Camden attempted to illegally tow my vehicle. Management failed to provide me with a parking pass or enter my correct license plate information into their online system, which I sent to them via email two weeks prior to the towing.I had lived in the community for a month at the time of the towing. One month is more than enough time to issue new residents a parking pass so this does not happen.Camden corporate will not return my calls to discuss the issue. The on-site management has never given me a satisfactory resolution and I attempted to elevate the issue. They treat you and your property like garbage and don’t take ownership of their mistakes.
Once theyve got you locked in, its very likely you will be told how to live. With what you pay in rent, they can tell you to do whatever they want and sell it as convenience for the customer this has nothing to do with their employees, these folks are just doing what they are told to do for their jobs. I work for corporations I dont want to live in one.
I been working for almost 6 years in Camden, great company how care for they employees and they residents, great culture and costumer service focus, Camden cares.
I agree with the other one star reviews here! Truly a crappy company! The staff at Camden Plaza are lazy and pass the buck to district manager or anyone else but them. This company is so crappy that they get an outside lawyer to contact you about your complaints. They basically say you are complaining too much and you have to voice your concerns through the lawyer instead of the staff your rent pays for. Unbelievable and never dealt with this kind of treatment from an apartment. Do not live in any Camden community! They are shady!
A gigantic price gouging Corporation. They mastered the art of providing fake customer service and big smiles to get people to sign leases and to divert reading the fine print. $1,500 break lease charge, plus 60 days notice of which you pay rent. $110 cleaning fee and the place was left spotless. A $50 fee for processing an application for payment of the $1,500. And not to mention the threatening emails to send it all to collections. All of this because I bought a house, not because I was a deadbeat tenant. I hope that at least some people read this and look at other rental communities because you guys are trash and I am a firm believer in karma. One day this Corporation will get exactly what it deserves. I hope all of the executives at Camden Corporation enjoy your money.... Because Im going to make sure you lose some of it in the future. Big mistake..... You all handled it wrong. I gave you a couple of opportunities to make it right but corporate Personnel hide in their offices and dont take phone calls. You set a bad example for rental property and other landlords such as myself who know better than to treat people like that.
Earlier i have rated 3 starts for camden Legacy Park Plano facility. But i can not write one more comment hence putting the review on the Camdens Headquarter page.One of my friend who still stays at camden Legacy Park Plano shared about recent incident. One of his neighbor kept the dog poop in front of his door. That neighbor does not leash his dog. This complaint was made to the community office but there is no action taken till date.I had a good review about maintenance staff but office staff are LIARS.
Careless addressing concerns. Falls on deaf ears.
