Camden post oak is situated on post oak Boulevard, adjacent to Uptown Park. It was recently renovated and updated to refresh the feel of the building and they did a pretty good job. The area where the building really excels above the rest of the Houston highrises, is the service and maintenance. Having lived in a lot of the nicest buildings on Houston, Ive had the chance to see different management styles. Camden runs the post oak high rise extremely well. Everything from valet to concierge to maintenance, even the office staff. The valet service is not only polite and friendly, but is staffed with enough people, there is always someone there to help. Concierge is attentive and helpful, as well. With regard to maintenance, they respond quickly and repairs are made in short times. We also have great interactions with Deena & Franco from the office. I can easily say this is the best- run building in the houston area.

If you’re looking for luxury, look no further! I did a property tour with Franklin today! Absolutely great experience! Camden has always been praised for its culture and I must say, the atmosphere is definitely warm and welcoming!The amenities are brilliant! It gives a getaway/hotel-like feel with 24/7 access to all amenities including the gym, wine room and both heated and non-heated pools. The apartments are spacious, beautiful views, double ovens, large walk-in closets, and have I mentioned the view? I am in the process of moving to Houston for a two-year work assignment and was in need of finding an apartment.It’s been years since I’ve been apartment hunting so I was looking for any and all assistance. My employer had aligned me with a company that handled such assignments. I was given five different properties plus had another lead through a work colleague.My first appointment was with Camden Post Oak located at 1200 Post Oak Blvd. Not knowing what to expect, I was open minded. I was greeted in the foyer and promptly escorted to one of their meeting rooms. There I met with Danielle, Business Relations Specialist.After discussing my requirements, Danielle spent the next two hours reviewing various floors plans, showing me no less than 7 different open apartments, answering any and all questions ranging from the amenities to monthly fees.To say that I was impressed, with not only the property, but the superior service provided by Danielle is an understatement. I felt very much as though this was more than just showing another customer what was available. The personal touch was very much present appreciated.Over the next two days, I saw the other properties.Knowing that I had a return flight to catch, I reached out once again to Danielle to see if I could drop by (with virtually no notice) to see the apartment that I had set my sights on. Without an appointment, she was more than accommodating in that she once again walked me through the space as well as showed me the model that offered up ideas as to what the space would look like furnished.Fast forward to today. Undoubtedly one of the best apartments I have ever lived in, superbly managed. Extremely upscale amenities and super friendly staff all the way from concierge to valet folks. Maintenance requests were always taken care of within 24 hours, and usually the same day. Thais is one of the managers there who I mostly dealt with both at the beginning and end of my 2.5 years here - she was nothing but helpful, always available, and definitely helped make it feel like home. I had to move across the country so I could not renew my lease, but I would highly recommend Camden Post Oak to anyone looking for an upscale apartment in Houston.

Having moved in for a month, I would say Camden Post Oak is one of the best apartments we have rented. Camden LaVina in Orlando is a close second (when it was brand new in 2012 - it is very different now). For us, a good apartment complex (besides the resident units and facilities themselves) needs to have: (a) good policies with efficient and effective management team (just like good board of directors in a condo), (b) good maintenance (and concierge, if provided) team, and (c) good tenants. We have had good experiences thus far and we are glad to have made a right decision. It is never easy to pick a place with just one hour viewing. Special thanks to Thais Lorenzen who assisted and answered our (numerous) questions during the apartment viewing and leasing process.

While the units are luxurious w granite and the view fabulous and the staff superb…..there are huge over 110-140 lb dogs moving in now more than a year ago it was all small pets. There were 3-4 experiences with unleashed dogs on the elevators or in the garage on the weekend I visited.

Moved to Camden Post Oak a few weeks ago. Such a beautiful place to live near the Uptown area. Great apartments and the concierge and valet service are a great add on. Our leasing consultant Franco helped us with everything from showing the apartment and amenities he’s soo amazing at his job and a thorough gentleman making an easy move in for us. Let me start from the beginning: Its 2020 and Im moving across country during a PANDEMIC!!! AAAHHHHH!!! I had to do everything virtually. However, I was so fortunate to have found Camden Post Oak. I chose this place based off of reviews, so its only fitting that I help others out in their search as well. Deena was my welcoming angel aka leasing agent that went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible over FaceTime and phone calls and emails. We did a virtual tour, and when I tell you the place literally looked EXACTLY as it was shown to me, I mean that. WOW. Beautiful, house-feel type of apartment with beautiful views and great resort style amenities. Deena helped me with all of my paperwork and forms and application process so eagerly and with such a radiant positive attitude, from the moment I spoke to her on the phone inquiring, til the moment I landed in Houston and she handed me my keys to welcome me. Franklin was a key person in my move as well. He helped me find trusted movers (remember I was doing everything virtually out of state) that were a decent price and good at their job. Hes always engaging and friendly whenever I see him and gives off those positive feel good vibes too.Now, since Ive lived here long enough to give an honest review about this place (after move-in), there are pros and cons. Well, the only con I have is that I hear about a lot of things from the neighbor portal about what used to be pre-pandemic, but we are still paying for in the amenity fee. Like I guess there used to be a happy hour weekly with treats and you could mingle and meet with the community (wow that would be fun!). There are food trucks that come often, so maybe that is to make up for it a little bit...I dont know. We recently got the coffee area back and it is AMAZING! Also, when I first moved in I felt a little uncomfortable that I was always stopped and questioned like I didnt live here and it went on for a few months. It made me feel like I didnt belong because although there is diversity in the staff and management...MOST (not all) of my neighbors (that Ive seen) are retired, older, and Caucasian. There is a mixture of course of a few athletes and young/middle-age professionals. Indeed, this is definitely not a college party building nor a daycare (I think Ive seen like kids here and usually they are visiting for the weekend). Anyways, one day I gave the concierge Kelley a card and some cookies just to thank her for always acknowledging me and making me feel welcome when Id come home. Now that its been several months of me living here, I think everyone has gotten used to me and recognizes my face even when I switch up my hair lol. So, the valet always opens the door for me, the concierge Irenio, Marcos, and Seth are always friendly and helpful especially when I need to collect my packages. Hugh is especially great because once I lost my phone and didnt have a car, so I needed a way to get to the mall and the apple store. He was so helpful and called me a yellow cab and made sure I got there safely. That was a scary time being in a new city alone without a phone or car. yikes! So grateful of our awesome concierge team, coming to the rescue! The maintenance team is incredible also. They complete service request in a breeze, with a smile on their face and positive energy when entering your home. Last time was super sweet because I wasnt here when they replaced my water filter and they left me a note saying it was o-fish-ly complete, with a bag of Goldfish crackers lol and a Twix bar! Now, it may be small gesture to most, but for me...after coming back from HOURS waiting at the DMV...I deserved this treat lol. Its the little things the staff does at this community that really make this place truly wonderful to live at. Oh, the dog park is such a cute peaceful playground! The pool is STUNNING (no jacuzzi though...but its Texas), and the gym is clean its been a major part of helping me drop quarantine lbs! haha ~Aysha

Lets first start by saying Camden Post Oak....WOW!! Apartments are you sure?? Not only is this a phenomenal property but, the entire experience was out of this world! I was literally visiting properties to make a decision at a later date and got swept off my feet. Franklin Franco is in a class all of his own. His dapper looks absolutely complement his proficient customer service, outstanding knowledge of the property and the surrounding area. I was truly having the worst week ever and he lifted my spirits. Franklin got me moved in so quickly, he went above and beyond by making sure EVERYTHING from my cable and internet was structured properly! He even followed up with me to make sure my suite was well manicured and that my daughter had everything she needed. The Welcome Home basket was such a classy touch with all of the items to make your first home cook meal. Just fabulous! I feel so safe and secure on this property with their immaculate security policies! I love the concierge service and valet for my guests. Gene is so sweet and hilarious. Deena and all of the beautiful ladies have such beautiful personalities. Camden has totally thought of it all...even if youre not planning to reside here! You have to swing by for the experience. I moved in 2 days ago. I left a high rise that is practically brand new for this one that is much older. My commute time to work from my old apt was 7 minutes walking. At this new place, I have to go through the Galleria traffic, 25 minutes, give or take. So why make the move?1) People: The people here are exceptional. From the leasing agents to the valet guys to the concierge, everyone is so welcoming and helpful.Danielle helped me throughout the process, and this was my best moving experience. Shout out to Frank too, he helped me take a closer look at what they had to offer. And the neighbors are friendly.2) The property: the building is beautiful, even at its age. My unit is fantastic, with great view. The appliances are top notch. The hard wood floor looks gorgeous. The carpet in the bedroom feel so soft and plush. The closet is deep and high (almost 10 ft, yes I measured it). The kitchen is a good size with enough cabinet spaces.Parking: easy access and enough spaces. The garage looks well secured. I like the fact that there are 2 ways to enter and exit the garage, plus, theres the yellow line separating traffic in opposite directions.3) The fitness center, pool, and common area are well kept.4) The location: you cannot go wrong living in this part of town, even for the most picky individuals.5) Management: whoever is managing this place is among the best in the business. How could I be so sure? Because I lived in a thousand other place. The cheek that will grow up as a rooster is recognized from the moment it is hatched. In other words, you cant fake being good: if you are good, you are good. And I can say for sure that this is a good place to live.

Our company has been renting from Camden Post Oak for years and we have been treated well. We love the views and the location. The pool area is lovely. We also enjoy the diversity of the residents. They have a great little well appointed gym, and last but not least, they have a very nice dog park for Sophie when she visits:) Oh, and Danielle and the staff really are wonderful. They are very professional, kind, and pleasant people. In all our dealings with Danielle Patino we have found her to be helpful, patient, and easy to work with. She responds to all requests quickly which is very important to us because of our limited time to deal with problems. The maintenance staff is also responsive, polite, and efficient. I have been living at Camden for 2 years now and have had a wonderful experience. Franklin was the best in helping me find the right floor plan to call home when I first moved in and made the whole move in process seamless. He was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process then and now as I move into a different floorplan. We just recently moved into Camden Post Oak and it has been awesome. Their representative, Bradley OConner, did an excellent job showing us around to multiple apartments to find the one that met are needs and move-in date. Everybody is friendly from the valet staff to the concierges. We looked at many different apartments, but Camden was by far the best one for our needs.

Truly disappointed in Camden. I had to move out of my apartment due to the pandemic. I had to brake out of my lease and doing so I figured at such a hard time they would be able to work with me. They did to a point were they were able to let me out of of my contract not knowing that they would come after me for every little detailed cost that was not told to me prior. If I would have been told before I would have done everything I needed to, to avoid any costs. Especially replacing and oven stove? Rug? Paint?That’s should be on the company for the next future resident. I lived there for almost 5 years and nothing had ever been replaced or renewed. Be aware when moving out.Extremely disappointed and feel like I got taken advantage from.

I have been a resident for over three years now. Aside from the glamour and beauty of the building and all of its amenities the best part about living at the Camden Post Oak is the staff. Every time I get home from a crazy work travel schedule I am so excited to see my “friends” the valet is always quick to help you with anything you need and the maintenance team is so on top of preventive measures I only get to say hello passing by in the building as I never have any issues. This week I had to move units in a very short amount of time and the concierge and leasing department were there for me every step of the way meeting my chaos with grace and professionalism. I can’t imagine living anywhere else in Houston!

Recently visited this location and I want to make sure to give credit where credits due. Franklin Franco really went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns, really such a genuine guy and is by far the best leasing agent at Camden post oak! The location is excellent close to Galleria, the complex is built the same standard as a hotel: there is a lobby, fitness suite, meeting rooms, pool deck, valet service; even a special room for wine storage (Grand Cru only).Danielle PATINO and all the staff provide a superior customer service. Camden Post Oak is definitely one of a kind. I was a resident here for two years and left ( not sure why ) and recently decided to move back. Beautiful place to live, how ever some of the concierge‘s at the front are extremely rude and disrespectful. After living here for 10 months I broke my lease. The disrespect my family, my guest and myself have received from the concierges (not all) was unacceptable. I’m not sure if we were mistreated because of our age or the color of our skin. I paid a lot of money to stay at this beautiful high rise to have luxury services how ever that was not the case at Camden Post Oak.

This is a wonderful home. I enjoyed my time very much and met many new people. You will not have any of the issues that others experience with apartment living. From the front door to the parking garage to the apartment homes everything is nicely done and everyone is nice. The area is also a plus with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Great place!

This is going to be quite a change for me, as I have called Camden Post Oak home for the past 7 years. Through out the time I have lived at Camden I have travel extensively. I even had the wonderful experience of living in Hong Kong for two years.Through out this time I always called Camden home. It was both nice and comforting to return to Camden after long months away that I would be greeted with welcome home. We have missed you.I have nothing but fond and happy memories of Camden. All the staff is so professional and friendly. The residents I have met here have also been very nice and friendly.Last but not least, the location of Camden is the best. One can live here and walk to shopping, dining, groceries with in minutes. If I should return to Houston to live, I would return to Camden.I hope everyone who lives here could have the great experiences that I have had.David Dillingham

I just recently moved into Camden Post Oak. I am so ecstatic to live here. Everyone here is so nice! I was assisted by awesome personnel. Deena was so helpful from the start and the process was so smooth from beginning to end, and the office staff always greet you with a smile.The location is amazing with nearby restaurants, and the surrounding area is clean! I’ve just wrapped up a six-month lease at Camden Post Oak. I can’t possibly recommend this apartment complex and the Camden management enough. From day one working with Franco in the leasing office, everything was smooth sailing. They’re not pushy, they treat residents with respect, and they were flexible with my requirements for the short-term lease. Maintenance at the facility is also top-notch. Whenever there was any kind of issue it was resolved promptly and correctly the first time. The folks at the concierge desk (Gene, Hugh, Kelly, Juan, and Irenio) are the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. In the few months I was there, I ended up having to make some pretty unusual requests of those folks, and they came through each time like it was nothing. The building is secure, clean, and well-maintained. The pools are awesome and the grills actually work. You will really enjoy living here.I’m so glad I found Camden Post Oak, and I would absolutely lease there again. I give them 6 stars out of 5.

I couldnt be happier that I decided to call Camden Post Oak my home! Danielle showed me around and was sweet enough to check in after my move. All the staff here are great honestly, from the concierges to the maintenance team. Ive been here for a while now and dont regret it one bit! Apartments are beautiful, well kept and quiet, plus the proximity to other areas and amenities make it even better. Overall a fantastic place to live!

Danielle Patino my leasing agent was incredibly professional and very quick to solve all my requests when moving in. The complex is very much like living at home in comparison to Hanover properties, which are more like a hotel. The amenities are very nice especially the pool and gym areas. Great place to live and great staff that is vert attentive!

Camden Post Oak I called home for the last three years. The staff is absolutely amazing and I would without a doubt recommend Camden Post Oak to anyone. The management team, especially Danielle Patino, is very professional, kind, and attentive! The building is very cozy and homey. I felt very safe there with the 24 concierge. The valet team is wonderful as well. My apartment was beautiful: top to bottom windows, wood floors, new appliances, and a very spacious closet! 5 stars for this wonderful team! I will definitely miss them!

GREAT maintenance staff! They come out promptly and fix whatever is wrong. They were there in a matter of minutes after my toilet stopped up. I particularly want to give a shout out to Luis Rivas for fixing my shelving rack in the walk-in closet. The entire thing came down and he got a new rack, bore additional holes in the concrete and fixed it with a smile.

Great place to live! Amazing facility feels like urban resort. Leasing office coordinators are great. Mostly dealt with Thais and Danielle - they been fantastic, always sensitive to my needs and request. Concierge stuff great with HUE Tan leading them all :). Maintenance guys(Henry, Jose, Victor, Bryan, Edgar) are doing fantastic job, working hard 24/7 to complete all the request. if you are looking for a place to live, then do not look any further- this is your place!

This is a wonderful-safe and smoke-free community! I left for a short-time but returned as it is difficult to find a place that feels like home. Sure, its a large community, but in your nice unit, you feel safe and the noise level is at a very minimum depending on if your neighbor above lays down rugs on the wood floor. The area is awesome - you are in the middle of everything! If a noise problem ever arises, the staff is vigilant in solving the issue or really any issue that you may have.The staff is great and provides events and opportunities for the community and they always make you feel like you are a very important person! Being single, it is very important to me to feel reasonably safe, secure and where your living needs are met. I have all this in my home at Camden Post Oak and hope to be here a long time.

The best place I’ve lived at without a doubt. I moved in late July and have no complaints. Although I am a Camden employee, Camden Post Oak was always my top choice to live in. Olivia was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything easy. The entire staff is great and I look forward to being here for years to come!

Moved to Camden Post Oak around first week of November 18. Such an amazing place to live near the Galleria area. The apartments are clean and the concierge and valet service are up to mark. Not to mention the amazing pool and the fireplace by its side. My leasing consultant Franco helped us with everything from showing the apartment to making a smooth move in. Looking forward to more events that happen at this place.

Camden Post Oak is great. Nice apartments in a great neighborhood. The staff is friendly and a few of them know me by name despite my constant out of state travel. There are upgrades here and there to the building so they remain competitive and keep their residents happy. Excellent location and once the construction on Post Oak is complete the scene will be even better.

This community is very cozy and friendly! There are always people walking dogs (and cats lol), hanging out by the pool, or just hanging out outside, which I love cause I feel like it’s our own personal community. Olivia was hands down the best help when I first came to visit, she answered all my questions and concerns. She made my move in a breeze by making sure I had all the paper work complete. Looking forward to enjoying the property more!

These apartments are by far the nicest ones Ive lived in. Its always kept in great condition and the staff members are so friendly and welcoming. I love that they have a fitness center open 24 hours. Its small, but they have all the essentials. Id have to say the coffee machine is my favorite. They offer a good variety as well as different teas and hot cocoa! Its located in a very nice area and just a few minutes away from the galleria. If youre looking for a high quality apartment, Camden Post Oak is the way to go!

I love the staff, valet and concierge. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly! I value the location, and how quick it is to get anywhere in Houston with the freeway(610 and 59) being so close. The fitness center and swimming pool is great too! The events like happy hour and brunch are so much fun! My dog Jessie loves how pet-friendly it is here too.

I lived at Camden Post Oak for about 1 1/2 years as well as several other complexes in the area. It clearly sets itself apart. From my first experience to handing in my keys when I left the leasing staff are awesome!! They are friendly, genuine and very professional. The residents are great too. You will never hear any noise ever, no loud parties here - just very reserved professionals who are very open and friendly and talk to you in the elevator. Location is unbeatable, the traffic in Uptown park gets hectic but once home you would not want to be anywhere else. Views - magnificent!! The concierge and valets all helpful and friendly. It is an awesome place to live. I have lived in many cities in the US from the East coast to California & I can safely say you absolutely get what you pay for at Camden Post Oak in Uptown Park. Excellence.

I moved in a couple of months ago and love it. The apartments are up to date and well laid out. There are many floor plans available; so something to suit everyone. The building is safe & secure with an excellent management team. The 24 hour concierge, exercise facility and drop of dry cleaning are the fantastic. Walking distance from Uptown Park is a huge plus. I cant wait for warmer weather to try out the pool.

I have lived here more than 10 years and am happy to call this home!Jenna and her staff never cease to surprise me on how wonderful they treat the residents. From brunches,to wine down Wednesday and customer appreciation day. Its the little touches that make a residence a home.The staff is beyond courteous but kind and best of all they all love working here which makes it a wonderful environment.Thank you for making this a terrific place to live.

Best service and staff in the business. From the first week the Concierge had my name and unit down. They are always communicating and helping to take care of anything needed when I am traveling. I am sure this is the corporate culture of Camden and all of their properties but Post Oak is first class.

Great, amazing place in itself ( apt, amenities, etc.) But they are constantly doing some renovation/construction and quite frankly we have been here little over a year and it has been a rather frequent source of discomfort. We live on a higher floor, so that adds any elevator or roof-involved work, but I wish they weren’t doing all of the drilling so often. Just ruins the experience.

Top notch maintenance staff! Every issue, big or small is handled as soon as possible! We love living here!

I moved here because of the flooding of Harvey. My first impressions of the building were so positive that I immediately felt like I was at home here. My favorite part of living here is the outstanding staff. I love living here! My dog even feels welcome and at home.

We’ve been a Camden Post Oak resident for last 6 month. Even though we have to leave out of state now, we decided to stay with Camden owned apartments. It was a very pleasant experience living here. We can’t imagine a more responsive and professional management group. The building is totally remodeled: new floors, appliances, pool, gym, & business center. The staff is very nice and it is a pleasure to see them in the hall or elevator and say hello. The view in the higher apartments is gorgeous. Also the management organizes mini-events like Saturday brunch, Wednesday happy hour, and Monday Breakfast-to-go. Where you can meet & mingle with your neighbors. If we were staying in Houston we would stay here for a very long time.

Camden Post Oak is amazing. From the 24 hour concierge to the staff in the office, everyone is so helpful. The gym has everything you could need and an awesome coffee bar when youre finished. The pool area is beautiful and its great getting to meet everyone at the events Camden hosts! 5 stars!

Camden Post Oak is a great place to live in! From the amenities offered to the strategic location, this place has advantages that words cant fully describe. This luxurious high rise must be experienced. Uptown Houston is at a walking distance. The Galleria area is not too far. Camden Post Oak is also home to two beautiful pools, a stunning lobby, a conference room with multimedia equipment and off course a state of the art gym facility.Last but not least, the staff here is professional, fun, courteous and energetic.

Moved in recently and so far have had a great experience. The demographic is slightly older which is good for someone looking for a quiet, more relaxing place to live. While the building isnt brand new (about 16 years old), management is constantly working on keeping everything updated like the amenities and the appliances in the apartments. Theyre currently working on renovating the hallways and repainting the exterior of the building which is a testament to the managements initiative towards insuring the tenants are getting their moneys worth. The staff is very friendly and is always there to help (24/7 concierge so literally always). I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to my time living here.

We love living at Camden Post Oak. I have lived here since November 2014 and never considered living anywhere else while we are in Houston. The apartments are a great size, and very well maintained. The staff are fantastic, and organize great events, look after us and make living here a pleasure

Loved living here. Everyone who works here knows you by name and is so helpful and friendly. Felt like a family. Extremely safe building. Close to everything you could possibly want, most within walking distance. Social events were really nice. Repairs were done promptly. Great appliances. Great outside grilling area by pool with TV and fire. Gym is small but has all equipment I had used with trainers. So sad to be leaving but would definitely come back.

Excellent management, fun community events, like brunches, and Wine events. Ive moved 8 times in the last 4 years, but have lived here for 1-1/2 - 2 years, if thats any indication of how much I enjoy living here. I have no need to look anywhere else. Love how its centrally located, easy to jump on 610, I-10, or 59 and get to any of my stores. Also love the fact that Whole-Foods is within walking distance. You just cant beat the value and amenities. Definitely recommend checking out!
