Before receiving my security deposit and application fee. Megan was professional. After speaking with her on the phone. Asking exactly what Credentials and documents I needed to submit to go ahead. Get the apartment.She told me one form. I sent the form in through fax. Received a call right after saying I didn’t submit all the information needed to continue the screening process. That my Security deposit which is meant to hold the apartment Could no longer hold the appointment. At least that what she says.Ask to speak with management. Their never available. I believe in giving people benefit of the doubt but these negative Reviews has to be accurate. If I could give them zero stars I definitely would. Worst experience ever. Worst assistance in the entire Texas. And I ve had my fair share but this is by fair the sorriest unprofessional establishment around. I m a honest person with integrity. Stonebridge calling me a lair is a major insult . I didn’t have to find my id. It’s a record call. I stated I would send I’d in the am because you didn’t tell me to provide any credentials. Even after I asked you three hours before sending in the documents what exactly did I need you told me only the form that I provided I would not like to do business with you guys anyway. I would love to get my refund I hated that I have to let you keep my application fee because it wasn’t even worth it. For anyone to go further in the future I promise you this is a terrible experience. If you have a problem with that the application process imagine what the problem You are have being a tenant. Management still haven’t contacted me or tried to resolve or reconcile the issue besides giving me a refund and seeing exactly what’s going on terrible management horrible in every way possible terrible.

It’s ok the WiFi is really bad do t sign up for it, the dogs that bark to loud. Some of the floor tile are a little loose in apartment . It has plenty of space. Sometimes it gets a little outside but not as much. Sometimes parking is hard to find near your apartment, but you can pay extra a month for personal parking. It’s decent space but need to be renovated soon

I love how quite it is, no noise whatsoever which is most important to me as I work from home. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping center in pearland. Management is always on top of the requests I put in! Thank you 😊

I really love this place the only thing that the new manager Clara is an inconsiderate person, with this pandemic everything got messed up. I cant log in because somehow she keeps saying there no issue with my account I brought my rent on the 4th, because I cant see how much is it. Well she decided to send me a letter on the 12th saying I was short, even threatening with returning my money orders if i didnt bring the balance. I need help everyday she she keeps increasing the amount so I can log in please...

My move in experience has been one of the best moving experience that I have ever had. The property manager Mike was professional and prompt with helping me with everything that I needed to get done prior to moving in until I moved in. He didn’t stop there though. Every minor issue that I needed to get address when I moved in was addressed urgently and with care. Thank you Mike for making this move the best for my son and I!!!

The housing community is real bad. I have lived here for almost a year now. The apartment i moved in was so dirty I had to request them for so many things on day1. The parking is always full and you hardly find parking when you come in late. The laundry unit is terrible. I have complained for an year to fix them so it is not an inconvenience for residents. During covid hard times even if we call leasing office or any such thing they were not available. They never responds to maintenance requests. Overall my living experience here was really bad.

The crew here are so kind. Havent one complaint; only praise. After such a rough time last year from my mothers stroke, the team at Stonebridge really made our transition from rehab to home very smooth. They were open to questions, always have our packages, accommodating and are some of the friendliest people youll ever meet. The neighbors are quiet, too, but also dont mind speaking. This place has a nice warmth and is kept very tidy. Their maintenance team deserves an award! They are always on the ball. I really like it here. It has been a real unexpected blessing.

The manager and assistant manager at Stonebridge Apts. were the most courteous, kind and accommodating that I’ve met during my apartment search. I felt very welcomed right away. The staff is also fast and efficient with all requests. The ladies in the office are the main reason I chose to live here. They made my transition easier than I ever expected and I am very happy here.

Beware this apartment has the worst parking ever, and they just look nice on the outside. Everyone in Management is great except Karen she is very condescending and needs to learn customer service skills. If call and I need service she doesn’t put it in I’ll have to call again and again just so I can get maintenance.Not to mention the apartment wasn’t clean when I moved in. It was nasty.I put one star but if I could give NO stars I would. These others reviews are truly lies.

Giving this review solely to acknowledge Johnathan! He is such a great maintenance guy and when I lost my key he was prompt and right there for me. He’s always so nice and friendly and always makes sure that everything is okay within my apartment. He’s the go to guy for help! Thanks Johnathan

I have been renting here for about six months now. Overall. I give them a three because the office staff is excellent, the maintenance guys do there thing, and the apartments are really nice. However, I do not like some of my neighbors being noisy, and I dont like the marijuana smell in the halls sometimes. Im not a 420 fan. Also and most of all, I dont like ppl parking in my spot i pay for. The office staff had little control over this, but it is a problem for me. I can not stand it because I pay for my spots and they are not cheap. There are also an abundance of lizards everywhere, which gives the place a Jurrasic Park feel. Again overall it is not a bad place to stay and the maintenance guys respond very quickly.

Great customer service in the leasing office with Olga. She was very attentive to my needs and responded timely to any questions or concerns.

Lived here for one year. Clean, quiet place. Management was pretty professional. They seem busy most of the time but thats a good thing. They were pretty prompt with maintenance requests.

I had no complaints. I really did enjoy my stay. I stayed there for almost 3 years. Ive never experience rat in the attic, flooding, or anything like that. Although, the parking was horrible but as long as you purchase a parking spot each month or a garage (like I did), you have nothing to worry about. Its safe for the most part and not to mention it was so convenient. The reason why I moved is because I purchased a home. If I wasnt going to purchase a home, I would have been there for another 2-4 years. The rent was reasonable. Most importantly, there wasnt any break-in(s). If it was a break-in, most likely, it was someone that they knew. The only issue: ONLY issue that I had, was maintenance. Now, if they could be ON TIME, that would have been a 5+. I didnt experience any issue with the people who worked inside of the office (Alexis and Theresa). They worked with me. I really enjoyed my stay.

Break ins last night 11 or more. Loud music late at night. Management totally unconcerned. This has been increasingly getting worse over the last 2yrs. Management has not tried to do anything. Not worth it. I feel like Im living in the projects in the hood. As soon as my lease is up I will be moving.

If I could give these apartments no stars, thats what they would get. They dont even earn a STAR! NOT ONE! Me and one of my neighbors have complained CONSISTENTLY about rats in the attic. They have failed to do what they need to do in order to exterminate the rats. When I attempted to complain, they were dismissive and specifically stated that they did not want to pay someone to come out and do the extermination. They are rude and unprofessional. DO NOT MOVE IN!!!

This place is horrible to live they don’t answer the phone since the covid 19 they have the excuse not even answer the phone they are rude there is no security, no cameras anymore and I have to pay extra for garages since is not safe to have my car out, someone was trying to steal it one night, don’t come to live here I don’t recommend it, and the rent is like if everything is perfect here but nothing is I have to pay to much money leaving this place in one more month thanks God

Anyone saying that they love it here, is LYING!!! We get letters on the doors every few months saying that there are a string of car break ins. I ran into one of my old classmates one day coming into the complex. He told me he had just moved in and his truck was broken into the same day he moved in. There is no security what so ever. There was a shift in management after being here only 2 days.The newer manager, Michelle, is very nonchalant and rude. So is the leasing agent Karen. Michelle has actually shruged her shoulders at a few of my complaints. Upon moving into my apartment, it was dirty and they rushed a cleanup job while I sat in the office signing the lease. I had to come in a do a thorough clean myself. The flooring in the bathroom and hallway has been lifting since Ive been here. I believe that there is a leak coming from the laundry room causing the floor to lift. Michelle has sent carpenters in 3 times just to do patchwork ONLY! The carpenters even admitted that what Michelle told them to do in the apartment wouldnt work. It is still damaged! I just left it because she would not put down carpet as I requested. She said they wouldnt pay for carpet. The bedroom door was broken when we moved in as well.Michelle lied to me about a very noisy neighbor I had complaints about, telling me that he was moving out just to keep me from complaining to her about it. She is more concerned about playing match maker for the tenants in the complex by having liquor parties on Thursdays called Thirsty Thursdays. Imagine that! How about carpet for a tenant with that liquor budget!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Overpriced ghetto! Definitely moving when my lease is up in the next month or so.

The new guy came and completed 3 with orders the same day. I really appreciated not having to call for weeks to get it done.

This review is 5 stars SPECIFICALLY for JOHNATHAN! I don’t live in the complex but my best friend does. She and I were moving a bed upstairs and before we even had a chance to begin struggling with it, he came to our rescue. We didn’t have to ask him, he just came over and helped two ladies out. Who says chivalry is dead?!? I’m not sure about the rest of the complex’s professionalism, but Johnathan is the definite bright spot within that community. THANK YOU JOHNATHAN from the bottom of our hearts, we wish nothing but success for you now and in the future!!!

Maintenance is always great. Handled our maintenance ticket expeditiously.

I reportd my maintenance need on the weekend after putting it off. I had wanted to report it in person but ran out of time and used the online app instead. Didn’t turn out to be a concern. Monday while I was at work they came in and solved my tub draining issue whaile I was at work. Left a nice calling card to let me know it had been done. I could not ask for more. Great job guys!

In July it will make a year since I have been here. Im moving. The Apartments complex is very quiet. No problems with neighbors everyone minds their own business. However there is no where to park at all. I have to leave for work at 3:00am, I have to walk around the apartments in the dark to get in my car. Parking fills up at 5:00pm and I mean fast. If you dont get a spot you will have to park on the streets and cars have been broken into. Management freaking sucks. Yes they are nice and polite but they just dont get the job done. They will give you the run around and never fix anything the right way. My A/C has been broken since I moved in and all they do is put stop leak and other stuff. I have asked on several occasions for them to just order another one, which they finally did Monday June 5, 2017. Its now June 9 and I have a portable air conditioner in my window ... my lease is up in July 🤔This is just the beginning when I first was told a move in date I went to look at my new apt and it was not ready holes where in the walls a huge crack was on the kitchen counter. It just wasnt ready. (My neighbors moved out on a Sunday and someone else moved in on a Monday. They didnt stay for long it was about a 3weeks and they moved out I wanted to ask why but didnt want to seem nosy.) The apt couldnt have been clean. This is what I think they did to us. This is a real review I stayed in apt 113. Pls reconsider. Its really quite but for $1,000 a month for a one bed room its not worth the trouble dealing with Management.Update:No one has reached out. The little comment from the manager is her trying to put on a show. They don’t care.

Apartments are nice and clean but VISITORS are NOT WELCOME. It is permitted parking only through the entire complex. I tried to ask for a permit to visit my relative and the lady in the office was rude and said my relative had to pick it up,SMH

Do not move into this apartment. Lots of broke in. Theft and very unsafe. Plus the rent is too expensive for this type of apartment.

These apartments do the bare minimum for their residents. The gym is rundown and the staff is very unprofessional. (with the exception of assistant Jonah)

If I could give then no stars I would I have been a resident for about 4 months nothing gets done I have requested several times for thing to get fixed when my fridge went out I had to wait 2 days to get another one by that time all my food has gone bad they say that we have security But I have never seen anyone, the camera dont work, multiple break in for the price of these apt they are not worth I PROMISE
