago I had my whole car stolen, windows busted, neighbor place got robbed, my sisters car got broken into 3x, roaches were a problem!! It was a lot of criminal activity going on & loud music. I had got a package stolen from my door. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place. I thank God we left.

To summarize the apartment complex, I am very disappointed. I am disappointed because when my family moved here over three months ago, I see roaches from everywhere. To add insult to injury, we seen four big roaches in the BATHROOM!!! Thats not the worst part, the worst part is that the neighbors from upstairs and on side from us, the neighbors are disrespectful, loud, and obnoxious. I cant even get a good night sleep without them disrupting me at night. They act like they got nowhere to stay or something. This is ridiculous. I am very irate. For the people that is about to move out, DO NOT renew your lease. For the newcomers that is trying to move in, I STRONGLY RECOMMENDED DO NOT move here. Youre not going to like this. The most important information is that this is going to be the worst experience of your life. BAR NONE!!! That is why I rate this apartment 1 out of 5. Its the lowest that I can go.

It a great price if you can get a move in special.You get a cover parking spot, which a big plus. You can walk to most things, and the neighborhood is not bad. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is that, I have been seeing roaches, but I put out some traps, and they are pretty much gone.Id stay here for a while if they wouldnt increase my rent next year when I renew. If things change, I will ammend this review.

I have been living here at Villages at Meyerland since December 2016. Katrina Caver provided the best service I could ask for, even allowing me to move to another apartment because of complicated circumstances. I have had no serious issues living in this community and I continue to enjoy my stay.

Worst place to live. Cant wait to get out! Management never gets anything fixed. Carpet always gets wet when it rains, water pressure always low, temperature constantly fluctuates during shower, and rust rust rust! Water starts out rusty every time a faucet is turned on. Unit has smells that no amount of plug ins will cover/the away. New neighbors unit smells so bad that it takes over mine and lingers for days, management hasnt done a thing regardless of countless complaints. Floods outside my door every time it rains. Only decent thing is covered and reserved parking, but if you have a second car youre screwed because they will not accommodate and absolutely no visitor parking available. Wish there was a way to take away this 1 star.
