My husband and I are relocating to Houston and recently toured the property and received the best service from Keith. He really took his time showing the property and homes to us and even recommended some local hot spots for us to enjoy while we were in town. We haven’t made a decision yet but this property is at the top of our list due to the outstanding service we received!

Understanding the details of the lease, while also navigating the different unit options, can make the process become complicated and overwhelming. Erica patiently explained everything to me, step by step.. she followed up with me when she promised, and made the whole experience pleasant and informative.She’s the best!!

Building is beautiful and clean. So many amenities, was a little overwhelming but nice to have. Even though they did not have a 1 bedroom with what I needed, I wanted to let Tiffany know she was great throughout my visit. Very pleased with her customer service. Hanover Montrose is the BEST ! I have lived here for 16 months as I transition from house to house. Personally I am super OCD and very particular and thus for me to say they are amazing means a lot.The build out and facilities are first class.The overall daily cleanliness of the public areas are amazing.The unit maintenance needs are easy to request, service is prompt and professional as well as courteous and tidy and fast.All the employees at Hanover Montrose are fast, efficient, professional, friendly, warm and do whatever it takes day in and day out.The facilities are exceptionally well maintained.The facilities were designed with resident security at the upmost importance and the level of security around the clock provides a sense of ease.All the general amenities are amazing (gym open 24x7 with high end equipment well maintained)(lounge areas, pool, conference rooms, theatre room, kitchen, outside grilling areas, dog park, wine bar and storage, bike storage, gift wrapping room, dog services area to wash dogs, parking and etc etc etc)My time here is amazing and the whole team is amazing.

I wanted something close to Rice U and Montrose is perfect! I love the location!! Tiffany has been so helpful throughout the process and I am excited to move in at the end of August.

The team here is incredible. I relocated from Southern California and did not have a chance to visit prior to my arrival. I toured my apartment virtually, signed everything from California and arrived to an amazing team. Steven in the front made sure I had everything I needed when moving in, Erica helped with getting all my items in order and finally the best property manager around, Thomlynne, answered the million questions I had for her. I couldnt imagine myself living anywhere else. Simply put, you are making a mistake if you dont live here!

Came to tour and we loved it start from the valet guys to concierge who greet us with smiles !! Then we meet with Erica she was really good with her jobs and she explained everything we asked makes feel homeDefinitely coming back when our lease ends

Tiffany is very kind and great personality. This place is clean and the staff were all nice. People living there seem to like it and looked happy, so that is important.

The only major problem at Hanover is the maintenance which is not capable of taking care of such a modern building. Every time there is a power or water outage (aka all the time in Texas) they have to bring in third party experts because the building cannot restore electricity/water automatically. Residents end up spending another few hours or day without power or water because maintenance is not capable of solving simple problems and management is fine contradicting itself by acknowledging an internal maintenance issue first before denying any responsibility.

My Fiancé and I recently moved to Hanover Montrose and we’re so happy!I toured almost every luxury apartment in the TMC/ Montrose/ Hermann Park/ Midtown area and I knew my search came to end after my first meeting with the team of Hanover Montrose.Other than the floor plan, price point and beautiful amenities, what won us over so easily was the staff of Hanover Montrose.Tiffany, our leasing agent, was extremely welcoming and informative. She made our entire process from start to finish easy and flawless.Waseem, a member of the concierge team, is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond for his guests. My interactions with the rest of the team including valet and maintenance have been great as well.Highly recommend!

I lived here for 3 1/5 years and moved because of a job transfer. Maintenance team (Roland and Aslan) keep that building so clean. Tiffany in the front office is my fav!! She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy there. I loved the location and miss everything about this place! What a great community.

Ive lived at Hanover Montrose for two years now and I absolutely love it! I am very impressed with how well the building is cleaned daily and the staff in the office are the best. The property manager, Thomlynne is always very helpful!

I just moved in, a process that I thought would be daunting especially coming from out of state, turned out very easy and Thomlynne was great at helping me.  We did everything over the phone or FaceTime and it was a seamless transition.  When I came to get keys we did a full walk through of the building.  It has been great and I recommend the building and team!

Erica was nothing short of SPECTACULAR. I was skeptical to even tour the Hanover but my partner was really into the layout. Erica’s tour honestly sold it for us. She was informative, friendly, and warm. Even during a global pandemic, when everyone is so isolated, she managed to highlight and exhibit a strong feeling of community during our tour. We’re still considering different spaces, but our experience was so exceptional we just needed to share it.

This is a beautiful building. They even have wine storage! I recently toured with Thomlynne the property manager and she gave me the VIP treatment. I think I have found my new home.

This is prime location. Downtown, the museum district, and the bayou are all less than a 10 minute drive away. There’s a movie theater room, conference rooms, outdoor “loggia” overlooking downtown, workout room, and pool (closes at 10pm) on the ninth floor. Complimentary valet and 24 hr. concierge.Sydney in the leasing office was very profesional and helpful in getting me the lease. The amenities are great as well as the opportunity to socialize.The woodwork in cabinetry, flooring, and molding is below average as well as other finishes in the bathroom and kitchen. The high prices are definitely for location and amenities.There’s a 32 story high rise being built on the south side of the building. The view to the medical center will be blocked in over a year.

Apartments with potential, but too unsafe.Despite being in a notoriously unsafe area. The administration has not put the necessary measures to solve the problem. There have been cases of car thefts and what is worse, thefts in the apartments. It is something intolerable, no measures are put in place it is not a one-time problem. this has been going on for years. It only got worse since January when the Kroger next door shut down. I hope that this criticism is accepted to build a safer community for all residents and their belongings. In no case is it to damage property.

It’s been 4 years since I moved in and I still love it here. Best location and best staff. Concierge, maintenance team and office staff are great, especially Tiffany. You can tell they care about the building a lot.

Some prefer their own home, with maintenance costs and work: exploding pipes during winter freezes, lawn work, exterior power washing, buying a/c filters, high electricity bills, the challenge of selling when the time comes, and the list goes on.Others prefer a modern, continually cleaned apartment building with a kind and caring staff.Hanover Montrose is the latter in all its glory. After living here for four years, we couldnt be happier. From exceptional and fast maintenance to amazing views, an easy to clean living space, a gorgeous amenity floor, and a super caring leasing office team, we are consistently impressed.The building manager Thomlynne is a rock star, and Tiffany has taken care of us with above and beyond effort since we first arrived. And thats not even mentioning the location.We have access to downtown, Midtown, the Galleria, the Museum District, Buffalo Bayou, Hermann Park, and four highways while still living near a gorgeous neighborhood.We are fortunate to be able to call Hanover Montrose home.

The building is in a great area of town and is an Uber away from all the hotness.Had I not been looking for something super specific, I would have rented there based on customer service. This is a great place to call home. The entire staff is very friendly and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The exterior of the complex and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The fitness center is open 24//7 and is rarely crowded. Also the pool area is lovely. Definitely recommend to anyone moving to the Houston area!

I have seen and visited many apartment complexes before deciding on where to call my next home and I am glad to have chosen Hanover Montrose.The apartments and amenities are of the highest quality. I am only just moving in, so a small disclaimer there. But I do not expect anything less than the highest calibre of experience (will update with my experiences once Ive lived here for a while).What I do want to specifically call out at this point is the professionalism of their staff. Erica in particular has been spectacular. Her depth of knowledge combined with her professionalism at every step (setting up the appointment, viewing the apartments, discussing the offers, guidance with the lease signing process, and making the the move-in arrangements) gives me confidence in Hanover Montrose. If they maintain that standard in how they run the building and interact with their tenants, I know I will be taken care of.So far, quite impressed.
