Im almost hesitant to give even 2 stars. I had a pretty bad experience with this company. There are three other people in my office, and for some reason (because CoStar is all over the place) we were all put on the same account, with all of our payments being put on one invoice. This turned into a huge mess because we all became responsible for each others payments. When issues came up, CoStar basically responded as if it wasnt their problem. Although they are kind, I did not feel like they cared about the satisfaction of their customers. They just wanted to collect the money. The product itself is valuable, but because of the customer service issue I would not utilize the product again.

They gave misleading information about the terms of the contract, have a really disorganized way of doing business in that its always someone different calling or emailing you so nothing ever gets done and none of our leads have worked out at all in the last almost 5 months. Save your money!
