Let me start by saying, Jonathan was so kind and patient with us! We came in on a Sunday without an appointment and he was more than happy to show us around the property. Jonathan was very attentive and answered all of our questions and he made the application/move-in process so easy! We had a great experience and so far I really enjoy living here.

Im a tad late, but Jonathan helped me find this beautiful apartment for my girlfriend. I had two appointments in the area and both cancelled after making appointments in advance. Jonathan took time when he was busy to talk us around and help find the right place. He didnt rush us and in the end, she loved the apartment. The staff here have time for you, thats what make a good apartment complex work.Jonathan gets a 5/5, for being so considerate when he didnt have to, and for not being a jerk when I said wed think on it.

The Camden Heights team has been nothing but wonderful, especially Sydney!! They are all incredibly helpful and friendly! The maintenance team is quick and efficient with my requests. Also, the community is pet friendly! Located right off I-10, it’s very easy to get to work. Bars on White Oak are great and love the walking/biking trails! I would definitely recommend moving here! Id give Camden six stars if I could. Their maintanence team has been wonderful and timley when it came to anything I needed. My dog loves the Bayou which is a plus and HEB is super close. Great area, great renovations and great staff. Special shoutout is Sydney for always helping me with my packages.

Apartments are nice and maintenance has a very quick response however I’m only giving this place 2 stars because despite the fact that I enjoy living here, the leasing office is a complete disaster, messy, unorganized, unhelpful and never answer the phone! My bf was using his moms car and it got towed because it wasn’t on the 6th floor went to see if there was anything the leasing office could do and nothing! The less you have to deal with the leasing office the better!!! P.S this isn’t the 1st issue I’ve had with them

I love living living here. The staff is awesome, and profesional. Love how close is it to walk to restaurants, parks and local watering holes. Neighbors really care and act like a community.

Camden Heights has beautiful apartments, the location is fantastic, and the maintenance staff is top notch. I have had a decent experience living here. However, issues with security, package delivery, and the pool force me to give a negative review to make potential residents aware of these issues.First, cars are constantly broken into, and items are often stolen. Camden installed a gate arm and supposedly hired a security guard to help prevent against theft. However, break ins and theft continue to occur. It’s exhausting. Residents are constantly reporting break ins and theft, and the complex simply sends out an email telling us they are looking into it and have notified police. I do not know what the solution is, but I do know that this is absolutely unacceptable.Second, packages are constantly misdelivered and stolen. Some of this is on the delivery companies and drivers, but Camden has done next to nothing to help residents with this issue. Packages are left in the mail room, which is open and unsecured, and Camden’s response was to put up a small sign directing drivers to leave packages at the doors of residents. Unfortunately, packages are still stolen and misdelivered. I have filed countless claims with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Again, residents complain constantly, and nothing is done.Third, during the summer, the pool becomes something one would see on college spring break. It’s crowded with people playing beer pong and blasting music. This would not be an issue except for the fact that residents who live near the pool, of whom there are many, are subjected to loud rap music on a near constant basis on the weekends. Recently, on a Sunday, I was forced to listen to loud rap music in my apartment until 9 pm. You can imagine how this ruined the one day during the week I had to relax. I emailed Camden and asked if they could do the EXTREMELY SIMPLE TASK of sending out a community-wide email kindly reminding residents to be courteous of their neighbors while at the pool. They brushed me off (quite rudely, may I add). They said I can call the police at the non-emergency number next time this happens. This is extremely helpful since when police have been called to the complex for break ins, they’ve taken up to an hour to arrive. I assume they wouldn’t respond at all to a noise complaint. Camden has no problem at all sending a reminder email multiple times per week telling residents not to park at the leasing office (which I have never done). But they can’t be bothered to remind residents to not invade the apartments of their neighbors with loud music, pick up their dog’s waste, or not leave trash outside of their apartment for days.I am so sick of dealing with car break ins and stolen packages and rude neighbors while the complex I spend thousands to live in does almost nothing to assist.EDIT: I’m actually angry at Camden’s response. Let me be clear: they have not done anything to address security and misdelivered packages recently. They added some security measures several months ago, but we have continued to experience break ins and nothing has been done. Their only solution to misdelivered and stolen packages has been to add a small sign to the mail room reminding mail carriers to bring packages to our doors, which has been woefully insufficient. Camden is not doing anything to address these concerns and they’re lying in their response to my review.

They appear to be nice and pretty on the surface but once you move in you get head ache after headache, not to mention the health concerns. Overcharge and rip you off at every corner. Ive only lived here for 10 days and its been stressful every day.They also managed to delete another review detailing every single overcharge and disgusting action. Dont make my mistake and look somewhere else. I emailed corporate and will await their response.

Fabulous apartment community! Nice controlled access all the way around the community. Apartments can’t be an impenetrable fort, but this place is pretty close. The pool is a nice size and newly renovated. BUT THE STAFF THOUGH!?! I don’t think Shakespeare, Mandela, Maya Angelou could sit in a room for 7.13 hours and put the appropriate words to describe their positive attitudes and incredible work ethic. While she is only the assistant, Kenya Sheppard is the ultimate conductor of business. She has everything in reach and knows ALL the details of the community. Any questions or concerns you have she you taken care of. Sometimes it is’t the answer we want, I mean come on who doesn’t want thing to go their way, but I digress. Kenya will help and do what she can, WITHIN REASON, to make sure your home and home experience are top tier!

The Camden Heights team has been nothing but wonderful! Aline, Kenya, Maira and Scott are very helpful and responsive. The maintenance team is quick and efficient with my requests. There is a dog park and the community is very clean and pet friendly! The location is conveniently located right off I-10, very close to restaurants and bars on White Oak and plenty of walking/biking trails! I would definitely recommend moving here!

This place is a rip off. There has been over 30 cars broken into and water was shut off a few times.... and that was just the last couple of months. Packages get stolen all the time too. I think this place is known as an easy target for criminals.

I recently went with my boyfriend to tour this property and had a great experience! Really loved how the Chirp Access app made viewing the apartment and community super convenient, especially during Covid 19. The grounds and units were well kept and Kenya and Scott were both super friendly while walking us through the Chirp process with ease. Definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to settle in the Heights area!

Staff top notch, property is maintained well, organized. I would give 5 stars if only they didnt do away with Gas cooking grills at pool like advertised to me prior to move in. Now you might as well plan to camp out when you need to go cool a simple steak. I cook a lot, or used to grill a lot, becuase its easier when you come home from working all hours. Thats a prerequisite for me where I love and its failed a month after move in. Other than that its workable other than the issue of parking.

The location is excellent on White Oak Bayou with trails that can take you all over the city and all the amenities of living in the Heights are within walking distance. The spaciousness of the apartments are the best in the Heights and they are kept up-to-date. The management is responsive, respectful and friendly. The grounds are clean and well tended, including the parking garage. After touring many other apt buildings we value how clean our Camden Heights is kept!

Camden Heights is such a great place to live! The apartments are newly renovated, very modern. The leasing process was easy and smooth thanks to Scott. He answers all my questions and always responds to my emails quickly. I would recommend this community to anyone! Cant wait to use the newly renovated pool and gym.

I toured this apartment complex a couple times, mainly because I absolutely love the location! It’s an older community, however they have really done an outstanding job of updating & upgrading the entire property! I dealt with Scott, who was extremely friendly & super helpful trying to find the best unit for me! I actually did not move here, but the staff was amazing & very helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here!

Michelle was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional during my visit. Michelle was prompt with communication both prior to and after my visit which I greatly appreciated.The grounds and communal areas were clean and looked well maintained. The apartment that I viewed was also clean and well maintained. I would have proceeded with leasing an apartment in the Camden Heights community but I found a different property that better met the proximity of my interests and work. Should I decide to move in the future I will definitely be in touch with Camden Heights and Michelle!

Had a wonderful video tour of an apartment - the agent, Scott, emailed me dimensions of rooms so I could get a better idea of the apartment’s space as he showed me around. He answered all of my questions questions and was professional and friendly. I signed a lease within an hour of the video tour and am very happy with my new apartment!

Id preface it with, they have resonable price and a great location, but Id also say that Ive been with them for 2 years. And I WOULD NOT LEASE WITH THEM AGAIN. There are car break-ins seemingly every month. We as residents complain constantly but we have no improvement to this situation. Ive had many many instances where the internet went down when I was working from home and we are charged over $100/month for the internet. Ive also had an instanance where there were multiple break-ins into the apartment just two - three doors down mine. Everytime I hear a knock on my door, I worry if Im gonna get broken into. And thats not how youd want to live. So please do yourself a favor and look someplace else. There are plenty of great communitoes nearby!!

Great location and newly remodeled apartments are a nice change. Maintenance is always prompt and helpful. Charity in the front office always welcomes you with a smile and is helpful in any situation. Camden is lucky to have a great staff. Thankful that security has been on site at night.

Ive lived in several apartment communities, this being the first Camden property and I have to say its BY FAR my favorite place Ive lived. The staff actually cares about the residents, which is a nice change compared to other properties I live at where the staff could care less about the residents. They have several maintenance workers who seem to be on the clock 24/7 making sure the property is maintained. Theres been a huge amount of car break-ins, even though the garage is fob/gated, but its also been happening in the whole neighborhood, not just this apartment complex. Great place to live, I wish I had found it sooner.

Camden Heights has been one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. Great for those who want to live near The Heights, but need to commute Downtown or down I10. The Office and Maintenance Staff are some of the most nicest, friendly, and helpful people. The property is very clean and the amenities are great. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and thoroughly. I know all new tenants will be occupying newly renovated units that looked awesome when I toured. Id live there again if I werent moving closer to work, but would highly recommend living here!

We absolutely love this place. It is the perfect location! To my experience, staff has been very helpful and attentive from the second my wife and I walked in the leasing office. My husband and i really loved the property. We loved the complex and where its located. The grounds are so nice and so are the amenities. The office staff were wonderful especially Scott Preveto he was excellent. We had a great experience with him. We would have made our decision that day but unfortunately its just a little out of our price range. But we definitely recommend anyone to make this place their home.

We visited and toured Camden Heights, but didnt end up choosing it as our apartment. Nonetheless, throughout the whole experience, we were treated with respect and always catered to. They have a 24/7 number you can call for any questions or concerns. The apartments are very nice, and many have been recently renovated.

I had a great experience living here. The property has the nicest gym out of all of the apartments I toured and was very competitive on price. I would say this apartment excels with its management. The management is very accommodating to resident concerns and acted quickly to resolve issues. The star there is Charity who helped me lease my 1-bd apartment! She remembers everyone names and goes above and beyond for the residents.

I have lived at Camden Heights for almost a year and a half. The staff is absolutely amazing and has always been very kind, attentive, and professional. I’m sure these are fine apartments and the unit my husband and I viewed was beautiful. However, after viewing two different Units on two diffeeent days, there was absolutely no follow up from the leasing office. Not to mention this was the only complex we visited that would not allow us to even step into the office. All questions had to be asked standing outside the leasing office. I get it, these are challenging times and I can appreciate their need to keep employees safe, but some sort of follow up from the office would have been appreciated. I just got the feeling they could care less wether or not we leased an apartment. For the prices they are leasing these units for, I would expect more. Location is not everything.

The apartment staff and maintenance personnel at this place are absolutely the best Ive ever been around! The maintenance people all know their stuff and are capable of fixing almost any problem in a short period of time. If youre like me and work a lot (meaning not too much time at home), then this type of service is something that you will really appreciate.

We moved into Camden heights at the end of the summer. Having 3 little kids I was a little nervous. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing! The location is perfect. The maintenance crew is quick and good. We are having fun there while we look for a new home!

I have been living at the Camden for about a year. My experience so far has been extremely positive; location, management and security are top notch. Issues are always resolved promptly. Amenities (coffee bar/gym/pool) and property upkeep is stellar. These are the best overall deal in town for your buck.

Camden has been great!! The entire leasing office is very friendly and made the move in process seamless...complete with shopping tips :) Since then, they have always addressed any concerns in a timely, friendly manner. The complex is in a great location and has a good mix of tenants.

My sister lives here so I’m always here most of the time. These apartments are beautiful and she tells me the office staff is amazing. Once my lease is up at my current apartment I’m definitely going to get more information soon.

The maintenance staff is great! They are very responsive and friendly! We love the location and its proximity to the bike trail, bayou, and great restaurants/bars to walk to. Sadly, the package system and safety is not satisfactory. We have had several packages stolen and it is a common thing among residents. The office manager seems to brush it off as the cost of doing business, but it makes it really difficult to be confident in receiving packages. As a result, I know most residents here have to arrange pickups for fear of packages being stolen.

I’ve lived at Camden Heights since January 2017. Management has changed a few times, but Silvia & her Maintenance crew have been here and are simply amazing. All requests are fixed very timely. I have yet to see anything that Silvia can’t fix. Shout out to the new Management-Charity, Olivia & Adam, they have been very helpful. Adam ran over to let me in the gate when my key fob stopped working. Walking my dogs is a joy, there are many dog receptacles and bags. I’ve met some really nice neighbors and we remain friends. Walking to White Oak for food & drinks is always fun. Camden is currently upgrading Units and I can’t wait to see the improvements.

Camden Heights is my first experience living in a professionally managed apartment complex. My fiance and I have lived here since May 2017 with our two dogs and have enjoyed the amenities, level of customer service and the superior maintenance team that makes this a unique living experience.When we toured the complex initially the leasing agent listened to our concerns (moving our dogs into an apartment from a house, cost, etc) and worked with us to make this an achievable move. The dog park and doggy bag stands throughout the grassy complex have been helpful in easing the transition for both owner and dog!The maintenance team is phenomenal and is on call for emergencies such as clogged toilets and when air conditioning goes out in the middle of the summer!While a little bit more expensive than places weve lived before, we are enjoying our experience here.

(BUT shoutout to maintenance folks; only redeemable staff that works here)Original: The front office is terrible. They arrived late on our move in date, didn’t give us the right keys to get into our place, didn’t turn the water on in our apartment for 2 days, didn’t have the loading space reservation that we scheduled, and were rude in every communication with them while not taking any responsibility. Customer service doesn’t exist here.

If youre looking for a nice hip place to live you should visit Camden Heights. Im able to walk to local bars and restaurants. I bathe my dog in the dog park and also walk her at the White Oak Trails. The maintenance team is awesome, when they come to my apartment they are always so friendly and always make me feel comfortable that my service request are being taken care of. The office team has been very nice every time I go in there.

My wife and I have been Camden Heights residents for the past 3.5 years and have never had a major negative experience here. Sure, some of your standard maintenance items that are inevitable in an apartment complex, but the team has always been swift to resolve. We feel we’ve gotten a great value for a premium complex so close to downtown (great skyline view as well as 4th of July fireworks!) with great amenities. Plus, walking distance to White Oak biking trail and restaurants/bars along White Oak Drive. Would highly recommend to others

I recently went to visit a friend who lives here and of course I got lost, so I stopped by the front office and the staff was so nice and very helpful! The office is both beautiful and very clean, I was really impressed. My friends apartment has a great view of downtown and ifs so close to the nightlife. I am looking for an apartment in the Heights area and Ive noticed hers is very spacious compared to the other ones Ive visited. My friends ended us showing, e around and I was really impressed with their gym and dog park, its perfect for my pup & I. I will definitely be looking into leasing from Camden!

I love this property! Located right off I-10 you cant get a better location. The property is clean and beautiful! The best part about this office is the staff. Walking in the office you see the 2 leasing desks filled with smiling faces! They are always very welcoming and seem genuinely ready to take care of any request needed. I enjoy seeing them! Just moved in and my experience has been amazing! Michelle really made the application process easy and helped us feel welcome and at home since the first time we walked through the doors. Had an issue with one of the appliances and we sent a work request in online and someone was there within an hour or so to fix it. Valet trash is really convenient. Very pet friendly. And again cant overstate how awesome Michelle and the other welcome center staff are.

Lived at Camden Heights for 3 years and if it werent for wanting to buy a house, I could live here forever. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from my first visit all the way to my final check out. The local neighborhood is inviting and nearby White Oak has all the bars and restaurants there are to offer. Accessibility was also great as the complex is right off I-10, and Studemont and Heights Blvd are both a block away. Highly recommend living here.

I absolutely love living here! I have lived here for about 2 years and dont want to move. Friends who have visited me here have even moved in to this community because they loved it so much. It is the perfect location to everything. Its walking distance to fun restaurants and bars on white oak and in the heights and just a car ride away from downtown, midtown, and the galleria. Its a great community that has a perfect balance of peacefulness and entertainment. The staff is amazing! They always go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met and really feel like theyre taking care of you, especially for emergency work orders. If youre looking to move, I highly recommend Camden Heights. It was a great decision for me!

The Camden Heights employees are great! When I moved in last year, Eric made the process easy. They always get the maintenance requests finished quickly. I havent had a lot of things that have needed to be fixed in my apartment either. They take great care of the property and each unit. Anytime I need to go into the leasing office to ask a questions they are all very sweet and professional. They also love animals and are very sweet to my dog. My dog loves the dog park area on the property and loves getting to play with the other dogs. My neighbors are great and want to get to know one another. The complex is also very quiet, which is nice. I absolutely love living here and would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking.

I have lived here at Camden Heights for about 2 years and have really enjoyed it here. Maintenance is quick to address any concerns that I have had. The office staff is professional and everyone is always in a good mood. The location of this property is nice too because it is close to White Oak where I can easily walk to different restaurants. They also got new gym equipment recently and it was a huge upgrade.

Great quiet community of residents, maintainance dept is always timely and professional! The management team is also one of the best Ive dealt with before, they communicate often and well about the happenings of the complex. The only drawback about the apt are the humps in the garage but, it keeps residents aware of other vehicles and pedestrians. Overall, my experience has been very pleasant.

I am very disappointed in the attentiveness of our apartment complex management. I have lived here 10 months and there have been 3 vehicles stolen off of the property parking garage, including my truck. There are constant complaints on the community portal of packages being stolen as well. These two factors outweigh the appearance of the complex, amenities, or the friendliness of our maintenance team. When I spoke to the staff regarding my concerns, they were very apologetic but offered no real solutions. However, if I wish to renew my lease, they find it justifiable to increase our rent. I understand that crime rate is usually higher if you live right next to a freeway, however, there are preventative measures that our apartment complex could be taking to prevent some of these thefts. These include having a security officer patrol the parking garage on a golf cart in order to be more efficient and to offer more coverage, and having the leasing office receive all packages, to then redistribute to the tenants, perhaps notifying tenants via e-mail of their newly arrived package. After discussing these options to the community staff, they have responded by stating they do not have it in their budget to offer these type of solutions. Theft is a high priority, but it has been brushed aside from management. They claim they have a security officer, but if thats the case, in the entire 10 months of living here I have yet to see this security person, and if they do exist, he/she deserves to be terminated for their ineffectiveness - 3 auto thefts in 10 months that I know of, disguised as burglary of a car, is three too many crimes under their watch. If you are thinking about renting in the area, please keep these things in mind and ask to see a police report on the car thefts in this community before you sign a lease agreement.

The office staff is so friendly and attentive (especially Michelle 😊). They respond quickly to maintenance requests and go above and beyond! Love living at CamdenUpdate: Way too many car break ins. My boyfriend’s car was broken into and later stollen from this property. Can’t wait till our lease is up.

Camden Heights is a really great place to live. The property is clean, beautiful, spacious, and the location is close to everything. The management & staff is very friendly and accommodating, and you can tell that they really care about their residents. Maintenance requests are also completed very fast, and always as requested. I never have to worry about not having a parking space, and Ive never had any issues with security. Really happy I chose Camden Heights.

I have lived at Camden Greenway and now Camden Heights as I need to live closer to work. The staff is awesome and the property is very nice. They take great care of their residents and enjoy the atmosphere.

My experience here has been amazing. They have always had a quick response time for any issue Ive had. Ms. Erika at the front, has very helpful. As well as the maintenance staff; Juan, Alfonso, Silvia, and Emilio. These are great people who have always been a phone call away.

We have lived here for a little over a month now and absolutely love this community! Our leasing agent was Michelle and she was so welcoming and knowledgable from the start. Service requests have been quickly addressed and I love that they cater to pets. Amenities, in general, are abundent and high quality. I know that have a few upgrades coming down the line too! I would recommend Camden Heights and definitely to ask for Michelle, shes the best!

Such a great apartment complex oh, the pool is wonderful and I love the fact that there is a parking garage right outside of the buildings so youre not having to go outside to your car in the rain and get soaking wet. and I really like the fact that they have a small dog park area within the complex itself.

While I didnt end up living here, I can confidently say that the experience of touring the complex was the best out of this round of apartment shopping. Charity did a fantastic job showcasing the complex and was very honest when answering the questions I had about the apartments.My old apartment had a series of break-ins and our management did not respond, hence my choice to look elsewhere. Charity was honest and stated that there had been a recent car break-in, but they had security systems in place that allowed them to catch the guy, and have since added metal frame pieces to every apartment door that prevent anyone from breaking the locks.I would feel very confident in the management at this complex. Actions speak louder than words, and Camden Heights actions show that they care about their residents.

We have been living in Camden Heights for a while and our experience has been great. The location is strategic: you are only 10 min away from Houston downtown and you can easily get to Houstons main highways (es. i-10, i-610 and i-45). If you ever have to fix something in the apartment you can request for a maintenance service, and would come within the next day and solve the problem. Excellent management and customer service.I would totally recommend anyone to choose Camden as their new home!

One of my favorite things about living at Camden is the AMAZING maintenance team! Today Emilio fixed my clogged drain. Despite it being a very unglamorous task, he helped me with a smile on his face the whole time. He is always so friendly and helpful and does a great job!

Camden Heights was a great place to call home. Misty, the assistant manager, was wonderful and easy to work with. She was flexible on my move-in and move-out options along with being available for anything I needed. The maintenance team is fantastic and the location is great! The customer service was spot-on.

Camden has the best customer service from other apartment brands hands down. The Camden Heights location is an excellent example of that from the pool partied hosted by the office, to the food trucks they have come on site for residents. This may sound silly but they also have the best frosted animal crackers in the office. The feeling of this location is very calm and relaxed with a young professional type party atmosphere. In other words everyone is respectful of each other but still have fun. Give this place a shot its worth it just for the neighborhood.

Misty at Camden Heights has been amazing!! She will help you with anything you need. It was nice to have someone to help us out, especially after getting our house flooded. She made everything so easy! Highly recommend!

I came for a tour and the leasing agent named Scott was very rude and highly unprofessional. I will not be coming back to look for apartments at Camden properties.

Moved in a week ago and so far so good. They keep you very well informed. When something goes wrong they address immediately. Elevator was out over the weekend and was fixed Monday. Staff is very nice and has helped me with every question and concern I have had. Looking forward to my stay here.

I have lived in Camden for a little over three years, and just submitted my notice to vacate. This had absolutely nothing to do with my incredible experience with Camden - I am just moving from an apartment to a house.I have had a wonderful experience at Camden, and would recommend any prospective leaser to strongly consider this fine establishment!

Can’t complain too much. Great location. There could be more/ nicer elevators and there are a lot of dogs, but those are my only hangups. The rooms are nice/ pretty clean. I’ve seen a small roach here or there but in Houston I can’t make a big deal about it. Keeping out roaches in Houston is like trying to keep sand out of your shorts at the beach. Nice weight room and pool. A lot of young people and dogs.

I would say 3 1/2 honestly. The office changes staff so often I dont even know anyone who works there. We have had our fair share of issues while living here. The community is really well maintained, and the maintenance staff is wonderful. Parking sucks, so get a reserved spot. Its worth the extra fees. Its too expensive in my opinion solely because Ive been living under a frat house for the past 5 months. The dog park is kind of pathetic. Its extremely small, almost too small to even take my 55 pound dog to. If I didnt pay so much to live here it would be more worth it.

Weve lived here just over a month and are very pleased. Love the area and discovering new places to explore everyday. The complex is very quiet and convenient for hopping on the freeway in the morning. The A/C works great and I cant hear my neighbors talking! The rent is actually slightly less than other apartments in the area with less square footage. The Tuesday food trucks are fun, and a welcome surprise when we moved in. We plan to stay for a while!

Living at Camden Heights was awesome. Neighborhood/area/adjacency cant be beat, and the bike trail is 3 blocks away. Awesome views of downtown fireworks from the parking garage when the occasion strikes, and top notch maintenance guys for every service request while we were there.Ask for Tasmin Branch when you go, she was super helpful, responsive, and made things super easy for a last-minute move-in.Would have re-signed, but moved to a house for the dogs. Also--they are very dog friendly!

We have lived here about 2 years and I cant say enough good things about the staff. They are quick to address issues. The property is well maintained. They are always working to improve the community. They send out surveys to get feedback on what they can improve. We will be sad to move when its time. In the meantime we are enjoying the location and the property.

Not 1 complaint about Staff and maintenance they are awesome specially Erika, shes always super helpful. Lived here a few years and Im pretty satisfied. Area is great and friendly, close to freeway and so many places to go near and around here, everything is less then 20 minutes away. Few minor complains but not the fault of staff: parking is bad late at night, although we pay for valet service sometimes they dont pick up all trash and are selective about what they take :((
