I had the best leasing experience with Amli River Oaks. Sophie was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She made me feel welcome the moment I toured the property. Management has been understanding and helpful to residents during this pandemic. I would recommend Amli River Oaks to anyone looking to live in the area!

Please note that my review has to do exclusively with the moving out process. I am a former resident of AMLI 2121 and found the management during the move out process to be rude and uncompromising. During the move out process I did not return the car sticker because I no longer had my car – the engine completely failed, and it was sold for scraps. Given that the car was no longer operational and sold for parts I asked for a refund of the $50 charge for not returning the sticker. After providing proof that it was scrapped I was told I could not get a refund because I was not the listed owner (it does not state ownership as a requirement for the sticker in the lease) and because I sold it (it was sold to a scrapyard). Overall the replies were condescending in tone, and the last email I received from them ended unprofessionally (“I am not going to continue a back and forth”). Management should not deal with long term residents in such a terse manner.AMLI has received an extra $50 from me, but I will not be living in an AMLI again, nor would I recommend it to a friend.

I am a current resident at Amli City Vista and my experience has been nothing short of Horrible. The hallways and all exits of the property reek of urine and animal feces. We are required to pay for Valet Living but the trash service is terrible. Expect for your trash to be missed many times a month but receive violations of $50. Management is terrible specifically Marcus the Community Manager. He has no regard for resident issues nor does he try to resolve them in a timely manner. His attitude by far is not one of a leader or someone who should hold that position. He his extremely rude and lacks empathy. Reconsider living at an Amli community because these are what the communities are like and the people they employ.
