An amazing apartment complex for second chance people, Ms Patsy the apartment manager was willing to give me another chance at life, just like God does everyday with his people, Ive been turned down by so many times by other apartments but she stepped in and made things possible and alot easier as a single father to raise my daughter who is 11yrs old. WONDERFUL PLACE TO CALL!!! DONT GIVE UP CALL REDFORD APARTMENTS!! HOMELESS ISNT AN OPTION!! THANK YOU MS PATSY!!

Where do I start🤔 I lived in Redford for about a year and half. The staff is great and maintenance is always on time. If you are late on ur rent. Management will work with you but youll still get charged late fees. The apartment had lots of roaches. Parking lot floods really bad but doesnt most areas in Houston flood. Overall I give Redford Apartments a 8/10.

They are really making a difference and responded promptly to my complaints. They were not judgemental and willing to listen with an open ear and make a difference.The area is hard with allot of people affected by covid 19 and they are doing all they can to help and stay proactive in keeping everyone safe. They have good staff and staff that are young and still learning, but if you have a problemas just ley them know and they wont take it personally and do what they can to help resolver the problem. Km proud of where i live and the difference the staff make con the lives of others

Ive been here almost 6 months. I cant explain why I have not experienced any of the problems noted in other reviews. No flooding, insane roaches, rude managment, raw sewage, no water or anything. In fact the only problem Ive had was with other tenants. The ladies in the office have been nothing but helpful to me and the maintenance guys are pretty freaking quick. Now the neighborhood might not be the safest but thats a social issue and one that makes us look at ourselves and some of our choices. So I give 4 stars and Ill update after a year.

Lived here 13 months. All water issues. You pay water, my bill was between $75 -$150 a month for a 2bdrm no w/d.When it rains, even just a little it floods. You must have rainboots to leave your house and a truck to drive down the street, even then you may not be able to leave. Major sewage and plumbing issues. Emergency water shut offs more than 10 times without notice for over 2 hours. Sometimes sewage comes back up and you can see your feecies and toilet tissues, and have to walk through it. Smell is unbearable. Asked office several times to fix issues and they said it was the citys problem, contacted city who came out and confirmed it is the apartments responsibility.

Lived here a whole year, let me tell you how it is. Security gates never worked. Not a safe environment for being outdoors after dark. GYM was open for 2 month out of the whole year. Heads up if your late on rent 1-2 days youll see a EVICTION NOTICE ASAP. But if your having trouble with anything else respond time....as soon as it becomes available. Theres a couple ladies in the office that are happy to help, just make sure you dont get unlucky enough to deal with the other 3-4 ppl who have TERRIBLE customer service TERRIBLE.

My friends new apartment is nice!

They have so many roaches. They never spray for pest control but expect you to pay every month. The water is ALWAYS OFF !!! Please don’t move here unless you want to live in the ghetto

Its the most clean, quiet, and respectable living environment in these parts of Houston..The Staffing attendance Ms.Patsy and Ms Gracey made sure my move in process was a breeze..All civic 19 safety tools are on use so be sure to war your mask and sanitizer is available on sight...They spacious rooms..new carpet..and more to fit your living needs ..Thank You Redford Apartments for making this Christmas a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for me and my family.

I really wish I could give less than one star. The management staff are rude, unprofessional, and terrible at dealing with residents in an effective way. This has been a nightmare renting with them. I would never recommend this terrible company. Being gerontophobic towards elders and unprofessional in your treatment of this particular group of people is just bad business.And you send generic responses like the one below with no real action or genuine response. I have reached out to you all several times with no response. If a resident is there for years, never late, never causes a problem and you cant even have the decency to treat people like they matter. Thank you for showing how unprofessional you truly are.

I’ve been here for a several months now. I’m a single mother of 3 boys. I had trouble getting into other places because of my bad rental history but at the Redford they gave me a second chance and now my boys and I have a roof over our heads. The process was fast and easy and the office staff was very helpful and friendly. I’ve had 0 problems since I moved in. It’s nice and quiet and my boys love it here.

When it rains it floods really bad, so you better have insurance on everything and keep looking for another apartment

I stay here currently the apartments are good,but the reason for two stars is because it is currently Friday August 7 and it’s 92 degrees outside and no pools are open.The pools are never open never got the reason why.

Its in a great location. Minutes away from main freeways, and tollway. I can get to anywhere in Houston faster than most. Its quiet, they are quick to fix any problem, and the head manager really cares about us.

Kimberly and Sonya will sell you a dream and then snatch that dream right from you QUICK! They will sugar coat your approval and find the smallest thing to deny you last minute and wont care afterwards why? Because they still gone get paid. If you dont have your ducks in a row, I wouldnt recommend renting from them.

The manager is great! She takes time out of her day to actually listen when you have a concern and she actually handles it. Thanks Patsy I look forward to another great year at The Redford.

I recently went by and looked an apartment because of the $199 sign. The guy in the office I think his name was Henery, he helped my family and was very nice and professional and the process was easy. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process. He even spoke to my aunt in Spanish. Three of my family members moved in and I’m will be moving soon. I definitely recommend Henery or Harry he is thorough and a nice guy to talk to. It’s rare to get good service these days at apartments.

Several months into my stay and I am overall happy with my experience. The apartment is conveniently located to my job. I have the largest one bedroom with the fireplace which is nice. Management was helpful. Taylor helped me through the process and was efficient and professional. The whole application and move-in process was painless. Nice affordable apartments with a great special. I got exactly what I expected and paid for.

I currently live here and its quite around the building Im in. They have security guards that walk around so thats a good thing. I wish they were more firm about their animal policies. Residents allow their dogs to run around without a leash and for those along myself who are afraid of dogs has to walk on eggshells hoping a dog dont run up on us. And the owners dont usually pick up their dog poop either so you have to watch your step especially in the grass.

Only giving the place a star because maintenance was great about fixing an issue in a timely manner. Other than that I will never recommend these apartments not even to my worse enemy. I had my living room window shot through by a random person walking through the complex. A whole year later I have a collection charge to hit my credit unaware to me that I owe the property anything. I was not given a chance to even pay what I apparently owe because I never received a phone call (my number never changed) an email ( but had a lot to say to get me to move in). Want to overcharge but I can recall when I moved in the carpet wasnt even cleaned properly ( which I reported) had thrumb tack, pieces of old candy bars, bobbypins, also construction nails in the carpet. I was constantly picking up the first week.

Ive been living here for over a year and love it. Its pet friendly and have a wonderful resident service. They offer so many incentives for the residents. Excellent place to raise your family. Secured gates and security always around. Gym is open 24 hours 7 days the pools are open year around except for when they are being cleaned. I highly recommend living here.

Came in to look for apartment as soon as I walked I was greeted by everyone. Property is so big an beautiful the two bedroom two bath was big an an spacious .. Beautiful community hope to live here..

Lived here for two years and always have a difficult experience with the office. They have changed many managers and each one cares less than the last and completely disrespectful. Angie yells when you ask her questions. Do not live here if you like being over charged and yelled at for asking why. Payed $820 when we pay 740 Including bills! Crazy

Some of these comments, people need to be realistic. I’ve lived here 2 years, I’m about to renew for another year. Great prices, you get what you pay for and I have no complaints on getting a good deal on rent okay! Location is amazing you’re right off 45. I’ve never had any issues with staff or maintenance. Everyone has always been friendly to me. I’ve seen staff out of the office and they always speak to me and my 2 boys. But how about the city of Houston step up and do their part in our community!

The flooding when it rain is horrible and someone broke in my car last night. Other than that the apartments are quiet.

I have lived here since May and I love it! Its quiet, the maintenance staff are very reliable, any service issue i request they take care of it within a 48 hour period. Joey who has been very helpful since the moment I first called and walked through the doors has been awesome. He allways has a great attitude, very welcoming with a smile on his face. I feel at home! Thank you Redford Staff you guys are amazing and keep it up!

The property has improved so much the manager Patsy is great. She has such a positive attitude and really care for her residents and their concerns. I will recommend all my friends and family to the community.

Rude office staff! I waited a little while to be seen and once I was seen the lady rushed me off.She handed me the application like she had an attitude. Dont worry maam I wont be back! Horrible customer service skills,unprofessional. Out of all of those apartments they didnt have ONE to show.

These apartments are horrible. EVERY MONTH the water gets cut off and none of the office workers can tell you why. A tree fell on this lady’s car and they told her it was the “city’s” tree, but yet their the ones who pay to landscape the property. JUST DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU SMOKE CRACK

These apartments are the worst to try and rent from I attempted to get an apartment here being last resort and needing to move ASAP being that they had a $199 total move in I handed the lady in the office my application and all the information she requested she then told me to go to the pls down the street and get a money order for $199 and once I did that I could move in the very next day I would just have to connect my lights I did so then I was told the apt I chose was taken to choose another I did so and had to pay again to have my lights turned on in another unit then told I could move in the following day following day I come to move in and she proceeds to tell me my application was not approved and when I asked about my money back she tells me it’s NON REFUNDABLE!!! and I tell her about my lights to and all I get is a yea with a smirk so I am out $260 NEVER come here they will lie to you and take advantage just to get your money

This property has changed amazingly, The property manager is on top of her game. She listens and is always great at getting things handled. The property has improved they have great team and leader!!

I was very happy with Candy who helped us get in our apartment. They show you the apartment you are going to rent and if you dont like it they will get you in one you like. We only had a few issues but nothing major and everything was resolved. The manager is very nice to us. The only thing is when it rains there is small puddles and gets muddy and not all the pools are open and when I want to go swimming with my kids its not open till late afternoon when says at 10am it should be open. The fitness center is awesome but again it says 24hrs open but closes when office closes. But other then that I like our apartment and the people who work here.

Do not rent here, management is very bad they take forever to fix something. Also it’s a dangerous place to live in they already killed someone, don’t believe me search it up. They also steal a lot this is a place where you don’t want your family to be in.

So far living here has been a good experience. Never had a problem with parking or bugs or anything like that. There’s a few potholes around the parking lot but nothing to major. Office staff mainly Kimberly are very nice and helpful.

So I have been here for about three years — I feel like I have been here long enough to give a full and honest review. From the beginning it was great, rent wasn’t too expensive and I was definitely getting what I had paid for. Sure they’re we’re roaches, I was near trees but I would call for pest control and they were there. Every Thursday. I loved this place so much I ended up moving into another unit which was actually cheaper and nicer. I was paying actually 10$ less than the other one. After 2 years of having great service at The Redford, they had gotten new management. They ended up caddy cornering the trash bins and supposedly brought HPD to patrol at night — they upped my price 100$! I live in an apartment that is MAYBE 600 sq ft. The AC thermometer is located right next to the air vent so my electric is sky rocketed — I’ve put in work orders they said it’s fixed, but it’s not. My toilet was clogged up, it was fixed for like a day and then back to being clogged. There is a list of things that I can go on about...

They went up $200 in my rent. The new management is very rude now. I was very content when I first moved here, all of the leasing reps were friendly and I absolutely adored the property manager. Now the new leasing staff is very rude and really dont care about nothing but receiving your rent. I have reported mold in my bedroom, they spray painted over the issue, my water comes out brown when I turn it on in my bathtub, they never fixed the problem, and I have moth like bugs that come out of my sink in the master bedroom. The apartments are renting for more than what they are worth. And on top of that I got my car towed because they said I was double parked which in actuality I wasnt. I missed a day of work because of it and I had to pay $224. They act like they couldnt do anything to help make the situation right. Now the people moving in are ghetto. Please save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Amazing experience ! I first moved here 2 April, 2016 and have loved it ever since. The staff is always friendly and ensured that when I moved from out of state that my apartment expectations and locations were perfect. Maintenance is great too, any issues that I have had were promptly addressed and I was notified that they have been corrected. I also love how pet friendly the complex is, the new dog park is so awesome! Last but not least I have had very little pest issues ( like once) and they took care of it! All things considered this is a great safe place to live and I really love my renovated apartment. Special thanks to Kim and staff!

I only visit from time to time but I love them for the fact that when he graduated high school not too long after he moved there due to issues at his 1st apt complex..long story short hes still there to this day!whatever they doing over there has my boy feeling safe& in a good location to matain his livelihood as a recent college graduate

Honestly when I first moved in I thought it’s was great place to move to slowly learn these apt’s aren’t worth much.. the Management management Is very rude bunch of fakes smiles and lies. And if you have a problem in your apartment the maintenance team are a bunch old non-working men that live on the site but never fix and thing but pick up trash. And the side walks will always be covered in mud honestly if your look for peace after long days of work this is not the place!!!

Today marks my 5th attempt to get my air conditioner fixed . This place also has huge tree roaches.. They tend to ignore you if the fix is pricey.. Ill make attempt number 6 tomorrow . Your water bill will also go thru the roof. Roaches everywhere. And rats in the attic. The whole complex needs to be inspected so residents dont have to foot the bill. Lastly. They will pretend your rent and water bill all come from one entity. They dont. If u pay the water bill late. They will always threaten to lock you out.

These apartments really suck, I do not recommend them at all. The maintenance sucks, they take about 3-4 days to come fix the problem and we literally see them in their carts driving around not doing anything. The manager Kimberly and staff are not reliable or helpful at all, they also false advertise and they did it to me which ended up costing me so much money! These apartments are bad. Please do not come here.

I like my apartment, the location is perfect from my work. I feel I get fair value for what I pay and the area that the property is located in. I realistically never expected a super luxury property but what I did get was a clean unit, fresh paint, new wood laminate flooring, black appliances, and a nice fenced in patio. The management has made a great effort to make policies that better the property. The gates have bben fixed, they have security guys, they are cleaning up the parking, and ive seen they give notices for trashy patios. People want to complain about policies because they dont want to follow rules and then complain about the same thing the rules are in place for, its ridiculous. Just follow the rules, dont be dirty, and pay ur rent on time. The staff are friendly and helpful. Mr Bernard helped me through the process and was quick and professional. My application was processed in one day and I moved in the next. I will likely renew.

Apartments staff will tow resident cars but will not tow away abandoned cars! They charge 50 dollars more for having a cooler on the porch but allow bbq pits on the second for balcony. There are also shootings and burglaries, very unsafe

I wish I can give zero to this apartment, some people broke my car and dirty during rain . I feel no safe at all. If you wanna live with your family, it’s not safe

The Redford Apartments management team was supposed to mail me a refund for my deposit on a unit I no longer was interested in. I signed for my refund on September 17,2018 its November and the office staff has stopped answering my calls. I would not recommend you to stay in a complex where your hard earned money is not appreciated.

Welcome to a NIGHTMARE. When we first moved in 2 years ago, everything was PERFECT. Easy sailing. There has recently been a change in management and along with them came a ton of headache and frustration. The people in the office are rude and VERY unhelpful. They do believe in customer DISservice. If you want something fixed, you have to go to the office and make your demands clear because getting them to answer the phone is IMPOSSIBLE. Even when you do go to the office, Tiffany will act as if you are causing her an inconvenience. She is very rude and gets enjoyment out of embarrassing the tenants there. Kim always acts as if she is too busy to acknowledge that you have entered the room. She stays on the phone and never even greets you. Speaking of which, she acted as if my husband and I never paid rent once (when in reality, we did, he just forgot to fill out the money order). Not to mention, they raised our rent without telling us and added tons of hidden fees. That caused us to not trust her. The access gates are ALWAYS open (since Hurricane Harvey in August of 2017) to anyone who wants in! The dumpsters are ALWAYS full (which is weird because they charge you for garbage). Parking is a nightmare. When they come fix things in your apartment, prepare for them to leave a mess. They fixed a leak in the wall for us and left footprints and drywall remnants everywhere. The neighbors upstairs brought roaches with them and the apartment would not come spray, so we did it ourselves. Maintenance hates to come fix or solve anything yet they are never doing anything. They ride around in those carts all day doing absolutely nothing. If you want to be robbed, disrespected, or desire to be an exterminator, move to the Redford. They’ll love to have you!!! Otherwise, RUN FOR BETTER GROUND.

The staff are very rude and are also little to no help! I have made many attempts to clear up discrepancies regarding my rent and they refused to take my money! the young woman I was appointed to was demanding large sums of money I didnt have and dragged the situation along entirely to long! I was a good tenant had no complaints and was treated like I was some bad person, the people who run this place are not good people and I question their character because my situation could have been handled better, whatever prejudices they may have, they need to go handle that because it seems as if they wanted to move me out of there on purpose! I was always nice but I got bad attitudes, the phone hanged up on me and constant avoidance, trust me! take your business elsewhere this place is not worth it!!!!

They are putting eviction notices on people doors after what people have been through!!! Hurricane Harvey hurt people a lot and people were unable to go to work so there funds are low and people didnt get to work the overtime they needed to pay rent for September!! Some people live paycheck to paycheck and they are being very difficult to these people!!! The mayor of Houston asked that apartment complexes be generous to these people and they are passing out eviction notices and adding on late fees even after the mayor said not to !! He also said that if this happened the attorney general would be on apartment and landlord necks placing heavy fines!! So I will be contacting the mayor office cause thats not right to do them like that.!!!!

I gave them money for app fee and its taking forever for them to get back with me on the status not to mention they never pick up the phone I have been trying to call them for a week now and left voicemails... Well I live here I havent lived here long but so far no one has bothered us I have really good neighbors, sometimes the is loud music but most of the time it is quiet and pleasant. And if this person has roaches then maybe they need to clean their place up to get rid of them.

I have lived at the Redford for about 5 years now and I’ve had enough!!! When I initially moved here it was fine. Rent wasn’t bad, you got what you paid for. Gates all worked, seen patrol every night, no pest problems. Fast forward to the new management company. Gate hasn’t worked since Harvey which was well over a year ago. I call every week and they claim they are working on it. I NEVER see any patrol men ever. Hear gunshots at least twice a month. Had a rat issue twice and it took them forever to take care of it. They acted as if it was no big deal and there was nothing they could do. Mind you they upgraded the apartments with new appliances yet jacked up the rent cost. $815 for a one bedroom in the ghetto. Only thing around here is fast food restaurants, fiesta & Walmart, and the alameda “mall”. Hardly any parking since the gate doesn’t work. They let guests park wherever. They offered residents the option to pay monthly fee for a specific parking spot. These spots are marked by a very light blue marker that is very difficult to see at night. Pray you don’t accidentally park in one because best believe your car will be towed by 5AM the next morning. Pools are typically closed for whatever reason. Has a fitness center which has door that can only be open by residents but of course that’s broken so its free game for anyone. Plus half the machines are broken. They used to have resident services which meant they accepted your packages but I guess that was too much of a hassle for them so now the mailing companies just leave them on your door step. Goodluck not getting it stolen!

This is one of the worst managed apartment complexes Ive ever lived in. They neglect to tell you details about your lease and charge you additional afterwards. They have no sympathy for any of their residents, plus the worst communication. I would give this building a negative star if I could. The staff is horrible on top of many apartment interior issues. Moving out asap and I wouldnt recommend anybody to sign a lease here!!

This place was horrible!!!! 1st week I was there the ac went out. Ac then went out a 2nd time. My truck got broken into that same month I just moved in. Then found out my apartment was infested with rats. Rats were eating my food and bringing in some type of bugs into the apartment as I was gitten bit up bad all over me. Worst experience living in a apartment. Candy lied to me about my lease when I signed. The management went through several people in the short period of time I was there. Overall horrible experience.

Bug infested, have to pay for good parking even though the place is horrible. Glass in the parking lot, can hear the traffic all night because the walls are thin.

These apts are over priced. The people in the office never seem to know anything and are useless. I have had issues with them not having parking and when I began to pay for reserved parking they leave you to your luck to argue it out with other residents when theyre parked in your spot that you pay for. There are holes in the grass which is sewer related big enough for a toddler to fall in and they have done nothing to fix it. I do not recommend these Apts

When you see police vehicles in the complex doing investigations almost everyday! THAT IS A SIGN! The apartment complex changes management and administration about 2-4 times every year. RED FLAG! Way too much crime and vandalism going on in here. My vehicle has been broken-in twice and been hit also twice, and if you tell management about it they will only tell you those are things that happen and not do anything about it. There is not security of any kind. If you are willing to risk it then come-on in, hopefully you could peacefully sleep at night, I CANT!

Potholes with wires hanging out. They dont care about your safety the property manager said that the owner said the security is there to make sure nobody damages the buildings and the security isnt their to watch residents property. My husband truck got stolen and a lot of break in s the car! My apartment unit have mold around the window and the blinds even have mold! This place is not worth 1075 a month more like 600. Dont move here unless u like ghetto

This place is a disaster you pay almost 1,000 a month or more to have the access gates always broken, which leaves ppl who dont reside here access in and break-ins to cars, trash always over flowing out of dumpster or kids placing it on your door or thrown on walk ways, ac always freezing up, tenants outside smoking weed in front of kids, or crack heads knocking on doors all hours of the night because neighbors sell drugs, no 24 access to gym like it states when you move in because magnetic strip on gym door is broken and isnt fix so if you want to use must use while office is open 8:30-5:30 when ppl usually have to go to work those hours.. Turn over in office is high and when you call their excuse is they are new and dont have answers but will call you back...I do not recommend to anyone

Nice apartment complex to raid children clean and well kept

I lived in this property for less than a year and was broken into. I was a single mom with my two year old and felt very scared due to I have never experienced a robbery in my life. The scarier part was that a pocket knife that I had in my room was left open by the door. When I told management that I did not want to renew my contract they had me sign a document which I did not read to its entirety (my fault). The property manager was very insensitive about the situation and said there was nothing she could do that she could not insure me security that no one could. A couple months later I received a call from a collection company stating that I owed $900 in damages to that apartment. I took my time cleaning that apartment to make sure this wouldnt happen the only thing I could think of was some blinds were broken and the carpet was dirty. The collections company gave me a breakdown of the charges and they were charging me for cleaning fee for the apartment and damage to the counters which had been there. There was nothing wrong with the counters. Not only that but this apartment complex charges different amounts for water each month not included in the rent. My family doesnt even have a water bill like the one these ppl charge and they live in a 3 bedroom home. After we got broken into I stayed there a month and looked for a better place to live which was cheaper than what these ppl charge. I dont understand if this is a gated community and has security guards why the crime rate is so high. I now live in the same vicinity of these apartments and I have not had this problem.

First I was living in the 2109A my first water bill was 28 next month 39 next 48 something then 58 they always change to the residents for pipes damage on the property that’s crazy costs it has to be owner problem his has to pay for it I remember when I have like 6 months living there there it was a broken pipe an my water bill was 70 dollars so I not recommend no one to rent in that place an one time I recomen a person they say they go to gave me 400 dollar I never get this money they laying to much

Went to put in an application was told the 35.00 fee was non-refundable and the$75.00 fee will be returned. This is a scam or something because I was deniedthe apartment due to my credit but no evictions on my record and no deception.THEY WANT TO KEEP $110.00 JUST FOR TRYING TO GET AN APARTMENT.IF I TRIED 4 OF THESE SCAM ARTIST I WILL BE HOMELESS FOREVER!!!

Lived there for a year we moved out because the high crime rate my work and personal vehicles kept being broke into and damage to my vehicles. Made numerous police reports for HPD and the o ly thing the apt say is Im sorry. The gates dont work they say they havesecurity and on site hpd but dont see them. There have been several shootings there as well. I would not recommend this place for anyone they have gates but they been broke since I moved in last year. And was told they have cameras but then they say they dotn have cameras.

Its been over 24hours and we still dont have running water... ugh they always cutting off the water lines to fix something and this time residents didnt get any warnings.. DONT MOVE HERE! Security is poor. And we have a lot if break ins on vehicles and people robbing at night

Kimberly is a nice professional apartment manager and she keeps the complex safe and well maintained...and everyone else is my favorite ppl in the Redford apartments... office clerk/personnel.

The apts look nice from the road but once you drive in its a different story. My cousin lives here nothing is nice anout her apt and she pays 700+ Pot holes in the road, what a ghetto!

If I could give it a -5 starts, I would just because of the staff. The manager, a piece of sh**. Most rude person I have ever met. They basically kicked us out because we used keep stuffs in the balcony, like we were the only ones. And even after that, we didnt get out deposit back, instead they charged us more money, we sent them a check, they cashed it and still messep up my husbands credit. Also there were roaches everywhere, very disgusting. Dont live there, they are very rude and will rob you.

Never even my life have I ever written a review for anything, but my terrible time here moves me to warn others that this is far from the ideal place to live. The management has the highest turnover rate youve ever seen in your life and is inconsiderate of your privacy. Right after hurricane harvey, my new born daughter and I were recovering at home. I was sitting on my couch breast-feeding my baby, when i got two knocls at my door. Before I would collect myself, some lady at the front office and her sidekick burst into my apartment W/O permission or systing their name or even so much as a hello, how are you demanding late rent money even after I set a written plan with the manager a few days prior. Mind you due to the natural disaster, we were late on rent, missing almost a months pay.For being over-priced, I must say that this place is built poorly, roach ridden, and the a.c. unit it too powerful for the electric system, so it raises your monthly bill. There are potholes that would make the third ward jealous. The people in charge here, left them untreated for years to the point of the thick metal wiring underneath sticking up and out above the ground and damaging the underbelly of cars and popping the tires of several tenants.The main office wont answer their phones when you call about these concerns and if they do, you will be put on hold for twenty minutes, hung up on and treated like you are delusional when you address the issue. They will not admit their fault or apologise sincerely for they trouble they cause you. Unless you pay them a visit at the front office and demand them to do their jobs and fix your problems, then take a seat and wait until your needs are met, you will be ignored for days. While there are a couple decent people here like Matt (Customer Service) and Jennifer (Accounting), this place has a habit of cycling in management with poor character.Personally, i feel exposed, neglected and mistreated and this is by far the worst i have ever been treated at any apartment I have lived in. Please heed this as a warning. I implore you to consider some place else.

They close the pool closest to the leasing office during the summer to show the apartments and open late when it can get crowded. major roach problem. security never does a thing. security gates broken to stay open. my mothers car has been broken into twice: once before security was put into place and was actually stolen. the second it was opened through the front doors and the trunk and the glove compartments were still open. and guess who wasnt there? the so called security they have in place. office never answers calls.

1 star only because weve had alot of break in to our cars, huge poleholes, kids are loud and disrespectful, DONT WALK OUTSIDE UNPROTECTED AFTER 10P. Alot of robberings have happened alot. I cant wait until my lease is up!!

Mold first in the closet then mold in the bath room two montns after the closet

Car got towed. Water got disconnected with out warning on Sunday, all day. Ants in trash and carpet.No emergency number call back.. And the 2 numbers I have no one answered nor returned call

Apartments could use updating. Gym is nice.

The move in experience was great, 4 months since I moved in all is well. I am hoping that the parking lot pot holes can be addressed.
