Hello, Has anyone been able to contact the property? Ive been seeing reviews of other people with the same problem. I am looking to apply and have called, but to no answer. I left a call back number in the system, no call back. I have filled out the contact forms online and no contact? Also I cannot seem to find pictures of the available units. Not pictures of the model. From what Ive read the model and units dont look the same and Id like to see what Im renting. Also can someone explain the 55.00 Internet Fee thats automatically included. Does that cover internet services? What provider? What speeds? If you already have Cox can you opt out of the fee?

Completely different apartment then the pictures. You have to worry about people breaking in your cars and stealing them. I have gotten my car stolen once already. It cost me 900 dollars. Constantly hear gunshots. This place makes me paranoid af. If you like living in the hood then this is the place to be. Not to mention the different bugs that we see on a daily basis. The apartments are very cheaply made, not up to date, and are not well taken care of. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing as well. Ending our lease as soon as possible.

This roach motel is a poor excuse of a apartment complex!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Parking is nonexistent the apartments are all run down, old, full of roaches and the trash is all ways over flowing. Also be prepared to sit outside all day if your expecting a package because itll be gone if its at your front door longer that 5 mins. The security sucks the gate is always broke. This complex deserve a negative 10 stars!!!!

Called them and did a online request for them to come fix my air but me and my kids gotta suffer all cause I had a positive covid test almost a month ago!! This is not right! It is now 80 degrees in my house and they still won’t do anything!!

Grass wasnt cut or looks like it hadnt been cut in a while in the back. Smelled like the previous owners had dogs living in the w/d area. I saw dead roaches inside the apt. Mold on walls and the carpet looks dingy. They tried to get me to pay for my deposit before seeing the apt, they also fail to tell me that after 48 hours (if i decide NOT to move in) I couldnt get my deposit back even though I was told I would. I hadnt seen the apt in person, only on YouTube at which the apt looked nothing like the model. The 50.00 they add on for internet (whether u want it or not) is included every month, so the listing price isnt accurate. However, I worked with Ariel who was nice and helpful but these apt are not for me.

Hi my name is Damarkus. I applied and got approved for these apartments last week, had really just went through some reviews and look at the apartments online and thought I’d give it a try. I’ve been calling trying to get in contact with someone in order to actually view the unit in person to see if it’s what I’d want to move in to before I paid my deposit for it etc. I’ve haven’t been able to contact a soul, I call the phone just rings and rings. I called today and someone pick up the phone and hung it up on my face and it was after the complex was already open.. I’ve only applied for an apartment here but I seriously doubt I will be moving forward with the application just off the customer service I’ve received thus far, I can just imagine how they really are with their tenants.

I was approved for a apartment. In the Square, I absolutely loved the floor plan and started to move in. But I notice there was no parking. I called the office and spoke with the male leasing agent who told me to park in the apartments across the street and walk back across the street to unit. Very unprofessional and hes a bit rude. However Ms. Silvia was a sweetheart and much helpful. Because of the no parking she was able to get me out of my 3 days old lease with out hurting my rental history. I would definitely recommend anyone to try out The trails at Dominion. Just dont move into the Square.

Went by to obtain information about the community. I was kindly and promptly greeted by Silvia that was able to answer all of my questions and was very professional and knowledgeable. Look forward to living here!

Well I’ve been here a week and have issues in my apartment. The living room windows will not open and my bedroom window does not have a screen. My a/c makes noise every time it comes on which makes it hard to sleep. When I call the office they seem like I’m annoying them which makes me not want to call. When my lease is up, I’m definitely not renewing, these are not luxury like they say they are. I’m already looking for another complex to move in.

Spend yourHard working money else where renting here. Was the worst

!!PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE!!Ive been here for for 7 months and Im still going through the same thing I was going through when if first moved in. My A.C. went out twice a month up until they finally decided to actually fix the issue. They replaced it with a tiny ac unit that has to work twice as hard which makes my light bill twice as high. My hot water was out took them 4 days to fix it and they replaced it with a tiny tank so the water gets cold while you taking a shower. My water bill is $75 - $80 which is so unreasonable. Everyday there is a dead roach in my house and ants and Im a clean person. The staff is rude to me they treat me like trash and I pay my bills on time every month. They have hung up on me when ever I call about something not getting fixed in my apartment. Even after I offered to fix it myself because I just wanted A.C. for my newborn. The floors are weak and have broken boards you will feel like you are going to sink through the floors. I cant wait to leave this place, PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!! Dont let the low price fool you. The pool is never clean and the gym is never open. Neither is the lounge.BUT IT DIDNT FLOOD

When I came here to visit the apartments, the staff was very professional and kind. The place was very neat and clean. I 100% recommend these apartments to my piers!

We put in a application online for an apt here. Unfortunately we were denied. Application fee and admin were processed and the admin fee was supposed to be refunded. Two weeks later and many messages and calls I can not get a return phone call, email or anything regarding the refund for the denied application. I also didn’t have anything on my app worth denying for an apt. They just decided I wasn’t a good candidate. Really not worth wasting the money for unprofessional and non responsive property management. Kind of happy I dodged a bullet.

Office staff responds when needed and timely

First and foremost, the apartment community here is very nice and the property is kept well... Now to the disappointing news... My daughters ceiling has leaked for two years now and my master tub just recently was resurfaced after waiting for almost two years... The young lady in the maintenance office has her days, some good, some as if Im bothering her... Lots of excuses and then more excuses... I feel at times as if they just want your money and want you to shut up and deal with whatever your maintenance issue maybe... There was light at the end of the tunnel, the assist manger Ms.Sheila has corrected in two weeks, what seemed to be impossible for 2 years now from the young lady im force to deal with for my maintenance issue... I hope that the owner and management heed my words and are able to do better moving forward... Unfortunately, this is a relationship were both parties involved have responsibilities... Mine is to pay rent on time, not destroy the property, put my trash in the trash can, respect my neighbors, etc... Yours is to fix things in a timely manner, have good customer service (regardless of what you may be dealing with personally), communicate with the residents... Most importantly, act like you all want the residents you have... I have came into the office before the covid pandemic and staff not greet me, on phones, having personally conversations and a smile goes a long way...

The office employees are rude and the apartment face looks nice and the inside looks like trash... Trash running over and gates broken old looking for the price.. they over rated for what you will receive.

Maintenance worker was very profession. he came promptly and ensured that everything in a timely manner. He made sure that all was cleaned thoroughly.

Ive been living here since 2007, and the maintenance service is excellent! They usually respond within 24 hours and will work to get the job done!

I love staying on this property! The lady in the office Corrien Patterson has been so helpful. From the application process to the move in she has been helpful. Also the maintenance men on site does a very good! I love how the Valentine’s Day event. I had a good time. Thank you.

The customer service is very poor. I dislike calling the office when I have questions or concerns in fear that I may be treated unfairly. I am a fairly new resident and Ive never been treated this way by a place that I pay a substantial amount of money to every month.

What a great place!! This complex has multiple properties in one! We as residents understand that things take time. I called in about my AC . The management was so sweet about it. It was blowing 80 and hot air. They came the next day installed a window unit and said We are going to get to the bottom of this issue and bear with us So I just sit in my unit 734 and be patient. The team ended up figuring out they order a piece that ties in to the compressor and then boom it clicked on from the outside and its colder now than ever. With everything going on these days Management sure takes care us!! Love you at the 150 office!!!! Thanks for everything!!!

I wouldnt recommend anyone to move in those apartments the parking is mad crazy ppls be trippin n most of all these apartments is infested with pests n all kinds of bugs.... bugs Ive never seen before the rent is ridiculous high they take their time fixing up issues they dont give a damn about their tenants all they care about is money i wouldnt recommend these apartments for living in at all.

I went to look at an apartment in this area, as it would make my commute to work easy, upon arrival to Trails of Dominion I was greeted by a young lady (Corrie). Corrie was very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. The property was clean and the unit was spacious and the price was fair. Corrie deserves a raise!

Great Customer Service from a short colored eyed, light skin agent. She understood what my needs were and was courteous enough to take her time to break down everything about the lease. If you are planning to move to this area I definitely recommend you come to her she is Amazing!!!

Been here almost a year and I have not had any issues with staff or apartment issues...nor my neighbors. Im VERY satisfied with my choice and location. I would like better parking that I dont have to pay for (hint hint) maintanence repairs are FAST! I havent had to use them a lot either.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living enjoyed living here. The grounds are always well kept and the office staff is always so helpful, especially Ms. Corrie! During my initial visit to inquire about a unit, she was patient, kind, and she didnt make me feel rushed to make a decision.

The women in the front office are very unprofessional they act like they dont want to assist you. Nice Apartments but Terrible Customer Service exactly why I decided not to lease to prevent myself for calling corporate on those rude women.

I have to say my time here was great and worth the money. I lived here for two years and had no major problems. The maintenance team responded in a timely manner and Corrien who works in the office is always super helpful. I would choose Trails of Dominion again.

I came in for information on a 3 bedroom apartment and Shenika assisted me. She made the application process a breeze! Any questions I had, she was more than willing to answer and was very friendly and understanding. I ended up signing a lease and LOVE the property and still reach out whenever anything is needed. Definitely the place to go and the agent to see!

I worked with a young lady name Corrien and while touring the property and she was so inviting. I really loved the property and it was great to know that she cared to fill me with information on the move in special and she knew a lot about the area in general. Great service.

This place has wonderful customer service. If I ever have a problem Corrie handles it in a timely fashion. I really appreciate the whole staff and everything they do to make my stay as comfortable as it can be.

I lived here for 2 years now. At first I was skeptical about moving here the Leasing Agent Corrien was more than helpful. She answered any and every question that I had about the apartments. She went a step beyond and placed some air-wicks in the apartment because when we walked the unit it had an odor. I am pleased with my unit.

Love coming into the office to see smiling faces. They all make sure you are well taken care off. They always know what to say when your in need. Absolutely love the staff.

So far I have had great experience here. They keep the property clean and they work with you. The office staff is friendly and they actually helped me. I cant speak for everyone else but my experience has been great so far. (5 months in)

This property by far has been my favorite. They have several floor plans to choose from. I know me and my boyfriend can be picking at times, but Corrien the leasing agent was very professional and patient with us & so helpful. We seen 3 different and plan on choosing soon, highly recommend

Came in thinking about moving to this location. Had the opportunity to check out the property with a leasing consultant named Corrien P. Her thoughtfulness, knowledge and enthusiasm was very refreshing. I think think she’s the property manager. If she isn’t she probably should be. My visit touring the property went well and if my job brings me to this area, I would definitely stay here and recommend this property.

Very nice place but without the right people in management it wont be so nice for too longIt took 3 days to fix air conditioning even though is over 100 degrees in houston .and we have a new born we end up going to a hotel 👎

In search of a reasonably priced place to stay, i visited this property and was very pleased with what i saw. Ms. Corrigan was very informative and courteous when i asked questions. The grounds were well groomed and clean parking area.

The staff is courteous & professional. Thank You for keeping the grounds free of trash & debris, it lends itself to a VERY sharp looking place to live. Blessings!

My matinence issues were taken care of in a quick and professional manner. The gentleman that serviced my apartment was very respectful. Loved it!!!

Ask for Corrien she is very nice and very informative. She was able to explain everything i needed to know in detail. This location is awesome its close to the freeway and is very close to my job.

I went to The Trails of Dominion Park to inquire about an apartment and I’m really glad I did. Not only was the apartment complex as beautiful as the pictures on the website but the staff was very nice and professional as well. I spoke with Corrien and honestly she is the reason why I submitted my application that day. She was WONDERFUL!!! She took her time with me and answered all of my questions and showed me the units I was interested in. She made sure all of my needs were met and eased any concerns that I might’ve had. You don’t receive that kind of help anymore. I’m glad to say that I will be a resident of The Trails of Dominion Park.

I have stayed here for about 3 plus years before ei moved into my house. These are reasonable apartments for the area and for what you get spacious and the garden tub I oh so love is a plus for me. The volleyball area great for me family and friends we battle it out. And lets not forget the wonderful staff especially Corrien she is the go to friendly, great attitude and willingness to help anyway she can

Very professional staff, great customer service

Office staff is nice. Only issue I have is sometimes I have to submit a service request more than once to get maintenance to attend to my issues and I asked to be called before coming so I can turn my alarm off if Im not home and they dont call. They just come into my apartment, sound the alarm and because of it I got charged for false alarm. Other than that the maintenance crew take care of my issues. My issue with Maintenance is that they lie about coming to your home. One guy came in and looked at my issue with my floor but never came back to fix it and I get a review request saying my issue was resolved when it never was. I put in another request and no one came and still hasnt come to fix my issue but sends me a review request on the service that was never done. I dont appreciate this!!!!

The make ready of the apartment was HORRIBLE. The Foundation is HORRIBLE I CANT SLEEP & my new born cause it sound like the people upstairs about to fell through the floor when they walking. Everything that has tile in the apartment they painted over it and of course now it’s peeling. Mildew and mold in the restroom. The water that comes out the toilet and tub is brown and leaves hard stains. Gross

I have been leasing for more than a year now and i barely bother them for any maintenance. Can you imagine not being able to be in your kitchen or cook clean your kitchen the right way because the light bulb is out? I been letting them know about this issue since September or prior to September. And they havent done anything.

Just recently moved this weekend and the whole process was rushed and the apartment was not cleaned properly. There was still bugs and things on the floor when I moved in and my leasing agent hasn’t taken care of anything. All I keep getting is that I’m gonna call this person to do this and that and nothing has been done, very unprofessional. So far not the best impression.

The management of this apartment great. They really do care, thanks to Deborah and her staff and leasing agent, I’ve Been living here for Six years now.

Requested info twice nobody has reached out, nor has anyone answered when I call the office... Thought of becoming a potential tenant but now I am no longer interested if this is how they handle their business.

Just moved in to this complex and im already having issues. Ive put in maintenance request and they havent came yet. One lady at the leasing office was extremely rude to me and I am a new resident. The people on top of me will not stop stomping even after asking several times. I smell weed from my laundry room & pantry that wont go away. And the people on top of me who keeps stomping is inconsiderate, loud, and they smoke weed too. I cant have my apartment smelling like weed and I work for the state.

I am a long term resident and Corrien always assists me when I come in to the office.Shes even brought my packages to me, instead of me coming to the office, because I was sick! She needs a raise! AWESOME customer service!

Great apartment. Minor issues, and a terrific staff. Ask for Ms. Shanika and tell her I sent you. I need that referral fee 😂😂

Stayed one night at a friends apartment in this complex and I’m completely covered in bed bug bites. I’ve even had to take off from work... I’m so disgusted I want to sue. This happened 3/1/2020... fix this issue ASAP before moving anyone else in here.

I was only going in for information. I walked in and was greeted by a nice lady by the name of Shenika. Walked out being approved for my very own first apartment. After a year I upgraded to a 1 bedroom den. These apartments and Office staff Shenika was a huge help.

These are the WORSE apartments I ever lived in . My first day moving in my A/c did not work, I was complaining & complaining about the same problem. I was 8 months pregnant my husband found me pasted out because of the A/c not working that was it for us, we moved out the next day . Also they have very bad roaches . You hear gunshots including people fighting late night . The office staff is very rude, I recommend no one move to these apartments.

Just let me start off by saying I have been at this property for over 4yrs and have not had any problems when I say that the leasing agent Corrien is the best by far she’s very attentive listen to what I’m babbling about I just love how she goes above and beyond whenever I do have an issue or need work done etc.. Kudos to Ms.Corrien for making my stay here very pleasant I will be renewing my lease..

I met a young lady by the name of Shenika who helped me through this process. I know I might have went over her time by asking so many questions but she didnt mind and that eased my anxiety and canceled my doubt. Thank you for all of your help.

We checked this place out as a possible move for us. The staff was friendly and helpful.They helped us figure out what we wanted to look at and the office was clean and fresh.My only issue is a strong smell of weed could be smelled around the area.So as far as moving in we will see.But overall we liked the things that this Apartment complex had to offer. (:

Theres no way but they are 3 in any way possible this is probably the most terrible staff of ever met maintenance here are constantly quitting because of the lack of support from office staff and property manager!!!! Dangerous!!

This place is a nice place it could use some work... Like new bath tubs... No reason a person whom has not stayed there a whole yr should have paint chipping off their tub.... Whatever yawl letting them post control ppl spray is attracting more roaches.... The set up is nice very spacious but then tubes need to be re done

I promise these apartments don’t deserve a star at all. The only reason they are getting one is because we have to click it in order to post a review. Firstly before you move here please be aware that they are infested with bed bugs. (If I am able to post pictures, I will) not only did I witness them crawling through my walls I also witnessed other people packing their infested mattresses down to the dump due to this infestation. I asked the manager (bookkeeper- Silvia) if the bed bug infestation was normal in the complex she answered and said “we have a few complaints here and there”. And then she expected me to pay for them to get rid of them, well that was not happening. Guys this isn’t even half of the issues I dealt with while living at these apartments I had planned on living there for 12 months and I only stayed 4 months because they would continue to lie to you about fixing maintenance issues and never fall through with them. I asked to be let out of my lease of course they would say no (money hungry people). I also will post photos of the other reasons as to why I left (maintenance issues) if I am able because I tell you no lies the apartment had MANY MANY MANY issues there was no way in hell I would of been able to live in those circumstances for a full year. No one should have to live that way ever. It was such an unsafe way of living and the amount of pest in one apartment was just super ridiculous especially if I was only living there for 4 months. Please read all of these reviews before choosing to waste your money on these apartments I promise you, YOU CAN FIND BETTER!!!! Do not allow them to take your money and give you poor service because I promise you guys, they do not care one bit. Us, the people who are leaving these reviews care more about you all than they do.**And whoever is working for the company watching these reviews, Don’t waste your time replying to this review when you all can’t even answer the phone from the cooperate office to handle the issues when they were presented to you. What you all need to do is just shut the whole apartment complex down because you’re absolutely doing a horrible job.

You thought i was unemployed,but i wasnt. I was not going to pay you another cent. Yes you did evict me! So what? I withheld my rent for something better! Stop stealing people rent money orders & stop misusing the company petty cash card for your own purposes & do something for your falling downwards apartments! Your people talk your business. So with that being said! Get it together in 2019

The 1st 2 weeks I was there I was sleeping in my car because the apartment was infested with roaches. Could not move anything in at all (Boric acid works well!). The parking is horrendous unless you pay an extra $30 to have covered parking that makes you a target for break-ins. The car thefts would be significantly less if the maintenance would fix the security gate. The security gate has worked for only 2 days out of the 9 months I have been here. Writing certified letters to the regional office about unsafe conditions seems to get nowhere fast.The water/sewage bill is unusually high ($60-$80) a month.I will say the leasing office staff is courteous however the maintenance management/staff needs some serious improvement on performance and turnaround time. Never had an issue with residences although it would be cool is some pick up their trash.I got 3 months left. Unless a serious dramatic change happens with maintenance here I will not be coming back. Its just not worth it.

Garonisha was so helpful and attentive. She showed great concern for what I was looking for and worked hard to ensure that I was satisfied.

Great location, not so great tenants. Staff is pretty good at what they do and maintenance is up to par but as with any property, trashy tenants causing bad bug issues and crime rises can ruin the best of locations.

I am absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way I am being treated at this property. Ive been here since June and constantly complained about my faulty a.c. unit. I was told that I had a major leak and because I called so many times they have patched it and now its just a small leak. I advised the property manager who reviewed ALL requests regarding the same issue and promised they will fix it. I spoke with her because I knew I would receive an outrageous light bill and all she did was belittled me as if I were a 13 year old child without common sense. Ive tired to pay rent online since its convenient but of course there was a glitch that the admis stated she didnt complete on her end. I advised that even though I was unable to pay online, I still WASTED my time getting a money order dated for the 3rd, however i was still charged a late fee and was told i basically had no choice but to pay it. I strongly recommend you all reconsider this property as your living space. I wont go into the pest control problem!!! I am done with this place. The absolute Worst choice Ive made..

Rodolfo has responded to most of my maintenance requests recently. He is friendly and professional, and he gets the job done right even if it means making a few trips back and forth to the maintenance office get the right parts. He also always leaves the work area clean before leaving.

These apartments suck. The office people are no help with their GHETTO asses & they do half ass jobs on maintenance work. My first year was cool with no problems but I REGRET renewing my lease! Please dont be blinded by the cheap prices and spacious floor plans, THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS and you too will regret moving in.

I gave them 1200$ to move in the apt was in the square 527 where a lady got killed in body was cut up by friend I ask to move to to another unit they wouldnt ... manager is very rude the property manager.....They were acting like it never happened pull it up it will show. They could a least gave some back

Im living here almost 9 months this place is wonderful. Super relax you dont see a lot of people outside all time no loud music. Apartments clean no cockroach or nothing terrifying. No kids running outside. I want to stay here.

Ive been refraining from making this post but today was the last and final draw, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX, AT ALL . The office workers are great, but the management needs a whole new training on customer care . You speak with one person they dont notate any thing that was said so its your word against theirs which isnt very EFFECTIVE in money management. Their flashlight security wont protect you or anything of value, 2 of my neighbors doors was kicked in and one had tires stolen off the car . When the resident have to purchase cameras and place around the apartment door something is wrong and not to mention the lack of repair Ive been waiting 3 weeks for them to come and fix a broken toilet and still no one has came . When the complex switches management more than twice in a year RUNNNNN . I REALLY HATE THAT I SIGNED ANOTHER LEASE . Take my advice keep looking .

Terrible...my apt flooded twice. Couldnt file a claim against my renters insurance because the adjuster said that my apt flooded due to maintenance negligence. Then 2 of my vehicles where stolen by the tow truck company they hire..this place will ruin your life . They get a minus star

I have been staying in this apartment complex for only 3 months and I have been nothing but disappointed. Moving into the unit I was told there was more work that needed to be done in the apartment and they would have it done with in the next month, absolutely false, Miss Chanell who works in the service center who is beyond ghetto and unprofessional! I will be contacting the Houston apartment association to see what I can do about getting out of this lease !!

Moved down here since January and I must say I love it. Its pretty good place to live at. Rarely had any pest problems in my apartment. Never ran into problems either. I recommend it.

I have been living here for about a year now!! Contrary to reviews that have been left I simply love it! The grounds are kept up maintenance is always cleaning up after the suppose to be grown people that live within the community, I have no issues with bugs they exterminate basically cleanliness comes with the tenants and the up keep of their units. It is basically quite at night, neighbors are friendly and courteous. I see the security patrol the grounds often and have not had any serious complaints. I will recommend anyone interested to come view the property...Word of mouth is not always the truth... Thumbs up!!

If u wanna live here come equipped with guns/security and a handy man because i promise u will face robbery, bad maintenance, rude staff who cares less about you are your family well being. better yet just go to police station and ask for there criminal/ murder reports and that should be enough to help u decide to leave are stay that list is so so long

Love this place Ive lived here for 5 years now and have always loved to call this place home I normally dont write reviews and think it is a shame that some people for what ever reason have posted these unaccredited reviews for one the pools were vandalism well at least one were kids true some garbage in them but now the pool by my front door is beautiful all resort style Pools here one must really see to believe I feel that these reviews must be posted by better x residents like the ones theyve kicked out of here for one thing or other Im very happy here and hope my home gets more of an accretive review than what these people are putting and for them they should be a shame you all know these reviews and pictures of damage Pools are not what they really look like the whole property is very nice if the staff here is doing anything wrong is not posting more pictures of what the property really looks like

Horrible place. Staff is constantly changing. Poor communication. Staff attempted to make me pay late fees because they lost one of rent money orders which were attached together when they received it. Staff is lazy ghetto and rude. The tenants they are allowing to move in are getting worse with noise. All day and night people are doing drugs and drinking in the parking lot. The cops are always here due to complaints on tenants physically fighting. It Takes them months to fix things. I had to wait 3 weeks for a kitchen light to be replaced. The roofs leak and create mold. The tub is poorly did. It leaks and creates mold with a horrible smell. My husbands truck was broken into twice. Parking is horrible. Parking tags mean nothing. The gates are always broken. In one year two people were murdered during the holidays. This place des not need any over exaggeration. It truly is just that bad. All of the decent tenants are moving out. It is not worth the money to live with the type of people that they are allowing to move in. In a year there were 3 property managers. Countless office staff. STAY AWAY

Have been here sense June of last year, just renewed my lease and still have not had the original things on my list done for maintenance to do. The person who live here before had water damage mainly on the bathroom .Surrounding the toilet and cabinets is horrible. It has ants and other bugs coming from out of nowhere. Other things are wrong with the apartment. Recently I had an issue with my car so I had to let the office know Ill be late but the rent rent would be paid like I have ALWAYS PAID even with the maintenance not fixed in my apartment..the lady had the audacity to tell me that if I get paid every week why cant I pay my rent ...very disrespectful comment towards me and I am very angry about it and its not a number to call to make a complaint about any of this

Very serious roach problem. If your kids are crawling stages and putting everything in there mouth stay away. Don’t let the pretty trees fool you. This place is infested with roaches... in the bedrooms and ON the beds, in the tubs, behind the couch, in the bathrooms, and the kitchen is tragic. Put it like this, I wear shoes just to go into the kitchen at night. I hired an outside company to do the extermination ($250) and it worked...but now I’ve got hundreds and I mean hundreds of dead roaches in every corner of my “home”. Unresponsive, excuse making, hiding management team... zero accountability or organization. Only the ASM and above can make the smallest business decisions and they are never available. So you just end up calling back everyday hoping that they care that you pay your $1,000 bucks a month on time and without fail. For those who care, this place will not boost the value of your lifestyle, you’ll want to get out fast. Just a heads up.

I just went there for information. My family was moving on that side of town and needed a place to stay that’s nice. When I went into the office, they were so unprofessional and rude... the office staff were very arrogant and I didn’t get the information I needed. I didn’t get the chance to get shown a model. They wasn’t caring about the other tenants that was there. Even they said they were tired of the office staff.
