Not a place to raise kids. You can smell DRUGS around building Old apartments with roaches.Apts. were Remodeled by putting thick paint over rust and mold. Old washer & dryer break often. If you submit a service request they tell you that they dont have enough people to fix broken items and that you have to wait a few days( but charging you rent everyday) Chio is very helpful, but if she doesnt have the resources...

Resident for about 2 yrs. Everything was fine up until recently. My mother’s car was broken into 2 nights ago. She was parked in the front in a handicap spot which is very close the apt building in a very well lit spot . I keep hearing about break-ins lately and it would really help if the complex would send out letters to warn the residents about what’s going on in the community. It would be ideal to hire a security at night, rather than having people to continue to complain on here which causes ratings to go down. Changes must happen soon.

In less than a year I’ve seen SIX cars whose tires where stolen and yes you are reading right SIXcars. This apartments are the WORSE there’s roaches everywhere and they’re not worth for what you pay. If you want to live in a safe environment DO NOT MOVE HERE

I love the community, its quiet, its very clean, the manager, assistant manager and workers are very helpful and respectful. I love it here because everything is so close to home, restaurants, parks, schools, grocery stores and other necessities.

Woke up to my car tires/rims stolen not one time BUT TWO TIMES in a time spam of six months. If you’re trying to live in a peaceful place DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENTS. I found roaches in the refrigerator the first day we moved in roaches are a problem in this place. Stay away from this apartments if you value your property.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! IVE BEEN ROBBED TWICE, since I’ve lived here! Got my rims on my car stolen! And someone just broke into my apartment recently while I was gone! Definitely not a good place to live, and very trashy environment.

Management is incompentent and not very helpful cant seem to get their paperwork together and constantly losing emails and papers turned in. The manager is not very friendly nor very helpfule and dismissive of people in need. The community is very shady and theirs stray cats all over the complex the kitchen and laundry equipment is ancient and falling apart and no one wants to fix or repair it. The walls and ceiling is molding and their answer to paint over ignore it. Ik the mold has been a problem since ive had friends leave the complex years before.

Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. An occasional roach is understandable but roaches ALL OF THE TIME IS UNACCEPTABLE, I can’t wait to move. I’ve never seen roaches that still weren’t treatable when you go out and buy your OWN pesticides as well(their pest control is a joke). If you want to live with large German cockroaches and never have a parking spot after 8pm move here. 2 stars because the price is affordable that is the only plus. I cannot until my lease is up so that I can move

This is the worst apartment complex i have ever stayed in. From the roach infestations, old and dingy carpet and the loud neighbors. I moved from this complex in February with a clean balance. Seven months later i have received a hit to my credit in the amount of $365. I never received any notice of a left over balance at all. This is the most unprofessional complex ever. And of course when i attempt to reach the company there’s no answer. I will be taking this matter to court! Anyway thinking of moving to this complex please change you mind this is not the place for you.

My husband and I have lived here for a year, and have had no problems with the maintenance, staff, or the apartment itself. We recently just had upstairs neighbors move in, and MY GOD are they LOUD. The floor creeks and pops super bad EVERY TIME they walk across the floor, and they have no regard for how hard they are walking, or that they have downstairs neighbors that have to listen to their constant STOMPING. So my suggestion is, IF you can, get an upstairs apartment and you’ll have NO problems.

I PUT IN A WORK ORDER FOR THE LIGHT OUTSIDE MY DOOR IT HAVE BEEN 2 WEEKS AND THE LIGHT STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REPLACED. I CAME IN LAST NIGHT TO A DARK WALKWAY.

Move in was a very easy process thanks to the ladies in the office. Paige is really sweet and helpful. Apartments are a good size and definitely worth the price.

Management was awesome over the phone. Units are great in person nice size for price quiet area.

Worst decision of my life moving here, there is a problem every other day roaches, broken ac unit, water damage, slow response to maintenance calls, and when maintenance does come he half a** everything. The electric plugs haven’t worked since I moved in. Nobody genuinely cares about you being stuck in a hot unit after you paid all your bills being sweaty and uncomfortable in a place you pay in full for it’s ridiculous and unprofessional. These matters should have been taken care of before the move in date smh.

I have lived here almost 13 years and honestly it maybe one of the best values for the price in this area. There are three newer apartment complexes in the area, but you may have to dish out alot more money to live there. In an ideal world there would be no issues, but in Houston crime, and or issues, can arise in even the most upscale areas of town. That being said over the years the staff has always, for the most part, been very nice. The current staff have been nice to me. Maintenance maybe sometimes too busy to arrive the same day on non important issues, but they do on important issues. And when they do arrive, on important and non important issues, they have done quality repairs. When I go outside and see the neighbors we all pretty much say hi to each other. The walk score has got to be high because everything one could need is within walking distance. A Metro bus stop is right in front of complex as well.

These apartments are good they are friendly and I love the pool area also they come with washer and dryer I am excited about that! Yay so far so good .

Started out great, then all the good office workers and managers left. Then the good maintenance men left. At the end it was a shell of its former self with rude office workers and an ever changing maintenance workers. They were helpful to me after the hurricane but not before losing my business over them not allowing me a handicap spot for my special needs daughter. Was there for 8+ years-until a few months after Hurricane Harvey. Would not recommend-crimes starting ticking up as well.

Ive lived here for 7 years and will have to leave the last part of June. Just like every property, old or new, you will have maintenance issues. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and have oftentimes exceeded my expectations. I sincerely have nothing negative to say about my time here at Sagehollow. The office staff has turned over a time or two since Ive lived here, but with every change I feel the property has only progressed. While its not brand new or fancy, its affordable and I feel its worth the money. The gate always works and the property is well maintained. I will miss my apartment and this location, but after 7 years I suppose its just time to move on. Thank you Milestone Management and the staff at Sagehollow for keeping me around for so long. I will always recommend this community:)

I called 5 times to get my mothers air conditioner fixed. They send someone thats not licensed, hejust tinkers a little bit like it fixed. She has to run her air conditioner 24/7. I cant wait for her lease to end. They do keep the grass cut thats about it.

I actually have enjoyed living here and havent had any issues with the people running the place. However, I have had 3 rent increases over 3 years. Fifty dollars the first time, and 75 dollars each, the last 2 times I renewed. I understand thats how Apartments operate, but I think these price hikes are a little extreme. I pay $200 more over 3 years, but nothing else has gone up around here. Still no workout room, no playground, no dog park, nothing for the kids to do, no amenities whatsoever! Also, the pool, the one amenity they do have, was barely open during the summer and was totally dark, dark green a couple of times. People from the surrounding area that dont live in the complex come to the pool during the summer and there are so many people you arent able to enjoy yourself or watch your kids. There is no pool pass or structure as far as the pool is concerned so other people are free to enter as they please. The apartments are dated and they never offer any upgrades with the rate hike every 12 months. The linoleum tiles are from the 90s and make the rest of the apartment look so old. The tubs are painted before you get here, but its only a matter of weeks before it starts to peel off and it looks hideous once it starts to peel. My AC hasnt worked properly since I have lived here and the maintenance guy told me that it will never be cool in my apartment because I live on the second floor....what?!?! My electricity bill is almost $300 during the hot months due to this problem and no one has ever offered to replace it and when I asked about possibly getting it replaced they just said they would have maintenance have a look at it...AGAIN! Still not working properly! Honestly, if I wasnt paying so much for this small, dated, hot apartment then these things wouldnt even bother me, but since they want to continue to up the rent I just expect that the AC could at least work properly to keep my light bill down so I can afford to pay the rent. All in all its an ok place to live, but not worth the money since they keep upping the rent. You can get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

I would give zero review, my washer broke and I told the office staff, they would not replace or remove the broken washer so I can install mine. Cassandra is very professional. The lady there in the mornings treat people like its a free apt. my vents have mold falling everywhere, I am scared to ask for assistance to clean it or change the ac filters. most horrible place to live, I dont ask for much. I was hoping to live here till I buy my house, I cant wait for my lease to be up to move. I work at the hospital I will make sure to pass this on to my coworkers.

Ive been here a long time & the only issue Ive ever had was the person who accepted my application made it for 6 months and not 12 months which I requested. It was a surprise when I had to renew in 6 months! Since then, service has always been timely.

Its great,always clean environment,and its nice and quiet at night,never have issues with parking, theres always parking for us,thank you keeping the apartments complex great.

Do not move here! These apartments are the worse! I lived there for almost a year and it was hell. They do not even look like the ones in the picture. Somebody living in that complex kept trying to steal my truck! Broke my window twice and took a lot of things....including the stereo. Do you want to know what the people on the office did? Nothing!! I asked if they could put cameras or security. But they said no. So the thieves kept doing their thing. It even happened at 4pm. Which would only mean that it was someone who lived there. Again the manager did nothing....even though they heard the alarm go off. Oh and they took days to fix our things. I couldnt even make it until my lease was over. I had to get out of there. I did not feel safe!

I went to look for an apt. Then during the walk-in visit, i started to have doubt. once walking with the leasing Lady to look at an apt. If i move in here. Im gonna want to have BBq, Parties and invite all these Ladies to my Apt. One of them leasing ladies for sure..

I lived here from 2012-2015, I started with a 2bd 2 bth and went to a 1 bed room . anytime something was wrong it was quickly fixed, I experienced new management, nothing wrong with them besides they dont answer the phone you literally have to go in to talk to them about anything. my rent increase each year i renewed I decided to leave because I didnt feel 900 for a one bedroom was worth it with aged appliances. I lived in the front so I didnt have much noise at night or people hanging out in the parking lot so that was a plus . My one bedroom air didnt work properly and I had outrageous light bills and I pretty much had to just deal with it, but I would recommend just make sure your ac works properly .

Been here 2 years...When I first moved here, it was great, the manager responded quickly to everything, the office staff answered the phones, maintenance took care of issues within 1- 2 days, & the property was well maintained. That only lasted a few months though, because right after, u could tell that there was new management that came in. The property was filthy & they didnt answer phones, it always went straight to voice-mail, still does, and when I go to the office right after calling, they r on the computer and dont even acknowledge u walking in, maintenance doesnt get anything done now. My washer has been broken for 3 months, Ive put in 5 requests with no results, the property is disgusting, trash and dog poop everywhere, cant even go outside just to sit and relax because it smells like poop especially when its hot....they mow the lawn and the poop just flies onto my front door....Im so glad Im moving out of here once my lease is up. Im tired of dealing with other peoples dog poop, and maintenance not fixing what is broken. I pay my rent before its due or right on the due date, never one day late, u better believe if Im late with that they would be right at my front door asking for their money, but I cant get my washer fixed!!! Thats just bull!!! I wouldve enjoyed staying if things got done around here. Its not worth it. Ive complained lots of times with NO results. The management here doesnt care about the residents or the property!!!

This complex is good for those who want good amenities along with a good location.

Dusty indoors, water always goes off, always some type of plumbing issues, extremely thin walls, exit door has gaps that let bugs in, only 1 exit and 1 entrance, parking spaces are super close to each other, stray animals everywhere... in the summer time the pool closes on the nost inconvenient days...

When i lived there the management was horrible the office workers were mean and the repair people did half the job would not recommend these apartments to anyone they kicked us out because we had five people living in 2 bed room aparment but the fifth person was my baby sister and they kicked us out for no reason when there is people with same amout of as us and they have like 6 to 7 people living there thats why we moved to almonte apartments across from Beverly Hills intermediate and they are way better

Horrible place to live! Cant wait till my lease is up to move out of these trashy apartments. When I first moved here they had 2 maintenance guys that were really good until the new ladies in the office came, then the guts left. After going through a few guys, they finally hired a maintenance man that actually shows up and does the work. Seems he knows his stuff, but its still not enough to keep me here. It wont be long till they run him off just like theyve done the last 4. The office ladies are rude, especially the new manager.

Im Mrs Chavez, We moved to Sage Hollow Apts., for my oldest Son, whom has lived, on this property with his family now, for nine years. We got a one bedroom, one bath apt. upstairs meant for approximately two people only. We lived there 2 & 1/2 years. I truly adored my sky light, & the floor plan was great !! Also a patio where we had access to our washing machine & dryer & sitting area to relax, it also had a nice view of the BBQ area with a pit & bench with a table. well trimmed bushes surrounding the area & also beautiful trees, for shade. near the parking lot. Landscaping once a week. My Daughter & grandchild came from another city, to live in Houston, & Sage Hollow Apts, accommodated us with, a two bedrooms with two bathrooms, for four people. Of course the rent is very, $ pricey, but its due to the area lots of stores & restaurants, & schools are conveniently at walking distance, the property Is gated, need a key card, to enter also fenced in & at times the maintenance gentelmen are overwhelmed with their duties, but eventually get to you in the order they received their order tickets. I understand that the people who live here are not patient with thier particular dilemma, especially when it comes to repairing their appliances that they need to use daily, after work should be functional. The renters, just want to come home have dinner and relax, after a hard Days work & thier living space should b functional. but the staff here are only human. And do their best daily. The staff here, are professional kind, courteous and very hospitable and extremely friendly, to their clientele here, especially management. They take the time to inform us all, by letter or email, if there is a awareness meeting special events for particular holidays, etc... if theres been a crime committed on the property, for instance if a vehicle has been vandalized .or a break in an apt. aswell . Unfortunately it does happens everywhere !! We just need to be aware of our surroundings, take care of one another watch out for the neighbor as they watch out for you. Its a nice family environment here the pool the yard the neighbors. No matter where you live theres always good mixed with bad but I feel safe here. And that means something, to me . I myself cannot speak for everyone, due to the fact that everyone has a different perspective of life. but this is my opinion of Sage Hollow Apts. Were are always welcome to come in & compliment or complain. Management is always, willing to listen and to correct the situation at hand. And if I walk in just before closing, the staff still has a smile on their face . GOD LOVES US ALL THE SAME IN JESUS PRECIOUS NAME AMEN. Mrs Chavez & family, have a Bless day .

Office staff that I met was nice and the apartments have been decent apartments for YEARS

Ive been here for 3 months. I havent had a problem. Maintenance was timely n took care of my issues.

The maintenance man is a very hard worker he treats his residence very well and tried to do the best he can for his residence I enjoy having him

Dont move here its a scam. They just want your money and the office staff is always rude specially the office manager when signing a lease. Lies all lies about deposits and application fees. These apartments are not the only apartments.

Maintenance was slow or non responsive for the two years we lived here. On move out, the management wants me to pay for carpet and blinds. Carpet was ruined by a leaky roof after Harvey that was never repaired and blinds were noted on move in. Don’t move here!

Theres always a water problem every other month. Worst place I have ever moved to Hate I moved Here!!! U dnt feel Safe @ All. The Manger dont knw whts she doing, maintenanceare not qualified to work on anything. The Hv Rat rung thu the Walls. .

Was helping my mom and sister move on and they gave her and they them a apartment full of roaches it was very dirty and also and the carpet has multiple stains on it that u cant get out and they look like bleach fell on them they promised them to take care of the pest control and the carpet and till this day they have not done nothing about it so I dont recommend this place unless u want an apartment with Roches and dirty carpet with bleach and paint all over it then go ahead but this place is no good
