I have lived here for about a year now and renewed my lease.Most complaints I have are minor and down to neighbors; the only real issue I have had was that their website listed the apartments as cable ready, and they were not. It doesnt seem to list that on the website anymore but be warned that you may have to have a utility service call to get internet or phone, particularly if you are in one they recently remodeled.Aside from that, however, I have enjoyed living here so far. It is reasonably quiet and well kept - if not perfectly then at least serviceable - and the price is good. When I renewed my lease the increase in price was far lower than I expected. When I have had maintenance issues they have been fixed promptly and with little disruption. When I need to talk to the staff they are friendly. And the location is good - far enough from the interstate to avoid many of the nuisances that come with that, but close enough to enjoy the amenities of it.If I had two improvements to request, it would be to a) use a better exterminator service, and b) get a dumpster near the southern side of the complex rather than just in the middle and north sides.

I have lived here for six months their studio apartment is the bomb never have a problem with parking have not seen any bugs the apartment stays cool when its hot even without the air conditioning on and warm even without the heater on and the pool is amazing and I love the office staff they are so sweet always saying hi and very informative thank you guys

I just toured the property and all i have to say is WOW!!!!! The upgrades are beautiful and I love all the closet space. Its literally 5 minutes away from the mall and other stores which is a major plus! I like the fact that when i went in for a tour the office was warm and welcoming. They were very accommodating and me feel at home even after asking a million and one questions. Im super excited and cant wait to move in!!!! See ya soon Ladies ;)

I have been a resident for over 4 years and I call The Park at Clear Lake my home. Great neighbors, close to Bay Area Park & Ride, near Hwy 45 and just close enough to the heart of Clear Lake to reach any destination within minutes.The staff and management has changed multiple times and there have been improvements and changes. The current staff always try to provide professional customer service by answering my questions and completing maintenance requests as soon as possible. They have an awesome maintenance crew!The rent is fair and over the years it has not increased that greatly at the time of renewal.They keep the property clean and well maintained.If I happen to see an occasional bug, I just let the office know and they include me on the Orkin list. I dont have a bug problem at all.My one bedroom is spacious and roomy for me and my small dog. We love it here and recommend that you join us and our neighbors.Oh and I recently discovered that Metro Transit runs regularly less than a block away.

It would be five star if I was basing it solely on the current management.So i will admit that the previous management almost ran me out. They werent organized, couldnt even tell me when the pest guy would be at my apartment to treat for an infestation that happened thanks to a neighbor. And the manager just was straight rude to me several times when i came to them about problems.HOWEVER. The new management, Keener Management, and the girls in the office that came with them have been AMAZING. They are so helpful. When there was a mishap with a money order I gave them for rent, they made sure it was taken care of, not without a scare of eviction, but that wasnt anybodys fault. I forgot to write my unit number on my payment so they didnt know where to place it. They worked with me in the office until we got it all figured out. And when we did, everything was fine, no extra charges, nothing. Michelle and Brianna have been awesome working with me for a transfer into a full one bedroom. They found a unit with my exact specifications and are allowing me to transfer at the end of my lease with no extra transfer fee. They have been overwhelmingly patient with my calls bombarding them with questions about when I can apply for it and how the application is coming along. The system didnt work right for payment so they are charging my account for the app fee instead so I dont have any chances of losing the apartment Im desperate for. They have just been amazing! Ive never left a review for an apartment complex before, but these girls deserve it. They are so patient and kind. I cant wait to spend another lease here, if not more than just that. Talk to Michelle or Brianna when you go in! They rock!

One of the worst places to leave there leasing team is by far the worst, the location smalls like pot 24.7 and my rent is due on the 3rd and by the 4 they are already filling eviction they have messed up my rental history, and for 15 years it was perfect, for example Thurs is the 3rd and payday falls on 4th... 100 late fee and its already in court ... did this to me 5x to the point of being fearful of losing my home and spend ex money just to stay... 2nd the charge for a bug service and not once did they come to spray my home ... dont put in a mantunice request in it will never get fix you like waking up to go to work drunks will be sleeping on your porch in there vomit and yes this happens like evey weekend ... I can go on in on about why not to leave hear but I wont trust me the face lift they have done does not change how bad it is, nice to look at but dont get trapped like I did ...

Been here almost a year and I have no complaints besides I pay for pest and never seen them but I dont have pest.

If I could give them no star I would. No matter the issue, if you go to the office with it theres a reason why its not their problem. Theyll charge you a monthly fee for bug control, and you might see an exterminator one single time during your year lease. You know whats always around? Fleas and roaches. Infested. Washers/driers on property quit halfway through a load literally 1/3rd of the time, if you can even get them to start. hot water is inconsistent, at best. Once they changed the website for their rent payments, and due to an error on their end they told me to pay $16 less than I truly owed. The day after rent was due I was threatened with eviction over said $16, and it was totally their fault from start to finish, they even admitted it was a clerical error. Honestly, if you have literally any other choice it would likely be better than this.

My husband and I have lived here for over 15 years. We both like the apartment very much. We like it due to it being very convenient and near grocery and drug stores. The office staff are very helpful and nice and the maintenance is very good and does respond quickly.

I know every situation is different, my experience at The Park has been great. Things break, situations occur of course. That being said, I have never had a situation where upon talking to the office, they did not go out of there way to make it right. All while being extremely polite and welcoming, personally, its nice to see.

Michelle worked with us, love the apartments, I put in a application and within a week I was moving in !!

Property is under new management and they are great !! Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner, and the girls in the office are super nice. Manager is willing to speak and help in anyway she can. This place has changed alot since they arrived.

Hot water is off 2-3 times a week sometimes. Roaches everywhere. Had 3 different management companys in under 2 years. Raise in rent each time new management came in. Have been hung up on when I have called the office just trying to get answers. Really hope these issues are resolved with new management because I love this place.

Moved in a few months ago and my experience was great! Maintenance repairs are done very quickly and office staff is very attentive. Would highly recommend as everything you need is very close

Just wanted to say Ive been here a little over 3 month I enjoy the pools, Nelly helped me with my move in, it was very smooth. Grounds are well kept. If your looking for a reasonable price for a home this is it. Ask for Nelly she is wonderful. :)

I lived at this complex for close to 7 years. I can say that the rent rate has always been great for the location. I never expected luxury, just a good place to live and thats what I got.The Main Office staff and there have been many...has always been great. The Maintenance crew have always responded the same day for a fix or by the next day. Yet, they would reach out to you.Once I had my A/C go out once, and they unexpectedly came and installed a small window unit they got mine up and running.People complain about roaches, and of course I have seen some in my time there. Yet, a simple walk or call to the Office asking them to put you on the Orkin list and problem solved.Water pressure for my shower or it in general was never an issue. Parking was also never an issue. Theres no assigned parking unless you request it, but like all places there is a small fee.Now things I didnt like but have improved...the laundry room, and that was mainly due to people leaving the cloth in machine and you having to wait for them. Here and there recently the water would be shut off due to maintenance, and lack of notification was annoying. Yet, now they update you via text. So they are improving.Currently the complex is going through some renovations to give them a more updated look, which is a good thing.In all I really enjoyed my time here, and only had to move due to the distance I had to travel for my job. Its a great place and for those living on a budget. There is easy access to all the major sites in the Clear Lake Area.I would and have totally recommend this apartment complex.

POSITIVES: Cozy apartment. Reasonable price. Close to everything on Bay Area Blvd. Staff live on-site. Parking always available. Have never had car broken into or stolen. Quiet atmosphere - never bothered by any loud neighbors. Maintenance staff usually fairly prompt; usually address all issues. (99% of the time they leave a signed form inside so you know theyve been there). If maintenance staff arent available, they usually help over the phone. Heat / AC always immediately come on when switched on. Hot water / shower / refrigerator always work. TV / electricity always work (except dont use a hair dryer while other lights are on because electricity will shut off and youll have to flip the breakers outside). No insect / rodent issues except small cockroaches. NEGATIVES: Cockroaches are present (they are the tiny and medium-sized ones, not the big ones); roach traps help somewhat. Some old mold present on walk-in closet shelves (closet is adjacent to the bathroom, which does not have an AC vent blowing in or a window to the outdoors to help with ventilation); havent had any increase in mold. Washers/dryers are usually broken and have eaten many quarters, so have to go off-site to do laundry. AC vent was very loud for several months; eventually got it replaced; since then the sound has not been as bad. Ventilation is poor (smokers live in adjacent apartment and cigarette smell comes in through the vents). Maintenance entered apartment once when I did not request and with no notice; the office said it was a follow-up visit from a previous request. A few amenities have issues at times (kitchen sink leak for more than a week, toilet bowl chain broken for more than 24 hours, broken AC in mid-summer, rubber sealant needed for front door because there was a gap where air could come in) -- for some of these I had to call more than once. Surrounding neighborhood seems okay on the back side (park, neighborhood, etc.) but a bit sketchy on the street side and among the apartments. Just be mindful when youre walking around outside.

I Am happy to be returning to this area, it is so close to everything and the staff are always helpful. Vikki helped me get my paperwork done today and guided me to an apartment unit that would work best for me and my time frame. Overall greatly satisfied and looking forward to being a resident again.

Nallely is very informative and nice! When I came for a tour she really made me feel like this could be a place that I could call home! I have a little more shopping around to do, but I think this may be the one. I will make sure to give an updated review, when I decide.

Pros: The office staff is very nice. Especially Vicky! Love her. Quite. Typically can always find parking close to your apt. Pet friendly. Maintenance is usually very quick even after hours.All staff is friendly & amazing.Rent price is decent.Electricity bill is reasonable.Neighbors very nice & quite.Cons: ROACHES. ROACHES. ROACHES.No matter how clean you are or how much you spray, set traps, bomb, etc. you will never get rid of the roaches. The complex is infested with roaches. Recently moved out & had to throw away 85% of my furniture. Was not taking a chance of bringing roaches to my new place.Could hear rats/mice or whatever in the ceiling.Found a dead rat in my closet.If it wasn’t for the roaches I definitely would have been a resident longer.Did have mold in the master bedroom closet, they just painted over it. Didn’t ‘treat’ the mold.Ventilation is poor.Neighbors smoked cigarettes in their bathroom & definitely stunk up my whole bathroom.Spend the extra money on a different rental or basically start over when you move out.

By far great experience with staff! Nallely was so polite and patient to help out with all my needs and requirements. There’s always near-by parking by my apt complex and allows pets. Maintenance is pretty fast too!

Terrible experience they swindle you in with the specials. The rent is overpriced for what you get and you have to tiptoe around your house because neighbors cry about you being too loud when your walking in your house. Not to mention the bugs. Don’t be fooled by this place.

Management almost seems to care. But not likely. Have been complaining directly to the property manager for 8 months on a year long lease about the over abundance of cockroaches. On first occasion, she asked if I wanted to be put on a permanent, two week rotating pest control schedule. I said yes, and assumed it was happening. Put my dog up every other Friday and everything. Came back in early this year to inform her that the guy must be spraying sugar water, because we NEVER ONCE saw a decrease in pests. She then informed me that they only sprayed once, and why hadnt I contacted them? BECAUSE I WORK AND IM NOT THERE WHEN HE SUPPOSED COMES. Proceeds to make sympathetic face at me while explaining that if I abandon the lease I owe them X amount. I literally cannot buy produce because the roaches will eat it. They shorted out my microwave, they live in the coffee pot. My apartment is super clean- except for the roaches. Never mind that when I moved in, the a/c ran continuously day in and out and the interior temperature never dipped below 87 degrees. After several complaints, they sent a maintenance guy into the attic and he discovered a hole in the freaking roof that was letting all the air out. This place is a hell hole. Some skeeze ball moved in to the building next to mine and routine deals drugs in the corridor between them. Its super pleasant to go walk your dog and have a couple of guys smoking pot and cat calling you at all hours of the day and night. Not. Getting out ASAP. Anyone who marks this place higher than a two either doesnt mind living in filth, or is receiving a kickback on their rent. Seriously.

This is not America, what you see here is the dark side of Houston.Worst management ever. If there is anything you might need do not even worry about asking the ladies in the office. They do not care about your needs. A trash room would probably look ten times better than the laundry room over here. Roaches everywhere!!!My dogs have to be in an expensive flea treatment because they do not keep up with maintenance. I can wait to move out!Please find yourself a better place! this is the worst complex ever in Clear Lake.

The first management that was there when i moved in was really good and they were very helpful. After they left, things went downhill as far as management. As far as the apartments, there are a lot of roaches no matter how clean your apartment is, theyre everywhere. The water in the shower is brown sometimes, and the hot water occasionally doesnt work. The tub is peeling and you can tell they just paint over it. There were several times the management did inspections without giving any notice. Other than these issues and the apartment being generally old, it is in a good location and the property itself wasnt too bad.

Only good thing about these apartments is the location. Other than that, there’s roaches everywhere. Hot water in the tub comes out brown. Staff does “inspections” with no notice. Neighbors play loud music throughout the night. Naomi Gamez in the office is an evil woman, stay away from her.

The young lady named valerie was very helpful during the tour she gave me . Gave me all the information I needed . The ladies in the front office were all very welcoming and made me feel at home already ! Great place

The apartment that was shown to me was terrible. The cabinets were crumbling and had been painted over. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was uneven as you left the kitchen going into the bedroom. I had a meltdown on the leasing consultant because I was frustrated and in need of a place to live. When I saw how crappy the actual apartment was and the money they were charging I lost it. I was not rude to her but regret that I had said so much to leasing agent. She was young and trying to do her job. She was quiet and did not say much. The office staff was nice, but even the office is in a state of horrible disrepair. Maintenance men are creepy and just walk around the office. Its obvious they do more work on the 2br and the townhouses. The back building and the parking lot is small and terrible. Doesnt look are feel safe.

HELLAAAAA roaches yall...the apartment we are currently staying in is basically falling apart...there might be better ones in the complex like the newly renovated ones, but I wouldnt know about it

They advertise a fitness center but none of the machines work and its a closet in the office. You can never get a hold of the office. They shut the hot water off once a week sometimes more. The main lady in the office is really nice but impossible to reach. The appliances are always breaking and theres never any parking. They advertise Kemah close by but its about 25 minutes away. Theres a park across the street but its not apart of the apartments so Im not sure why they advertise that either. this was my first place renting and I got to say it has been a bad experience.

Do not live here. The rent used to be cheap enough that one could deal with the rot and rotten management. But they keep raising the prices and providing worse service. The landlord is inflexible and nearly unreachable. The staff does not return phone calls. The overall condition of the apartments is deplorable. I noted that my balcony door did not have the proper lock, and they have yet to fix it after 2 years. It took maintenance nearly 1 year to replace our door, which was so rotten that every time it opened, wood chips would fall out the bottom from the inside of the door. There is massive amounts of mold, mildew, and rot. The staff is not interested in addressing these issues. There are also pest problems, and the one time I had the apartment it sprayed, it only made it worse despite having to remove everything from the kitchen and cabinets. Do not live here.

They are rude they do not care about there tenants they do not care for there apartments the way they are legally suppose to when people move they discuss new carpets and carpet treatments that is false they say they have new cabinets no they have crappy painters who cover the smudges and not even in a good way they refuse to make bed bug infestations. Public so when they dig into the walls and infect other apartments your charged 300 to have the problem fixed they disrespect tenants they do not like they play favorites with the on property employees and allow them to do things like let there children rev there motorcycle up till midnight one o’clock in the morning but let someone else even have company at that time and they are served with a violation when the managers do not like u they will serve u violation after violation over stupid things like a flower cabinet being on your porch I have all documented and have spoken with lawyer as well as the Texas apartment association for Houston I’m in the process of finding out who is about this new office manager they should have just kept Lori and Vicki

This place is the absolute worse. I go to the office and complain and put work orders in and NOTHING gets fixed. Its RARE to get anything fixed . My water only gets luke warm, only half of my bathroom lights work, my kitchen lights were out for awhile. I had to complain for over a week to get the kitchen lights fixed. My dishwasher has been broken and leaking and has not been fixed after numerous complaints . I have a loose breaker that will turn off my refrigerator and guess how long that takes to get fixed ? My son fixed it and all my food went bad and i had to throw it out. Reimbursed ? I think NOT! And dont even get started on the maintenance and management... the manager is a JOKE & maintenance is TRASH. Dont waste your time living here. I have legit seen management screaming and yelling at residents, this place is a DISASTER! Drug dealers, prostitutes, and gang related violence and drunk indecent men peeing in the parking lots ALL THE TIME! NOT FOR FAMILIES OR DECENT HUMAN BEINGS! ZERO STARS, if it was possible!

Ever since they changed management, this place has been getting better and better. Great freindly staff that have been working hard to updated these apartments. Only wish i could stay longer.

This is not the place to stay I pay my rent on time and when I put in a work order or even call to get a exterminator they will take forever to come and get the job done. Today i went to pay my rent i took my copy of insurance that i been paying for last 3 years, Becouse they been charching me the last 3 months by theirs insurance .i ask them why i gat charged when i have my own insurance .i think the lady that jumped into the conversation was the manager and this lady has no manners to be a manager .the other lady Valerie was trying to help till this lady jumped disrespectful into the conversation saying that is my fault that theyve had charged me .i was really suprise that a manager has this type of customer service .she can keep the money .the reason i am posting this review is the way she treated me and i was checking the reviews 2.4% i see why low score because of a manager .she didnot care for a customer it looks she just get a check and thats it, she does not realize that Becouse of our stupid money of rent she has a job. I normally dont do this and i hope some one care and value a customer specially when people been living here for so many years.

The ladys at the office never do nothing, we have asked so many times!!! if someone can go clean our carpen and they never go. We have been living here for a long time and what pisses me off is that they take to long to do something.!! THEY DONT DO THEIR WORK RIGHT!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! I know the price is affordable but NOT worth it!!! Office staff is horribly rude, only way they would take my calls was if I called blocked. We had bed bugs in the apartments, roaches, fleas. There were also numerous events where fbi, cops were there and placed a dead body in a van. And office would never tell me what was going on. We were also out of hot water for 2 weeks with no notifications. So GLAD to be out of there!!! Nothing but drug dealers and people living off the government there. And they steal your deposit!!! Pay alittle more somewhere else!!!

The inside looks nice. The maintenance is ok. Parking is not usually available. Paid parking is $30 a month. They put a notice on your door 20min after rent is due. The pool is always open but the water is never cleaned. Mngmt is pretty cool. There r only 2 that know anything. The other ones r pointless to speak to about anuthing... Overall the place is ok. Could be better, but no one is perfect

Everything was all good until it was close to move in. Paid so much money to get told i couldnt move in and that my money would be mailed to me. Did i mail yall my money no. Their not even all that to even be giving people the run around.

From the day i moved in its been one nightmare after another,the day i was to move in i show up with my belongings only to find my stove,dishwasher,frig. all sitting in the grass out front,i was then ask if i could move in the next day,i ended up putting all my thing in the bed room so they could finish,them they left the place filthy,i had to clean for 2 days,9 months to fix my ac that was leaking all over my bath room,cabnet in kitchen falling off the wall,3 1/2 months to fix leak in window,black mold growing because it took so long,they rent to any body, i have been threatned,and when you complain nothing is done,the people up stairs tore the apt up,had to call the police a number of times still nothing was done,at 65 yrs old i dont need this.the place looks like a 3rd world country,4-7 people living in one bedroom apts.need less to say after 2yrs im done.........

Never even moved into the place but now I see why this place is rated horrible on every site on the internet. Was doing it to save some money for a bit but so gad I never moved in. After expressing interest and filling out an application and calling 4 times I could not get anyone to call me back for almost 2 months to tell me if they had run it, if I was approved, if the unit I wanted was actually reserved, etc...... I finally gave up and told them not to run my application and I was no longer interested. 10 days later they charged me $90 because I decided not to move in. After calling the manager (Laurie) I was cussed out and hung up on and told the reason they are rated so bad is because of people like me!? I would not recommend that ANYONE move to this place unless they are looking for a living hell. Read the rest of the reviews for details on the nightmares actual tenants have to deal with. Broken appliances that are never fixed, roaches, fleas, bed bugs, never a returned call, raised rent, crime, the list is endless......You have been warned.

This place looks alittle run down. Ive walked around property 2 times since there is never a place to park and no one ever answers the phones there or in the office. During my short time there, there is trash everywhere and several residents happen to have their doors open or opened them while I walked by it smelled like Soo much mold everywhere. Neighbors seem friendly and smiled but this place is gross. I happened to walk in yesterday behind a young lady tring to pay her rent said she had half would pay rest tomorrow asking speak with manger vicky and the lady Katie NEVER bothered to look up at her told her she probaly couldnt and said manager was gone. Just cause she was late at least they were getting their money this place needs new staff and alot of work. I just walked out. But I heard some people discussing there were alot of bugs. Ive gone twice to this property and Ive seen and smelled enough.

ProspectYesterday on October 3, 2016Me and a friend are searching for an aparment and like the area where Clear Lake Village is located but when in the office trying to get prices I hear that the Manager was have a discussion with a resident about his carpet being changed they were trying to charge him $50 dollars a month extra even from past months when they havent even changed it from what I understood but having that kind of Manager with that type of attitude, RACISM and NO respect really disappointed us she told him he had 24 hours to move out really for a carpet we decided to go look somewhere else. We what a peaceful place to live and be able to have a manager that will help us out and be kind with there resident. In my opinion with that type of management is the reason why alot of rotation on the apartments because they dont care about the residents and no custumer service at all I called more then a few times before going and nobody answered and when I just decided to go I saw why nobody picked up the staff was just talking and laughing. I really hope that the sign of new management is referring to the current one being changed.

This place is garbage the property manager Laurie Wilson went it my apartment and stole sensitive info (ssn). She is a crook and conniving devil. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Horrible place to live, not only roaches crawling on the walls, but cracking noises when you walk, air conditioning not working properly, thieves stealing on property and braking into cars all the times, management horrible and with an attitude, this area of Clear Lake will never be the same as used to be 10 or 15 years ago. We did not last one month, at the same time few other people leaving too, that tells you something bad about this property and their management.

Still living here but looking to GTFO. roaches... I mean I dont keep food in my house anymore and they are still so thick Im going thru glue traps, roach baits, and bug spray at a ridiculous rate. Poor maintenance, stolen money orders by old management staff, rude and distant new management. parking is horrible, maintenance slow, unplanned, and unreliable.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! If I could be refunded solely for the money I wasted on pathetically horrible washers and dryers, I could probably pay the bill for whatever charges they sent me after I moved out. Having never received a bill at my new place, a collections agency started to call, and I came to find out that they didnt have my new address copied down correctly after I gave it to them on multiple occasions and they had my cell phone number as well as my boyfriends and my parents. I am 23 years old, but I know that no business is supposed to be run this way. There are always homeless people on the property and I didnt even feel safe in my own apartment. The crew of uninterested lazy men they call maintenance came in to check my AC after a week of having it set on 60, but it never fell below 85, only to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it. There is a reason the reviews are all so awful. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would.

4/18/17: UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS ISSUE: FINALLY RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THE ONE WHO MANAGES BAYTOWN, CLEAR LAKE AND SOME SURROUNDING COMPLEXES, I DEFINITELY NEED TO GO TO HER MANAGER! INSTEAD OF BEING UNDERSTANDING AND HEARING ME OUT WE WERE TALKING OVER EACH OTHER, AND THEN THE BLAME GAME STARTED....MY ISSUE IS SOMEONE VERBALLY ATTACKING ME BEHIND ME AS IM WALKING AWAY ESPECIALLY SOMEONE WITH A TITLE SUCH AS A PROPERTY MANAGER...THAT POINT WAS MISSED COMPLETELY! AND TO EVEN GET A CALL BACK I HAD TO LEAVE 3 VM DIRECTLY TO THAT MAIL BOX A MESSAGE TO HR VOICEMAIL AND A MESSAGE TO ACCOUNTS PAYABLES AND A MESSAGE TO GENERAL MAIL BOX AND THANKS GOD I LEFT DETAILS IF NOT I DO NOT THINK I WOULDVE HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. I NEED SOMEONE NON BIASED AND WHO DOESNT TAKE SIDES TO GET MY REPORT DOWN.4/16/17:I lived in one of Madera properties (Clear Lake Village) back in 2011 staff was awesome!! The apartment themselves need a whole new remodeling inside but they have remodeled outside the buildings by painting them. I chose to move back to to this complex(Clear Lake Village) because of the familiarity since I had came from out of state. ITS THE BIGEST REGRET/MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!The staff they have now...Unbelievable..And I dont mean that in a good way...The property manager, even worst!!! From attacking my daughter over dog poop 4 months ago to seeing me pull up from work today and throwing away my garbage and trying to attack me because she was in the wrong lmao!! Property manager was telling me what should and should not be on my patio and the BBQ pit very small on is one of them..I said ok mam..Anything else..She point out my curtain hanging on my window..I do it to darken the room up a bit..I said ok..Anything else...She said that little garbage bag..I said ok anything else and she says the the patio above you, yea that bike hanging over...I stopped her and said I dont live there we just went over my patio..I turned around to continue doing what Im doing and she wants to says oh u have something to say...I said I never said anything with my back turned to you, she says yes u did WE heard u...WE is the supervisor who was with her and apparently sits back and does not intervene when someone is being bullied or disrespected...I say..If I have something to say about you I will say to your face like an adult that I am..Are we not adults...She says yea thats what I thought u wouldnt have nothing to say...I keep walking...and THEY are still behind me..She yelling at my back how disrespectful I am just like my daughter..She is still yelling at my back while I throw my garbage bag away and start walking back...Now she starts yelling how she will evict me in the grounds of how I treat the property manager and the property....I said..You can take me to court first honey..U like respect well I like respect too..Give respect to get respected and continued walking back to my Door then I headed to the police station right across the street and filed a harassment report.No one needs to go through this after a long day at work just because someone is racist or feeling some type of way...I am puertorican and Muslim so I wear my scarf all day every day! She sees me in my scarf and keeps trying to attack me and that is not professionalism coming from a property manager and tries to hold her position to harrass and to threaten a persons home/place to live... no good...Thats really bad business....But i have all my proof and Ill wait for my day in court.

This place is horrible, the rent is alright but other then that its a filthy place you cant even feel like the place is clean even when you actually clean good because of all the FREAKING ROACHES, these apartments are infested with them and if i could post pictures and videos i will when i moved out i wanted to leave all the dead roaches where they were but the apartments said i have to clean before i move out, DO NOT MOVE IN JUST BECAUSE OF LOW RENT

The most roaches ive seen in an apartment before dead and alive. everything was dirty besides the brand new floors and carpet. Miss leading on some points and make sure you tour the actually place/room your renting not the demo room because after i signed the paper she showed me and i was very shocked on the mold smell, the conditions of the walls. the cabinets couldnt even open up in the kitchen or they will fall. Was given an inspection paper to fill out by myself and i had 24hrs to return it to the office. Due to work hours i tried walking to the office after hours they dont even have a drop box or mail box. Just all around lower class and may not be bed bugs but roaches for days i seen in every room and every closet.On the initial move in the person showing me the app had to flush at least ten dead roaches that were sitting in the sink. i have alot more to say but im going to end this here and if anyone doesnt believe me i have pictures and videos DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE SIGNING PAPERS make sure its what you want.

1st and foremost I would NOT advise anyone to rent from this complex as long as a racist dog named Laurie Wilson still works there. She is a undercover conniving thief and I would not be surprised if she is not stealing from the company. She has a partner in crime by the name of Victoria Wade who is a a modern day house slave because she listens to everything Laurie says whether right or wrong. They will invade your privacy and frame you with violations. This complex is disgusting there is a lot of drug trafficking and prostitution going on out here. There has been multiple suicides in these apartments. The A/C and electrical components have issues every summer. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AFFORDABLE IN THE CLEARLAKE AREA PLEASE CHECK OUT THE APARTMENTS OFF EL DORADO BLVD. Youve been warned!!!

Vicky is great. Prices are reasonable. Water is rusty and sidewalks are uneven, broken and busted.

Just called 5 times in a row to try and ask about floor plans and after 4 minutes of rings i just kept getting someone pick up and hang up. i read the other negative reviews and thought id still give it a chance but i cant even call someone to find info!!! hahah

Such a lovely place, your kids can play in the broken glass by the dumpsters or even step on a rusty nail from the wood left around, if that doesnt make you want to live here how about its infested with bed bugs and roaches and no matter how many times you get pest control they will never go away :) because its the property that is infested this place needs to be shut down

They are slow to fix anything even their office machines the utilities are sky high.

This place id s rat hole, with no management, no maintenance, and no English speaking tenants.

I have been living here for 5 months now I have seen it all from bed bugs to roaches gnats you name it they have it my apartment is infested well over 100+ roaches I have put in multiple requests about it they seem to take it as a joke I have had maintenance enter my apartment supposedly for leaks downstairs when there wasnt any just wanted to scope out my place to see what I had laying around I have had money stolen from my mailbox and missing pay stubs the toilet hasnt worked since day 1 I moved in and they keep telling me to rent a snake this place is a joke you get what you pay for people you have been warned.
