Outstanding!!! That is the only way to start this review. First off with the current challenges that we face during COVID has made everything a bit more difficult. My situation was no different, with travel restrictions and not having the ability to apartment search a turned to Houston Apartment Insiders (I am not a trusting person when it comes to renting or purchasing without seeing it face-to face). Fredell Belasco contacted me shortly after that. I initially had no idea what to expect but Fredell made it easy. I gave her my wish list of what I would like to rent and to make it a little more challenging for her I added a restricted breed to it. Fredell with zero hesitation told me to hold tight and she would give me a call back. Said and done I had the list in my inbox and her top three recommendations. I thought it would end there but Fredell followed up with schedule appt with my picks. Which I picked the one I thought would be best and fit my situation. Fredell followed up and we said our good byes... Nope, Fredell after i signed made sure I new how to navigate all the utilities and gave me additional tips on how to navigate Houston being my first time. I cant give enough thanks and praises. Im in New York and was in the process of moving to Houston for fellowship. With all the things going on, I did not have time to make a trip to Houston to look for apartments. I moved to Houston this past year, and decided to use Apartment Insiders to find a place to live, since I was not familiar with the area. Fredell did an excellent job helping me find a great apartment in Houston. I was moving from out of state and was unfamiliar with the neighborhoods, but after discussing what I was looking for, she put together a solid list of buildings and made the search process very simple.
