Mice and roaches are everywhere. Little to no place to park. Price gaging (rents always fluctuates) Front office dont care.Since day one, my apartment has been a mouse trap.Then came the roaches and broken dishwasher.They are just above slum lords here. Kids out all night.

Bad management Ever .The new manager Stefani didnt do the management like expected she is soo rude, and unfriendly with all the residents and she dosent conduct her job correctly . We hope the cooperating office would take action as soon as possible.Bad management could impact & lead to losingCurrent clients and future residents..Don’t even make any mistake to come to this property.management with rude staff.the fancss around the apartment are broken the maintenance is very disorganized and they are cheating in whater bill at the beginning when sign the the contract the show less money after few months they increase the bill

Alma & Mgr Stephanie were great with the move in process! I love my apartment it’s very modern. The complex is like a huge maze literally! I would recommend this place great price & great location.I relocated from ATL after getting the approval the move in process was smooth. I would recommend getting the power turned on a day before you set to move in (the transfer of power can be slow). It’s a very diverse community but everyone appears to be extremely courteous! Also GET A RESERVED PARKING SPACE!!!

The only thing I can say about this apartments is they are the worst apartment ever. My parents have living in those apartments for like 15 years or more. At the beginning they where okay. After a couple of years they became the worst apartments. They have rat, roaches, and also dust mites. I could not even explain how bad these apartments have become. My mom has been going to the hospital a least once a month, since last year admitted for like a week or so, until these last time they did more test and found out that she have a high level of dust mites allergens. I will not recommend this apartment. Also every time we go to the leasing office we get no helped what’s so ever. They always have an attitude.

Dont come here unless you are going to be homeless and dont believe the good reviews. It is most probably paid reviews. A dumpster is cleaner than this place.I cut 6 rats here in just 3 months.I am just counting toward my end of contract.

Management is extremely welcoming and professional. Maintenance is quick to fixing whatever issue you may have within the apartment. One of my outlets weren’t working and they fixed it the day I submitted the issue. Another time my hot water was out. They read my submitted issue and emailed me immediately informing me they are on top of it and it will be resolved ASAP.They are good at emailing you, notifying you on whatever is going on within the community. They try their best to make it as homely and as comfortable as possible. The apartments itself is nice. There are granite countertops, and tile in kitchen and bathroom. I rented a one bedroom and there is plenty of room. I was very satisfied with the apartment itself.I will also add that it’s gated, have security every night, a playground for the kids, and it’s affordable.Here are the issues I had with Westward Square Apartments. The parking is a huge problem. However, I believe management is trying to solve this issue. There are too many people and not enough spots. Therefore, I highly recommend renting a reserved spot. It’s about an extra $30 a month but it’s worth it. They will issue a sticker to place on your windshield. Now, after your lease is up and you don’t want to renew, RETURN that sticker. From what I was told by the office, you are held accountable and need to return it. If not, it’s $100 charge. I believe the pricing on the extra is too high but that’s my opinion.The complex is filthy at times. You will see trash and debris on the stairwell and parking lot. You will also see tones of laundry and rugs hanging from the railings. Maintenance is working on cleaning constantly. However, I believe the dirty people override the maintenance crew but they are trying. Before moving in, I recommend spraying for roaches. I had a roach problem for a few weeks but thankfully got it under control. The complex offers pest control but I did my own. Stay on top of the pest control even after it’s under control just to be safe.Most of the other tenants are EXTREMELY disrespectful. They are very loud. If you work nights and have to sleep during the day, good luck on getting rest. They will have parties and play their music really loud. The walls aren’t well insulated so you can hear everything.Their kids will run up and down the halls, yell, and beat on the walls and windows. Now, kids will be kids. I blame the parents.New Years was a nightmare. Management emailed notifying everyone that fireworks are NOT allowed. Did they listen? NO!!!! We had complete morons out there till 2 in the morning lighting fireworks and damn near close blowing up some cars and catching the apartments on fire. One firework DID shoot right into the apartment below me and another DID explode under a parked vehicle. Thank God no one was injured from my knowledge. So, be aware if you’re here during New Years and Independence Day.DO NOT have packages sent to your apartment. There is a heigh chance it will be stolen. I had a package delivered. I wasn’t aware that it was stolen until two kids came knocking on my door, with my package explaining to me they observed someone take it. They retrieved it for me. Very grateful for those kids and their parents for raising them right. Therefore, I do not have packages sent to my door ever since. My advice is to find a more secure place to have packages sent to. A P.O. Box or maybe a friend or relatives house. If you choose a P.O. Box, do NOT use Sugar Land.If you drive a newer car, park somewhere excluded as possible. Even if you have to make a walk. These people don’t care and will hit your vehicle with their door. Again, NO respect.The apartments aren’t in a very good part of Houston. Not horrible, but suggest to ALWAYS keep your head on a swivel. Be cautious and safe.That’s my review on the apartments. Hope it helps.

Westward Square is the best!! I just moved in spacious and clean one bedroom apartment quiet, curfew is in place but its worth it to sleep during Pandemic. Security is in place, residents center and tentents are great

Westward Square office staffs are very much friendly. The Manager, Ms. Amy is very much helpful. Maintenance service is done on time. It is a very good place to live in the Westward Apartment complex. There are several programs of free foods available through the office for the poor residents. They also arranged Covid-19 Vaccines for the residents. I would love to stay here.

The worst management ever, not to to mention the poorest customer service. No security at this place, don’t risk your lives, anyone can run on you any time as as early as 10 pm when you are back from work. Reported the security issues many times but the property was not willing to find a permanent solution. The property’s only concern is the monthly rent you pay and that you pay it on time!!! Are you kidding me!By the way, the security cameras in the property are merely for SHOW OFF!!!!!, they won’t work when you report an incident. My friend’s car was hit and run in the day light, the staff even didn’t bother to help him find the suspect car.The post is about poor security which is the basis of peaceful life.

Im very grateful for the staff. During this crisis theyve done everything possible with the resources they have available to take care of us residents. The maintenance gives effort, management pays attention to property, and the leasing staff is really friendly, kind, helpful, and offer great service even during very busy times.

Worst place to live it never happened to me in any other apartments I ordered some items online 3 times has been stolen my item right in front my door No parking spot always full tiny parking space tiny apt lowest used quality carpet too noisy you can’t sleep during day even late at night always people running walking whenever kids going to school main gate mostly closed to traffic you have to use the all the way back gate which has so many traffic this complex dose not have a single positive point to mention in my 6 months living here I am completely honest.

So glad I just so happened to stop by, I was assisted and welcomed by Alma and the rest of the staff, manager was awesome. Everyone was nice, caring, and professional. I moved in within days, and I’ve taken a great liking to the community!

This review is based on the application process and the staff handling of confidential information. I recently, applied, followed all guidelines, submitted all required documentation to leasing agent Alma. I notice after, I submitted my picture ID, Alma per her supervisor was requesting additional information and made the process more challenging as well as making up additional rules. For this, one can assume there’s discriminatory practices in the application process. Additionally, I forwarded confidential information and a week later I received an alert on my account. Therefore, I do not recommend this place and will be contacting the properhousing authority.7/23/20. Follow-up to the owner response. Requesting my application and administrative fee.

This review is based on the bias in the application process and the handling of confidential information. I recently, completed a application for a apartment rental, submitted all required documents, and paid all fees. After, I submitted my DLs, the staff Alma made additional requirements, per her supervisors request. I noticed this after I submitted my DLs with the picture ID. Which lead one to believe there appears to be unfair practice when screening applicants; adding additional requirements etc. In addition, I sent all confidential information to the email address provided to the staff, however this was not received. I ask constantly, for her email address and made several calls to confirm...to no avail. I will be reporting to the proper housing authority and request a full refund the administrative fee and application fee.7/21/20 Updated Response to Owner comment.I am requesting my application and administrative fees be refunded. Please provide a update on the status of this. Supporting documents to be provided.

Do not I repeat do not rent here if you want someone to visit you from time to time.your car will be towed in broad daylight and the office manager will simply tell u theres nothing they can do. If your car doesnt have a sticker it will be towed. My car was towed in under 30 minutes and I was there for my friend which is total BS. I have never had this issue in any other apt complex. The office mgmt are scammers and are working with the tow company not far from the complex
