Been coming to Dan & Kim since 2013 and they’ve always done an amazing job!

Disappointed in the major price increase since my last visit. Owner charged me $10 for cutting 2 toe nails, and for filing my nails. . .Sad. I will never go back!

The building itself is old and dirty inside and out. I felt very uncomfortable, was left unattended for over 45 minutes in a ragged massage chair to the point that the water turned very cold and my back started hurting really bad due to the padding being broken down. The man there wasn’t very nice and kept trying to take my purse from my hands as I was initially being seated. The positive thing was, the lady was very sweet and did a real good job with my pedicure and manicure. Unfortunately because of the rudeness and invasive behavior of that man I won’t go back.I do wish them well and hope that he will learn to be more kind.

I came from out of town. The owner Im thinking thats who did my nails was better than any nail tech Ive had in collierville tn. My nails lasted 3 weeks and he shaped my coffin nails so perfect. His wife did my pedicure and she did a wonderful job also.

Do not come here if you have psoriasis. My sister has psoriasis, which is an auto-immune disease that causes her skin to have red/dry patches. It is not contagious at all (you can’t get it by touching, it is genetic) and there is no cure for this disease. She came in to get a manicure and was turned away because of the way her skin looked. She came home in tears. This has never happened at any other salon before. It is sad that this salon does not educate themselves so they can be more sensitive to customers with skin conditions.

I have neglected my feet. I was anxious and embarrassed to go but finally did. The owner was friendly and made me feel at ease. Beautiful job! I felt so good when I left.

Dan does a great job. I have fat fingers, but shaped nails so my nails look slender. Best place to go in Hot Springs!
