My mother, who is looking for an apartment came in to get information on a floor plan she fell in love with. We were greeted and instantly fell in love with the staff. Our leasing agent Coleman(I believe) was very informative. I would of thought he has worked there forever but he had only been working there for 2 months but he answered every question and just very knowledgeable all the way around about the property. Very nice property!

This community is surrounded by a great staff willing to go the extra mile to ensure the happiness of their tenants. With endless complementary events, I assure your stay here will be supreme. I want to shout out the whole front office and concierge team for always being positive and genuine. I also want to single some great characters out, Jorge and Miguel, as they work extremely hard in this Texas heat to make sure the facility is maintained!

Recently moved here and have enjoyed the community. Location is very convenient. The best thing has been the staff and leasing office. Sam Carlson is absolutely top notch and was there from the beginning through the entire leasing process to moving in and handling any issues or requests. Loved the building! Definitely in my girlfriend and Is top 3 for apartments to move to. The top floor amenities, big floor plans, and the shops and restaurants below the building make for an incredible atmosphere. Quynh was so nice and helpful while giving us our tour, she represented the building to its fullest! Our main concern was the apartments coloring - it might need a tuneup! Were hoping it might get a bit of a lively coloring, which would make it a no brainer to move in.

We originally didnt consider the arrive as a contender during our apartment search. However, after touring with Sam, it shot straight to the top of our list. The building is very well kept, the windows are solid and the floors are concrete. Sam was very knowledgable and professional throughout the whole tour and promptly followed up making sure we had everything we needed in considering the units we were looking at.Due to circumstances outside of our control we ended up having to look elsewhere but based on the experience with the office alone, this is by far the most professional leasing experiences weve encountered. You will not regret touring here.

Great location and nice building amenities. We moved a week ago and we were able to signed and got an apartment in less than a week. Wynisha was great, she helped us to get all the paper work quickly and set up all we needed in the short time we had.

Its been a little over a month now since Ive moved into Arrive. I love it so far! I originally scheduled a tour & Sam Carlson showed me a couple of different apartment layouts. He was extremely helpful & answered all of my questions. During my move-in, I appreciated him giving me a new set of keys after I amazingly dropped them down an elevator shaft lol. Since then, hes been very kind & has checked in with me to see how things are going. Overall -- very satisfied! :)

We have had such a great experience with the move in process at Arrive. Quynh and Sam have been extremely accommodating and regularly check in to make sure we are settled. I love how personable the staff are! We are so grateful to have found a new home at Arrive.

My girlfriend and I made an impromptu stop here before going to some scheduled tours later in the day. Even though we came in without a tour scheduled, Sam saw to us right away! Sam was super knowledgeable about the entire complex and was able to answer all of our questions. We were blown away by the community and amenities. I hope to sign here ASAP (there may be a conflict with my desired move in date and when the unit I’m looking at comes available—but Sam said he would work with the manager to help me out!). I moved with my family a month ago! and I am very pleased with everything that we have now! we live in a beautiful place, we have a place where you can drink coffee or wine on the 2nd and 1st floor! special thanks to the manager of Quynh Castille who selected an apartment for our budget, helped with the move, she was always in touch! I recently moved to Houston and decided to rent an apartment at Arrive River Oaks because it had the best reviews out of all the other apartments I researched and because of its awesome location (if you are close to Trader Joes, Whole Foods, bars, and restaurants then I am sold). The experience of moving to Houston and moving into Arrive has been tremendous and smooth. Quynh Do has assisted me from the very beginning in being reliable, friendly, and accommodating. Quynh was the absolute BEST. The Concierge, Nick, was also extremely helpful once I moved into Arrive helping me with my packages and even giving me tips about the City.The Concierge Manager, Larry, was also extremely helpful. He really provided me with all of the necessary information that assists me in living at Arrive. Larry is my go-to person for all matters. He is always helpful and friendly.I am excited about my time at Arrive.

Maintenance at the building is top notch! Anytime we have a problem from a lightbulb to painting an entire wall, theyre quick, reliable, and genuinely want to help. Recently Erick came by and repaired holes in our wall + repainted it during the workday and was extremely professional. Maintenance is what makes living here effortless!

Recently moved in and have nothing but good things to say. The office staff is very kind and seems to have your best interest at heart. Sam toured my mom and I and made us feel very comfortable. Quynh walked me through the apartment at move-in and assured me the maintenance staff would help me quick and efficiently with anything I needed in the future. Wynisha was a ray of sunlight and kept me entertained while my move-in was finalized. I would recommend this complex for its great location, value in size of apartments for cost, and genuine employees.

I love living here so far Quynh was the person that helped me with the apartment search. She was very patient and she showed me the many floorplans that they had available and she even gave me recommendations on getting the best unit for me. The service here is great especially the concierge. The guys are willing to even help me bring up my packages and they do a fantastic job keeping the place safe and secure here. Unlike other apartments I’ve never had to worry about break-ins here. I love living here and the shops are very convenient. The amenities are great I would say the only thing I would change is the pool hours to be longer and not many places gives discounts for living here.

She was able to find an apartment for that met all of my personal needs (location, price, move-in date, view, and upgraded appliances). When I came, I was looking to move within a couple of weeks, and Mayra made this happen.Jorge (Maintenance staff) deserves a mention as well. The service of maintenance is exceptional. I placed an work order for my apartment and he came and addressed and fixed the problem not even within 10 minutes of placing the order.If you are looking for a place that has great & caring staff (front office, maintenance, and concierge), quiet & clean residents, great amenities-including rooftop pool with lovely view THIS IS THE PLACE TO LIVE!

If you like shady management, AIRBNB neighbors, closed amenities, loud retail tenants, and car break-ins with a $700 bill to get your window replaced then the Arrive is the place for you. Otherwise look elsewhere.Also, many of the good reviews here were written by management.

I have only been here for a month and was questioning how it would be due to some rough patches with my application/move-in process but Quynh quickly changed my mind and saved the day. She was able to answer all of my questions and provided me information that I had been completely unaware of previously. Again its only been a month but so far Ive had great communication with the leasing office, maintenance and concierge service.

We had some really great experience with this apartment and it was awesome!! Especially the leasing agents are so nice, Mayra helped us with our first visit at Arrive and Quynh did an AWESOME job helping us worked through our application. Can’t wait to move in :)

Quynh has a wonderful personality. I enjoyed working with her. Every time I have an issue, she always ready to help me. I recommended working with Quynh.

Miguel does an absolute fantastic job at keeping the dog park very tidy. He is SO nice and friendly. Whenever I go to the dog park in the morning and he is finishing up cleaning, I feel so safe to let my dog just run around and even sniff because it is so clean.

My leasing manager was Quynh. She was very professional and patient with me. Due to some miscommunication, I ended up getting that the wrong apartment. Quynh went above and beyond to call her manager on Saturday to find resolution so that I can still get the unit that I wanted. I do not see this level of help from people these days. She could have simply said come on Monday and talk to the manager but she handled it. I will definitely recommend The Arrive to my family and friends because of Quynh A+++

Over promise and under deliver. That’s the real slogan for the management team here at arrive. For months they have slowly eliminated amenities throughout the complex and made really awful decisions to eliminate the 24 hour concierge and not complete the package room that was supposed to be done in February. The only 5 star rating I could give would be for the main maintenance team. They’re always fast and efficient.

I’ve recently moved out of the Arrive River Oaks and have a few insights to bring attention to for prospective residents regarding the management and community.Short Term Rental Units – The Arrive River Oaks team contracts a company that rents certain units to short-term rentals that are bookable via sites like Airbnb (easily verifiable on airbnb website). When asked about these rentals to the community manager (Jason Richards), we were told that they are ‘corporate housing’ to which they claim to screen their prospective renters and only rent to certain corporate partners. This is 100% not true, as you can see anyone can book a unit through short term rental sites. There were multiple instances of police getting called at 3am from loud and disturbing behavior from these specific units. The complex also prioritizes these units when it comes to updating, servicing, and cleaning. We experienced this when transferring to a new unit and the move-in date was delayed due to the maintenance staff tied up working on updating the short-term rentals units. ALSO with COVID-19 pandemic, they continued to rent these units out bringing travelers and nonresidents into the building ALL WHILE claiming all amenities needed to remain closed to prevent any Corona-virus outbreaks.Community Management - This property has serious mismanagement, communication, professionalism and customer service issues. The lack of communication and professionalism within the leasing office staff and management is appalling for a community that prides itself to be ‘luxurious, prestigious, and distinguished’. There were multiple instances of being told one thing or being ensured an issue would be resolved, and then being told the complete opposite from the same representative. I do not think I have ever lived in a place that has such blatant disregard to their resident’s issues and satisfaction. Our moveout cost us twice the amount of money because a freight elevator was not working and we were not notified prior to the movers arriving – The Manager’s response (Jason Richards) was that they “fixed it within 24 hours so unfortunately there was nothing that we did which prohibited your move”.Security – The complex has had MULTIPLE issues with car break-ins and theft. At one point more than 6 cars were broken into in one evening, this occurred February 2020. Prior to this there were multiple other instances of cars being broken into and at one point there was a car that was ‘blown up’ on the top of the garage that sat there for over a week (photo attached).Roaches – They got plenty! See attached photo.Construction – Since 2018 they’ve been working on updating and remodeling the building and it’s amenities. This includes painting the exterior of the building, which was started early 2019 and had no end in sight when we moved out 7/2020. We had paint splattered on the exterior of our windows our entire time we were in our unit.In conclusion, the location of this complex really is the only positive thing to note. I’d strongly consider looking elsewhere when apartment hunting in the area… unless you like roaches and poor customer service skills.

Karlos and Jorge in maintenance are the very best part of the property! They go out of their way to make your experience fluid and hassle free. Karlos and Gorge (Daniel) from the maintenance department are the best part of Arrive River Oaks. They are professional and true to their word. Many thanks to Karlos and Jorge for all of their help!

Superb and beautiful community!! Great location!! I’m super delighted with my decision to live here and Quynh Do from the staff definitely went out of her way to put an exclamation point on that!! I was moving from San Antonio and had not even seen the place in person, but Quynh would send me photos, kept me updated on everything, and made the overall transition process easy, convenient, and re-assuring. I was even caught in the winter storm in the process of moving to Houston and Quynh kept in touch with me to make sure I was ok. Thank you Quynh!! Arrive River Oaks is a gem. From my tour with Mr. Alvarez, through the application process, and moving into my unit, the experience has been a good one. I just moved in to Arrive but I couldn’t wait to brag about the leasing office. I originally worked with Obed who was kind, helpful and responsive. I also got to work with Quynh who went above and beyond to make sure I not only felt at home, but she made me feel like the most important person on the planet. Two days before I moved in, she called me because she found an even better/upgraded unit that she knew I would like more because it had a balcony for me and my dog to enjoy. Quynh was even off for one of the days during my move but she STILL called to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was highly responsive, genuinely helpful and extremely hard-working. Very glad to have this leasing team here. I recommend touring the property as well, the amenities are fantastic (rooftop pool, two-part gym, awesome dog park, tons of parking, etc). I just had to let everyone know how amazing my move-in experience was. SO excited to be here, looking forward to the months to come!!

I have been living in this apartment complex since 2015. There are many things that make me enjoy living here. However the top reason for staying here is the excellent maintenance team that create unbeatable convenience and hassle-free life for the residents. They are always very prompt in their response and extremely professional. They usually take care of service requests on the same day. In particular Jorge and Miguel are outstanding in what they do. They go out of their way to help the residents and make sure their needs are met. I will definitely choose this apartment complex if you are looking for great hassle-free environment.

We toured Arrive a few weeks ago, by appointment with Mayra. She was so courteous and professional, maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask. We did a self guided tour and when we were done she answered all our questions about the floor plans and the community, buildings and amenities. Truly a great experience through these difficult pandemic times.The building has concierge package service, valet trash pick up and a beautiful pool and spacious layouts . Great location that has a plethora of walkable options for food, working out, and shopping. The roof top pool, hot tub, kitchen with the skyline view and nice open layouts were impossible to pass up. Also the 24 hour concierge is nice. Sam was extremely efficient and a joy to work with from the beginning. He continues to help any time I need something. So far, very pleased.

I just moved in a few days ago and I have had a great experience so far. Obed was our leasing agent and he did an excellent job ensuring everything was squared away for our move in. He was very helpful and accommodating during this increasingly stressful time. The property is beautifully kept and all the staff have been extremely helpful.

If there was anyone who could rub you the wrong way at this beautiful apartment complex it would be Heather from the management team. While coming home from work and talking to another resident, she was in ear shot of my conversation and over heard my plans to go to the pool. When I stopped to inquire about a deal at the office, she said I heard you were going to the pool this weekend, I want you to monitor the pool for any violations, so not to pay back bad behavior with more bad behavior I decided to turn the other cheek and laughed and said that I do not get paid by this apartment complex and made my way up to the elevator. I didnt want to jump the gun and write this review, but what and how she said what she said was extremely condescending and very alarming. Fast forward to today, I was inquiring about the new set of rules that further restricted our amenity use, I simply asked her if the gourmet kitchen which I referred as the club house was going to be open and her reply was Its called a gourmet kitchen,which not only didnt answer my question, but was completely unnecessary, but I took the high road and preceded with the burning question that I was asking. After a 5 minute conversation that could have been had in 45 seconds, I asked who I was talking to and she sarcastically scoffed and told me her name which told me I had to write this review. This off the wall behavior is extremely unprofessional and alarming . So, if you decide to live here steer clear of this lady (Heather) and try to deal with Quynh and Myra, because they will treat you with the utmost respect and theyre the only reason why I still gave this apartment complex a 5 star review, one bad apple shouldnt be a reflection of the whole team.

I have lived here for two years now. I love this community. Great location. The leasing office staff are amazing. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and professionally. Wilmer and Karlos always respond to maintenance requests with courtesy, knowledge, and expertise. This place is awesome.

The staff is professional and seems to genuinely care about the residents concerns. Quinn the leasing agent helped me from day one and anytime I need something she is takes care of the issue. I give the maintenance staff a A+ as well. I always see security when I’m moving around outside.

Hey everyone this is LeeQuynh Castille is such a vibrant person and helped me with my decision with my first apartment, but was kinda scared it was my first apartment. But Quynh was persistent for over a year she stayed in contact with me either to say hello or to see how im doing, or to see was I ready yet.Mayra also the greatest making sure that Quynh never missed a call from me.She never gave up for over a year she kept in contact with me and happy where she works at, and the product(apartments) amenities this community has to offer.Quynh is your girl and she will help youas well as the rest of the team Mayra, Heather and Jason the Property Manager.

The Arrive is a wonderful place to live! From the maintenance crew - to the leasing office - everyone is always willing to help and work with you on anything you need. One person in particular - Quynh Do - has always gone above and beyond to help and make sure my needs are always met! She is so personable and kind - if you can work with her I would highly recommend! You will be given the same treatment and over and beyond as I have! Thanks for all you do Quynh and team!

My family and I have been at this complex for 2 years. We love living here. The staff is very accommodating and understanding. The maintenance guys are especially friendly and helpful especially Miguel.

I have been here for a few weeks now and have nothing but good things to say! The location is great, there are a lot of restaurants that are within walking distance of the apartment. I definitely recommend living here. Sam has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process and has exceeded expectations.

I have nothing but good things to say about this property. From the central location to the abundance of nearby amenities, you really can’t ask for anything more when it comes to an apartment community. I recently worked with Sam in the leasing office, and he is by far the best leasing agent I have ever worked with. He consistently maintains an impressive level of professionalism and will go out of his way to make sure you are completely taken care of. My moving and apartment hunting situations were both very complex, and Sam did everything in his power to ensure that I secured a unit that fulfilled all of my unique requirements.

I would like to follow up on my last review. I do not do reviews very often at all. Arrive has really done a great job in every area. The last person I was transitioning with from Arrive got relocated. Quynh which I have worked with many times in the past stepped in and as usual totally handled everything fantastic!She coordinated the maintenance for my keys with concierge which are both awesome.Concierges are always going out of there way to help and maintenance is always prompt and efficient and Quynh is always my focus point and always finds time. Wow! How refreshing to work with Quynh and Jason. I had a complicated move from apartments to apartment in this complex. Both Jason and Quynh could not have been more accommodating and friendly. They worked with me to give me the best possible solution my living situation. This is my 6th lease at this complex and everyone is so helpful. The maintenance crew is amazing and always friendly. They respond quickly to requests and are always pleasant. I really like living here!

So far our experience has been great. The move in experience was wonderful. Quynh took us on an in depth tour of the place and several apartments. Moving in was easy with the reserved freight elevator. Haven’t used the amenities yet but they look clean and amazing!!!! 2 peloton bikes! Our apartment was very clean upon arrival (unlike our previous apartment experience elsewhere) and they even had a bottle wine waiting for us in the fridge. Quynh kept checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly - she’s so helpful & friendly. I look forward to spending the next 14 months here.

Everyone here is great! The leasing office has an awesome team. I called a million times and Obed never made me feel as though I was a nuisance. Quynh, Myra, Heather and Jason were all as equally helpful! The maintenance team is quick to respond and so nice (especially Jorge). I do recommend living here!!

I toured with Sam and right away, fell in love with the community. He listened to my needs and made sure I found the perfect floor plan. I really enjoy calling Arrive River Oaks home and Ive already made plans to renew at the end of my lease. Thanks Sam for making this process easy and helping me every step of the way!
