So far so good. Staff has been great, just have super noisy neighbors upstairs. Other than that I love it. I do receive a ton of emails and text though which could be a bit annoying.

High crime. I been here a month and my husband car was broken into within the first week of moving along with 5-6 other vehicles. Also my neighbors rims and tires was stolen off his car last night. I heard others experienced theft. I honestly dont feel safe. They really need security here. The area is beautiful and I love the unit, but the crime is whats making me not want to stay here.

Angie and Jeanette made the process of moving in easy. They remained in contact with me, ensured the apartment was complete and answered all remaining questions I had. So far, everything has been perfect and quiet.One thing I would suggest is putting up a stop sign when entering the gate because there has been multiple times cars will pass and dont stop to yield to the vehicles which are crossing over.

Save your money and go somewhere else. The amount that we pay is not worth it for the crime that happens in the apartment complex and they will charge you for everything and will violate you for everything . 1300 a month and not feeling safe. The neighbors cars have been broken into. Rims meaning all four tires have been stolen off of someone car. There cant be security if this is happening and The staff isnt taking these break-ins seriously.

This review is solely on the application process: I recently filled out an application and gave a deposit. I heard nothing from the company for almost a week until I had to call them to check on the process and then they said that some more documents were needed. They didn’t even bother to call and tell me. And then once everything is in they decide to call me and tell me I was denied the apartment with no explanation and then they kept my deposit for the apartment. I’m glad I will not be staying here. I do recommend the Advenir at Wynstone apartments nearby. They have great communication and higher ratings.

Stopped by this week with my boyfriend. He has been looking for the perfect apartment and Angie (i believe) made it possible. He will be moving in this month. Very nice property and the lady was very professional.

We’ve lived here two almost three months now... things were just okay up until this point.. the apartment itself is fine but I hate that I live here with two small babies. I just don’t feel the safest here, right after we moved in there were some thefts and gun shots fired.. I immediately regretted moving in after that.. and then just the other night OUR truck was stolen. The gates work sometimes...not currently working though..we’re in the middle of I guess another management change, hope it’s good! I can’t complain about our last management though, we never had issues with them directly. All in all... I’m not excited about the rest of our lease here.. at all..

We needed to move within 3 days and Sync made it happen! We were able to get approved and moved in by deadline. The whole experience has been great so far.the complex is quiet and family friendly.

This property is decreasing by the day and the new staff assistant manager Jeanette is rude she does not listen to the residents concerns oh and the maintenance here has become horrible, unprofessional; I placed two worked orders in and they stated they were completed and did not even do the work. Seems like this property is getting worse every time the office change staff. Just sad. To bad Stephane and Stacy and Jeffery and maintenance guy Darryl are not here, they had a lot in order and organize, the grounds were kept nice the maintenance work was completed in an orderly time the office staff was stern but professional. Lately, the recent staff team that has been here is unorganized and show no compassion no integrity and are incompetent in there job duties. They are misleading. This new staff is sad. I enjoyed it here but these past few months have gotten worse, waiting a month for a light bulb to be change and me providing the bulb is sad the parking has became out of control, the outside is siding is degrading and has not been clean. The amenities are out dated. This is just a sign that it is time to unroot after 3yrs. Seeking a realtor for this area.

We have been living here last six years in this Apartments. And we complain so many times that we need a night security officer. They never been so serious about. so many things happen. Thank you for the new management hopefully you guys have security officer at night, And For rest of the years

I recently moved in and the office staff is very professional, helpful and have great attitudes. The manager handled my concerns and questions very well and made it very ease for my decision to be made. All of them were very welcoming and continue to be every time I come to the office. I really like when I come to the office and I am greeted with the entire staff to ensure I am not waiting. The property is just beautiful!

Great place to live if you work in the Houston ship Channel. Close to shopping, dining, entertainment as well as the Ship Channel. Not too far from downtown. Great schools! Parking is okay during the week but on weekends its hard to find parking after 9pm. There is no assigned parking unless you purchase a garage. Management is great and really friendly. This complex offers 1-3 bd options and really is a great value for the price.

Angie made our move easy fast and possible. Great service. And nice apartments.

My husband and I have been residing here for 9 months and experience here has been great. The office manager and her staff has been very attentive. The maintenance team take care of any problems very promptly. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and the shopping areas are near by. I will highly recommend to reside here!

4 weeks, 5 phone calls, and 17 sent emails, and I STILL dont know what my move out is. I talked to one lady who promised Im going this afternoon and I promise I will call you right after. No phone call. The next day I called again, and same scenario.This is a HORRIBLY managed complex. The ONLY way to get anything done is to post a bad review.The maintenance men were always very nice, but the office staff sucks horribly.Even before I moved out, I had constant issues (mind you, I always paid my rent on time, gave ample move out notice, and was a quiet, tidy, resident) with communication No one ever answers the phone or returns calls.The pool isnt reliably open, and they allow dogs to poop everywhere. The gates NEVER both work.If youre looking for a place to live, dont let the pretty inside fool you, keep looking.

I am a perspective resident. I thought the property was clean and well-maintained. The office staff was courteous and helpful. I felt the price of the apartment was very reasonable. I am looking forward to moving into my new apartment in this community soon!

Staff is pretty friendly and overall the place is decent. But if you need anything done to your apartment prepare to put in maintenance requests time and time and time again and have nothing done. Moved in and paint was all messed up on almost every wall in apartment. Used a glossy tan to cover marks on walls and the walls are a flat tan. Was told itd be taken care of THAT weekend. It wasnt. Now 3 weeks later and many maintenance requests in, and still nothing has yet to be done about it. Was never given a trash can than I am being charged for. About to be in the office every day until something is done about it.

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!!! I’ve had two leases here and will never even think about renewing for a third time. These apartments stay changing the management and every team member they bring in either doesn’t know what they are doing or just says idk. The maintenance never comes when asked yet when neighbors who complain all the time ask for maintenance they come to them ASAP.. hmmm favoritism. When asking for corporates phone number the office REFUSES to give me the number hmm red flag, hiding something? The “security” or “patrol officer” they supposedly have never answers the phones, never calls back, and there is always crime happening in the parking lot like peoples cars getting broken into like mine!! They broke the whole door handle off and the apartments can do nothing about it, they have no cameras whatsoever. I’ve witnessed many people getting mugged from people who hangout in the pool that don’t even live here. Even the office windows get broken and they can do nothing about it because of no cameras lol what good business idea that is can’t help us or the company. They charge a fortune for HORRIBLE service!! The gate never works for my “special code” they give me and when using the clicker they supplied it works about 20% of the time so I either have to wait for somebody else to get into the apartments or I have to wear my hand out clicking the button so much!!! THESE APARTMENTS CAN NEVER FOX ANYTHING!! Last note, if I can’t remember all the other stuff that’s wrong here, the maintenance when they do decide to come into my apartment but at my neighbors request are looking at everything I own!! Looking in my kitchen and all the items I have in my living room even pointing his flashlight at my items hmmm yet sir I thought you were here for my laundry room why so bossy at the items I have in my house? I wouldn’t suggest these apartments for your safest interest, thieves in the streets and in the office by the looks of it. They even threatened to break the lock to my apartment whenever I gave them FOUR COPIES at my own expense of money and time and they still managed to lose all four of the copies I gave to them. Where did they lose them you ask? Beats me but maybe some other person could have found them on the ground and broke into my apartment!!! Like I said NOT SAFE AND FAR FROM BEING GOOD APARTMENTS.

The management is complete trash and they catch an attitude with you. They claim theres no one above the property manager who by the way is very unprofessional. Dont move in here. Not worth the price or the space. The only way they have any good reviews is cause they bribe the residents with gift cards to put good reviews.

As a current resident I do not wish to share my name. But This place has gone through multiple Management & Staff chances within the year (not good changes). The Pool area is always filled with teenagers smoking drugs or drinking and you can tell they DO NOT live here. It looks like they just let anyone move in now due to the Type of people moving in here (def not “luxury” apartments) the environment here has def changed Oh and their “fitness” area is filthy with 75% of the machines being non working....I’m sorry but there is not anything luxury about these apts. hopefully the new manager makes some changes because there has yet to be any! Only slight upside is they do have an officer who stays on site.

As much money you spend to live here they dont have cameras nor a security guard. Gate is ALWAYS open to THIEFS & VIOLENCE would not waste time or money here. Management is horrible honestly.

Not even been move in for 15 days and my car got broke in to. Not cool. They need to get some security on property just the other day we Heard gunshots in a parking lot and the other day somebody was getting robbed outside.

If anyone says this place is worth your money...their probably getting paid or never lived in anything descent. They bait you in by waiving fees and taking $500 off first months rent. I’m here to tell you it’s not worth it. I lived there 2 months and decided to move. Also the regional manager is a arrogant individual (Louis). Going to Louis to further assistant is a waste of breath. I recommend taking your hard earned money somewhere that you will actually enjoy where you and your family reside.

Ive lived here for right at a year and so far love it. Have every intention of renewing my lease. The complex is a very nice complex; the management and/or staff are always helpful and courteous. And while I have not had any maintenance issues, when I come across the maintenance staff, they are always very friendly. The apartments are very roomy and I really dont have any complaints about the noise level at the complex (I live in a downstairs unit and its just part of apartment living that you are going to have to deal with the stomping from upstairs neighbors). I also havent had any issues with feeling unsafe at all. As for the parking, while I wish we could have assigned parking even if it meant paying a little extra per month, Ive always been able to find a parking space in front of or near my building.Jennifer B.

Staff is very unprofessional. NEVER return calls nor they call you regarding status of ANYTHING! I’m in the business and I work for low income properties and I am so glad my staff is well trained with excellent customer service! Unlike these ladies in the office. Since the first day we applied, they were unprofessional. Shoes under desks at plain view. Both of the leasing staff inattentive. While filling out the rental application online their iPad crashed literally 4 times and it just happened to be that the 4th time it crashed I was submitting my credit card information and I get a email stating that I have an NSF fee of $50 because my card had “insufficient” funds.. I end up paying this stupid fee and additional deposits and STILL no lease for me to sign or a call back! The apartments are beautiful and they’re in a great location, if I could I would train these girls well and make sure there are no bad experiences. Let’s see how the rest of my process goes... still waiting for a call...

Really nice apartments. Hated the fact that random people would come knocking on your door and management would refuse to give out the security officer number. They claimed that if your had an emergency you could call the office and the call would be forwarded to the manager which is completely false. And a couple thought they could do as they pleased and start up arguments with anyone for the simple fact that they claimed to be related to Ruby which is the complex manager. Ready to get out of here!!!!!Dont even waste your time....very rude management!

First. There’s MOLD growing on the outside cornered of the building. The walls are too thin you can hear your neighbors arguing or their baby crying late at night there is mold growing outside the building all over the corners everywhere The gate code does not workThat when you let the office know they reply in a snobby attitude/unprofessional way and tell you to go buy another battery for your remote instead of fixing the gate code itself. One of my neighbors had rats at one point The office refused to do anything about it so my neighbors broke their lease. One month later the apartments moved someone else in and they had the same RAT PROBLEM. At the gate you will see you about three cars or so trying to get in their own apartments which is ridiculous. They charge for valet trash but add additional fees if you’re trash is out there from certain hours. The office is very unprofessional, can’t even enjoy the gym without them interrupting as if your not in the middle of an intense workout. I would not recommend to anyone living here

DO NOT LEASE AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!! You will regret it beginning the day you move in. The staff all the way from management to maintenance are useless. Hiring untrained monkeys would be an improvement over these people. Worked into your lease are charges for trash pickup and pest control. The trash pickup was sporadic at best and weeks would go by without it being taken. The pest control is a scam too. There are German roaches everywhere regardless the measures you take. I took to putting out the old combat disks to try to keep them down. The automatic gates were out so often and for so long and without posting that people would be lined up trying to get out and be unable to do so. The maintenance worker couldnt even fix a light. It took the guy three attempts to change a light bulb and it would only occasionally work after that. The pool was closed most the summer because they dont know how to maintain a small swimming pool and wouldnt hire anyone that does know how. The most disturbing thing has to do with the locks. The doors have two deadbolts, one keyed from the outside and one not keyed from the outside, and occasionally the one keyed from the outside would unlock while I was there as if someone with a key was testing to see if someone was home. Before I could get to the door the person would be gone. I know there are many burglaries here and on top of that its just scary. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other properties in the area and pass on this one.Update: I see that after 3 months the human turds that run that property have finally responded with a bullshit canned statement. These people are the worst. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE ATTEMPTED BURGLARIES!!!!! YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE NOT SAFE THERE!!!!!!

Apartments were quiet. my unit was new, no real issues with this community.They did keep my deposit for some reason when i moved out. Never was told why, the apartment was in fantastic shape.Overall, this is a decent place tucked away, but i would say overpriced given its distance from the city.

I lived here for a while in a two bedroom and while the complex is nice, and the actual apartment is nice, this place should be the last place on your list.THERE IS NO PARKING! Dont think that it gets better, if you get here after 8 pm on any given night then forget it. You can drive around in circles but eventually youll end up on the other side of the gate that you pay so much for each month; a gate that is consistently BROKEN.They also tow, which was a great comfort at first with the competitive parking, but it is nothing but an inconvenience. They tow to a lot over thirty minutes away, and while they tow in the middle of the night, guess what? You cant pick it up until 8:30 the next morning. Youre not going to have people over while living at these apartments because theyll soon become roommates.And maintenance? Okay. They offer the option to request service online which, of course, seems like a comfort at first. No. I requested online maintenance and they marked it as done and NEVER showed up. The maintenance workers seem nice enough but I wouldnt know because they never actually performed maintenance on my unit. On the new system, they still offer online maintenance but you have to opt-in for entrance when youre not there, which bothers me.And all of the little things that happen that you decide you might be able to live with: the pool is sometimes packed, sometimes empty, but after the office closes the whole concept of the pool pass disappears. ENTIRE families show up, and trust me, youre not fitting all 11 people in your two bedroom apartment.The outside walls are thin. So your neighbor is dragging a screaming child up to the third floor, guess what? Youre listening to it the entire time, and all from the comfort of your couch.Also, while they are relatively new, they were built quickly, so there are quite a few construction mistakes that will inhibit your daily life. Some along the lines of an entire islands worth of outlets, that just DONT WORK, tile that doesnt stay on the wall, and hot water that only lasts for 15 minutes.The office staff were generally nice and even worked with us on rent a few times when checks were running late or funds were tied up, but that one bitchy blonde in the office never failed to tick me off.Neither my car nor my apartment were ever broken in to, but thats just luck considering everyone elses were. This complex is starting to look better under the new management, but its still not somewhere I would want to come back too.

MOVED IN TWO MONTHS AGO HAS BEEN A TOTAL NIGHTMARE ROACH INFESTATION HAS STILL NOT BEEN TAKEN CARE OF, HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR TRASH PICKUP MONTHLY BUT WAS NEVER GIVEN A TRASH CAN THAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE SERVICE BECAUSE THEY STILL ARE ORDERING THEM SO IM BASICLY PAYING FOR NOTHING, WAS NEVER PROVIDED THE PROPER PARKING PERMIT BY THE OFFICE WHEN I MOVED IN CAR WAS TOWED APPARENTLY NOT THEIR PROBLEM BECAUSE I WENT AND GOT MY CAR OUT OF IMPOUND AS SOON AS I WOKE UP INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR THEM TO OPEN THE OFFICE 5 HRS LATER TO LET THEM KNOW. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO MOVE IN I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE I HAVE NOT MEET A SINGLE PERSON THAT LIVES THERE AND ACTUALLY ENJOYS IT EVERYONE IS THERE BECAUSE THEY SIGNED A LEASE THEY CAN NOT GET OUT OF.

I think this property is great!

Break ins, break ins.. My neighboors rims, a burglary across from me, and twice in two weeks for me was enough to break my notice and take my losses, before I lost something more. I showed them my broken switch of my truck on the floor, two police reports, and explained the cituation, only to be ignored by corporate, and told security was there to protect the property, not tenants or vehicles. Reena was always very helpful, but doesnt change the circumstances. They should be reminded of Implied warranty of habitability. For the payment, you can find a much safer place, and just as nice. I sure did. And ALWAYS a parking issue, or lack of. Not worth it.

We have lived here for three years. the management changed and everything went down hill. Here are a few reasons to avoid renting here.1 Rent is very high for the quality of the Apartments.2 Management is rude, acts like they are doing you a favor to talk to you.3 very poor maintenance. they will not fix anything you request.4 Very Very poor security, no security guard, but wait. According to the managementif you have an issues, you can call. we have two, count them two, first responders, that live here. If they are not asleep or on duty, they might be able to help you.5 Pool is full of nonresidents every weekend. Looks & sounds like, party town USA, all night long!6 Gym is lock most of the time. When its not its occupied by, you guessed it, nonresidents.7 Grounds are not kept. Trash constantly on the grass.8 Emergency lighting dose not work.9 Last but not least, our rent as well as other residents rent was stolen from the secure drop Box. Even though the management knew this had happen, we were threaten with eviction if we did not pay the rent again, oh and dont forget the late feeswhile they investigated.my friends, run,run far away from any property managed by Elysian.your trulyIgnored TenantP.S. Lived here for TOO LONG (worst mistake). So glad our lease will be up in December!!!!! We couldnt be happier leaving this place. Just this morning two trucks were left on bricks. why? Because the gates have been broken for the past week!!!!! There is no urgency in the front office fixing anything. They have said many times before security isnt here to protect you or your property, its to protect the our property!! Seriously?!! There have been several vehicles stolen and apartments broken in to. Of course the front office wont tell you all of this when looking to rent. They dont want you to know so you think youre moving in to such a great place. Ummm no! Ask them about any crime happening and they tell you that they cant discuss it. Bull crap! Your rent will increase every time renew. Everything has gone up. You have to pay for your own light bulbs (they used to do it) nope not anymore. Bottom line. You should NOT consider moving here AT ALL. Youre paying high dollar rent for cheap everything. Parking is THE WORST! Management and front office are rude and dont care about your safety or property!!!!! DO NOT MOVE IN!

Not RecommendedReviewed 09/12/2018Ive lived here for over a year now and the trash situation and staff have gotten worse. I was locked out of my apt yesterday so I called the emergencey number. The recording says they will charge me a $25 lock out fee, which Im totally fine with. The lady that returned my call to let me know they were sending maintenance over also told me there would be a $25 fee and I said thats fine, Ill come by the office tommr to pay it, she said thats fine we will figure that out later. This morning I went to the office and she said it will be a $50 fee. I said maam you told me $25 and the recording says $25. She looked me straight in my eyes with a smile and said she never said that to me. I stood there in the office this morning shocked that I was being called a liar! This new management team is horrible. Also the trash around the propert is also out of control. There is always trash in the parking lots & dog poop on every piece of grass they have. Good luck taking your kids to the pool too because apparently its ok to sit and smoke weed in the pool while your child is swimming. I cant tell you how many times they have changed the staff in the office but this group they have in place now is just horrible!! Dont fall for the smiles and pretty decor of the front office cause it definitely does not represent this complex. Flower beds are nothing but mud pits!!

I stayed in these apartments before they made a year old and it was really nice!!! The original name was Liberty Hills apartments but I see they have made changes.. Parking was a real issue and the break ins were ridiculous but I guess they have made alot of changes.

Gym equipment is always broken, we were offered a discount the first year and then in the second they tried to say that it was applied but we were still paying more each month, their math never added up so they just ignored it. Fuses go out all the time with maintenance never responding to calls. Charge for a service to take the trash down but only one bag per night. .if you have two theyll leave one..got a warning to bring my trash can in after the trash was picked up but there is a refrigerator in the hall on the second floor!!! Guess thats ok.. Way too expensive for horrible service..getting out in August and will not recommend to anyone. Oh and the first year light bulbs were replaced for free..not in the second year .do you know how many different types of light bulbs this place has?!??!

My girlfriends apartment was broken in to no help from the office apparently we’re the 3rd in the last 4 weeks just in my building the gates never work so people come and go as they please So not worth the 1100 that she’s paying to live in a place that doesn’t care about there tenants

As far as comfort goes... it was very nice! It was the nicest apartment Ive lived in... I loved the updated look and the pool. The fitness center was nice as well but nothing to brag about. I hated the eggshell finish on the walls because if you have kids at all, it was going to get ruined!! You couldnt rub anything off of it without scrubbing the actual paint off! NOW FOR THE REASONS I GAVE THEM TWO STARS.....SAFETY!I was there for 3 weeks before I came home on my lunch break to a broken in apartment. Also within about 6 month time frame there was at least one day a week that a cop was there for a robbery call. Im almost certain everyone in my building had been robbed. The coke machine thats in the pool area was hammered broken and was broken into also. I noticed that the fitness cernter door was also broken so they could have access to the lobby when it was closed... idk what they couldve taken from there... maybe peoples delivered stuff??? i dont know....I also had a downstairs neighbor that played very loud music! There was also someone that blew horns from their balcony EVERY friday night... i have no idea if it was a religious thing or just dudes drunk on friday night.The staff seem ok but with the robberies and never getting caught and my husband being told we couldnt get out of a contract just because we got robbed is all enough for me to not recommend that place to anyone!!Sure its nice... but to what extent?

Elysian is the worst place I ever stayed at .. When we first move in we needed maintenance to fix one of the toilets in our apartment, 2 years later the toilet was never fix. We had roaches for over a month and the pest control guy would never show up, and when he finally showed he busted the cord that connects the stove so,I didnt have a stove to cook for 4 days because this happen on a Friday and maintenance dont work on weekends and they took Monday because someone called in . I confronted the manager about roaches and them not fixing my stove like they said they would on Monday and her response is, that dont have nothing to do with us because they are contractors, stupid well then who the heck pays them for the service at the apartments . Oh and also she tried telling me is because I had a dirty kitchen that the pest control guy told her, my response to her was u can get up from your chair and go to my kitchen and tell me if my kitchen is dirty, I would even ask the guy what can I do to keep the roaches away nasty you would open the cabinets to get a plate and you see roaches dropping. They also towed my car even though it had a sticker for parking. I had to still go get my car and wait 2 hours in the parking lot for the tow company to release my car because the apartment complex was taking their sweet time to call. Also, we have a alarm system and they had there annual fire alarm inspection they send a email if we had a alarm to provide them with a code and I did, next thing I know my boyfriend calls me to tell me the alarm is going off, they not once even try to touch the alarm to turn it off, they just walk in and walk out .. I went to the front office and confronted the manager but once again the words they love to say they dont have nothing to do with it. I was mad because I get charge for a false alarm and the maintenance guys going to my apartment knowing I have an alarm system and they would never write the alarm code. The part about it is that they will just open the door and hear the alarm going off they just close it back thinking that the alarm is going to stop!!! This happened several times I took the bill to the front office and they only reimburse me for one and I had several . That is why when I went to the office I was upset because I had already talk to them about that, and then to hear the manager says that has nothing to do with us . YES it does because the people that went into my apartment went to the apartment complex you manage .. The part of it why even ask for a code if they dont even turn it off .. oh and one of her other response was well they were Men And you know how men are ... REALLY !!! When we gave our 60 day notice and we had another place to request if we put our 60 day notice they said we didnt put out 60 days notice we almost didnt get the other place because if this .. I had to go to the front office to see what was the reason well they never put it in the system .. During summer time I try taking my kids to go swimming and the someone that worked there told me dont take the kids because they have not put any chlorine to clean the pool that they didnt want to pay the money and when I would pass by the pool it was green no lie .. They want rent on time because if you dont they charge u and believe me we pay good money to stay there. The least you can do is take care of your residence and stop making excuses and using the line that dont have nothing to do with us because it DOES ... Im out of there Im in a new place and I love it here .. the first day we had problems maintenance respond immediately and fix everything ..

Been at the apartment complex for over a year and although weve had a few inconveniences in the past it seems as if the new management are starting to work things out for a better quality of apartment living.

Nice apartment would not recommend nobody to move-in management is bad at keeping up with their money or how much youre going to pay a month do not move in management do not know what theyre doing they messed up with my rent money messed up with my deposit and security is bad man got shot last month my recommendation they need new management and do not moving it was so bad I prefer to move out live one month there and moved out neighbors complain about the management everybody complains

Tremendous disrespect this apartment complex I do not recommend anyone living here because of the mismanagement and bad treatment that the Office has in the first place ah when it comes to solving a problem, secondly bad planning with the situation we are going through With the covid 19 pandemic, there was no economic planning for residents to pay their rent. And finally, constant robberies towards the complex, you cannot leave a package outside the door of the condominium because it is stolen, they also steal the tires and tires of the parking lot and the office does not take security measures with respect to those types of cases and they also do not reveal the security cameras that they supposedly have. I think that it is the only way that people know the situation of this condominium so that the same situations do not happen to them. Thank you, nice day 👍👍
