Awesome property! Awesome staff! The staff jumped through hoops to make sure my move in was the best experience possible. Highly recommended! I would give more stars if possible.

The Caroline is the best apartment building in the area, period. The amenities, design of the building and overall quality of The Caroline is unmatched by its competitors. The staff were always friendly, maintenance requests were responded to promptly (sometimes within an hour!) and the building and grounds were well maintained.The apartments themselves are beautiful, with modern touches and fantastic appliances. I loved the slide-in gas range. Both the carpets and wood flooring were high quality. The modern design of the bathrooms was great, with marble-styled counters and large bathtubs.Even the hallways had a nice attention to detail, with a nice lamp outside each residence to light up the apartment number.I did not hesitate to give 5/5 stars.

This apartment complex is outstanding. Krissa is excellent to work with. I’ve also worked with Shane and Angie, the property manager, who are both very friendly and will do anything to answer your questions and take care of any needs you may have. The maintenance team has a great sense of urgency as well. Very safe, great location to all amenities, quiet, and friendly neighbors. The entire complex is spotless. This is an excellent apartment complex. Perfect!

While The Caroline is a brand new and nice luxurious apartment complex, they took my $500 dollar deposit after holding a booking on an apartment one week a good month and a half before it was going to become available. It was through no fault of my own as my new employer in the area advised after that week that I would be traveling for a good majority of the time - an apartment no longer made sense.Rather than offering to prorate and return a good chunk of my money, the complex decided to keep all my deposit (with no showing of commensurate need or injury).As a result, I do not recommend this complex (their lease terms are obviously overly landlord biased, and they make no accommodation for events, like mine, that are beyond the tenant’s control). I’m also informing our relocation team at my new job to avoid this complex. I will also be bringing an action against the complex in small claims court in June for my full $500 plus attorneys fees and court costs. My good faith pleas and requests have been ignored, but they won’t be able to ignore a law suit.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding our experience with Oscar Vasquez. My daughter, received a job offer and needed to relocate to Houston with only two weeks before her start date. We conducted a search and found The Caroline.Beginning with our first interaction with Oscar, he demonstrated professionalism and appreciated our sense of urgency. Admittedly, we called/texted him on multiple occasions and he consistently responded quickly and was very thorough.Oscar providing a tour via FaceTime and again, in person, during our visit. While I complemented him directly on his professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge, it is important management at The Caroline is aware he is representing your company very well.Good job Oscar!!!!!

Update 05/04This place is still a solid 5 stars! We finally moved into the Townhomes here, although we had to wait until March to move in, it was worth the wait, because this place is wonderful!The Townhome is well crafted, insulated well, and has some nice features that we didnt even expect, like a second outdoor patio on the ground floor, a juliet balcony in the upstairs master, and 2 AC units, one for the first floor and one for the second floor.The staff has also been wonderful to us and has been very helpful since we have moved in. The maintanace manager, Miguel, has been awesome at responding quickly to any service requests we have had as well.There are still many Townhomes still available at the time I am updating this, and most of the complex is already completed.Everything below, was written before move in, but is still accurate of how great The Caroline is:This has by far been the best apartment complex I have ever seen and experienced. Not only do they have standard apartment sized rooms but they also have full sized townhomes!The amount of thought and care for the residents put into this complex is extraordinary! The resident rooms and halls are laid out in shiny marble tiles, chandeliers in ever space, and high end decor and other amenities, such as their fully stocked gym, beautiful business center, and your choice between three different pools!It honestly feels like a high end hotel! Dont believe me, look at my pictures.Because the complex right now is not fully completed, my roommates and I are currently awaiting the townhomes to be finished to move into. I will update this once we move in.What has been even more inviting however has been the management. Since meeting with the property manager Angie, we have been shown so much hospitality and and have felt welcomed to the Caroline. Even though we are not residing here yet, we were still invited to their Autumn Brunch, full of great foods, welcoming future neighbors, and of course, bloody marys! All the food displayed is from that event in the resident hall and it is just INCREDIBLE! I cannot wait to be a resident here and I know my roommates feel the same.If you havent checked out the Caroline, come see Angie and tell them Christian Ayala sent you. Maybe I can get a refer a friend bonus 😉!

Lovely complex, conveniently located to shops and freeway access. Maintenance and Managing staff very responsive and takes pride in keeping this complex beautiful.

I went to look at these gorgeous apartments and I was met by Krissa, the assistant manager. She was very professional and friendly as she showed me around the property. She took her time to show me around, and didn’t rush through the tour. She was very personable and answered all my questions thoroughly. The property is a hidden gem and the amenities are incredible. If you are looking for an upscale property, go see Krissa at The Caroline!

10/30/2020 The most amazing apartment building in Clear Lake! I travel a lot for work and have had the opportunity to live in the downtown locations. This building is a little bit of downtown, but in the perfect location! You’re right on the highway, close to the water, and all the shopping centers. Customer service is phenomenal and the staff acknowledge you on a first name basis. Make sure to ask for Alex, he makes the process easy and simple. Absolutely stunning/gorgeous complex. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by Angie (Manager). Angie went above and beyond in answering all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and it shows how much she enjoys/loves taking care of people and her job. The location is in an excellent area. If you loving shopping and eating out, look no further, The Caroline is where you need to live. You will not be disappointed.

Constant car jackings from the parking garage. Only 2 weeks ago several apartments were broken into with a crowbar and/or the doors were scratched up from an attempt.Just this morning another car stolen from the parking garage and the victim of the crime reported there were no security anywhere to be found. There are no cameras on the property besides one entering/leaving the parking garage. Personally beginning to feel very unsafe.Real security changes need to happen immediately.If you were considering this place, ask them about this post and see what they tell you their next plan is (though it may not even be true).

Words do not describe how beautiful and well managed this place is. From the moment I walked in the door to tour, I knew it was meant to be! Alex showed me around and took care of me during the entire application process and made my move so easy. Even after I moved in, I feel so welcome every time I come into the office with Angie, Krissa and Katherine who are always ready to help with a smile! Hands down the best in Clear Lake!

I dont write google reviews so that should tell you something. We had lived here when they first opened and it only got worse since then. Not to mention, one of the staff tried to get into an argument with my husband outside the complex without identifying himself as someone who worked there because we had propped a door open since the keys never worked!!! Dog park was rarely cleaned, management was awful to current residents, cars were stolen. Glad we moved out!

I love my new home here! The staff is so friendly and professional.Everyone seems to love their job here and it shows. Alex has been so thorough and has made my move in process so pleasant!He’s incredibly professional and has a very warm and friendly disposition! I was ready to sign the lease as soon as I walked in the first day :) and so happy I did!!

This is such an amazing and gorgeous property. The entire experience from start to finish has been so smooth, delightful, and professional. When we went to tour, we were greeted in such a welcoming and professional way and knew this was home right away. The manager Angela along with the office staff, and the maintenance team are always so hwlpful, eager and willing to make everything as easy, fun and comfortable as possible. They have quick response times, always keep residents informed, they have such FUN events for the residents and this couldnt be a more perfect place to live. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Weve been living here 3 months and love it.After touring a dozen properties in the area I can assure you that you will love this building and its units at first site. Alex is the best, so helpful and knowledgeable, really goes above and beyond for the residents. Miguel and the maintenance team are amazing, never had any big issues but any work order is dealt with so fast I dont know how they do it. All 3 pools are stunning,6 bbqs so convenient (and I see the staff clean them every morning!), the 24 hour gym has everything you need, the decor & fixtures are gorgeous and modern plus the gas stoves are my favourite!

This property is amazing! The lobby is wonderfully decorated, I was greeted immediately as I walked in and was welcomed like family. I have lived at other Finger properties and the leasing staff at this location is nothing short of great. They uphold the reputation of Finger properties and made sure all of my needs for a home were met. I love the amenities and that everything in the apartments are brand new, so I know they’re all in perfect condition. Overall great experience and perfect location!

First, I can only speak from my experience. I rarely go out of my way to leave a place a good review, but this place deserves 5 stars. My experience with the staff and management were great. This is a beautiful place to live and I’d recommend you go see for yourself.

This is the first place I looked and after my tour I didn’t look any further. More amenities than I could have imagined. I am new to apartment living (moving from house) and I’m not losing any comforts at all. The units are spacious and have top-of-the-line finishes. I’m so happy I don’t have to give up cooking on gas stove. Very pet friendly. My fur babies have as many (or more) amenities to make them comfy. Everyone at The Caroline leasing office is so incredibly nice and eager to help with anything you need. Glad I made this my new home!

The Caroline is such a unique and gorgeous apartment community! Angie and her co-workers are a pleasure to work with and go out of their way to ensure their tenants, or potential new tenants, are satisfied.

As soon as we walked in, Angie greeted us with a smile, asked how could she help us, and offered us a cold bottled water. The lobby was gorgeously decorated, a sweet fragrance was in the air and the chandeliers were stunning. Angie was very patient with us. She showed us about four different apartments. And every single one was amazing! The clubhouse was beautiful -beyond words. The gym is absolutely huge! The business center was a great added bonus. I dont have any pets but it seems like the pets get treated like royalty too. I have never seen apartments as beautiful as The Caroline!!

Maintenance staff has been very accommodating. Miguel helped us program our thermostat and also helped us hang our curtains.Thank you Miguel!!

If youre checking out reviews with the idea that you might want to live here, you should know that many of the prior reviews youll find were coerced by management, so they should be taken with a big grain of salt.This building is poorly run. The only person on the team who is professional, courteous, efficient and effective is the Regional Manager, Lou, and shes only on property once per week. The rest of the staff is below par. Their main goal is to get new tenants - once you live here, youll be treated like a second class citizen. Simple requests will routinely be met with sour looks, an attitude, and an excuse. The gentleman who works in the office is incredibly disingenuous. He will not give anyone the time of day when he passes them in the hallway, but when hes giving a tour to new perspective renters, hell suddenly become your best friend.To give you some idea about how this building is run - we are in the middle of a pandemic and the gym has been out of wipes for over 48 hours. Reported multiple times. The gym is never vacuumed. There has been an abandoned water bottle on the floor of the gym for three days.The dog runs are only washed once or twice a week and the smell is unbearable.The dog wash is a fantastic area, but good luck getting your key programmed - the staff almost flat-out refuses to do it.Nobody seems to know the wifi passwords for the public areas and the printer in the business center doesnt print. AND its not a wifi printer (how is that even possible)?There are at least two dead cars in the parking garage that are not registered and havent been moved in months.There is routinely a large amount of garbage floating around the property.None of the complex rules are adhered to - one tenant let her dog swim in one of the pools, people have 3-4 guests at a time at the pools, loud music at pool, etc. The office staff never walks around the property because, again, their only goal is to bring in new tenants.This is just the tip of the iceberg.... I could go on and on. All of these things are common knowledge (and joked about) amongst the folks that live here. This is a beautiful property that is poorly run. The only thing that can save this place is for the regional manager to clean house and start over.

I moved into the Caroline right after it first opened. Everyone and everything about my experience living here has been great. If I have had any issues they have been fixed quickly and completely. In the front office Josh, Stephanie, and Angie are all amazing and help with anything you need.

These apartments are an eyesore! The residents rev their engines in the parking garage at all hours of the night echoing throughout neighboring complexes. Theyve even used firecrackers in the parking garage many times during the year. Terrible location and inconvenient to find and drive to.

Apartment looks great. Oven didnt work on move in. A few weeks in sewage started coming up from shower and bathtub. A couple weeks ago the majority of first floor flooded from a busted water line. Not sure how many apartments got water in them. Maintence staff are really nice though.

The Caroline is a gorgeous community! I had a fantastic tour here with Angie! She was the best. The gym is one of my favorites it is phenomenal. If you have dogs this is a great apartment community. They have a huge dog run and a grooming and wash station!! 10/10 Would recommend to anyone looking for luxury living in the Clear lake/Nasa area.

Hands down the best place Ive lived. I moved in right after they opened and Ive really enjoyed the amenities and the design of my place. The staff there is VERY accommodating and friendly. I normally find drawbacks in a company, but I can honestly say that so far my experience with them has been near perfect.

Bad customer service! The guy at front desk needs to be fired. He really needs better people skills. Went in there with my wife and kids and right out the start he had an attitude. Made our day bad and we walked out. This happen a few days ago. Happen to someone else that I know as well.

Beautiful New property managed by the Finger Company. I have a dog and it’s great that they have a private pet grooming station. Amazing location and great office and maintenance staff that go beyond to make sure your happy in your home.

Edited review. FLOODED JULY 17th, 2020.Upon the first floor flooding and affecting MANY apartments, no emergency courtesy calls were given to come see if water had seeped into your apartment. No emails as to when carpets were supposed to be “deodorized” so you can imagine my distress when I opened the door and my nose hairs burned off. (Thanks management!)I have been chased down the hallways by strangers, and also had an attempted robbery to no follow up emails or calls by management. Below are pictures of the flood that occurred July 17th, 2020. Absolutely do not recommend this property or management team.

We visited while still under construction, the models were amazing, they have a huge dog park and the location is close to 45. The staff was very nice and showed us all the amenities, Angie was amazing and we will def. be visiting again when they open next month.

My boss is relocating to Clear Lake from San Antonio to be near family. I found the Caroline online and was blown away at how nice it was. I set everything up and was told we could visit the property at 2:30pm on 8/12. We drive 3.5 hours strictly to view this property which we informed the employee that agreed she would give us a hard hat tour. I call 2 hours before the the scheduled tour, sitting at the Walgreens right outside the property and ask if we could move the tour earlier or later due to my boss needing to conduct a call. We got a RUDE “NO” followed by a “we could now see the property when she was ready and it wouldn’t be today. “ We had agreed today was the only day and while I understand she might have had other tours but she could have approached it better . Like my boss said, this is a no go, I haven’t even moved in and she feels entitled and was very disrespectful. He has lived in Finger Co. properties in the past and has never been treated like this. We drove up the road and signed a few leases at The Towers of Seabrook, they might lack amenities but theymore then made up for it with the 5 star LUXURY service! Stay away from the lady with the “black king ranch” I won’t give her name but I hope The Finger Co. finds a better position for her at the property. She’s not a people person
