My whole family love this apartment complex we live here for a year but we’re moving out by the end of September because we purchased a house. Thank you very much to Mr. David the manager and the rest of the employees Mrs Jocelyn, Mr Rafael and the gentlemen in the maintenance. Since Mr David and his employees took over and managed the property, I could see a lot of changes. Now of course, will maintained, clean, upon entering the main gate you could see a lot of plants and beautiful flowers I could feel it’s very welcoming there’s a security guard at the property, in uniform I feel very safe. Thank you very much Mr David and the rest of your team. Great job. So I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a safe and best place to live.

Ive been living here since October 201,. It was then called Las Palmas Apts,. Since then being under new management, now called The Reserve at Belfort.. The management has been professional willing and able to work towards solutions and responsive to resolutions no matter what the problem is. Dave, thenew Rental Office Manage has made leaps and bounds to transform this place into something worth mentioning to friends and families looking to move or visit.into.. I m so glad I didnt throw in the towel and that he and the management team came along.

Do NOT rent here! They will lie to you and take your money!! The new manager had me stressed out to the max with lies that he told me. I do not recommend these apartments AT ALL.

Since the new owners took over, there has been much improvement in a short amount of time. The changes have been painting both inside and outside and they have even more plans of making it a better place to live. The fact they have gotten rid of many of the people, who were causing problems, has made this a much better place to live. Come see it!

We haved lived here 9 years and yes with previous owners they would not fix things right away it would take months before they would and now Liz and the staff here so awsome they make sure you are taken care of right away and its a wonderful place to live

New manager is lazy and doesnt do her job

Been here since January and a month in our freezer didnt work it took them that long to fix it our 3rd week here our truck window was broke we filed a report but thats all that happened. we had neighbors that argue everday and we could here them like they were in the next room .. about a month ago new managers have came and immediately this place has changed into something im good with saying i live at ..on top of that we upgraded to a 2/2 from and 1br and the upgrade is awesome inside and out its quiet cant hear the neighbors its so peaceful so NOW i would recommend it here i feel much safer like these people care they fix anything right away and they maintenance guy is cool and professional

Management in this apartment complex based on my experience is not for the protection and safety of their tenants because if they were they would have done something about the mold that i have in every single window and window door that i have in my apartment complex. They were told since December 2018 they were told again March the 4th and April 3rd and they have done absolutely nothing the manager wences Reyes and his secretary has yet to resolve this dangerous issue. I visited my doctor after I had been feeling Ill and showed my medical doctor the mold and he said that Mold was no joke and extremelly dangerous. These people are real good about laying the cards and the rules and regulations on their tenants but when it comes to them performing tasks like making sure they keep their tenants life safe and healthy they have shown me by their lack of attention to this matter that they dont care. This is just one of the many city health code violations they are violating in my opinion. These are pictures of the mold just in one room. Their is plenty of more mold in the other rooms. Now I am stuck taking medications. City has been notified and they notified the Health department. This is just one of the problems that has brought me body harm. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ALLERGY SUFFERERS. MOLD IS NO JOKE IT HAS DESTROYED MY HEALTH... according to neighboors and to my experience this apartment complex is fast at pointing lease violations but having a tenant to live in a mold infested place is worst than a lease violation what they have done is violate the right to a human to live comfortably in their 960 a month rent and breath fresh air without mold!!!! You all have violated my lungs and my body feels sick. Dont come for me unless you been called.

I was late 2 weeks in rent n I called to let the office now that my air-condition went out n I have a 9 month an 5 year old n she refused to fix it when I told her I was going to pay her everything I owed n she still refused an I called again to let her know I needed it fixed an all she said was OK n then hung up when I tried to explain to her that it was to hot not to get it fixed but she didnt care.so to anyone n everyone I would not recommend moving here .

Do Not Move Here ! Specially if you have kids ! Man came in robbing my apt with my baby in the home as well. We where trying to see the cameras and all they said was, The cameras are for the property safety not the residence !!!!! And is not the first time. I heard neighboors around complaining about the same as well.

If you want to come to live these apts you should know that we are under new administration, they are not Las Palmas Apt. Now the rent is rising like foam we have a lot of reserved parking more without envargo nobody uses them. They are alone now, they battle enough to find parking. Not even outside the office you can park during the night they put tape on it ... they are remodeling games and new paint but inside they have never asked if we have something wrong. I have months with bad washing. My contract was wrong, they send me a letter just to inform me that I owe 35 dollars, which is not true, they have a mess in the office. The lady never has answers she always says Ill call her later the truth these new owners have me arta. Ah they charge a deposit of 400.00 per pet and 10.00 per month. Think about it before you come.
