Ive lived at Camden for 7 months now and can honestly say its one of my favorite apartments Ive had in Houston! I havent had any maintenance issues or pest issues at all. When I do need something, the office is very quick to respond. Residents are always walking around and it has a sense of community. The interior of my apartment is well made and very pretty! I recommend living here if you like the hustle and bustle of being close to down town and like to walk places. Midtown is not for everyone, but if you love down town life i recommend living here!! :)

Great place to call home! Kirby is the best hands down. Since day one from signing my lease to move in he has made this process a smooth transition. I cannot thank him enough for helping me move in on time in order to start my first day at work and not be exhausted! I have had no trouble with paper work or setting up my accounts because they are efficient, organized, and on top of their game! All of the new technology being implemented throughout the community to better security. I’m so excited to finally call this place my home and hope to help more people with this review when it comes down to choosing a place to live:-)THANK YOU KIRBY FOR BEING AMAZING!!

Since I’ve moved here a year and a few months ago I’ve had no problems at all! I love this place. It’s very centralized and has a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. I also enjoy all of the amenities especially the main pool it’s gorgeous. All my maintenance issues were also resolved on the same day so I have no complaints.

Great staff. Super easy to work with. Maintenance is quick if needed. Very happy with my decision to live here

This place has been perfect for us! The apartments are modern and such a good price for the location. It’s really nice being able to walk to a bunch of restaurants/bars/etc.

This place is AMAZING!! The staff is SO nice and willing to help with any issue you might have. They also continually go above and beyond what is required to make your time at the community a great experience. The security they have in place is really great. Any crime you see posted from other reviews is literally such a tiny percentage of people who live here. The vast majority of people will never, ever have to deal with any crime related issues while you are staying here and what does happen is handled flawlessly by the staff. They just got new package lockers which are great and the security gates keep any unwanted visitors out very well. Any issues related to packages are not a fault of the community, but are usually a fault of the carrier not doing what they are supposed to be doing. The apartments themselves are amazing quality with really high ceilings and doors, and great styles. I was amazed that they have over 50 floorplans, so if you cant find a floorplan you like, you are being too picky lol. They also just finished a newly renovated pool which is SO cool. Not only are the amenities nice, but the location within midtown is so perfect. Super close to all of the restaurants and bars, but far enough away where you wont hear any of the noise or other things. Plenty of parking in their garages, and they even offer several guest parking options. If you get towed, it is your own fault since they have signage posted all throughout the garage. Great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. No other community in the area compares to this place. I had to relocate for a new job, but I would have stayed if I could have!

Everyone at the leasing office was very nice. Matt gave me a great tour of the property and he even got to show me the unit I could possibly lease. Overall I had a pretty good experience and I felt very welcomed.

A great place only made better with the great staff. AJ Garcia is a wonderfully professional and knowledgeable person and was able to sell us on this Camden location in minutes. I could not recommend anyone more than AJ

Warning to all!Dont go to Camden City Centre. Although the prices may seem attractive, the area it is in knows lots of criminality: in my 1.5 years there, we had 15 car break ins of which some even in the parking garage. (This is understandable as the gate always broken). Apart from that there have been armed robberies in the streets between the apartment buildings.Secondly, packages. There is no organized package location. The mailboxes are in the parking garage and packages are never put in the mailbox. So everyday there is a stack of packages in the open for everyone to choose from. Management does not want to accept packages.All in all a bad experience and definitely not recommendable.

My review will stay at 2 stars until the mailroom/lockers situation gets resolved. I’m sick of my packages getting stolen from the mailroom. I’m tired of feeling like I need to plan my day around receiving a package. Camden installed brand new digital locks on our doors but doesn’t resolve real issues like this that is affecting every resident negatively. This is the 4th Camden property I’ve lived at and the only one I’ve had this particular issue with.

This is a great place to live. The location is great. Close to downtown and walking distance to several really great restaurants and buffalo bayou.The apartments are beautiful and priced just right.I cannot give enough praises to the management team particularly Raeni, Jeremiah and Chelsea. They are very helpful and responsive and always a delight to talk to. I love how easy they make everything, even during a pandemic.Thank you so much for being awesome!

Just want to give a shout out to one of my favorite Camden staff members, Alejandro. Hes more like a friendly, helpful neighbor than someone just doing a job, and its great. Recently he had to do some work in my apartment, and I happened to be on a meeting when he showed up, but told him to go ahead. He was so quiet I almost forgot he was there. I mean, he was moving around a ladder and everything lol. I appreciate his hard work and friendly attitude and just wanted to share!

My girlfriend and I went to go tour this past weekend with Chelsea and she was wonderful. Very attentive to our needs and what we were looking for not only in the unit but the community as well. The property was very nice as well. Excellent space in the units, very clean amentity areas and a good and safe walking area all around the community! Thank you so much Chelsea for making taking the stress out of looking for a new home!

I can honestly say that the leasing experience was very easy and professional! Chelsea, the Assistant Manger, was helpful, responsive and understanding to all questions that we had, along with Mary who definitely helped seal the deal.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will pay $1500 a month to have your packages stolen and your car (or your neighbors cars) to end up on blocks with their tires and wheels stolen in the garageThey refuse to accept packages at the office despite package thefts being the main tenant complaint.They will tow your car but let your cars wheels get stolen in the garage.

Very disappointed. A family member of mine, who lives there with her husband had her car towed away from the parking garage even though she’s on the lease of the apartment. I wonder how this could happen? She wasn’t given parking sticker yet as she’s only been on the lease since very recently. Very unfair move from the apartment complex, especially during Thanksgiving and not to mention it costs a lot of money (about $400). Management doesn’t seem to wanna offer refund. Happy Holidays from Camden City Centre Apartments, right? That’s how they treat their customers and give thanks to them 🙂

Lived here for two years, by far the best place to live near Houston Downtown!!!!

I am from France and I was surprised in the good way of the customer service in general in the US. Unfortunately, Candem City Centre doesnt know this notion, the management doesnt help people to find solutions and they care just about making money, beware! Moreover, the complex is very expensive for what it is + there is a lot of noise from the construction, we cannot enter in the parking when we want, it blocks the road all the time, they towed your car for no reason because the management forgot to register the car in the system and then its your fault. I really dont recommend this complex, I would have put no star if I could.

My sister and I recently moved in and we have had the best experience so far. Some of our packages/furniture arrived early and the staff did such a great job helping us out and putting it inside the apartment. Kirby has been super helpful and kind and made this move SO much easier. I would definitely recommend this place. Excited to be here!

How is it possible to have such a non-professional team? How come the management team is not admitting their mistake? Sadly, there is poor customer service. Today they took an unfair decision, therefore I will not praise Camden City Centre apartments. I do not encourage people to come here.

The leasing office is not listening to their customer, I am not frequently reviewing things, except when it reach a good quality or a really poor quality and professionalism. To be honest I never saw as poor professionalism from a company. I REALLY NOT RECOMMEND TO RENT AT THEIR PLACE.

The apartment itself is very nice, they recently made some updates to their units and it definitely shows. The maintenance team responds very quickly to service requests which is awesome and are all very nice and considerate. However, there are definitely some very huge shortfalls the first of them being a lack of security. There have been so many car break-ins here that I have lost count. They recently hired a new security team (I lived 8 out of the 11 months without security) but there continues to be issues since most of them are sleeping on the job. There also always seems to be issues with the garage doors so it is no surprise that there continues to be car vandalism, and homeless people entering the garage.Management lacks transparency with the issues that faces the community. The always respond with crime can happen anywhere but it seems to be there only justification. I have had to call 911 because I did see an incident of vandalism, but they never came.Another issue is the amount of noise since this is near all the bars. The walls are very thin so you can easily hear peoples conversations as they are walking by the buildings or hallways. During peak bar times you will sometimes hear people screaming from outside the neighborhood.

For starters, my car got broken into while living here, management did nothing to help. The security they hired to monitor the garage slept on the job, while there were several nights the garage door was left wide open so anyone could get in. There were roaches in my apartment and puke was left in elevators for days without being cleaned. I also gave the front desk verbal move out notice over 2 months in advance of my lease termination, but because I didnt give written notice I was assessed nearly $2000 in fees. Front desk staff is very nice and pool/gyms are great when open, but otherwise I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Recently moved into the Camden Community and was helped by Kirby & Raeni. Both were a great help but Kirby really went out of his way to help us get into our unit early before the hurricane came. I appreciated him staying late to help us and get it all sorted for us.

Lost all faith in management after they gave my wife and I very poor customer service. No empathy at all if something goes wrong. Good luck to you if you choose to live at this complex.

RENTERS BEWARE. In the beginning, our stay was great. We though man this is a great deal, such a nice place. Biggest regret we made. I advise you look elsewhere. Maybe Broadstone Skyline down the street.Mail was always stolen(they have a community wall full of complaints, and never resolved because its the postal service and not them thats the problem. Well, other apartment complexes have them locked in their own mail room. Not out in the open. Just saying, again.), cars always broken into(expected in Midtown), garage parking is a hassle, lack of security(robberies) and so much more.But here is why we are really upset. We have dogs. Yes, the dogs did some damages which we totally understand. But also, yes, we paid a fee per dog upon moving in. A hefty fee, not refundable and doesn’t cover any damages for your dogs. I believe $500 per dog, dont quote me on that. We said, ok, thats fine. We understand. Here is why we are very upset. Before moving out, we asked them to come in and do an estimate for us. So we can have an idea of what we are expecting to pay for the damages. $400 for glass stove top damages. Scratches, not a single crack or lack functionality. We have lived in other apartment complexes and have asked friends about their experiences with other apartment complexes. None of them said they were ever charged and some even said, they had left it in worst conditions. Never had this charge to us. We feel it is expected normal wear and tear for glass stove tops. So if you guys are planing to move here, make sure to cook with caution, use anti scratch cookware and oh, dont use severely high temperature. LolSince I cannot respond to the “owner’s” response below, here it is. Not only do they give you the same petty response, it is absolutely useless. They tell you to call them but really, to tell you the same thing. No changes. Just ask the other residents. Terrible service and would 0000/10 recommend. 🙄

Within a minute of walking in the office, I was 90% sure I wanted to live here. Beautifully maintained location right next to all the Midtown action, but set off about a block like a little oasis. I hadnt seen anything yet. Sabrina, the Assistant Manager, showed me around the complex, and a couple floor plans, and I was ready to sign. But she wasnt done. Based on our conversations, we headed back to the main office and she pulled up one more possibility. I thought it couldnt possibly get any better, but Im glad I listened to her--this last place was absolutely perfect (and the same price as the others). Sadly, it is rare for someone to exceed expectations these days, but she did exactly that. She could have had me sign and been done with it...I was there! But she really wanted me to have something I loved and took the extra steps to see if she could make it happen. And it did! Bonus note...we encountered several staff members as she showed me around, and they were all extremely friendly and professional. Well done Camden team!

There has not been a month Ive lived here where some combination of building, gate, elevator or amenities are entirely out of order! To add insult to injury good luck receiving your packages, as building management seems to refuse to work with ups, and on the odd occasion delivery is confirmed the likely hood of a package being stolen is high. Additionally, the complex loses power semi-regularly, as it is inconveniently located next to a highway off ramp where many accidents occur resulting in a car taking down a poorly placed utilities box next to the road, 3-4 times in 9months.

Ive been at Camden for about 2 years and it has been a great experience! Maintenance is always quick to respond and very efficient! There are so many great places to go within walking distance! Management has always been really helpful anytime I have any concerns or questions. Great spot.

Best place Ive ever lived. I do a lot of work from home and love how its always quiet. The technology package is reliable and included in the rent. Its walking distance from a lot of places and close to all the highways. Kenya in the office is always smiling and ready to help. When maintenance stops by to take care of an issue theyll check my lights or ask if theres anything they can do before leaving. Best customer service Ive ever experienced at an apartment.

My friends living at Camden City Centre have been having issues with the management team, the leasing office staff made a mistake that has cost hundreds of dollars to my friends. I would not recommend getting an apartment at Camden City Centre unless you are willing you get swindled.

Raeni was AMAZING! She was super sweet, very thorough, and extremely accommodating to all of my questions and requests (and I had A LOT of requests). She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. My circumstances have changed since touring and applying so I won’t be moving in right now but I will definitely be coming back and recommending her and Camden City Centre to all of my friends due to her amazing customer service!

We had a tour with Raeni and she was outstanding! She was very helpful in explaining the amenities offered and what the apartment provides. Very organized and clean work area. They seem to take care of their residents from what Ive heard and seen. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Moving here was a huge mistake. Mail always stolen, inconvenient parking, terrible service, not safe at all and unfair fees. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Is there an option to add more stars?? Camden has so many communities and this is one of many I would highly recommend one live. I’ve been with Camden for over 10 years now and always feel like family no matter where I go. The staff is always welcoming and warm, they promise and deliver. Come check it out for yourselves, wonderful people to call and have as neighbors :) Ericka used to manage Camden Oak Crest 6 years ago, where I met her, and she is now managing Camden City Centre. It’s a great feeling to have constant employees remain with Camden and see them after so many years, it gives me peace of mind. You Rock Camden!!!

My apartment is beautiful and Raeni Doro and Laura Paonessa made the experience that much more amazing. Their kindness and help was great. Moving is never easy (especially during a global pandemic) but they helped make it as easy as possible.

Having lived at Camden City Center for the past year, I have thoroughly enjoyed every day. From the helpful staff to the quick and hardworking maintenance workers, I can assure any prospective residents that their stay at Camden will be worry free. Any time something went wrong in my apartment, maintenance would be there within the hour and worked diligently to fix any issues. The Camden complex is beautiful and well maintained. I have used their spacious gym many times and have loved how clean it was.I highly recommend any of the Camden properties. Their leasing office will do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I have lived and dealt with other apartment complexes and none have come close to how friendly and helpful Camden has been.

It depends on what you’re willing to put up with. They have break-ins all the time. My car got hit in parking garage 3 along with a dozen others in one night. I did not leave anything in sight to steal. I suppose a police report was filed, though the complex hasn’t and won’t heighten security measures. Extremely risky to park on the street. Some of the buildings are currently undergoing renovations, so construction traffic in hallways and elevators is significant. Upon move in, the tubs already drained slowly and the dryer takes 3 times as long as it should to dry. The renovations to the unit are appealing but rushed and the work quality is mediocre. Management is not as responsive and helpful at resolving issues as other, similar apartment complexes.Location, location, location - the main reason people live here. It’s in a very convenient spot and the pool is pretty fun during the summer.

This is my first apartment and I love everything about it! Its walking distance from a lot of places but not directly next to them so its quiet around the property. I love our perks discount card. We get discounts at a lot places that I frequent like Nekter and Belle Station. The staff is absolutely amazing especially Kenya. She plans events monthly and I have actually met a lot of my neighbors. Maintenance is friendly and fast and the grounds are always clean. If you are looking for a place to live Camden definitely is the place to be.

I just moved to Camden City Centre Apartments for the last month. I had a few issues with my payment and the management helped me to resolve it very smoothly. Sabrina was really patient with me when I asked her many times with the payment problem. Thanks Sabrina!This place seems a very nice area to live. Restaurants and great places around to chill. Quick maintenance response and most importantly very friendly, smiling management people. Hope it continues like that.

I have been living here since March 2018 and truly enjoyed it. The apartment is very good and their staff are very responsive. All maintenance requests are handled within the next day. Very well maintained and organized. Its located in midtown so you should expect a lot of people during weekend and parking becomes a bit tricky but my guests never had problem finding one. The pools are nice and clean, I have to say the main pool becomes a bit crowded during weekends but if you are into meeting new people, shouldnt be a problem. There are TV and game rooms here if you want to have some chill times after work or during weekends. Gyms are also very well maintained. I have to add that the buildings on the west side are close to some shady neighborhoods. I heard about multiple break-ins or robberies during my stay here but personally faced no problem. Its in midtown and a lot of people come here so that is not totally unexpected. I recommend this place to anyone who want to enjoy the midtown life, as I did to some friends of mine.

What I liked the most was the location and the customer service from the leasing team! You just cant beat being in the heart of midtown within walking distance of everything you need. Special thanks to Kenya and Molly for always going above and beyond to make sure residents always have everything they need. Every time I had a question, these two ladies were always available to help! Always with a big smile :) I will definitely be back if I have the chance!

We love Kenya. Shes the event planner of our community and she keeps us pretty busy. We also love the community. Once Im home from work, my car normally stays parked because we walk to all the restaurants and bars and stores in the area. Weve decided to sign another lease.

The staff was extremely accommodating during move in and move out as well as throughout my time living in the community. The office staff truly cares about the residents and always went above and beyond. The Maintenance staff also always quickly responded to any open requests. Finally, the amenities were also great and it certainly felt like a community. I would certainly recommend!

Out of all the various apartment complexes I have lived in over the years, Camden City Centre is the only one I would really call a community. During my ~6 months here I have met and befriended many of my neighbors, attended some genuinely fun resident events (who doesnt love a tiki pool party??) and gotten to know the Midtown area like the back of my hand. With so many awesome bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance, most weekends I dont even need to get in my car.Entertainment factor aside, Camden City Centre also has an incredible staff. My leasing consultant, Molly, has been endlessly helpful and the few maintenance requests Ive had were handled in less than 24 hours. Security is also pretty tight as you need a key fob to get into the parking garage, resident buildings and any amenities. I always feel safe, even coming home late and walking alone from the garage to my apartment. Last, but certainly not least, this place is super dog friendly. There is a huge dog park and doggy stations set up all over the community, and I have yet to walk outside without seeing someone walking a dog.All in all, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Very happy I made the decision to move here. :)

Camden City Centre is an awesome complex in midtown! The manager Ericka really cares about her residents and goes above and beyond to ensure their taken care of. Kenya is in charge of all of the residents events and she plans the best apartment get togethers. Molly and Laura helped me with in my leasing process. They really made it easy. If youre looking for a overall 5 star complex, I would highly recommend City Centre.

The staff are polite, smiles a lot and very patient on all my inquiries. They repond well and fast on all service requests and repair. I love living in Camden😍😘😘

I should have never ignored the previous reviews from 2 years ago. Nothing has changed and my biggest regret!! This property is not safe. I’ve been renting luxury apartments for 15 years and the amount of break ins and packages being stolen is just ridiculous. The community could add adequate simple security to cover the 650 unit location with 2 garages and they won’t. We had a community meeting to waste our time. I’ve lived here for 2 weeks already 14 cars broken into, one person bike stolen off their balcony from the THIRD floor, like unheard of. I’ve lived in other Camden properties but this one is not it. Please don’t waste your time to upset yourself and loose your peace of mind and security. I hate hate making negative reviews, I’m hoping to help someone make Apartment shopping a little easier. Know one deserves to live this way!

Would not recommend to anyone. Camden is more concerned with making money than taking care of their tenants. Be sure to document every interaction with management written/video/picture or they will screw you over in the end. Turned in my parking pass and pool bands and asked the lady if I was all set and she said yes. Turns out she never wrote it down and I was charged an extra $90. Please hire better employees that will do their job.

Michelle was extremely knowledgeable, quick, friendly and helpful. I could tell she really cared about making sure I found the perfect place for me, and didnt feel rushed. Unfortunately, I will not be able to move in sooner due to the outbreak but will consider this apartment complex for the future.

I have been in Houston for a while now and Camden City Centre is by far one of the best communities to live in. Everything is very centric, walking distance, convenient and most of all safe. I always feel safe coming in and out of the community because I always see Security Officers driving around patrolling. The staff is very helpful and attentive when I need them. I will highly recommend living at Camden City Centre, such a beautiful property :)!!!

The community management team at Camden are great. They are always there to help. I had my access card stolen (along with the rest of my wallet) recently and Dianne was able to get me a new one right away.The maintenance team are always completing service requests in a timely fashion without issue. I’ve lived here for over 3 years now and don’t have any complaints.

Lived at Camden City Center for a year after moving to Houston. Just moved out after buying a house. Great place to live. Excellent location to get on the freeway to wherever you are going. Perfect location to walk to bars and restaurants in Midtown. Nice amenities including the gym.Any time I had a maintenance issue it was taken care of within one day.The office staff was always friendly and helpful.Great choice for an apartment in Midtown.

The staff at this community is absolutely wonderful! Everyone Ive ever spoken with speaks with a smile and knows every resident by name! Ericka is a superb leader who oversees an impeccable community which is located in an area where any need one has is within a few minutes!

I signed my lease and moved into Camden City Centre in July 2018, and it was easily the most pleasant apartment experience Ive had, out of 15 years and 6 addresses. It is a large, mostly-self-contained Midtown complex that has a vague Brooklyn-like sensibility, and almost feels like its own little neighborhood. I have genuinely enjoyed every part of living here. While there are a few quirks that take some getting used to, like parking, and the sheer size of the community (it takes up more than 8 blocks!), if you are looking for a Midtown community with excellent service, thoroughly thought-out amenities and safety precautions, and a comfortable and highly-functional living space, Camden City Centre is an excellent option.

I moved in last month and have been pleased with Camden City Centre. The location is great. My roommate and I live in Phase II so everything is like new. Nice appliances, spacious living area with HUGE bathrooms and closets. The parking situation is great. Only residents can park inside the garage so theres always a spot. I would recommend anyone looking at a midtown apartment (or apartment in general) to check Camden City Centre out.

My fiance and I moved into Camden City Centre about six months ago, so I believe were finally qualified to write a review. We LOVE this Camden location. We love being able to walk everywhere in Midtown, and we love our modern phase II apartment - even the older phases are up-to-date. Our kitchen is gorgeous, and perfect for entertaining.There are quite a few floor plans and styles to choose from - it is a bit overwhelming, but the staff is very approachable and knowledgeable. Some floor plans require a longer wait, but there are always seem to be quick move in options as well. The apartments on the first floor are perfect for dogs - the private balconies open to sidewalks or courtyards.Parking is a challenge at times, and and paid spots are required for guests while the top floors of the garage remain empty - perhaps they need the area for future expansion, but wed love to see some open guest levels (there are only four spots in our garage) and strictly enforced towing on the lower levels. Regardless, there is a lot of street parking in the area - just be safe, and hide your valuables. But thats the same for everywhere downtown.I walk to work, and every morning I see Camden staff tending to the grounds. I havent found issues with pet waste like I have at other properties. Our maintenance issues have all been fixed on the next (or same) business day. I cant wait for the summer to come so I can go down to enjoy the pools!

The Camden staff is very attentive. They manage the complex very well. There are good resident events often as well. The apartment unit I am in is nice. Keep up the good work.

Many lies and misrepresentations of the unit. The quality of the remodeled units is horrible. The electricity for one month is over $150 with the thermostat at 78. The 30 day guarantee is a joke. They do not refund any money. They steal your money and claim they didnt. Paid over $1600 extra that was not refunded as promised. There are many hidden fees and they do not have full disclosure about the property. The property public areas such as elevators and hallways are really dirty. Some bedrooms have a piece of glass instead of an actual window. They said move in would be easy just park in the fire lane, but its really far for the movers and added 2 hours to the move. Also be warned the property backs up to several bars with open balconies so noise in the summer is really bad. Massive road construction in the area and several units and cars have been broken into in the resident garage.

This has to be the apartment with the best accessibility to all the freeways in Houston, which is a huge deal for someone like me in sales by going to multiple call points throughout the area. Its also one of the best prices.The true thing that sets it apart is the service from all the staff here. They have helped me beyond measure and their service is what generates the best part of the review from me. The community is amazing but the staff will make you feel like youve found home.

This is hands down the best complex that Ive lived in in Houston! Not only is the complex well kept but the staff are very friendly and made my stay memorable. Special shout out to Kenya and the Team for making me feel at home during my tenure there!

Absolutely love the concierge level service the Camden City Centre staff delivers. Extremely responsive and efficient in resolving whatever matter you bring to their attention. Property is well kept and definitely delivers a certain level of exclusivity. I transferred from another Camden so there was a certain expectation I had for living within the Camden Family and they have definitely exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premier living experience.

This complex has exceptional customer service and truly takes care of their tenants. Nice and respectful, and always willing to help. I was locked out from my place a few weeks ago and was so relieved to find the office was still open so they could help me get another key. Really the little things like that matter the most. I have had the most interactions with Molly and she’s my go to for help. The community here is great and you will definitely acquire life long friends with your neighbors or just by socializing at the gym, pool, or park!

Top notch experience.All of the leasing agents have gone above and beyond to help my relocation to Houston a success. They helped me pick out the best unit and floor plan for me and have introduced me to my neighbors at monthly events. I love City Centre! Been living here for about 5 months now and Im very satisfied. Im walking distance from restaurants! The office staff are friendly and very informative, they are ready to answer any and all my questions, so I knew everything I needed to know when I signed! There were tons of different floor plans so the tour was awesome! The parking garages are gated and have plenty of spaces (nobody can park inside unless they have a Camden permit so that keeps me feeling secure!), the pools, gyms, sidewalks and pretty much everything about Camden is very neat and well-kept. The maintenance do an excellent job at promptly responding to service requests. The dog park is a huge plus for pet owners! The community displays excellent efforts in organizing resident activities. There is complimentary coffee in both clubhouses, my favorite is the bigger machine, it grinds the coffee beans inside at the request of a new beverage! The apartments are clean and I have no pest issues whatsoever! Washer and dryer are included as is valet trash. The price I pay is very reasonable compared to other nearby communities in midtown! Camden has SEAL security patrolling as well as curtesy officers.

Staff at Camden City Centre have been extremely helpful and are always available to get their residents out of a bind. I have been Very impressed with my leasing agent (Maira) who has been available, eager and enthusiastic to take on and solve any problems that I have caused. This is especially helpful for someone like me who has a busy work schedule. The staff at Camden have gone above and beyond their work duties on numerous occasions, which includes a situation where a staff member named Molly stayed after hours to help me to get into my apartment. Give these people a raise already!

Looking for an apartment can be very stressful but Maira did a great job with making me at ease with my decision. My boyfriend and I loved the Boston floor plan. I really like how there are 3 pools and 2 of them are relaxation. Loved my experience!

Ive lived here since 2011. Overall, its been a great experience. The management team has improved a lot since I first moved in and the entire office staff has always been very friendly.PROS: Great location! Walkable to downtown and most midtown bars/restaurants. The staff plans regular social events. Though Ive never been able to make it to one of these, I think its great that they offer them!CONS: It is very young adult and its in the middle of party central. They claim to enforce a curfew of 10PM on weeknights, but there are often neighbors not respecting that. Generally, theres noise form the highway and street, but you get used to that and dont hear it after a while. Its what you would expect from city living. However, I do feel like walls and windows are paper thin. I hear conversations from other buildings a little too easily.

My husband and I have lived in Camden City Center since August of 2012. Camden has offered us the walk-ability to several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and even our jobs. We loved that Camden offers us to have our pet and multiple gyms, business areas, and pools. Yes, there is a little downfall of living so close to the city that there are car break-ins, but if you are smart and just take your valuables into your home or hide them in your car, you will be fine. Overall, we absolutely love living where we do.

As a first time apartment renter in Houston I was very skeptical. Camden has made my adjustment to this city so much easier with their friendly staff, quick response to your needs, and clean surroundings. If I put in a maintenance request in the morning, I can expect it to be fixed when I get home from work (they even leave you a note that it is fixed!) The location is perfect walking distance to restaurants and bars and the pools are exceptional. I recommend Camden City Centre to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance/service requests are always answered promptly, and the community is well-kept. Location is good and maintenance is awesome. Those guys are quick and efficient whenever you put a service request.Other than that, expect very very low standards. There is actually no routine for cleaning in this complex. They will just remove dog poop or some other thing here and there if you complain, but those hallways have never seen a broom or mop before.There is a HUGE SAFETY ISSUE, with cars getting broken into, and residents having personal stuff stolen out of their balconies.These are just facts, so if you like location but are willing to compromise safety and cleaniness, then go for it.

The office staff (especially Kenya) and maintenance crew are always very friendly and willing to help. The community has many great amenities (3 pools and 2 gyms) and there are always social gatherings going on to meet just about everyones needs. I absolutely love living here.

Camden City Centre has been everything I could have hoped for in an apartment! The location is great for a young, new professional working downtown as myself. Its close to work and the nightlife without out being too noisy. Jen Champion was amazing in making my move in as easy and smooth as possible. My only complaint would be the lack of visitor parking around the building but Ive managed to make due. Highly recommend this complex if youre looking to live in Midtown!

I came in to the office with a complicated problem and she tackled it effortlessly and provided me with the best possible solution that would benefit me the most! Came to pool party on 7/20 and it was really fun ! they had PINKS pizza and lottss of beer (for mature) and a yummy mixed drink (YUM)! people were playing water volleyball, and it was overall very social. the Camden team walked around and was super friendly! i definitely recommend this community :-)

I really enjoy living at City Centre. If Camden properties didnt have the amenities and features that people look for, they wouldnt be so popular - but they DO have everything that was on my list and more. I have had a truly positive experience so far, and I know it will continue. Every maintenance request Ive placed (from a light bulb being out in the high ceiling to the dishwasher being out of whack) has been resolved within 24 business hours. They host food trucks out front weekly, the (3!) pools are all super well-kept, and the gym has everything the average person would need. The employees are all really knowledgeable, which I really appreciate as someone who signed my lease before Id even visited or moved to Houston (living on a prayer, lol). One case in particular where the staff really went above and beyond was David helping me out with a package that had to come to the office instead of my apartment because of its size - he was so courteous and genuinely willing to help, and I cant thank him enough. Overall, Im so lucky and glad that I chose City Centre to start my life in Texas. My roommate and I recommend it to everyone looking for a place in Midtown.

I moved in a month ago and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Everyone in the front office is very willing to help. Stephanie has stayed late multiple times to help me get documents signed as I have a hard time making it to the office after work before they close.Camden City Centre has great amenities and location for a great value. I think it is one of the best places to live in Midtown.

The entire apartment complex is very well kept. Occasionally when maintenance is needed, the service is quick. In my cases, all service was completed within 24 hours. Furthermore, the employees do plenty to ensure all tenants are satisfied with the decision to live here. They have food trucks during the week, host get togethers, and deliver birthday cards among various other hospitable gestures.
